“Clinically Suspected Myocarditis Temporally Related to COVID-19 Vaccination in Adolescents and Young Adults

Abstract

Background: Understanding the clinical course and short-term outcomes of suspected myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination has important public health implications in the decision to vaccinate youth.

Methods: We retrospectively collected data on patients <21 years-old presenting before 7/4/2021 with suspected myocarditis within 30 days of COVID-19 vaccination. Lake Louise criteria were used for cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (cMRI) findings. Myocarditis cases were classified as confirmed or probable based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention definitions.

Results: We report on 139 adolescents and young adults with 140 episodes of suspected myocarditis (49 confirmed, 91 probable) at 26 centers.”

“Conclusions:Most cases of suspected COVID-19 vaccine myocarditis occurring in persons <21 years have a mild clinical course with rapid resolution of symptoms. Abnormal findings on cMRI were frequent. Future studies should evaluate risk factors, mechanisms, and long-term outcomes.”

How many of these so called “mild” cases go undetected until the condition worsens?

“Myocarditis is an inflammation of the myocardium. When the heart becomes inflamed, it cannot pump as well because of damage to its cells and swelling (edema). The heart muscle may be damaged even more if your body’s immune system sends antibodies to try to fight whatever started the inflammation. Sometimes, these antibodies attack the tissues of your heart instead. If too many heart muscle cells are damaged, the heart muscle becomes weakened. In some cases, this process happens very quickly and results in heart failure or even sudden death.

More often, the heart tries to heal itself by changing the damaged or dead heart muscle cells into scar tissue. Scar tissue is not like heart muscle tissue because it does not contract and it cannot help the heart to pump. If enough scar tissue forms in the heart, it can lead to congestive heart failure or dilated cardiomyopathy.”

“With a mild case of myocarditis, you may not feel any symptoms at all. You may have a fever, an achy feeling in your chest, and severe fatigue, as if you have a bad cold or flu. Some people have an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) or trouble breathing. Usually, a mild case of myocarditis will go away without any lasting damage. Severe cases may not be diagnosed until you have the symptoms of heart failure. Even severe cases may go away without notice, but these severe cases usually cause ongoing and irreversible damage to the heart muscle.”

  • Children are much more likely to be harmed than helped by the vaccine.  The highest short-term risk is myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle).  Children are 6 times more likely to be hospitalized for myocarditis from the COVID vaccine than from COVID infection.  [9]
    The FDA projects 109 excess myocarditis (heart inflammation) cases per 1 million kids vaccinated (ages 12 to 17).[10]  If we vaccinate all eligible children, would cause 3,000 myocarditis cases in children. In adults, myocarditis carries a 20% fatality rate within 2 years, 50% within 10 years.  We do not know what the 2- and 5-year fatality rate will be for kids after myocarditis, but long-term disability is likely.”

“Children are much more likely to be harmed than helped by the vaccine.  Children are 6 times more likely to be hospitalized for myocarditis from the COVID vaccine than from COVID infection.

The position of the NC Physician’s for Freedom (NCPFF) is that any COVID-19 vaccine mandate for children is unnecessary and unethical.  In this Position Statement we will explain that children do not need the Covid vaccine and that giving the Covid vaccine to children will not slow the spread.  However, administering these vaccines to children does carry significant potential health risks.

