Yes, CW, you nailed it on the head! Let us see.. Blago is facing many, many very serious felony charges. Yes, he will ONLY cop a plea deal IF he receives an extremely light sentence that is illegally arranged for him by Barack Obama (that is, of course, specifically meant to PROTECT the Illegal Alien Obama from being exposed and having to be investigated and called into court for Blago. And we can count on it that the Serial Criminal Obama will try to do anything to stop and prevent his Usurpation of the USA government from being exposed…

If Blago turns to GOD and responds to GODS’ graces given to him to repent of his crimes and sins, GOD will give Blago a conversion by GOD to GOD, so Blago will then turn away from Obama’s bribes and he will come clean and start naming names, and Blago won’t get a “sweet deal ridiculous light sentence” for his guilty pleas in this case.

Parish official: BP shipped in workers for president’s visit

(CNN) — A Gulf Coast official accused BP of shipping workers into Grand Isle, Louisiana, for President Barack Obama’s visit to the oil-stricken area Friday and sending them away once the president left the region.
Early Friday morning, “a number of buses brought in approximately 300 to 400 workers that had been recruited all week,” Jefferson Parish Councilman Chris Roberts told CNN’s “Situation Room.”
Roberts said the workers were offered $12 an hour to come out to the scene at Grand Isle and work in what he called a “dog and pony show.”
But, when Obama departed, so did the workers, he said, adding that he’s never seen more than 20 workers at the Grand Isle cleanup site since the effort started.

“All the Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee have joined Rep. Darrell Issa, ranking GOP member of the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform, in writing a letter to FBI Director Robert Mueller over the Joe Sestak affair. The lawmakers urge Mueller to investigate “collusion” and possible obstruction of justice involving the White House, former President Bill Clinton, and Sestak’s brother, who was consulted during the drafting of the new White House report.
“Not surprisingly, the White House’s own report clears White House officials and former President Bill Clinton of wrongdoing,” the lawmakers write. “But assurances by the Obama White House that no laws were broken are like the Nixon White House promising it did nothing illegal in Watergate. Clearly an independent investigation is necessary to determine once and for all what really happened.”
The lawmakers say that the original acts, in which Sestak was offered a position in return for his leaving the Pennsylvania Democratic Senate primary race, could violate several federal laws. But they are also worried by the circumstances surrounding the White House’s self-exonerating report. ”We are equally concerned about steps taken by the White House leading up to the issuance of today’s report,” they write, “including a meeting between former President Clinton and President Obama and reports that Rep. Sestak’s brother and campaign manager was consulted on the drafting of the White House report. The apparent collusion between the parties involved may constitute obstruction of justice. We urge the FBI to investigate.”
The Republicans note that Attorney General Eric Holder has already turned down a request from Issa to investigate the matter. (Holder has not yet responded to a similar request from all seven Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee, but the answer is expected to be the same.) “Despite the seriousness of these allegations, we are disappointed that the Justice Department has denied any request to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate this matter,” they write. “That’s why we’re calling on the FBI to look into the allegations.”
“Admissions that the White House intentionally sought to manipulate the outcome of a Democratic Senate primary strike at the heart of our democracy,” the lawmakers write. “Only a full criminal investigation can restore integrity to our election process.”
The letter is signed by Issa, along with Reps. Lamar Smith, James Sensenbrenner, Howard Coble, Elton Gallegly, Bob Goodlatte, Daniel Lungren, Steve King, Trent Franks, Louie Gohmert, Jim Jordan, Jason Chaffetz, Tom Rooney and Gregg Harper.

Byron York was interviewed Friday on FoxNews. He believes that the White House has made things much worse by naming Bill Clinton in the scandal. I agree. We now have 2 Presidents implicated. May the games begin. The White House is trying to save Rahm Emanuel and Obama by throwing Bubba under the bus… of course what is funny is that Bubba is going along with it.
I can’t see any downside here. The scandal is growing as the press (especially Sean Hannity, God love him) isn’t letting go of this. The PA voters are winning because another corrupt Democrat (Sestak) is being exposed as playing along with the coverup. Best case scenario, Rahm bites the bullet along with Obama and Clinton being implicated. WASHINGTON—In Chicago, President Obama started Saturday by motorcading from his home at 5046 S. Greenwood to the University of Chicago Lab School on 58th Street and Kenwood to play basketball.
Obama left home at 8:49 a.m. Chicago time. He was wearing a black jacket and a White Sox cap.
His daughters, Malia and Sasha attended Lab school before moving to Washington.

