“DOCUMENT CONTAINS REGISTRAR’S NAME, ISSUE DATE AND RAISED SEAL”
“The Post & Email is in possession of an original paper “Certificate of Live Birth” recently issued from the Hawaii Department of Health to an American citizen born in Hawaii in 1981 as verified by his mother.
At first glance, the document appears similar to the image posted on Obama’s campaign website. However, there are some differences:
The document is titled “Certificate of Live Birth” as opposed to Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth.”
There is more information about the parents on the right side of the document across from the spaces for “Mother’s Race” and “Father’s Race.” Both the mother’s and father’s places of birth are printed there. Obama’s purported “document” does not have that information.
There is a visible certificate number at the top, while Obama’s is blacked out.
On the back, there is a stamped date, presumably the date the document was issued from the Department of Health.
Below the date there is a stamp which reads: “I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF THE RECORD ON FILE IN THE HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.” The signature of Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D., is also there, followed by the words “STATE REGISTRAR.”
The document contains a raised seal which is visible from both sides, unlike Obama’s.
There are no marks where it looks as if something has bled through from the back to the front as in Obama’s “document.”
The Post & Email had published an in-depth analysis by photographic expert John F. Sweeney of the document which Factcheck.org claimed to have photographed at its Chicago office in March 2008 but which Sweeney maintains was taken at the Obama campaign headquarters instead.
Factcheck.org claims that the document on their website has a raised seal. However, the same edge-detection technique used with the image from Factcheck’s website shown below yields no such raised seal. Mr. Sweeney stated in his earlier analysis:

“What else is in, or more importantly, not in this photo? There is absolutely no evidence of a raised seal in the lower right portion of the document where the supposed scans and other supposed photos show the raised, 3-D seal from the Department of Health machine. The seal should be located in the area that has the shadow of the arm. But it is not there. It is not visible to the naked eye; there is not a sign of it under any zooming of the original photo; no digital manipulation tools find any evidence of a raised seal in this picture. With 100% certainty, the raised seal is not there. So this is merely a picture of a printout. It is definitely not an official COLB from Hawaii…The photo is not that of an official Hawaiian issue COLB due to the lack of a raised seal.”
According to a WorldNetDaily report dated July 29, 2009, in 1961, there were four different ways to obtain birth documentation from the Hawaii Department of Health, including a mail-in registration requiring no in-person substantiation of the birth by an adult. One website reports that there were six ways to do so, with one category, the Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, being eliminated in 1972.”

This morning around 8:00 EST, I attempted to access the article on Free Republic and was unable to access the article or Free Republic. I searched on Google and got this.
I then tried to access the cache and was unable to access it.
Another commmenter on this blog was unable to access Free Republic when I made the request.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I perform a great many internet searches and today, quite by accident, or perchance divine inspiration, was confronted with an article by David Emery dated August 3, 2009 on About.com.
“‘Birther’ Wackiness Continues with Release of Obama’s ‘Kenyan Birth Certificate'”
“One of the myriad alternative-reality scenarios promulgated by “birthers” — the folks who maintain that Barack Obama’s presidency is illegitmate because, supposedly, he has never released a valid birth certificate or proven he’s a natural-born citizen — is that he was actually born in Kenya.
The first and only “evidence” proffered to support that theory surfaced just yesterday in the form of a document allegedly proving that Obama was, in fact, born at Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya in 1961.”
The word document, highlighted above, links to a Citizen Wells article with news of an alleged Kenyan birth certificate.
The article goes on to state:
“it only took about a nanosecond for reality-based debunkers to prove the “Kenyan birth certificate” a fake”
Reality based?
The article then states:
“The debacle shines a light on two fatal flaws of the birther movement: one, their blatantly inconsistent and prejudicial standards of evidence — i.e., they’re perfectly willing to accept (and circulate) unsourced photographs of an unvetted document as “proof” of foreign birth, while dismissing out of hand a state-issued, state-validated U.S. birth certificate; and two, what the foregoing reveals about their true motives — i.e, despite their protestations, they have no interest whatsoever in truth, accuracy, or “protecting” the U.S. Constitution, but are bent, rather, on delegitimizing Obama’s presidency at any cost and by any means possible.”
You remember the NY Times. They are the ones who withheld the important ACORN story until after the 2008 election.
Mr. Emery states “their blatantly inconsistent and prejudicial standards of evidence” when he hasn’t a clue about what he is talking about.
He goes on to state “while dismissing out of hand a state-issued, state-validated U.S. birth certificate.”
He ends with “but are bent, rather, on delegitimizing Obama’s presidency at any cost and by any means possible.”
David Emery, even Lou Dobbs while at CNN, of all places, questioned Obama’s birth certificate. He also was paying attention when he stated that the alleged COLB was a piece of paper that referred to another piece of paper.
Mr. Emery, I am well educated with a strong background. I do not refer to myself as a birther. I am an American, natural born citizen, who believes that the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. I also keep things simple. Can you answer this simple question?

Thank God Sean Hannity was not completely right. He was, of course, referring to the MSM, mainstream media. Citizen journalists have kept the torch burning on the internet.
We have come to believe that only Fox will bring us the news and the truth about Obama. However, Lou Dobbs, while still at CNN, asked the simple journalistic question, the question of the century.

