FREE LEO THE ATTORNEY FROM JAIL

This is the second day of our open thread. I am pleased that so many commented and at the same time cared enough to comment and take action to help attorney Leo Haffey to get a fair hearing and justice.

Many are following Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, Mario Apuzzo  and others who are trying to hold the nation accountable to the US Constitution and the rule of law. That is a good thing. We must never stop doing so. We must also continue to let congressmen know we are out there and watching them. Actually, not just watching them but scrutinizing them in detail. We will reward those that perform as statesmen and serve their country faithfully and punish those complacent with the status quo and disregard for the public.

I encountered my first person diagnosed with H1N1 Swine flu today. A female high school student.

  1. good morning from the Pacific time zone.
Does anyone know if the Kenyan COLB and the Lucas Smith hospital BC have ever been Authenticated?

  2. Judge Carter’s Oct 5 deferral on denying Fed Govt’s Motion to Dismiss (which would have instantly been appealed by Fed Govt. to Fed. Ct. of Appeals) coupled with Dr. Taitz’ subsequent request of Fed. Govt., instantly refused by Fed. Govt., for discovery, coupled with Dr. Taitz’ RICO filing on Sunday, which both preculdes Carter from Dismissing AND any effective appeal by Fed. Govt. of denial of Dismissal, has been a brilliant series of moves (by Carter AND Taitz) …

so it now looks like CHECKMATE!

    Well done Orly Taitz!

CW, elderberry extract is supposed to help against the seasonal flu and the swine flu. Sambucol is supposed to be a good form of it. I hope the high school student you met gets well quickly.

  4. bob stauss:

COLB, Kenya, Hawaii birth issue, etc., are red herrings (likely spread by Team Obama).

It doesn’t matter whether Obama was born in Hawaii for one if not two reasons:

First: Even if a “citizen” (as under 14th Amendment), Obama could never be an Article 2 “natural born citizen” (as a prerequisite to be POTUS) which would have required both his parents having been citizens on Obama’s birth (which can’t be because his dad was British/Kenyan).

Second, when Obama returned to USA from living as a citizen in Indonesia, he would then have become a “naturalized citizen” at best and an “illegal immigrant” at worst.

    Case closed.

  5. I have heard people talking about Kissinger, Arafat and Gore winning the Nobel Peace Prize in the past, but Gorbachev also won the prize in 1990, during the collapse of the Soviet Union.

President Gorbachev won the Nobel peace award for losing the Cold War, becoming the first communist leader to win the trophy AFTER DISMANTLING THE SYSTEM HIS PARTY SPENT 70 YEARS CREATING.
The Nobel prize committee in Oslo did not quite put it that way. It cited Mr Gorbachev for “his leading role in the peace process…”
In Moscow, hit by shortages of basic foods and consumer goods, the mood was more reserved. When the president of the Supreme Soviet, Anatoly Lukyanov, announced the news to MPs, they applauded for barely five seconds. Gennady Gerasimov, the foreign ministry spokesman, said: “We must remember, this certainly was not the prize for economics.”

Hopefully this is not a harbinger for our own collapse.

    my favorite:
An idea that I read somewhere that gave me a good laugh was to dress up as a zombified Obama, and to go everywhere moaning “Chaaaange… Chaaaaaaaange!”

  7. PD.
She was 3 days into the flu.
Dealing well with it. (she had a mask on)

  8. Andrea Shey King’s site containing Dr. Taitz on Fri, 10/9/09 and Mario Apuzzo on Thurs 10/8/09 are beginning to be hacked off/ blocked off, malwared off, the internet by perhaps Team Obama and/or google. The last part of the Apuzzo night coupled with the first part of Taitz night, dovetail with the Rico case filed on Sunday.

They can still be found at (at least for the time being):

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 32% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -8 (see trends).

  10. typo, that’s “Andrea Shea King”

  11. I am investigating the rumors surrounding H1N1 in the regular flu vaccine. There is merit to it based on recent research in Canada regarding the increased risk in getting H1N1 from the seasonal flu shot for 2009.

  12. Attorney Phil Berg’s blog was hacked & destroyed a few days ago. Seems like dismantling our ability to communicate with each other is Team O’s (Holder’s Blog Squad) newest tactic. Must be getting close.

  13. Certainly great credit goes to Dr. Orly Taitz, a true American heroine, for procedurally getting the case successfully before the courts; but let’s not forget the great work and accomplishment of Leo Donofrio who exhaustively established beyond doubt the merits of the case on Natural Born Citizen.

    Many thanks Leo

    Many thanks Orly

(and many thanks to Mario Apuzzo too — showing constitutional case against all of Congress)

  14. Michelle: Please check former thread for 8:49 AM message to you from me. Thanks.

  17. Linda from NY-Thank you for the article re: perpetual violence South Side of Chicago-Obama as a community organizer he is a total failure. On all those deaths especially the children you can lay culpability at these doors: Obama who did nothing the entire time he served as community organizer since he was to busy with GRAFT, Mayor Richard Daley, due to his ongoing problems with GRAFT, Valerie Jarrett the supreme head of this mobbed-up Mafia organization who went far beyond GRAFT. Worst of all and much blame here: a compliant media, who not only ignored this story, but lied, embellished for Obama. Did he pay them off? or are they just that inept. This story has been laying dormant for 20 years, it would have been important to report during last election. No one person could have been a worse community organizer than Obama even if they tried. Many of these children’s deaths Media along with Obama’s corrupt government you are responsible. You did nothing, and on the rare occasion where you could have made a difference YOU LIED.
Obama actually has 2 elephants in the room. One is eligibilty not NBC, the other is CORRUPTION so extensive that it may dwarf all other scandals in our country.
No, Obama you will never make corruption-cool.

  18. Just an observation on my part. The subject of immigration. I travel all over the world but mostly here in the US. My travels take mt to places like LA and like Marysville MO. More recently I was with my wife for our anniversary and we stayed at a lovely place in the White Mountains of NH and enjoyed the wonderful foliage.

No to the subject matter. I keep hearing that immigrants do the jobs that “Americans” won’t. Well in places like LA, maybe. The lower income “Americans” are on subsidies and get more than they would for picking crops or mowing lawns or cleaning hotel rooms. In places like Marysville I saw English speaking white people cleaning hotel rooms, English speaking men mowing lawns. And this past weekend I saw and spoke with a college boy who was cleaning our hotel room.

    Just an observation.

You said it was CHECKMATE for obama.
Do you really believe that there are enough HONEST judges to be able to get this thru?
I PRAY that there are. Dear GOD in HEAVEN how I PRAY that there ARE!
How do we get past that evil Holder ,…. doesn’t he have the power to SOMEHOW STOP THIS SUIT before it ever gets to trial? (we will need discovery?…… can somehow they block that?)
How can we trust the court system when it comes to this FRAUD in our Country today.

  20. Did you hear that Al Sharpton is trying to stop Rush Limbaugh from buying the Rams football team!!

  21. Maybe Sharpton was appointed the new Football Czar while we all were sleeping…..this guy is an IDIOT to put it mildly!!

  22. I just got into Phil Berg Obamacrimes.com just fine. Did they attack a different site, or did Phil fix already?

  23. Regarding the Rams. Saw an ESPN documentary (remember I live with all men) on the new head of the players union. He is closely connected to Obama campaign and to Arlen Specter. Did work for quite a few Dems on capital hill actually. I’m sure he doesn’t want to deal with Rush.

    Thanks Jeff.
I just yesterday expressed to my husband, if they put dangerous chemicals in the H1N1, what stops them from doing the same with the seasonal flu shot……..even more horrific, what stops them from producing dangerous vaccines of all types??

  25. WOW….Great writing from one of Orly’s plaintiffs…found at Orly’s sit….

    Lady of Justice

Monday, October 12, 2009 12:27 AM From: This sender is DomainKeys verified “David Smithey” View contact details To: “Orly Taitz”

    Lady of Justice

The very icon of justice is epitomized by the statue of a blind-folded woman holding a set of scales in one hand and a sword in the other. Her sword cuts to the truth, rightly dividing fact from fiction. The weight of evidence is responsible for scales tipping in favor of justice, while remaining blind to the people, places and circumstances which require full and fair administration of law. Today it might seem more appropriate to portray justice as a deaf mute woman with a pocket knife in one hand and the other tied behind her back with the chains of those same scales.

This portrayal would sound preposterous except main stream media continues to blindfold the masses with news blackouts, misinformation and biased reporting. The broadest cross section of society is apparently not entitled to the truth and so the entertainment driven networks, which program our culture, feature the parody of Judge Judy as a substitute. It is blatantly obvious that the people are unable to see the condition of our courts, its officers, and the current policies of law enforcement that break apart and dismantle the peace instead of maintaining it.

The notion that justice is blind can only be practically seen and reasonably understood within the empirical framework of pure reason. A righteous judge presiding from a courtroom bench must act as though he were seated at a pious throne in a palace of logic, built upon pillars of jurisprudence, firmly erected from a foundation of cold stone facts and hard evidence. His chamber does not echo passion, holds no political allegiance, does not recognize influence, is not moved by power or prestige, has no bias and suffocates pretentious personalities. The only remaining vestige of truth is found here, in the sterile and analytical environment of legal process and remedy, equity and relief. It is the court of common sense and it is located on the 9th floor of the Ronald Reagan Federal building in Santa Ana, California.

In this sanctuary of sanity a legal labyrinth is being constructed around the question of a man and his birth certificate. Judge David O. Carter, a legal potentate dressed in black robes, must consider the polemical rhetoric between a woman who asks to see a piece of paper and the men that don’t want the paper to be seen. These men, who represent the taxpayer’s millions, are combining the time honored strategies of “keep-away” with it’s cunning sophisticated sister strategy of “hide-and- seek.” The technical jargon includes rules around hair-splitting words like; proper service, notice, standing, venue, procedure and include motions ad nauseam in perhaps the greatest diatribe of “he said, she said” this country has ever witnessed.

