LTC Lakin is an honorable man and needs to be treated as such. He is standing up for what he believes. He believes in the oath that he took to defend his Country from enemies both foreign and domestic. His oath is to protect and defend the Constitution, as such, believes no man is “above the law” including the President.
Instead of questioning LTC Lakin’s motives, I would hope that you question Mr. Obama’s. Why would a sitting President who has nothing to hide go to such great lengths, spending millions, to refrain from providing basic documents that prove his eligibility for office?
I would also hope that your focus is NOT primarily on Mr. Obama’s elusive birth certificate. Mr. Obama, by his own admission stated that he was born with DUAL citizenship Kenya-British (Barack Obama Sr.) and USA (Stanley Ann Dunham). He was also a citizen of Indonesia when he was adopted by his step father Lolo Soetoro.
How can a person with DUAL citizenship, who has allegiances to counties other than the USA be a Natural Born Citizen?

We now have an answer as to whether or not Fox News, Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly intend to cover the Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin story with indepth research and objectivity.
I have a great many facts and opinions to use to respond to the biased, unprofessional statements of O’Reilly and Kelly on Fox. However, for the moment, the following, perhaps, screams louder.

Newspaper Birth Announcement Ads in 1961 in two Hawaiian Newspapers do NOT prove Obama was physically born in Hawaii.
The two announcements in the Hawaiian newspaper in 1961 only prove a birth was REGISTERED there, not that he was born there. A registration was allowed under Hawaiian law in 1961 to be made by any family member via a simple mail-in form to the state Health Department. No 3rd party or independent witnesses to the birth were required. The statement of a family member registering a new born child as born home was accepted into the registration system with little or not questions back then. Thus the family could lie and register a birth in Hawaii when it occurred elsewhere, anywhere in the world, simply to get the child U.S. citizenship, a highly coveted status then and now. The false registration was not done so he could be President some day. The false registration was done to get the new born child citizenship for that time. It was a case of birth registration fraud to illegally gain U.S. citizenship for a foreign born child of the family.
Given Hawaii’s very lax birth registration laws, as I said, Obama could have been born anywhere in the world and if Obama’s maternal grandma filled out the form and mailed it in to the birth registration office saying Obama was born at their home in Hawaii, a vital record would be created. And the birth announcement was on the list of births registered that week and which lists were sent routinely each week to the two newspapers. With data systems it is GIGO, garbage (false registration data) in yields garbage out (fraudulently created birth record in the state’s vital record system out). And with a falsified birth registration in the system, subsequent computer print outs in later years and carefully crafted statements by Hawaiian officials that they have a record of Obama being born in Hawaii can be obtained and made. But those printouts and statements are being made based on a falsified vital record mail-in registration form back in 1961.
WND.com, an online newspaper, did investigations on this first in 2009. They also did follow on stories in 2010 into how the newspaper ads were placed in those two papers in 1961 and the research revealed that the birth announcements were placed by the state, not the family. See these two article links below and many other articles as to how the Honolulu Advertiser and the other sister pub got the birth announcements from a list from the state each week, not from the families. These were public service birth announcements provided by the state. Garbage/falsified data on the available and simple birth registration mail-in form sent into the birth registration office in 1961 by a fraudulent filing by Obama’s grandmother to get her foreign born new grandson U.S. citizenship, illegally but easily given Hawaii’s lax laws back then, yielded a birth announcement in the paper for a birth in Hawaii that was registered there but did not physically occur in Hawaii. Obama was physically not born in Hawaii, as James Orengo, Member of Parliament, in Kenya recently attested to, as have other MPs in Kenya and as have members of Obama’s paternal line family in Kenya.
With the contradictory statements being made in Kenya by government officials there and members of the family there that Obama was born in Kenya and is not a native born American, the true legal identity needs to be investigated in a court of law. Any reasonable person looking at the evidence for and against Obama being born in Hawaii would say there is reasonable doubt he was born in Hawaii and would demand a further investigation. But the media is covering up for Obama by making false statements to protect him. The media created Obama, covered up for him, and is still a propaganda organ for him. This is a national disgrace.

