Aside from my research and writing at Citizen Wells, I also try to glean from those around me how much they are aware of facts and current events. The responses are scary. The Orwellian attempts by the Obama camp to discredit the internet compound the problem. This is another reason why it is so important to inform those around you and urge them to do the same. Make sure they are aware of the corruption and racial bias in the Justice Dept., the facts in the Blagojevich trial (urge them to read the indictment and of course visit here), the truth about the New Black Panther Party, etc. Want to give a left winger in denial that “deer in the headlights” moment. Just ask them why Obama has employed so many private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a birth certificate and college records. Don’t ram a bunch of facts down their throats. Give them enough info to hopefully trigger curiousity.

Two years ago when I realized who Barry was I found myself at a crossroads not sure of which master(s) he served. Neither wanting to draw attention to myself after having already been burned on the internet, I nonetheless thought it was my civic duty to tell what I know. As citizens of this country we are all blessed beyond measure. Our unified voices raise a unified message which threatens the re-election of this President to a second term because he has chosen not to listen to the people and to promote irresponsible and radical agendas which threaten our national security. He uses his DOJ to support Black militants at polling places, and makes legal war on Arizonians for demanding safety and security in their streets and homes. His supreme narcissim insulates him from the concerns of average Americans and renders him tone deaf to their pleas and concerns.
So many Americans are still oblivious to the designs of this administration, lost in the demands of their daily lives, their quest for emotional, financial or medical security. We may fault them for being oblivious or we can continue to tout the work of citizen journalists like Citizen Wells and others so that they might become fully awake to the designs of powerful, international interests attempting to co-opt this nation. I state for the record that if any of these powerful interests, the European monarchies, the interantional financiers, the industrial and technological elites had our best interests at heart they would have plead their case before us in the court of public opinion, the front page of every newspaper and the Sunday morning talk shows long ago. The mere presence of a lawyer representing the government will invalidate any decision of a Grand Jury. Without the dramatic rhetoric, see how the State of Virginia explains the Grand Jury’s relationship to any such attorneys. “To keep the Grand Jury free from any pressure from the State, Virginia makes it illegal for any attorney representing the State to appear before the Grand Jury, except as a witness. If, however, members of the Grand Jury have questions about their duties, they may ask the Commonwealth’s Attorney for advice. Except for these two cases, if a Commonwealth’s Attorney appears in the Grand Jury Room while the Grand Jury is there, any indictment returned “A True Bill” by the Grand Jury is invalid (no good.) Therefore, while a Grand Jury may request the appearance of the Commonwealth’s Attorney to testify as a witness or to explain some principle of law about the discharge of their duties, they cannot seek his advice as to whether they should return an indictment as “A True Bill.” If a Grand Jury finds that it is in need of advice as to its duties, but does not know if it may invite the Commonwealth’s Attorney into the Grand Jury Room to explain, it should notify the judge that it desires further instructions, and it will receive such instructions in open court. ”

There are many examples of Grand Juries doing their duties are indicting corrupt politicians. 3 judges have been indicted in the last 20 years in Nashville alone. The most recent judge to be indicted by the Grand Jury was Judge Thomas W. Brothers for drug money laundering.
It is rare that a Grand Jury indicts a DA but it has happened in the celebrated case of Dutch Shultz, the Nifong North Carolina case and in these recent cases.

Because grand juries are generally composed of ordinary citizens with no special training or experience in the law, they usually follow the lead of the prosecutor assigned to them. The classic complaint of defendants’ attorneys is that grand jurors would indict a ham sandwich if the prosecutor asked them to. But they don’t always do as the prosecutor wishes, as Jeannene Pacific, the district attorney in Jones County, Mississippi, discovered. All charges were dropped (retired) because DA Torry Johnson knew that the charges were based on perjured testimony. There was no credible evidence to support any of his charges.
