Leo is going back to court on October 20th. I sure would like to make sure he is represented by someone who actually cares about justice, or at least is a hired gun for justice.

…I don’t recall if I have mentioned it to you or not, but the past 18 or 19 years, as least THREE Nashville Judges have been INDICTED.
…I HOPE that Torry Johnson does the right thing regarding the CPU Thefts and Al Farooq, but I do want the CPU thefts and Al Farooq reported, as well as the cover up by DA Torry Johnson.

The THEFT of the computers from the Nashville Election Commission is to the Nashville BO Campaign what Watergate was to the Nixon Campaign. Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, Police Chief Ronal Serpas and DA Torry Johnson are clearly involved in the cover up of these crimes, as well as the sex crimes at Al Farooq, if not, indeed, involved with the BO Campaign directly in the planning and commission of the THEFT of the computers from the Nashville Election Commission and the subsequent Identity THEFT and VOTER FRAUD of the BO Campaign. The Son of the TN Legislator from Memphis is not the only Son of a TN Democrat who has engaged in Computer & Internet Crimes for the BO Campaign. I heard directly from a friend in the Judiciary that there are several Sons of prominent Democratic families who engaged in crimes for the BO Campaign.
Please get this info re: Torry Johnson & other criminals to Carl & others connected to the TN Grand Juries, so that they can start issuing Indictments for all the criminals, and please advise them to keep their deliberations & identities SECRET, lest what happened to me happen to them. Once they have indicted, then they should take the indictment to the Foreman of the Conventional Grand Jury and the Clerk of the Courts, and then release the Indictment to all members of local & National & International Press. The Grand Juries should file directly with the SCOTUS if the Judiciary refuses to honor their Indictments and/or any Govt official refuses to honor a subpoena.
Again, I have a Brief that will get the case directly before the SCOTUS upon Original Jurisdiction.

Regarding Judge Dumas, now that she is off my case, please report that she allowed Brent Horst, who is not a party to the case, nor an attorney in the case, to address the Court & the Judge in the case. Dumas made several biased statements during the hearing, such as saying that she could see why I was charged, before any evidence had been introduced and, of course, revoked my Bond, which was an incredible Abuse of Discretion, designed to make it nearly impossible for me to defend myself. Furthermore, she would not let me call my wife or daughter as witnesses, despite the fact that they were both eye witnesses to the fact that I did NOT do the things for which I was accused.
Please review my emails regarding my arrest and publish the one with Subject: I was arrested FOUR TIMES without probable cause, and also I was NOT given Miranda Warnings. The Fact that I was not given Miranda Warnings merits a dismissal of all charges, but Dumas refused to dismiss the false charges. Also, be sure to report that I was illegally imprisoned at the MTMHI. (Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute.) There was no hearing and no evidence (not a threat to myself or others) to justify me being falsely imprisoned at MTMHI.
I have a political Lawsuit against Horst, Winninger, Harpeth Glen Community Association, Morris Properties, Nashville Police Department, Davidson County Sheriff, Corrective Care Solutions, MTMHI, Holiday Inn (Invaded my privacy & removed me from the Hotel) BO Campaign, DNC and various Democratic Politicians.
…They threatened my wife with prosecution for telling the TRUTH about their witnesses and their actions…
…Let my problems with a malicious Prosecution by the Nashville DA be an example of why it is best to keep everything about your Grand Jury SECRET until you have and Indictment and are ready to serve it on the Courts. Judge Sol Wachtler is a very interesting person. Brilliant judge who stalked Joy Silverman, he was absolutely guilty of that hence prison. They found out later he was an undiagnosed bi-polar, his is a story of redemption, maybe he could help with Leo’s case. Bless his wife she stood by him the whole time. Having been married to him for a very long time, it is very disconcerting when the person you know acts so out of character. He was well on his way to the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He learned a lot while he was in prison and now uses his brilliant legal mind to free the innocent.

You are totally correct.
We should just ignore these bloggers who continue to stir the pot. We all know who’s to blame for our problems and it’s not just any one side per se.
We’ve got everything from corruption to the federal reserve to acorn to people voting blindly to people ignorning the Constitution to people buying things they can’t afford to banks stealing from the public, etc., etc.
These things don’t happen overnight. The failure to abide by the Constitution is just a symptom of a bigger issue:
Our society has failed to uphold a moral standard high enough to prevent complete and total collapse of the social-economic system.
You would think that Orly or any attorney could take the AP article along with the Fightthesmears BC and ask the Judge – what’s the difference? They both showed up on the internet. You would think a little discovery would be in order!