  1. Children do not need the vaccine:
  • Survival rate: Children have a 99.997 percent survival rate from COVID-19. [1] For most children, COVID-19 is little more than a mild cold.   Nearly 70% of the 94 total children that have died from Covid had a significant preexisting condition. [2] The survival rate for a child between the ages of 5-11 without any significant preexisting condition is nearly 100%.  Given the availability of preventive measures such as Vitamin D and early treatment, no child needs to die from this virus.  This is demonstrated in Pfizer’s own data that demonstrated zero children from either group (vaccinated vs. unvaccinated) developed severe COVID, were hospitalized, or died.[3]
  • Natural immunity:  It is estimated that 42% of children have already had Covid and have natural immunity (and this is only the reported positive cases).  The CDC itself notes that cases in children are less likely to be reported than those in adults.[4]
  • As the data on natural immunity emerges, it is becoming abundantly clear that natural immunity is more robust and protective than the vaccine.  For example, the research out of Israel indicates that natural immunity is 13 times more protective than the vaccine for hospitalization and death. [5]It is also important to note that children with natural immunity were purposefully excluded from the vaccine trial. This is particularly important since there is growing evidence that those with natural immunity have a higher chance of side effects / reactions from the vaccine. [6]
  1. Administering the COVID-19 vaccine to children will not slow the spread:
  • Evidence suggests that children are less likely to spread Covid.  While data varies from country to country, opening schools did not show an increase in cases of Covid.[7]
  • The vaccine does not prevent people from contracting and spreading Covid.  In fact, there is some evidence that people who have had the vaccine actually have a higher viral load than those with normal infections.[8]

How to open the eyes of anyone who still thinks Covid vaccines are working as promised

Let’s say you wind up talking about the vaccine. (I know, what are the odds?)

And let’s say the folks you’re talking to are not crazy vaccine fanatics who think the only problem with Australia’s interment camps is that they don’t go far enough. They’re reasonable people. Maybe they’ve even been vaccinated and are not sure about boosters, or what to do about their kids.

They’ve heard nearly all Covid deaths in Britain are in vaccinated people. But they’ve also heard about the Centers for Disease Control report that the unvaccinated are at much higher risk. They’ve heard about the new variant too, of course.

So many numbers. So much science! And despite the last 20 months, they still believe the public health authorities wouldn’t exaggerate the threat of Covid or manipulate data to scare them.

They are legitimately confused. And you have about five minutes before halftime is over to help them understand the truth.

What do you do?”

“Even trying to explain that the CDC changed the definition of a vaccine – and yes, the CDC sure did change the definition of a vaccine – may be tough.

Instead, try one simple question. The simplest possible. The public health equivalent of Ronald Reagan’s, Are you better off today than you were four years ago?

The question is this: If the vaccines work, what’s going on?

Remind them: We are almost a year into mass vaccination campaigns. Even before they began, public health experts and media and politicians explicitly and repeatedly promised that vaccines would end the epidemic if enough people took them.”

And if they don’t, why on earth would anyone not at very high risk from Covid agree to participate in further rounds of this failed experiment? Much less allow their kids to be vaccinated?

“Leading Cardiologist Says Researchers Are Refusing to Publish Supporting Study Results That Show Covid Vaccine’s Link To Massive Increase In Heart Attacks

Throughout the existence of the scientific process, replicating results has always been a necessary component in order to gain a scientific consensus and gauge the accuracy of the results of whatever test or calculations were conducted, but when the supposedly trustworthy experts find something in the results that doesn’t fit the approved narrative – leading them to bury the information – the credibility of the scientific establishment goes completely out the window.

Well, according to one world-renowned cardiologist out of the UK, that is exactly what is happening right now.

A recently released study that was presented at the American Heart Association (AHA) Scientific Sessions Meeting claims the risk of developing acute coronary syndrome (ACS) – a potentially life-threatening condition that leads to an increased risk of heart issues – increases significantly in patients who receive the experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.

Researchers found that the risk of developing heart diseases increases from 11% to 25% in patients who receive the Covid-19 vaccines developed by Pfizer and Moderna using the new mRNA technology.

The study – titled “mRNA COVID Vaccines Dramatically Increase Endothelial Inflammatory Markers and ACS Risk as Measured by the PULS Cardiac Test: a Warning” – was presented by renowned cardiologist Steven Gundry at the AHA annual conference on November 8, 2021, and was published in the AHA medical journal Circulation.”

Esteemed British cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra went on GB News to blow the whistle about how he had been contacted by another researcher from a prestigious British Institution who told him that research done by his department has found similar results, saying they too had found a link between the inflammation of coronary arteries and the experimental mRNA vaccines during their own imaging studies.

Unbelievably, the whistleblower says the institution has decided not to publish the findings, opting instead to hide the results over fears that the institution would lose its research funding.”