“WASHINGTON — Unemployment rates rose in 43 states last month, the government said Friday, painting a bleak picture of the job market and illustrating nationwide data released two weeks ago.
The rise in joblessness was a sharp change from November, when 36 states said their unemployment rates fell. Four states — South Carolina, Delaware, Florida and North Carolina — reported record-high jobless rates in December.
New Jersey’s rate, meanwhile, rose to a 33-year high of 10.1 percent while New York’s reached a 26-year high of 9 percent.
Analysts said the report showed the economy is recovering at too weak a pace to generate consistent job creation.

I spoke to Larry Sinclair this morning about David Axelrod and the other Obama thugs trying to silence Fox News, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity. Larry and I agree that even if people do not believe his story (now they are more likely with Axelrod and the Obama camp revealing their true motives) that the even bigger story was the Obama camp trying to silence and discredit Larry Sinclair and anyone questioning Obama as well as internet scrubbing, which has intensified. Obama, in his speech to Congress last night, September 9, 2009, attempted to portray the many concerns about his health care plan as lies and misrepresentations. He spoke of bogus claims by talk radio hosts and by politicians that the health care plan would set up panels of bureucrats to kill off senior citizens. At one point in the speech, SC representative Joe Wilson yelled out and called Obama a liar. Wilson apologized.
“While I disagree with the president’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable,” ” I extend sincere apologies to the president for this lack of civility.”
Representative Wilson, there is no need to apologize. Obama is and always has been a liar. We applaud you for standing up. Stick to your principles. Joe Wilson was pressured to apologize by Republicans and Democrats. Let’s inform these jackasses that they work for us and not an illegal president.

Regarding the alleged Kenyan birth certificate of Barack Obama
Firstly, when I became aware of Dr. Orly Taitz filing the Kenyan birth certificate, I reported the news along with other information that was relevant.
I do not know if the birth certificate is legitimate. I will wait for validation by the proper experts.
I have many reasons to believe that Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
Obama is hiding many facts about his past and there is a reason for that.
Obama is guilty of crime and corruption, including, but not limited to his involvement in rigging the IL Health Planning Facilites Board.
Obama is guilty of multiple counts of fraud, including, but not limited to lying on his IL bar application and misrepresenting his involvement with the criminal organization Acorn.
The biggest crime Obama has committed, is the treasonous, fraudulent takeover of the office of POTUS.
The hallmark of the Obama campaign and camp is diversions. This may be another attempt to divert attention away from Obama’s eligibility and plummeting popularity and influence.
We do not know where Obama was born but irrespective of his birthplace, he is not a natural born citizen.
Obama’s life is a lie. It is time to remove this fraud, this usurper from office.
Obama is not a legitimate president. No impeachment is necessary. An arrest will suffice.
The rats are beginning to scurry.
Fellow Americans, debating the Kenyan birth certificate is ok. However, do not let the Obama camp divide or divert you from your primary goals.

internet websites are Huffington Post and Politico. The Citizen
Wells blog has called out Ben Smith of Politico before. Even though
the 2008 election is over, these two sites are apparently committed
to performing as front organizations for the Obama Camp. So the
question still begs to be answered. What motivates these 2 sites
to cover the behind of the illegal POTUS, Barack Obama. Please
respond and tell the American People which of the following apply:
In the tank for Obama.
Sloppy reporting.
Paid by the Obama Camp.
No regard for the truth.
If you have some information that has been hidden from us and the
American public, please provide it. For example, a real birth
certificate. If you have a justification for what you have written,
please supply and we will publish it. In the absence of a cogent
response from you, the intelligent and informed reader will easily
discern which of the above that apply to you.

campaign concerning Obama’s U.S. citizenship, or lack thereof.”

