Leo is going back to court on October 20th. I sure would like to make sure he is represented by someone who actually cares about justice, or at least is a hired gun for justice.

“9/31/09 The Nashville Police illegally confiscated my 12 gauge shotgun & my hunting rifle. I am an NRA member. Would you please contact the NRA for me and ask them to assist me in a lawsuit against the Nashville PD for violating my 2nd Amendment “Rights. My case is a textbook study in how Fascist Communist Regimes violate the Constitutional & Civil Rights of Patriots in order to control the people. So, my case should be of interest to the
ACLU, NRA, and various other organizations that are interested in upholding Constitutional & Civil Rights.

…I don’t recall if I have mentioned it to you or not, but the past 18 or 19 years, as least THREE Nashville Judges have been INDICTED.

…I HOPE that Torry Johnson does the right thing regarding the CPU Thefts and Al Farooq, but I do want the CPU thefts and Al Farooq reported, as well as the cover up by DA Torry Johnson.

The THEFT of the computers from the Nashville Election Commission is to the Nashville BO Campaign what Watergate was to the Nixon Campaign. Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, Police Chief Ronal Serpas and DA Torry Johnson are clearly involved in the cover up of these crimes, as well as the sex crimes at Al Farooq, if not, indeed, involved with the BO Campaign directly in the planning and commission of the THEFT of the computers from the Nashville Election Commission and the subsequent Identity THEFT and VOTER FRAUD of the BO Campaign. The Son of the TN Legislator from Memphis is not the only Son of a TN Democrat who has engaged in Computer & Internet Crimes for the BO Campaign. I heard directly from a friend in the Judiciary that there are several Sons of prominent Democratic families who engaged in crimes for the BO Campaign.

Please get this info re: Torry Johnson & other criminals to Carl & others connected to the TN Grand Juries, so that they can start issuing Indictments for all the criminals, and please advise them to keep their deliberations & identities SECRET, lest what happened to me happen to them. Once they have indicted, then they should take the indictment to the Foreman of the Conventional Grand Jury and the Clerk of the Courts, and then release the Indictment to all members of local & National & International Press. The Grand Juries should file directly with the SCOTUS if the Judiciary refuses to honor their Indictments and/or any Govt official refuses to honor a subpoena.

Again, I have a Brief that will get the case directly before the SCOTUS upon Original Jurisdiction.

… All I have now is the hope that I can find a position or opportunity with like-minded Patriots. This has truly been the Best of Times & the Worst of Times for me. I was so pleased that my writings were well received, but the cost to me professionally & personally has been nearly devastation.

…My Hope, the Hope that keeps me going, is that I can turn things around professionally & set a good position of opportunity.

…DA Torry Johnson has boxed me into a corner with his malicious prosecution of me & the submission of false evidence, including knowingly suborning perjury by Horst & Winniger & the attempt to coerce my wife into lying about me, so I have no choice but to go public with all of this information.

Regarding Judge Dumas, now that she is off my case, please report that she allowed Brent Horst, who is not a party to the case, nor an attorney in the case, to address the Court & the Judge in the case. Dumas made several biased statements during the hearing, such as saying that she could see why I was charged, before any evidence had been introduced and, of course, revoked my Bond, which was an incredible Abuse of Discretion, designed to make it nearly impossible for me to defend myself. Furthermore, she would not let me call my wife or daughter as witnesses, despite the fact that they were both eye witnesses to the fact that I did NOT do the things for which I was accused.

Please review my emails regarding my arrest and publish the one with Subject: I was arrested FOUR TIMES without probable cause, and also I was NOT given Miranda Warnings. The Fact that I was not given Miranda Warnings merits a dismissal of all charges, but Dumas refused to dismiss the false charges. Also, be sure to report that I was illegally imprisoned at the MTMHI. (Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute.) There was no hearing and no evidence (not a threat to myself or others) to justify me being falsely imprisoned at MTMHI.

I have a political Lawsuit against Horst, Winninger, Harpeth Glen Community Association, Morris Properties, Nashville Police Department, Davidson County Sheriff, Corrective Care Solutions, MTMHI, Holiday Inn (Invaded my privacy & removed me from the Hotel) BO Campaign, DNC and various Democratic Politicians.

…They threatened my wife with prosecution for telling the TRUTH about their witnesses and their actions…

…Let my problems with a malicious Prosecution by the Nashville DA be an example of why it is best to keep everything about your Grand Jury SECRET until you have and Indictment and are ready to serve it on the Courts. Make no mistake about it, the BHO Campaign will launch a personal attack on you and falsely charge you with crimes if they consider you a threat to the continuation of their criminal conspiracy!!

Feel free to share my notes & letters with Publishers. BTW, I am a Writer’s Guild of America Signatory Agent & I hereby appoint you my co-agent, to market my book about this ordeal. I don’t care how much money is offered as an advance, I just want to go with whomever agrees to the largest FIRST PRINTING and Promotional Budget.

DAY in Political Prison. Perhaps the most foolish blunder by the DA was his cowardly notion that I could not, would not, handle jail. It was clear to me at last hearing that the Judges & DA want me out of jail, since they can see that their illegal incarceration is and will continue to create very bad publicity of the Nashville “Legal” System, and I have just begin to speak out. Wait until I start telling about all of Torrie Brothers’ Crimes, & the Crimes of his sordid family.

This is the Citizen Wells open thread for Thursday, October 15, 2009. However, I have a request. Before the general election in 2008, we created the US Constitution Hall of shame. We contacted state election officials and congressmen regarding Obama’s lack of eligibility to be president and asked these public officials to honor and follow the dictates of the US Constitution.

As I have stated repeatedly, the biggest single problem in this country is Congress. They allowed Obama to be elected. They contributed to the mortgage and financial meltdowns and subsequently, in tandem with the illegal, corrupt and socialist Obama administration, exacerbated our financial problems with rampant government spending. Now they are trying to ram down our throats a unpopular health care plan that will greatly worsen our health care and financial situation.

Now, with the upcoming 2010 elections approaching,  is the time for united, single minded efforts, as Americans first, to change this un American, non constitutional, out of control Congress. We must put aside our differences of politics, religion and most certainly our egos.

Our efforts as well as other concerned Americans to contact congressmen and record their lack of respect for the US Constitution will be used as a springboard to move forward into and beyond the 2010 elections. We will use voting records on ACORN funding and the health care bill as score cards. Let them pass a health care bill.

 Congress has acted in utter defiance of the US Constitution and the will of the American public. Their day of reckoning is near. Let them ramrod a health care bill down our throats. We will replace these politicians with statesmen who will do the job they are elected to do.  

What I am asking you to do is this. Let’s begin the process of coming together to organize. This will not be easy and we will be fought to the end, tooth and nail.

First of all, provide your thoughts in comments here today. Begin compiling a list of trusted individuals, bloggers, talk show hosts, attorneys, etc. I plan to be part of this, however, we must combine our resources and efforts. When we choose who to align with we must be careful to pick only those who put God and America first, those with respect for the US Constitution and those who are not motivated by money.

Also, there are websites out there now that do a good job of covering certain aspects, perhaps they can be a central repository for that information.

SC Representative Joe Wilson, a patriot and statesman, will be our poster congressman.

Several attorneys have been contacted. If you are an attorney and you are reading this, regardless of who you gave money to or voted for, regardless of your party affiliation, regardless of whether you agree with or like attorney Leo Haffey, he deserves justice.

Not only has Leo got problems trying to fight for himself, but so does his wife. She’s trying to hang on to the house, the kids, probably her sanity. Just because any couple may have had fights in the past does not mean they are not united. I’m sure that poor woman is beside herself with fright and possibly unable to communicate with her husband meaning she does not know which way to jump. If she were my sister, or friend I would get her and the children out of there-come on you’re going on vacation to my house. Leo must have some very interesting information for them to react with such violence. Maybe we need to start setting up some safe houses while America is under this totalitarian regime. Somewhat like the French resistance did in WW2, against the Nazi’s. Same enemy different face. Let me be the first to offer mine. Citizen Wells – if you need a safe house, you just let me know I’m from a big family so that person would be a brother or sister or cousin. I’m in South Florida near a big university for access to research materials.

CW-Leo, his wife and their children are welcome too. Our house is by a grade school so the kids would fit right in. This is a very child and pet friendly neighborhood. Just down to earth nice people. I think I’m worried about their nerves more than anything else. When I experienced some really bad nerve racking stuff in my life, I couldn’t eat or if I did that was worse. Ask Leo and his wife if they are eating ok. This can take more out of person than you can imagine; after this is all over they will need to take some type of vacation and get a complete rest.”