Of Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity, only Hannity has stated that questioning Obama’s birth certificate is a valid endeavor. O’Reilly, in his self righteous, pontificating manner, has insulted birthers on Fox and Glenn Beck recently, on his radio show, insulted average, concerned Americans who question Obama’s eligibility. This has caused many to speculate that Fox has restricted this topic.
I have a surprise for Glenn Beck. God willing, I will produce it in a few days.

An honest liberal. Many years ago it was not uncommon. We now have one that is speaking the truth about Obama’s birthplace and hidden birth certificate. Lynn Samuels, a liberal talk show host on Sirius Radio, recently stated that she believes Obama is lying about his place of birth.

Yesterday, the Citizen Wells blog reported on a statement made
by Senator Richard Shelby of Alabama and reported by a Cullman,
Alabama newspaper.
““Another local resident asked Shelby if there was any truth to a
rumor that appeared during the presidential campaign concerning
Obama’s U.S. citizenship, or lack thereof.
“Well his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii,
but I haven’t seen any birth certificate,” Shelby said. “You have
to be born in America to be president.”
According to the Associated Press, state officials in Hawaii checked
health department records during the campaign and determined there
was no doubt Obama was born in Hawaii.”
The Huffington Post and Politico reported on this statement and
and immediately played the Obama Camp spin to discredit doubts
raised about Obama’s eligibility.
Ben Smith of Politico.com is now reporting that a spokesman for
Shelby has denied that he questioned Obama’s eligibility and that
the Cullman newspaper is sticking with their story.
“Cullman Times editor Derek Price emails that his reporter,
Patrick McCreless, affirmed to him that “we reported Shelby’s
comments on Obama’s birth certificate accurately and completely.
It is clear what the position of Politico and Huffington Post
is. They are clearly pro Obama.
What is the position of Senator Richard Shelby?
Here is a letter from Senator Shelby posted on Congress Watch.
“Thank you for taking the time to contact me about President-elect
Barack Obama’s citizenship status. I always appreciate hearing from
my constituents.
Under the United States Constitution, Section 1 of Article II
contains a clause that states:
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the
United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution,
shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any
Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to
the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident
within the United States.”
Many have contacted me regarding the numerous claims and lawsuits
circulating on the internet asserting that Obama is not a natural born
citizen and therefore ineligible to become United States President.
However, President-elect Obama has presented his birth certificate,
showing that he was born in Hawaii, and it has been verified and

contest the issue in a joint session of Congress, but no such

Throughout the past election year, concerns of bias and political
agendas have pervaded the thoughts of millions of Americans. Many
have turned to the internet to escape the heavy bias and promotion
of Obama by MSM on TV and print media. Two conspicuously biased
internet websites are Huffington Post and Politico. The Citizen
Wells blog has called out Ben Smith of Politico before. Even though
the 2008 election is over, these two sites are apparently committed
to performing as front organizations for the Obama Camp. So the
question still begs to be answered. What motivates these 2 sites
to cover the behind of the illegal POTUS, Barack Obama. Please
respond and tell the American People which of the following apply:
In the tank for Obama.
Sloppy reporting.
Paid by the Obama Camp.
No regard for the truth.
If you have some information that has been hidden from us and the
American public, please provide it. For example, a real birth
certificate. If you have a justification for what you have written,

Next notice that there are no quotes from either
official that state that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Where I come from that is not just Orwellian, but
an outright lie.

“A press release was issued on October 31, 2008, by the Hawaii Department
of Health by its Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino. Dr. Fukino said that she
had “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of
Health has Senator Obama’s original birth certificate on record in
accordance with state policies and procedures.” That statement failed to
resolve any of the questions being raised by litigation and press accounts.
Being “on record” could mean either that its contents are in the computer
database of the department or there is an actual “vault” original.”
“Further, the report does not say whether the birth certificate in the
“record” is a Certificate of Live Birth or a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth.
In Hawaii, a Certificate of Live Birth resulting from hospital documentation,
including a signature of an attending physician, is different from a
Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. For births prior to 1972, a Certificate of
Hawaiian Birth was the result of the uncorroborated testimony of one witness
and was not generated by a hospital. Such a Certificate could be obtained up
to one year from the date of the child’s birth. For that reason, its value
as prima facie evidence is limited and could be overcome if any of the
allegations of substantial evidence of birth outside Hawaii can be obtained.
The vault (long Version) birth certificate, per Hawaiian Statute 883.176
allows the birth in another State or another country to be registered in
Hawaii. Box 7C of the vault Certificate of Live Birth contains a question,
whether the birth was in Hawaii or another State or Country. Therefore,
the only way to verify the exact location of birth is to review a certified
copy or the original vault Certificate of Live Birth and compare the name of
the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor against the
birthing records on file at the hospital noted on the Certificate of the
Live Birth.”

7 days due to his renewed application being sent to an Anthrax Facility. Donofrio is outraged at this
delay tactic and behind the scenes chicanery at the Supreme Court.
Texas Darlin has a new article out revealing the analysis of the KOS birth certificate, the same birth certificate that was on the official Obama website. Techdude analyzed the KOS image and determined it was created from an original that belongs to a female. Here are some exerpts from this breaking news story:
