CW – I went back to one of your first postings and found this message you received from a friend. How ironic when you mention George Orwell’s “1984” and his other book “Animal Farm” which was about the pigs.
I received an email from a good friend today. The message is so good I had to post it:
HOW TO CATCH A WILD PIG
There was a Chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab the Prof noticed one young man (exchange student) who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.
The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country’s government and install a new communist government. In the midst of his story he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked, ‘ Do you know how to catch wild pigs?’
The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man said this was no joke.’You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you
have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat, you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd. Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.
The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening to America. The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP),
welfare, medicine, drugs, free medical, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms – just a little at a time.
One should always remember ‘There is no such thing as a free Lunch! Also, a politician will never provide a service for you cheaper than you can do it yourself.
Also, if you see that all of this wonderful government ‘help’ is a
problem confronting the future of democracy in America, you might want to send this on to your friends. If you think the free ride is essential to your way of life then you will probably delete this email, but God help you when the gate slams shut!

Starla, I read the article & listened to his statements addressed to Gen. Vallely on the Chalice Show. In short, he is so misinformed about the that I don’t is a waste of time for me to comment.
Basically, as I understand Col. Lakin’s position, his lawyers wanted to get discovery of documents and testimony regarding bo’s birth certificate etc. When the judge denied them that RIGHT, they concluded that it was better to simply proceed to the Court Martial while maintaining their RIGHT to discovery. Remember, Lakin has the right to appeal all the way to the Supreme Court. This is just speculation on my part, but I suspect that is where Lakin’s Lawyers want this case, sooner rather than later.

I see so many misguided, misinformed Patriots on the internet these days that I am beginning to fear that bo will win his Orwellian War against the American people. The ignorance of the Law among the American people is almost overwhelming.
Just last night I heard a man who I know to be a Patriot spout utter nonsense about the law without any objection from other Patriots. Such foolish Patriots are a bigger problem to our Constitutional Cause than the boBots at this point.
For a year and a half now, I have seen Patriots follow one fraud after another down legal deadends. I had hoped that Patriots would unite behind legitimate legal pursuits like the legitimate Grand Jury process, but instead, Patriots sign up for illegitimate online grand juries which at best waste their time and at worst get them into legal jeopardy.
As Chief Justice Roberts said, “Read the Constitution. It is not that hard to understand.”
As Ian Anderson said, “I might make you feel, but I can’t make you think.”
Unless more Patriots do simple things like reading the Constitution and start to think and act for themselves then we are doomed to bo’s Orwellian World.
CW – When Winston Churchill was asked if he wanted to be burried at West Minster Abbey he said “No, I prefer to be burried at St Martin’s Church” in Bladon. Oxfordshire. OT-UNREAL!
New EPA regulations have some Northern Michigan dairy farmers crying over spilled milk.
The Environmental Protection Agency intends to classify milk as a hazardous waste; in the same category as oil.
That means, farmers would have to come up with an oil spill prevention plan which could cost them thousands of dollars.
The Senate Agricultural Committee passed a resolution today urging the EPA to take back those regulations.
Of course, this is all about the meatless, dairy free diet the regime wants.

YES, but I don’t believe that SCOTUS as presently constituted will deny Lakin’s discovery request. However, IMHO it is VITAL that Patriots form Grand Juries NOW and render INDICTMENTS against bo & his congressional co-conspirators in States all across American, because if bo can stack SCOTUS with socialists, then our Nation is doomed.

Leaving aside the fact that 77 years later, many of Roosevelt’s socialist leanings serve as a roadmap for President Obama, the inescapable reality of 2010 is that the only thing we have to fear is political unaccountability, an unethical media, liberal judicial activists, and those among us who want and demand something for nothing.
If you are a citizen who still believes in traditional values and the need for a free, strong and secure America, then it’s well past the time to make your voice heard.

