Blagojevich trial, Justice Dept corruption, Obama eligibility

Before I proceed with Part 2 of US Justice Department corruption, how it affects the Blagojevich trial and yes, Obama eligibility, I want to give two Fox News personalities a chance to apologize and do their job.

First of all, Lou Dobbs, on CNN of all places, issued the most direct challenge to Obama about his birth certificate. Lou deserves our priase and respect.

Sean Hannity, on his radio show, also questioned Obama on not providing a birth certificate.

Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly have not only not covered Obama’s lack of eligibility, they have insulted well informed, concerned Americans who have asked questions. Why won’t they ask the simple core question?

Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?

Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, apologize to the American people, the people who made you a success, and do your job. It is not too late.

Did Fox News and/or Bill O’Reilly sell their soul to the devil?
We need for journalists and those reporting in the media to take an oath of honesty and integrity. Except for perhaps Sean Hannity, Fox News is sorely lacking.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin took the following oath:

LTC Lakin is an honorable man and needs to be treated as such. He is standing up for what he believes. He believes in the oath that he took to defend his Country from enemies both foreign and domestic. His oath is to protect and defend the Constitution, as such, believes no man is “above the law” including the President.

Instead of questioning LTC Lakin’s motives, I would hope that you question Mr. Obama’s. Why would a sitting President who has nothing to hide go to such great lengths, spending millions, to refrain from providing basic documents that prove his eligibility for office?

I would also hope that your focus is NOT primarily on Mr. Obama’s elusive birth certificate. Mr. Obama, by his own admission stated that he was born with DUAL citizenship Kenya-British (Barack Obama Sr.) and USA (Stanley Ann Dunham). He was also a citizen of Indonesia when he was adopted by his step father Lolo Soetoro.

How can a person with DUAL citizenship, who has allegiances to counties other than the USA be a Natural Born Citizen?

You see, it doesn’t matter if Barack Obama was born in Kenya or Hawaii, his Dual Citizenship disqualifies him for POTUS. This should be your focus Megyn, please don’t disappoint!”

Will Kelly review the natural born citizen clause and what it means? Will Kelly consider the fact that Obama has done everything in his power to hide his past including his college records?”

We now have an answer as to whether or not Fox News, Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly intend to cover the Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin story with indepth research and objectivity.

I have a great many facts and opinions to use to respond to the biased, unprofessional statements of O’Reilly and Kelly on Fox. However, for the moment, the following, perhaps, screams louder.

The two announcements in the Hawaiian newspaper in 1961 only prove a birth was REGISTERED there, not that he was born there. A registration was allowed under Hawaiian law in 1961 to be made by any family member via a simple mail-in form to the state Health Department. No 3rd party or independent witnesses to the birth were required. The statement of a family member registering a new born child as born home was accepted into the registration system with little or not questions back then. Thus the family could lie and register a birth in Hawaii when it occurred elsewhere, anywhere in the world, simply to get the child U.S. citizenship, a highly coveted status then and now. The false registration was not done so he could be President some day. The false registration was done to get the new born child citizenship for that time. It was a case of birth registration fraud to illegally gain U.S. citizenship for a foreign born child of the family.

Given Hawaii’s very lax birth registration laws, as I said, Obama could have been born anywhere in the world and if Obama’s maternal grandma filled out the form and mailed it in to the birth registration office saying Obama was born at their home in Hawaii, a vital record would be created. And the birth announcement was on the list of births registered that week and which lists were sent routinely each week to the two newspapers. With data systems it is GIGO, garbage (false registration data) in yields garbage out (fraudulently created birth record in the state’s vital record system out). And with a falsified birth registration in the system, subsequent computer print outs in later years and carefully crafted statements by Hawaiian officials that they have a record of Obama being born in Hawaii can be obtained and made. But those printouts and statements are being made based on a falsified vital record mail-in registration form back in 1961.

WND.com, an online newspaper, did investigations on this first in 2009. They also did follow on stories in 2010 into how the newspaper ads were placed in those two papers in 1961 and the research revealed that the birth announcements were placed by the state, not the family. See these two article links below and many other articles as to how the Honolulu Advertiser and the other sister pub got the birth announcements from a list from the state each week, not from the families. These were public service birth announcements provided by the state. Garbage/falsified data on the available and simple birth registration mail-in form sent into the birth registration office in 1961 by a fraudulent filing by Obama’s grandmother to get her foreign born new grandson U.S. citizenship, illegally but easily given Hawaii’s lax laws back then, yielded a birth announcement in the paper for a birth in Hawaii that was registered there but did not physically occur in Hawaii. Obama was physically not born in Hawaii, as James Orengo, Member of Parliament, in Kenya recently attested to, as have other MPs in Kenya and as have members of Obama’s paternal line family in Kenya.

The main stream media is deliberately lying about how these birth announcements got into those newspapers when they tell America that the family placed the ads and that someone was anticipating that someday Obama would run for President. First the family did not place the ads, the state did. And the family member simply filed the false birth registration data on the mail-in form for the obvious purpose of gaining the child U.S. citizenship, a highly coveted status then and now. Birth registration fraud occurs today and it occurred then. And it occurred in with Obama. The Hawaiian authorities were victims of the birth registration fraud by Obama’s grandmother back in 1961 and now instead of admitting it, they are covering up that there is no independent evidence to verify the false registration that Obama was born in Hawaii. No hospital or doctor’s name no medical attendants name at the home. Nothing. Just the false testimony of the grandmother on a mail-in form that no one verified back in 1961.

With the contradictory statements being made in Kenya by government officials there and members of the family there that Obama was born in Kenya and is not a native born American, the true legal identity needs to be investigated in a court of law. Any reasonable person looking at the evidence for and against Obama being born in Hawaii would say there is reasonable doubt he was born in Hawaii and would demand a further investigation. But the media is covering up for Obama by making false statements to protect him. The media created Obama, covered up for him, and is still a propaganda organ for him. This is a national disgrace.

The newest inductees into the Citizen Wells US Constitution Hall of Shame are…..

Yes, that’s Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly of Fox News and radio shows.

First let’s address what did not get them in the US Constitution Hall of Shame. Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly and Fox did not adequately cover the Obama eligibility issues and did not dig deep enough into Obama’s corruption ties. Although that is cowardly and journalistically dishonest, that did not qualify them for the Hall of Shame.

There are two distinct and important issues that clearly qualify Beck and O’Reilly for the Hall of Shame.

The first has been the most controversial. That is, Obama’s eligibility issues. The details of that can be found on this blog and elsewhere and are legitimate, constitutionally based concerns. What Beck and O’Reilly have done is clearly defined and beyond question. Both Beck and O’Reilly have insulted and criticized concerned Americans for asking questions about Obama’s eligibility. Those asking questions come from many backgrounds, including, but not limited to, active miltary, retired military, high ranking military officers, attorneys, well educated people and even congressmen. The hypocrisy and self aggrandizement coming from these two knows no bounds. They speak the virtues of the US Constitution while criticizing those exercizing their First Amendment Rights. Beck has insulted concerned Americans on both his radio show and Fox TV show. O’Reilly had the audacity to question Lou Dobbs about his decision to question Obama’s birth certificate.

The second major issue, the one that Fox has crossed over the line on, was having Rod Blagojevich interviewed by Bill O’Reilly and others and not addressing the bulk of the indictment charges and questioning the involvement of Obama when he was in the IL Senate. The alleged selling of Obama’s IL Senate seat was focused on as if that represented the years of corruption that tied both Blagojevich and Obama to convicted corruption figure Tony Rezko. The Obama Senate seat controversy is a well crafted diversion and Fox, along with the rest of the MSM has embraced it to protect Obama.

A dedicated phone was set aside several weeks ago and the phone number was emailed and left on phone messages for several Glenn Beck accounts. Glenn, you may provide this number to your pal Bill O’Reilly. Glenn, as you state on your Fox program, the phone has been silent and silence is an answer.

Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, Fox News, Protecting Obama, Why?

This will serve as the open thread today, February 19, 2010.

Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck have not only not  covered Obama’s eligibility, they have insulted concerned Americans who exercise their First Amendment Rights. Beck and O’Reilly are speaking out of one side of their mouth, while claiming to uphold the US Constitution out of the other side of their mouth. That is just wrong!

To add insult to injury, they are not covering the entire Rod Blagojevich indictment, not to mention Obama’s involvement. As you go about your daily activities ponder whether or not we should allow them to proceed in this manner.

I am still waiting on a phone call from Glenn Beck. Beck, you are pals with O’Reilly, give him the phone number.

To anyone who has an agenda, is simple minded, not paying attention or does not care, including, but not limited to, Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck. Obama’s eligibility issues, his intentional withholding of a legitimate birth certificate, college records and other records from his past and his decision to not receive federal matching election funds are all tied up in a web of deception. One cannot refer to one dubious aspect of Obama’s secrecy without bringing to light another. So it is with the hidden birth certificate. Much has been made about the significance of this fact. For people like Glenn Beck, who preach adherance to the US Constitution out of one side of their mouth while insulting concerned Americans who question Obama’s eligibility out of the other. For people like Beck who appear to be either hypocritical or doing the bidding of the Saudis via their ownership of Fox, I am going to make this real simple.

Why has Obama kept hidden his college records?

It is a certainty that the Saudis played a large role in Obama’s education. Just how much? We will be reopening that can of worms. But first let’s revisit contributions to Obama’s presidential campaign and why Obama chose to not receive federal matching funds.

“Secret, Foreign Money Floods Into Obama Campaign”

“More than half of the whopping $426.9 million Barack Obama has raised has come from small donors whose names the Obama campaign won’t disclose.

And questions have arisen about millions more in foreign donations the Obama campaign has received that apparently have not been vetted as legitimate.

Obama has raised nearly twice that of John McCain’s campaign, according to new campaign finance report.

But because of Obama’s high expenses during the hotly contested Democratic primary season and an early decision to forgo public campaign money and the spending limits it imposes, all that cash has not translated into a financial advantage — at least, not yet.

The Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee began September with $95 million in cash, according to reports filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

The McCain camp and the Republican National Committee had $94 million, because of an influx of $84 million in public money.

But Obama easily could outpace McCain by $50 million to $100 million or more in new donations before Election Day, thanks to a legion of small contributors whose names and addresses have been kept secret.

Unlike the McCain campaign, which has made its complete donor database available online, the Obama campaign has not identified donors for nearly half the amount he has raised, according to the Center for Responsive Politics (CRP).

Federal law does not require the campaigns to identify donors who give less than $200 during the election cycle. However, it does require that campaigns calculate running totals for each donor and report them once they go beyond the $200 mark.

Surprisingly, the great majority of Obama donors never break the $200 threshold.

“Contributions that come under $200 aggregated per person are not listed,” said Bob Biersack, a spokesman for the FEC. “They don’t appear anywhere, so there’s no way of knowing who they are.”

The FEC breakdown of the Obama campaign has identified a staggering $222.7 million as coming from contributions of $200 or less. Only $39.6 million of that amount comes from donors the Obama campaign has identified.

It is the largest pool of unidentified money that has ever flooded into the U.S. election system, before or after the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reforms of 2002.”

To the readers and commenters of the Citizen Wells blog and Citizens of the United States.

The Ship of State is Sinking.

We must fix the leak.

Many of you will understand what I am about to write. To the rest, if this sounds like a lecture, it is.

 
We must stop the Ship of State from sinking.

What do I mean by this?

 
We are confronted with the following emergencies:

  •  Out of control spending and deficit interest payment service.
  • Weakened national security.
  • High unemployment.
  • The spectre of government run health care.
  • Leftist, socialist agendas forced on our families.
  • Threat of War in the Middle East.
  • China controlling our decision making because of our debt to them.
  • Our military being compromised in Afghanistan.
  • Lack of confidence in our government.

I have been surrounded by many personality types in my life. Some of the people around me have a more difficult time of prioritizing activities or jobs. They want to stop the ship from sinking and at the same time have it cleaned up, painted and ready for guests at the dock.
Those people are destined to go down with the ship.
The regulars on this blog are familiar with my reference to most choices in life being between the lesser of evils. This is a reality. It is not a perfect world. Once again I refer to the sinking ship. We have an illegal president with a far left socialist agenda and a out of control Congress. We have an emergency. We must stop the leak.
I am not referring to choosing the lesser of evils in the congressional races next year as an ongoing strategy. It is simply a strategy to keep the ship of state afloat.

Where is the most power concentrated in the Federal Government? Congress.

Do you want to remove the illegal POTUS, Obama? Change Congress.

Do you want fiscal responsibility? Change Congress.

Do you want to improve national security? Change Congress.

Do you want real health care reform? Change Congress.


No one in Congress, Dick Cheney or anyone in the US Supreme Court, stood up to demand that Barack Obama prove his eligibility to be president. Many people were fooled by the smooth talking devils of the Obama Camp. However, some of those in Congress do support the US Constitution and care about this country. We must salvage them. At the same time we must insist going forward that the US Constitution is followed as the rule of law and that congressmen do their job to protect America and the American public.
So, to all of you who think along the lines of all or nothing, plan to have Obama stay in office until 2012, hunker down in your bunkers and get out your life rafts. The ship will sink.

I want to thank Lou Dobbs for his statement on the Bill O’Reilly show on Fox last night. O’Reilly still refers to “birthers” in a condescending tone. Dobbs said he does not understand why Obama does not produce a real birth certificate.

Bill O’Reilly, who has a sinecure, maligned Orly Taitz and anyone questioning the eligibility of Barack Obama last night, October 27, 2009, on his Fox TV show.

O’Reilly is well known for being a pompous ass.

Last night, Bill O’Reilly was a coward.

Neither O’Reilly or his female fawners, who agreed the case was frivolous and that Orly Taitz deserved what she got, have done sufficient research to make an intelligent, informed comment on the subject.
I criticize Bill O’Reilly for pontificating on a subject that he knows little about.

I also criticize O’Reilly for shooting the messenger.

Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, Leo Donofrio, Mario Apuzzo, concerned active and retired military, myself, commenters on this blog and millions of concerned Americans are not the guilty party in this matter. Barack Obama is guilty.

Barack Obama

  • His father was Kenyan and a British Citizen.
  • Obama has not provided a long form birth certificate.
  • Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of someone’s money to fight proving eligibility.
  • Obama has consistently lied to the American people.
  • Obama is entangled in Chicago and IL corruption and should be indicted.
  • Obama’s further control of federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald should alarm everyone.

So, Bill O’Reilly, quit shooting the messenger and do your damn job. After all, the Obama administration continues to shoot Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity.

 
O’Reilly, you coward, try picking on me. I am a natural born citizen of the US, close to your age, male, with a strong business background. I have thoroughly researched Obama’s background and eligibility issues and written about it. I am not receiving a large salary for doing this. I simply care about this country.

I hereby challenge Bill O’Reilly to a battle of facts.

I will, of course, be attacking an unarmed opponent.

Bill O’Reilly, please explain why concerned Americans should not boycott your show.
