As noted months ago and again yesterday, Lou Dobbs, while still at CNN, had this to say about Obama not providing a legitimate birth certificate.

Here are two excellent articles that expose CNN in their Orwellian attempts to rewrite history.

Here’s what Fukino did and did not say in her July 27, 2009 statement: Which Government Organization Was The First To Say, “Obama was born in Hawaii”?

Now, Governor Lingle falsely claimed that the October 31, 2008 statement said “that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.” That is patently false. Regardless of whether Lingle is being intentionally dishonest or just clueless, it doesn’t matter… she is speaking lies, and cannot be trusted.

If that weren’t bad enough, CNN is now selectively editing Governor Lingle’s words in order to conceal her lie and create their own lie… the lie that Lingle “certified Obama’s birth certificate as legitimate”.  CNN says (again, bold emphasis mine):

The Republican governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, has recently certified Obama’s birth certificate as legitimate.”I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health,” Lingle recently told WABC. “The president was in fact born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that’s just a fact.”

Aside from my research and writing at Citizen Wells, I also try to glean from those around me how much they are aware of facts and current events. The responses are scary. The Orwellian attempts by the Obama camp to discredit the internet compound the problem. This is another reason why it is so important to inform those around you and urge them to do the same. Make sure they are aware of the corruption and racial bias in the Justice Dept., the facts in the Blagojevich trial (urge them to read the indictment and of course visit here), the truth about the New Black Panther Party, etc. Want to give a left winger in denial that “deer in the headlights” moment. Just ask them why Obama has employed so many private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a birth certificate and college records. Don’t ram a bunch of facts down their throats. Give them enough info to hopefully trigger curiousity.

November 2010 elections, 5 months away, Blagojevich trial, US economy

The November elections are 5 months away. Obama has the lowest approval ratings in history. More and more people see the picture of the real Obama emerging. Unemployment is high, the US economy is faltering and security of the US in the world arena is in jeopardy.

It is apparent that no court, no legal remedy will challenge Obama’s eligibility in the near term. I believe that the Obama controlled US Justice Department will work to shorten the Blagojevich trial. As cocky and self confident as Blagojevich appears, he is no fool. The spectre of many years in prison is a reality if the trial plays out the way the Rezko trial did. Obama and the Democrats will do whatever is necessary to keep this circus from playing out too close to the elections.

Obama and the Orwellian and Gestapo like Obama administration are attempting to control the internet. They already control the mainstream media. I have a simple message for Obama, the FCC and any Orwellian component of government that attempts to thwart our efforts to present the truth.

I and many others are committed to getting the truth out to the American public. I, if necessary, will tour the country and/or cooperate with other concerned Americans to keep the real news flowing.

We must change congress this November. It is our only chance to save this country.

I, of course, was not surprised to find the Huffington Post article listed at number 1.

The Huffington Post has far more resources.

I am not receiving a lot of money from Obama.

“The Blagojevich Trial: The Sum of Its Parts Is Not Greater Than The Whole”

“Rod Blagojevich goes to trial today. By now, you know who he is: the self-proclaimed “blacker than Barack Obama”, former Illinois Governor, well-known for his perfectly coiffed hair, nylon jogging suits and FBI-recorded potty mouth.

The information in this case is overwhelming — that is why I am shocked that Blagojevich is required to begin trial just a year and a half after his arrest. Keep in mind, his attorneys’ (led by the fabulous father-son team, both named Sam Adam) last big victory was the case of R & B singer, R. Kelly. In that case, the Adams had six, I repeat six, years to prepare for trial in a criminal case that hinged mainly on a single piece of evidence: a videotape.

Let me make this short and sweet: I am truly baffled that the defense was barred from so much and that the trial is going today. Here are some key points to keep in mind during the biggest circus in the nation…

1. Eight (8) of the Government’s potential witnesses have been convicted of major federal crimes, yet they have not been sentenced. (Stuart Levine pleaded guilty in July 2009, yet he remains to be sentenced; also, John Harris, Tony Rezko and 5 others await sentencing.) Christopher Kelly’s suicide is off limits for the defense too. (He was a co-defendant and close friend of Blago.)

2. The yet-to-be-sentenced witnesses have an incentive to tell the jury what the Government wants. Not until after these people testify will the Government determine the quality of and “truthfulness” of the person’s testimony in its decision to recommend a favorable sentence for their own crimes.

3. Government witness Stuart Levine’s drug abuse is not allowed before the jury, even though he admitted to abusing Ketamine, a horse tranquilizer, among other illegal drugs. How can the jury not consider one’s zombie-like state-of-mind when determining whether he is a credible witness? (A judge in the same court found that such evidence was “fair game” yet Judge Zagel ruled it inadmissible!)

4. Stuart Levine says he’s been committing crimes since 1972, yet the defense cannot impeach him by asking about his lengthy criminal past. A tranquilized criminal. Lovely.”

At first, with much incredulity, I thought this had to be satire. I read it again. The author is apparently serious!

Correct me if I am wrong, but this appears to be an effort to discredit the prosecution of Rod Blagojevich and consequently Barack Obama.

If you are as disgusted as I am by this attempt to cover for Obama, spread this fertilizer far and wide.

Is this part of the setup?

Why would the Obama administration want to get this over quickly?
Citizen Wells and many other internet sites are presenting the truth about Blagojevich and his ties to long time corruption in Chicago and IL and his ties to

Obama. This has struck a nerve. The Obama camp in cooperation with entities like Google have been trying to hide these stories.
We have a synergy coming into play.

  • Blagojevich’s cocky, overconfident attitude.
  • The Obama camp wanting this put to rest, oversimplified and not implicating Obama in the corruption.
  • The US Justice Department. Will they do their job or is the Obama Administration calling all of the shots.

I believe that Blagojevich will plead guilty. I believe that he has no choice.
If Rod Blagojevich pleads guilty and gets a light sentence, you will know that Obama has controlled this and that there is no justice. No Justice Dept.

Those of you following this blog are aware of my repeated references to George Orwell’s novel, “1984.” We have watched our world transform even deeper into the doctrine and thought control prophesied by Orwell. Long time followers of this blog also know that I refrain from knee jerk reactions and endeavor to present documented facts. That is why I waited several days to react to the apparent manipulation of my articles about the Rod Blagojevich trial.
Altering of information on the internet is not new. We watched in amazement early in 2008 when information was being scrubbed or altered. Orchestrated efforts from the Obama camp, the Obama thugs shut down blogs and websites such as Larry Sinclair’s. There have been ongoing reports of search engine manipulation. Even a casual observer could see we were entering the world of “1984.”

Reports of Obama being associated with multiple social security numbers in multiple geoprahic locations have surfaced for well over a year. Private investigators have been employed to do research and recently these reports were gaining prominence in the search engines. World Net Daily presented an article on May 12, 2010 that Questions Google hiding these articles.

“Internet giant Google today was hushing up the new dispute over President Obama’s strange Social Security number by diverting searches for news reports on the issue to unrelated stories about Elena Kagan, oil, Tampa and the Federal Reserve.
The actual story, posted on WND.com, explained how two private investigators – working independently – are asking why Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.
Under a Google news search for “President Obama Social Security number,” the top four results all quoted, “By Jerome R. Corsi Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants…”

However, the first link is to Politico’s story about “Gay rights central to Elena Kagan fight,” the second links to Politico’s “Senate clears measure to audit Federal Reserve” story, the third links to a Politico story about the GOP plans for a convention in Tampa in 2012, and the last links to a Politico story about “Oil executives play pass the buck.”
Google spokesman Jake Hubert told WND that it appeared to be a “bug in the snippets.”
He said the company was looking into it.”

I am constantly doing internet searches to keep up with news, do research, to make certain my stories are showing up and to see how they rank. Recently I have been following more closely my articles on the Rod Blagojevich trial. My motivation has been high.