When I have spoken to Leo’s wife, I have assured her that a great many people are standing beside them.

All you need to know about health care reform

 

What is the current attempt by Obama and liberal Democrats at health care reform all about?

  • Appeasing their far left core support.
  • More control over the American people to get votes.
  • Payback to trial lawyers and other big supporters (refer to contribution table above).
  • Achieving the goals of far left, socialist, communists who are controlling the party with the goal of redistribution of wealth..

Why do a high percentage of attorneys support the Democrat party? The Democrat party supports big government and that means more work for attorneys. Have you ever noticed the multitude of attorney ads on TV for representation with Social Security matters?

What will it take to really fix health care?

  • Tort reform. This has to do with medical malpractice lawsuits and insurance and the cost of litigation for doctors, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Trial lawyers such as John Edwards have become wealthy at the expense of the American Public. Obama and the Democratic party are controlled by their high contributor law buddies.
  • Open up health care policies across state boundaries. This is the only area the federal government should control, to allow a basic health care policy to be sold nationwide. If the states want to supplement this, the additional coverage can be taylored by state.
  • Health care policy portability. This would allow keeping the same policy when changing  jobs.
  • Provide a basic safety net policy for those currently uninsured who cannot afford insurance now. Adding these people to Medicare is one proposal.

SC Representative and patriot Joe Wilson called Barack Obama a liar when Obama addressed Congress and the American people on health care reform. Who was telling the truth?

We have one of the best health care systems in the world. We just need to make some adjustments. We do not need government run health care. From one of the commenters on this blog:

On October 13, 2009, we learned that Maine republican Olympia Snowe stated she would vote yes for the Baucus version of a health care bill. Will the Blue Dog Democrats support a government option if one is embedded?

It does not matter!!!

A frustrated commenter on this blog, after learning of Senator Snowe’s decision, asked what next.

This was my response:

“The answer to our problems is quite simple.
I always go back to the war analogy (which this clearly is a war for our minds and souls).
The Obama camp won a major battle when he stole the election.
They have won a few minor battles and skirmishes since.
However, they have already lost some major battles.
Hopefully this will be clarified in the article.”

Here is some food for thought as you comment on the Citizen Wells open thread for October 14, 2009.

What organization allowed Obama to steal the presidency, ACORN funding, a flawed stimulus bill, Nancy Pelosi gaining power, Harry reid gaining power, mortgage crisis, out of control spending, decline of the US Dollar and a host of other maladies and outrages?

US Congress.

What organization will have most of it’s members up for reelection next year?

Answer

US Congress.

What organization can remove a usurper president?

Answer

US Congress.

What organization can repeal bad legislation such as a government run health care plan?

“Committee Passes Baucus’s $829 Billion Healthcare Bill
Republican Sen. Olympia Snowe joined Democrats to vote yes on the healthcare reform bill”

“After two weeks of debate and a closely watched examination by the Congressional Budget Office , Sen. Max Baucus’s healthcare bill has, for now, proved resilient. On Tuesday, after several final hours of debate, Baucus’s Senate Finance Committee approved the bill by a 14-9 vote, as Maine Sen. Olympia Snowe, a moderate Republican, joined the committee’s 13 Democrats in voting yes.”

Senator Olympia Snowe,  a Maine Republican, has indicated she will vote yes for the  Baucus health care bill. This was just announced a few minutes ago, today, Tuesday, October 13, 2009.

“Sen. Olympia Snowe announced Tuesday that she will vote for health care reform legislation before the Senate Finance Committee, becoming the only Republican to back the bill and virtually assuring passage.

Ahead of a key vote for health care reform, the top Republican on the Senate Finance Committee said Tuesday that he’s still concerned about the potential for more government control over health care. 

Sen. Charles Grassley’s comments, and those of other Republicans, aired the lingering partisan divisions on the panel, even as Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., stressed that his bill is a “balanced plan” that should win bipartisan support and eventually pass the full Senate. 

“With this markup nearing its conclusion, we can now see clearly that the bill continues its march leftward,” Grassley, R-Iowa, said. 