While I agree this is one of the most likely outcomes, there are others, i.e., Blago goes to trial and gets a hung jury or Blago goes to trial and gets an acquittal.
We’ve all known for some time that this Administration is riddled from the top down with the worst corruption imaginable; but as events unfold and more revelations are made, the depth and extent become more known. I’ll tell you, this Sestak mess is just the tip of the iceberg.
When BHO took office he surrounded himself with all those who would come to his defense whenever the heat was applied, so is it surprising that AG Eric Holder will NOT investigate the Sestak affair? An appeal has been made to the FBI. Don’t count on it, folks. Just, perhaps, however, someone there may have a conscience and the courage to answer the call.
Does anyone remember Gary Aldrich, (sp?), who was an FBI agent assigned to the White House during the Clinton administration? He had to resign, because he couldn’t stand what was going on and later wrote a very revealing book about the shenanigans he witnessed while on W.H. duty. We need another FBI agent, or someone who knows the inner workings, to come forward and tell what he knows. There would be a big price to pay, but a patriot he would be!
Concerning Blago’s trial, unless other events converge in such a way to bring more and more pressure on BHO, I expect the latter to come out legally unscathed. The powers that be will see to that. However, in the realm of public opinion, which ultimately WILL affect BHO, we patriots will eventually succeed, especially with the constant reporting by CW and some others.
Sooner or later, Patriots are going to have to stop looking to CROOKED politicians or attorney generals to save our Nation. IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. CROOKED politicians are not going to reform a CORRUPT political system no matter how many Tea Parties, Townhall or other demonstration you hold.
When Patriots finally take the following steps, we can begin to regain control of our Government:
1) Find the CROOKED politicians in your City or Town that supported BO. Form a local County Grand Jury to investigate the CROOKED politicians CROOKED politicians.
2) Link these CROOKED politicians to crimes committed by the BO Campaign.
3) Charge CROOKED politicians and BO as co-conspirators in the commission of campaign crimes and you have a Criminal Case against BO that can be prosecuted in Court in your County Seat.
4) Of course, you add all the other Crimes that BO committed elsewhere to your INDICTMENT also. But to prosecute BO in your State you have to link him as a co-conspirator to crimes committed in your State.

I agree with you, because when BHO took office he surrounded himself with those who would support and defend him to the hilt; moreover, it would be in the “Chicago-style” way, and we all know what that means. When it comes to the FBI being asked to be involved, there may be someone there who hasn’t been “bought off” or threatened, but, as you imply, any report would be “filtered” through the powers that be. It seems to me that the best way to get at this Sestak mess is, as suggested by Judge Napolitano, to have the Republican AG of either the State of PA or Virginia to work through the grand jury process to investigate the matter and then bring indictments if warranted. This would bypass the DOJ.”

During the taping of my Comcast Network Voice of Reason show, which airs Sunday night at 9:30, I asked Congressman Joe Sestak: “Is it true that you were offered a high ranking job in the administration in a bid to get you to drop out of the primary against Arlen Specter?”

Yes, Wells, I agree.
Hypothetically, it is easy for a corrupt court (not accusing the Blago court of being corrupt), a corrupt prosecutor (not accusing Fitzgerald of being corrupt), and a corrupt defendant to collude to fix a trial. I have seen it happen in Nashville.
The RUNAWAY JURY by Grisham is very accurate. Trials are rigged all the time. We only find out when someone like Alcee Hastings gets caught.

I saw that on CBS News last night. It wasn’t even good farce. They were changing clothes as the motorcade was pulling away, now at least we know where they came from. This is serious to the people in the Gulf Coast, DC treats this as if they are shopping for photo op lands. Their old but stupid “tricks” don’t work anymore and many people now are watching for just these “tricks” a/k/a LIES.
In 1981, Hastings was charged with accepting a $150,000 bribe in exchange for a lenient sentence and a return of seized assets for 21 counts of racketeering by Frank and Thomas Romano, and of perjury in his testimony about the case. He was acquitted by a jury after his alleged co-conspirator, William Borders, refused to testify in court (resulting in a jail sentence for Borders).
In 1988, the Democratic-controlled U.S. House of Representatives took up the case, and Hastings was impeached for bribery and perjury by a vote of 413-3. He was then convicted in 1989 by the United States Senate, becoming the sixth federal judge in the history of the United States to be removed from office by the Senate.
The Senate had the option to forbid Hastings from ever seeking federal office again, but did not do so. Alleged co-conspirator, attorney William Borders went to jail again for refusing to testify in the impeachment proceedings, but was later given a full pardon by President Bill Clinton on his last day in office.

One of the primary reasons why I decided to concentrate on CITIZEN Grand Jury Formation is to ensure that Citizens and not government lawyers control the investigation of crimes, the deliberation of the Grand Jury, and writing of the INDICTMENT.
That is the only way to ensure that you do not have an Alcee Hastings type acquittal.
Furthermore, it is imperative that Patriots form Local County Grand Juries, because at the County level all judges are elected. Thus, if they do not honor the indictments of boCohorts then the judges can be indicted as well for obstruction of justice and that type of bad publicity ruins a judge’s chance for re-election.
In the Federal Court System all judges are appointed by the President for life. As in the Alcee Hastings case the only way to remove a Federal judge is by impeachment by congress. I hasten to add that HASTINGS WAS INDICTED by a CITIZENS GRAND JURY & TRIED before a CITIZENS JURY before congress would impeach him.
I have seen FALSE FLAG AGENTS of bo call for a Federal Indictment of bo. The reason they do that is because then they know that the Trial will be in DC and bo will be acquitted of all charges as was DC Mayor Marion Barry despite the fact that they had video of Barry buying cocaine and smoking crack.

Starla — I’ve been thinking the same thing, except in terms of the Constitution, rather than criminal investigations/courtrooms. O cannot get away with his crimes without violating the Constitution in multiple ways. Our Constitution is our greatest weapon against O and all tyranny. Our Founding Fathers were brilliant. And we have been truly blessed. As he continues to violate our law of the land, and as more and more people are adversely affected, our strength grows proportionately.