10 Billion in the healthcare bill to bail out unions? Members in the unions in California said they were’nt worried about whether California went belly up because there was a line in their contracts that if California failed, the federal government had to pick up their tab. The American people have been financially raped twice, just like they were with the auto industry bankruptsies. Most of the stimulous was used to fund their pensions and health care underfunded accounts. You must understand that UNIONS and Democrats are one and the same. When Obama forces the new million healthcare workers to UNIONIZE, they will have taken over this country by stolen power. Trojan horses they are, and will be the final nail in the coffin for this country. It’s not about Health Care, it’s about absconding with huge sums of money now given to private companies to insure Americans, and forcing workers to UNIONIZE. It will be the death-nell of the health care we once had and allow the Democrates to truly RULE this country for now they have the built in votes to win any election. Most of this happens under the radar and the Dems have been taking over this country bit by bit for over 50 years—-they now nearly own it. Unless Unions are no longer imbedded in government, there never will be a Democracy or a level playing field for the rest of the folks, most of whom are paying the bills in this nation. Those that reside in Blue States already know how dangerous and insane it is to have UNIONS just about own every city and town in their state. Wake up America before it’s too late. Find other scources of news other than the Liberal media, for they are just part of the Union problem. All the Unions join hands and control behind the scenes politics like the bullies they are. Something’s got to change in this country and people have to understand how the Dems play the underhanded game they play. Note they will end up with the ‘Cadillac’ health care planned paid for by us, and will will get the leftover slop. Wake up before it’s too late folks.

The government made a huge mistake by entrusting part of its power to organizations like ACORN, SEIU and any and all organization similar to them. This practice has to end. Talk about zero tolerance-this is who it should apply to, not 6 year old boy scouts.
Why is corruption so bad: Here is my analogy. I used to work for an aircraft company we sold engines and parts to be shipped worldwide. Were we solicited for bribes, Yes. Did any of us-I include all of my co-workers take them? No
Our FAA had very strict guidelines, I’m sure they still do. If we were half as corrupt as our government seems to be today even as we speak, the heavens would be raining airplanes falling out of the sky. After a few crashes do you think anyone would get on an airplane? That is why corruption must be addressed, once trust is gone, its gone. It behooves our government more than any other entity to get all of this resolved and fast. They have the means, the power, the force of law behind them. I thought there were pictures though of the FRAUD and the Nordyke twins together in some school in Hawaii and then there are the pictures of him there in High School in Hawaii…..I think he could have been born in Indonesia and went back and forth between there and Hawaii to try and be considered an US citizen….like you said….who knows until the documents are unsealed!!! I don;t know how to navigate this site well enough. Can someone please provide me with the URL for CW’s post that included the affidavits filed by those who accused Leo.
Here is my latest info that I am sending to the D.A. in Nasvilled and all media outlets. I need the citation of the affidavits to include.

Leo Haffey’s wife has reported to me that she was pressured, threatened and intimidated by a lawyer in Nashville who was a neighbor of Leo’s, Brent Horst. Mr. Horst wanted Mrs. Haffey to make false reports to authorities and file charges against her husband that were not truthful.
I have read two written accounts of what happened and I have verified with Mrs. Haffey that she wrote these accounts. I have also interviewed Mrs. Haffey and she has made it very clear that she was pressured to exaggerate an incident and file reports with law enforcement and the courts that she would not have said or done on her own.
In addition to the false charges that were the subject of threats and intimidation aimed at Mrs. Haffey, Brent Horst, his wife, and another neighbor are also accused of making false charges of their own in a separate cases.
Mrs. Haffey says in part: “Evidence clearly shows that certain Nashville Policemen and a former assistant district attorney conspired with Obama supporters to file FALSE charges against my husband in an effort to try and stop him from exercising his Constitutional Right to speak out against Obama. Please help me prevent the Obama campaign from TERRORIZING other families.

Now why has this not been investigated? There is no doubt that these events happened. Leo is in jail. The attorney neighbor has not been asked to explain his behavior not has ne been charged or arrested for subornation of perjury.
I have the documents written by Mrs. Haffey who are addressed to D.A. Torry Johnson of Nashville and the “press”. I do not have proof that these documents were ever delivered to Mr. Johnson.
My wife and I who are clergy have been working with the Haffey family and we will eagerly sign an affidavit as to the content of our interview with Mrs. Haffey and provide the documents in our possession to proper authorities.

Has anyone checked to see if there was any welfare or food stamps collected by the Dunhams in HI. I know HI only became a state in 1959 and I don’t know if there was any kind of Gov’t welfare at that time, just wondering…

There has been a lot of welfare fraud in Ga. Many young mothers have used different last names and SS numbers to collect multiple checks and some have been caught. It would make sense if O’s young mother or his grandmother could have collected anthing from the Gov’t they would have.

My heart goes out to her and her daughter; I can only imagine her suffering. However, I do believe her suffering will not be for naught, and that good will come out of it. Please let her know many of us here are praying for Leo and for both she and her daughter. We will continue our daily prayers until this nightmare is resolved, and we can all rejoice.