Because of my disgust about the Blagojevich trial story being misrepresented and downplayed by Blogojevich in harmony with our entertainment based media and those purporting to report the news, I have cranked out a series of articles about the real story, the numerous indictment counts, the long time involvement in corruption in Chicago and Illinois and especially the strong ties to Tony Rezko, Stuart Levine and yes, Obama, as well as a host of others. These articles ranked high on Google using basic search terms such as “Blagojevich trial May 2010.”
Much to my surprise, on May 10, 2010, the search “Blagojevich trial” yielded a ranking of # 3 on Google. A decent ranking on Google was expected, and I believe warranted, due to the extensive array of Balgojevich articles going back to April of 2008, combined with the activity level of the blog. I did not expect that to last. I also did not expect the more explicit searches to not find my article.
At 9:52 PM on May 10, 2010, Larry Sinclair called about another subject. We talked about a variety of things and I mentioned that I had a gut feeling that something about Obama was about to break. Two other things were mentioned during the conversation. His phone conversations being monitored and I mentioned the Google ranking. Within approximately 12 hours of this conversation, the morning of May 11, 2010, I noticed the big change in ranking of my recent Blagojevich trial articles. They were, in fact, fundamentally being hidden by Google. They weren’t just nudged down in the ranking. I had to get very explicit and even add citizenwells to the end to find some of them.
I commented on this fact on the blog and many regular commenters did searches. The hiding did not happen across the internet. Dogpile, which gathers searches across multiple search engines, still reflected a high ranking for the Blagojevich trial articles as did Yahoo and others such as Bing. I let the dust settle and kept monitoring Google. As of this morning, Google is still “hiding” the more recent articles. The ones that are particulary damning for Blagojevich, Obama and the mainstream media.

A search on Dogpile, approximately 14 hours ago yielded the following:

First I will state, this search exceeded my expections and would not be expected to repeat. This morning’s search was more normal. What is important from an analysis of the above is the fact that Bing found the May 11, 2010 article and not Google. Google only presented the older articles. The latest articles from Google were the Rezkorama link to the May 12, 2010 article and the Free Republic link to the April 5, 2010 CW article.
Something has changed at Google.The timing is highly suspicious. Do I believe that the Obama thugs are involved? Absolutely.
Will the Obama thugs ultimately win? No!
Help spread the word. Google will ultimately be held accountable. Ask those in your sphere of influence to read the Blagojevich Indictment and read articles here and elesewhere that reveal the truth. Ask other website owners to do the same. Just as the main character in “1984,” Winston, began sharing his thoughts with those around him, we must resort to one on one human contact to counteract the manipulation of information in our current Orwellian society.

Googles’  immediate response was proper. “Blagojevich trial, Google manipulation” is fairly specific and should show my article. My recent articles, up to several days ago, were presented in this “normal” fashion. If Google has a satisfactory answer, I will post it.

The tax and control bill being forced down our throats is most certainly not health care reform and most assuredly unconstitutional. Here are some exerpts from a letter written by Florida Attorney General, Bill McCollum, on March 16, 2010.
“As you know, President Obama has announced that he will push forward with health care legislation that includes a living tax on Americans who choose not to purchase health care insurance. Congress may take actiopn as soon as this week to send a bill to the President. After a thorough analysis of the individual mandate to buy health care insurance, I reman convinced it would be unconstitutional if signed into law.”

“Florida Attorney General promises lawsuit against unconstitutional health care bill”
“Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum has written a letter to Jon Bruning, President of the National Association of Attorneys General, inviting him to “join me in preparing a legal challenge to the constitutionality of whatever individual mandate provision emerges, immediately upon the legislation becoming law.”  The letter was sent March 16, 2010 and includes an analysis of what McCollum perceives as unconstitutional provisions of the bill being contemplated by Congress.
Among his many objections to the bill, McCollum cites:  “…the individual mandate, whether levied as a tax or as a tax penalty, is a capitation or direct tax that is not apportioned evenly among the states as is constitutionally required.”  The closing paragraph of the six-page document states, “While affected citizens of every state may pursue judicial relief from the individual mandate provisions, states have standing to sue the federal government to protect their sovereign and quasi-sovereign interests.”
According to his website, McCollum has also called for a group of state agencies to analyze the financial impact of any federal health care legislation on his state.  Participating would be the Office of Insurance Regulation, the Department of Children and Families, and the Department of Health, among others.
McCollum is a candidate for governor of Florida.  He has stated that the Florida Constitution has a provision which guarantees “the right to be let alone and free from governmental intrusion into [their] private life.”
On Thursday, March 18, South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster announced that he would join McCollum in legal action if federal health care legislation is passed.  McMaster reportedly said, “”It is my belief and that of other attorneys general that this is clearly unconstitutional. That’s why we’re moving forward. We need to protect the sovereignty of our states and the liberty of our people.””