As an aside to Klein, who apparently, as he runs around purposely twisting the words of Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, and Sen. Tom Coburn, R-OK, by claiming they come “dangerously close to incitement to violence,” has never read the writings of well-known seditionists Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln.
To that very point, Lincoln once said, “this country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.”
Sacrilege. Had Lincoln uttered those very words today, Klein, the editorial board of The New York Times, and the inhabitants of the West Wing would have called for his imprisonment.
More than imprisonment, all but confirmed Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan would have stated Lincoln’s belief deserved no First Amendment protection.
That assumption being based on the liberal Kagan’s own words who has chillingly said in the past, “Whether a given category of speech enjoys First Amendment protection depends upon a categorical balancing of the value of the speech against its societal costs.”
While Chief Justice Roberts called Kagan’s argument “startling and dangerous,” the mainstream media has done all in its power to keep this totalitarian declaration from the American people.
Beyond liberal judicial activism and the propagandists for the far-left in the media, our welfare, security, and very existence are being threatened by elected officials from both sides of the aisle who see the rapidly descending blade and purposefully ignore it as they suicidally focus on their own selfish needs.
Were it not for the fact they are about to take the rest of us with them, their extinction would be a welcome relief.
To ensure the demise of our once great nation, we are also being assaulted by an unimaginable and lethal U.S. debt combined with the out-of-control salaries and pensions of local, state, and federal employees and the unions who seek to protect and grow that money at any cost.
As one county employee in Maryland recently told me, “As long as I get mine, I honestly don’t care about the rest of the country.”
While we all now recognize that Los Angeles and California are the Athens and Greece of the United States, we need to understand that they are but the poster children for what is about to befall us.
On a recent trip to Miami, I was disturbed but not shocked to find out that while the median income for the hardworking citizens of that city is about $26,000, the median income of the city employees is about $76,000. Triple that of those who pay their salaries.
Worse, thanks to union threats and liberal leaders, almost 100 city workers in that all but bankrupt city “earned” over $200,000. Can you say “unsustainable?”
Roosevelt was wrong, as are all today who believe in something for nothing. It’s not fear we have to worry about.
It’s the minority among us who deliberately steal, lie, brainwash our children, and leave our borders and nation unprotected, that we have to not only shield ourselves from, but defeat before it’s too late.
That is the calling for the majority. Let us hope it does not fall on deaf or compromised ears.”

In SCOTUS, I dare say there is already a majority theoretically inclined to rule for the restoration of the Rule of Law. It is, after all, the Constitution which the Supremes are all sworn to uphold. Moreover, the Supreme Court Justices are all “just” citizens of this Great Nation, but bo can change that quickly by stacking the Court with Socialists like Kagan.

(1) Does the Supreme Court hear “trials”?
(2) I thought the Supreme Court’s role is to decide if a lower court’s ruling or appeal was fair and just, and if not, SCOTUS can overturn the ruling, or remand the case back down to another court? I do not know every act a Supreme Court can do. Please advise what a Supreme Court can do with Lt. Col. Lakin’s case.
(3) If the USA Military Court refuses to give Lt. Col. Lakin discovery, and Lt. Col. Lakin appeals his case to SCOTUS, can the Supreme Court strike down the USA Military Court ruling, and overturn the verdict, and then just drop the case, that’s it, or will the SCOTUS then “demand” discovery for Lt. Col. Lakin, and remand the case back to the USA Military Court?
(4) Or, can the Supreme Court overturn the ruling, hear this case in a trial, order or refuse discovery, and be the final arbitrator of the case?
Obviously, if Lt. Col. Lakin isn’t allowed to have discovery he has no way of defending himself and proving he is 100% innocent and 100% correct in refusing orders.

The vote counts LIE. We didn’t do it.
Yes, we are grotesquely remiss in our foundational duties as citizen. We have acquiesced far too long to the lie(s) perpetrated upon us, to the cheating and corruption of those in positions of responsibility.
BUT, to the charge of electing o., I plead INNOCENT. We didn’t do it.
We been cheated, mistreated, and definitely not loved.
In defense of the American people . . . .
I believe the documented reports of vote fraud.
I believe the published vote counts are inaccurate. They reflect merely the results of an overwhelming number of bogus, invalid “votes.”
I believe the fraudulent votes “elected” o., not the American people.
I believe o. governs not by the will and consent of the American but, rather, through fraud and deceit perpetrated by a smaller, focused group intent upon destroying American liberty and controlling American assests, including American citizens.
I believe that cheating does not equal winning.
To contiually repeat that we elected this “mess-iah,” is to continue to participate in our own destruction, is to cooperate with the Big Lie.
I believe America is guilty of many failings (What nation isn’t?), but of casting the votes to elect o?
NOT GUILTY.

Further, by the same reasoning, if o. cheated and deceived his way through the dem primaries, then the dems did not vote him in as their candidate of choice, either.
Cheating does not equal winning. False votes and fraud do not equal the will of the party members.

We’ve just become too accustomed to the “fence” of blaming the victim for the crime.
We’ve are just too comfortable with the “fence” of blaming each other, and have neglected the fields of “United we stand; Divided we fall.”
Fenced in through fraud, we’ve turned on each other instead of acting to secure and maintain our God-given, Constitutionally-protected rights and unifying to root out the “domestic enemies” who are truly responsible for this attack upon us.
A massive, enfuriated pig rush, however, can still demolish those fences of lie and illusion into tiny splinters any day of the week.
AND – I don’t hate Democrats. Some are misguided, sure, same as some Republicans, but many are moderate and even SANE!
So, regardless of fraud, I am 100% convinced that Democrats would NOT have elected this clown if they had known more truth.
There were many rumors, but without the MSM verifying the rumors or even asking questions, reasonable people could easily come to the conclusion that BHO was basically OK – and certainly within the normal swing of the political pendulum.
We just HAVE to find some way to punish the MSM and to ensure that this same problem NEVER happens again!