evidence has ever emerge, and which has been debunked repeatedly

Next notice that there are no quotes from either
official that state that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Where I come from that is not just Orwellian, but
an outright lie.
From the Alan Keyes lawsuit
“A press release was issued on October 31, 2008, by the Hawaii Department
of Health by its Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino. Dr. Fukino said that she
had “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of
Health has Senator Obama’s original birth certificate on record in
accordance with state policies and procedures.” That statement failed to
resolve any of the questions being raised by litigation and press accounts.
Being “on record” could mean either that its contents are in the computer
database of the department or there is an actual “vault” original.”
“Further, the report does not say whether the birth certificate in the
“record” is a Certificate of Live Birth or a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth.
In Hawaii, a Certificate of Live Birth resulting from hospital documentation,
including a signature of an attending physician, is different from a
Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. For births prior to 1972, a Certificate of
Hawaiian Birth was the result of the uncorroborated testimony of one witness
and was not generated by a hospital. Such a Certificate could be obtained up
to one year from the date of the child’s birth. For that reason, its value
as prima facie evidence is limited and could be overcome if any of the
allegations of substantial evidence of birth outside Hawaii can be obtained.
The vault (long Version) birth certificate, per Hawaiian Statute 883.176
allows the birth in another State or another country to be registered in
Hawaii. Box 7C of the vault Certificate of Live Birth contains a question,
whether the birth was in Hawaii or another State or Country. Therefore,
the only way to verify the exact location of birth is to review a certified
copy or the original vault Certificate of Live Birth and compare the name of
the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor against the
birthing records on file at the hospital noted on the Certificate of the
Live Birth.”
I have revealed the lies/misrepresentations/sloppy reporting of Ben Smith once before. I can take no more.
In an article dated October 31, 2008, Ben Smith completely misrepresents Obama’s citizenship status and the Philip J Berg lawsuit that states Obama is ineligible to be president. Here is an exerpt:

Probably the most widely e-mailed Obama “tip” at the moment alleges that he isn’t a natural-born American citizen and thus isn’t eligible to run for president. When it emerged that this challenge wouldn’t hold water if Obama had been born in the United States, the focus shifted to the allegation that he had been born outside the United States.
In August, a Pennsylvania lawyer, Philip Berg, filed suit in federal court in Philadelphia. Berg, who also has been active in arguing that there was “government complicity” in the attack on the World Trade Center, demanded that the court force Obama to produce his original birth certificate. Berg fights on, though, on a website with supporters known as ChileMan, ChileWoman and MommaERadioRebels. He recently told conservative talk radio host Michael Savage that he has an audiotape of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother recalling the candidate’s birth in a Kenyan hospital.
“l’ll release it in a day or two,” he said six days ago.
A spokeswoman for the Hawaii Department of Health, Janice Okubo, said she’s forbidden by state law from releasing birth certificates, but directed a reporter to the FactCheck.org item dismissing the rumors.”
If Ben Smith was being honest, or accurate or not in bed with the Obama camp, he would have stated that Berg is more concerned about Obama being an Indonesian citizen. That being said, there is no real evidence that Obama was born in the US. There is evidence that Obama was born in Kenya, including corroboration from multiple family members. The documents Smith is referring to can be obtained by anyone. And now for the piece de resistance. Obama put up a fake birth certificate on his website and later changed it and his story. John McCain produced a vault copy of his birth certificate for congress. Obama has resorted to legal wrangling to avoid accountability. Obama is Indonesian and has not provided an oath of allegiance to prove US citizenship. In a journalistic feat of extraordinary proportions, Smith quotes (regurgitates left wing propaganda) Annenberg’s Factcheck.org, which now has zero credibility.
So why is Ben Smith and Politico.com reporting lies and misrepresentations? Which combination of the following applies:
Sloppy reporting.
Bias.
Sensationalism.
In bed with the Obama camp.
Getting paid by Obama camp or puppeteers controlling Obama.
No concern for this country or the Constitution.
An elitist attitude of superior insights and all knowing persona.