But Baucus urged his colleagues to “make history” by sending his comprehensive overhaul to the floor of the Senate and one big step closer to the president’s desk. 

“Now it’s time to get the job done,” chairman Baucus, D-Mont., said. “My colleagues, this is our opportunity to make history.” ”

“Key senators were still on the fence over the pivotal health care reform bill going into deliberations, even though leadership aides say they’re confident the package will win enough backers. 

With 13 Democrats and 10 Republicans on the committee, Baucus can only afford to lose one Democrat if Republicans vote as a bloc against his bill. 

Among the undecided were Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., who wants more choice in the bill and wants all Americans to be able to enter the national exchange for insurance plans set up under the bill — plus he wants subsidies increased and penalties decreased. 

Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, is considered the only possible Republican vote — though she is still undecided. She was one of the three Republicans who participated for months in the “Gang of Six” talks with Baucus and two other committee Democrats. 

Sen. Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark., is concerned about the cost of the 10-year, $829-billion plan and has voted many times with Republicans to reduce taxes and penalties. She is a moderate Democrat in a red state staring at a potential conservative primary challenger. 

Previously undecided, she announced her support for the bill Tuesday afternoon, but said that was no guarantee she would support the final product. 

Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., was previously undecided for different reasons. The liberal member wants nothing short of a government-run insurance plan in the bill, and he thinks the Finance Committee’s “co-op” system is not sufficient. He also wants subsidies increased for low- and middle-income Americans. He now says he knows how he’ll vote, but did not give details. ”

Yesterday, October 12, 2009, was full of thought provoking and scary news items. Glenn Beck on Fox News did a superb job of exposing the Obama camp for treating Fox News, and in essence the American public, as the enemy. Beck also revealed who loses and who benefits from government run healthcare. His use of charts and simple explanations was reminiscent of Ross Perot and his techniques should be used by more politicians. Except for maybe one thing. Most politicians do not want to reveal the facts. Beck also has continued to warn of the decline in value of the US Dollar and has provided ideas to safeguard our assets.

Yesterday we learned that a six year old boy, a youngster who was proud of being in the cub scouts, was expelled from school for bringing his new cub scout knife to school. The young boy now faces the possibility of 45 days in a reform school.

What a bunch of idiots!

Barack Obama has lied and thugged his way into the White House and the six year old boy is expelled!

We also brought you a story about an ACORN worker who was convicted of voter fraud in Ohio.

This is an open thread for October 13, 2009. We are still waiting to find out what is going to happen to Nashville attorney Leo Haffey who was arrested on suspicious affidavits, denied bond in a hearing by presiding judge Gloria Dumas, who received a lengthy formal complaint from the TN Judiciary for illegal and unprofessional behaviour a few days later. Is Leo Haffey a political prisoner?

I recently delved into my archives regarding voter fraud in NC and found a really interesting document. I hope to reveal it to you soon.

I hope to share with you my plans to galvanize the public leading up to the 2010 elections. Please share this thought with bloggers that you trust and respect. We must gel as a cohesive group.

I have a collection of facts and thoughts on health care reform I have worked on. I hope to share that soon.

And speaking of Captain Connie Rhodes, her commanding officers and judge Land, I have not forgotten you either.

45 days in the district’s reform school for a 6 year old cub scout proudly displaying his new cub scout knife.

“Finding character witnesses when you are 6 years old is not easy. But there was Zachary Christie last week at a school disciplinary committee hearing with his karate instructor and his mother’s fiancé by his side to vouch for him.
Zachary’s offense? Taking a camping utensil that can serve as a knife, fork and spoon to school. He was so excited about recently joining the Cub Scouts that he wanted to use it at lunch. School officials concluded that he had violated their zero-tolerance policy on weapons, and Zachary was suspended and now faces 45 days in the district’s reform school.”
“But the question on the minds of residents here is: Why do school officials not have more discretion in such cases?

“Zachary wears a suit and tie some days to school by his own choice because he takes school so seriously,” said Debbie Christie, Zachary’s mother, who started a Web site, helpzachary.com, in hopes of recruiting supporters to pressure the local school board at its next open meeting on Tuesday. “He is not some sort of threat to his classmates.”

Still, some school administrators argue that it is difficult to distinguish innocent pranks and mistakes from more serious threats, and that the policies must be strict to protect students.”
“Critics contend that zero-tolerance policies like those in the Christina district have led to sharp increases in suspensions and expulsions, often putting children on the streets or in other places where their behavior only worsens, and that the policies undermine the ability of school officials to use common sense in handling minor infractions.”
““Something has to change,” said Dodi Herbert, whose 13-year old son, Kyle, was suspended in May and ordered to attend the Christina district’s reform school for 45 days after another student dropped a pocket knife in his lap. School officials declined to comment on the case for reasons of privacy.

Ms. Herbert, who said her son was a straight-A student, has since been home-schooling him instead of sending him to the reform school.

The Christina school district attracted similar controversy in 2007 when it expelled a seventh-grade girl who had used a utility knife to cut windows out of a paper house for a class project.”
“For Zachary, it is not school violence that has left him reluctant to return to classes.

“I just think the other kids may tease me for being in trouble,” he said, pausing before adding, “but I think the rules are what is wrong, not me.””

And what a sad commentary on this country. We have an illegal, usurper in the office of the presidency with no state election officials, no electors, no congressmen and no judges stepping up to uphold the US Constitution and vet Obama and a innocent six year old is expelled for proudly displaying his new cub scout knife.

“Although Glenn Beck has followed the ACORN saga closely for the most part, for reasons unknown he failed to discuss an important breaking story Thursday that concerns ACORN.
He missed a golden opportunity.
That’s because Darnell Nash (his mug shot appears above) was recently convicted of vote fraud in addition to the lesser crime of voter-registration fraud.”

“ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate has tried to get rid of the problem of vote fraud by defining it out of existence. Lorraine C. Minnite, a political science professor at Columbia University’s Barnard College, argues in an ACORN/Project Vote report called “The Politics of Voter Fraud” that “[t]he claim that voter fraud threatens the integrity of American elections is itself a fraud.” Minnite is also a senior fellow at the liberal think tank Demos, which is funded by wealthy liberal troublemaker George Soros through his Open Society Institute.

While ACORN has not yet been charged in Ohio, the fact that an individual voter registered by ACORN has been given a six-month prison term for casting a fraudulent ballot seems to be yet another historic first for the embattled radical advocacy group.”

4,000 OF LEFT-WING GROUP’S SIGN-UPS ARE SHADY”

“Investigators probing ACORN have learned that an Ohio man registered to vote several times and cast a bogus ballot with a fake address, officials said yesterday, as they revealed that nearly 4,000 registration applications supplied by the left-leaning activist group were suspect.

 
The vote of Darnell Nash, one of four people subpoenaed in a Cuyahoga County probe of ACORN’s voter-registration activities, was canceled and his case was turned over to local prosecutors and law enforcement, Board of Elections officials said yesterday.

Nash had registered to vote repeatedly from an address that belonged to a legitimately registered voter, officials said during a hearing at which the subpoenaed voters were to testify.

Board officials had contacted Nash this summer, questioned his address and told him to stop repeat registering.

But still, he breezed into Ohio election offices – the state allows early voting for president – reregistered with a fake address and cast a paper ballot, officials said.

“He came in on 9/30 and Mr. Nash again registered to vote at [someone else’s] address, and he cast a ballot,” said board official Jane Platten.”
“At the same time, officials said, some 5 percent, or 3,650, of the 73,000 total registration cards turned in by ACORN in the Cleveland area from its Project Vote initiative to sign up low-income voters were “questionable,” Platten said.

There were “egregious acts of registering multiple times,” said Platten. “The extent of it is beyond the resources of this board.””
“ACORN, whose political arm has endorsed Democratic nominee Barack Obama, has signed up more than 1.3 million voters for this cycle.”

FREE LEO THE ATTORNEY FROM JAIL

 

This is the second day of our open thread. I am pleased that so many commented and at the same time cared enough to comment and take action to help attorney Leo Haffey to get a fair hearing and justice.

Many are following Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, Mario Apuzzo  and others who are trying to hold the nation accountable to the US Constitution and the rule of law. That is a good thing. We must never stop doing so. We must also continue to let congressmen know we are out there and watching them. Actually, not just watching them but scrutinizing them in detail. We will reward those that perform as statesmen and serve their country faithfully and punish those complacent with the status quo and disregard for the public.

I encountered my first person diagnosed with H1N1 Swine flu today. A female high school student.