These legal games are acted out behind a backdrop of the world stage and performed in the U.S. District Court, while a fiddle is played by the man who would rather watch America burn than bring an end to the most controversial concern of modern history. His infernal ego fuels the fire of public distrust and his contemptuous inaction has inflamed the nation. One man continues the obscuration of documents and contributes to the confusion more than any other. This is much ado about something. And it appears the curtain is about to go up again after a long intermission of pleadings and motions, the heroine emerging center stage.

It is a woman that will turn the world upside down in epic fashion for the finding of a single fact. Her indefatigable pursuit of truth honing a razors edge to the sword she wields. The scales of justice will not be found lacking in weight of evidence. And while the blindfold remained upon the court, it is Orly’s oratory alone, the summation of her research and knowledge of the law, which enabled the people to hear and the judge to see that this case had merit. Orly Taitz demanded justice that now requires a verdict. May it come swiftly and let it cut every domestic enemy to their very core. It would be a fitting finale for this genius lady of justice and the country she serves so brilliantly.

    Your Friend in Freedom,

    David Smithey

  26. joyceaz:–

The Keyes et al v. Obama case by Dr. Taitz before Judge David Carter in the US Dist Ct in Santa Ana CA seems to be it.

And insofar as “honesty” of the judiciary, I don’t think Judge Carter has a choice anymore — his dismissal of the case would be more problematic and flack drawing than proceeding.

So he will proceed with the case.

  27. Here is what I have gathered:

    http://www.newfluwiki2.com/diary/4004/us-20092010-flu-vaccines

H1N1 is indeed in the seasonal flu virus, but it is the IVR-148 strain they put into the shots back in 2007/2008.

The real question is what is the relationship of this strain to the H1N1/A strain we are experiencing now?

  28. It has always puzzled me why he “ordinary citizen” will not speak up to the judges who are deciding not only our fate but that of our children and grandchildren … and those kids similar offspring and so on, ad infinitum.

Right now it’s still a free country with every right for any and/or all of We The People (who are after all 1/2 of the parties to the U. S. Constitution to let these judges know that you wish to stand up and be counted. It may help to remind them that:

“It is worth keeping in mind the words of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall when he wrote in Cohens v. Virginia 19 US 264 (1821):

“It is most true that this Court will not take jurisdiction if it should not: but it is equally true, that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful. With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it, if it be brought before us. We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the constitution. Questions may occur which we would gladly avoid; but we cannot avoid them. All we can do is, to exercise our best judgment, and conscientiously to perform our duty. In doing this, on the present occasion, we find this tribunal invested with appellate jurisdiction in all cases arising under the constitution and laws of the United States. We find no exception to this grant, and we cannot insert one.”

All of these judges have at some point in their careers been “exposed” to this opinion but some (or even most) seem to have had it fade from their memory replaced instead by the nonsense of the Beltway Bastards and their corrupt political parties. Since for a time we still have the ability to speak up I’d think its time to do so before that goes the way of the other things that Obama and his myrmidons have deleted from our culture.

The addresses of the judges in the Barnett et al case (Carter) and the Kerchner et al case (Simandle) are readily available on the respective websites with the Simandle address in DOC 39/40 on http://puzo1.blogspot.com where you can also contribute to the dozen (more, actually) full-page articles in the Washington Times National Edition that have gone on over the last several months.

These “advertorials” are all available from the Apuzzo website and together represent a superb primer on the eligibility issue ffom a legal standpoint and even small contributions would be helpful since they are used only for the purpose of education the politicians and the public in general. The contributions link is:
    http://www.kerchner.com/protectourliberty/protectourliberty.htm

At any rate, get out your pen, pencil, keyboard (or other) and let these judges know that you are aware they may be considering doing “… treason to the Constitution …” as the quote says and that these Constitutional cases MUST BE heard “on merit”. Don’t wait – everyone’s help is needed and helpful either in money or opinions sent – or both!! It’s your country, too, after all!!

  29. Greg Goss at 10:56

What you saw was the effort of citizens and business owners changing the laws.
They were fed up, tired of, and disgusted with the illegals taking jobs single women, students, and undereducated needed…
As soon as many states, Kentucky being one, changed the laws mandating proof of citizenship for jobs, welfare assistance, driver’s license, etc, the illegals ran home South or to other santuary cities.
Reports came in that Mexico couldn’t handle all the paperwork of the repatriates.
Yes, our economy had lots to do with this; however, the businesses and citizens changed the legislature because of the slow economy and rise in unemployment…so it’s a chicken and egg thing.

  30. Jacqlyn: Thanks for sharing that letter from one of Dr. Taitz’ plaintiffs. It was awe-inspiring to say the least! Wow! What a fitting tribute to our Lady Liberty!

  31. Michelle: Thanks for the info…I knew you would appreciate the article…it spoke to me; I can only imagine what it said to you who are all too familiar with the fraud and corruption that is Chicago.

He cares nothing for those from whom he stole life-giving needs including the unborn. His need was greater or so he thought. He will be brought down…I am confident of that. No matter what obstacles his DOJ pawns put in our path, the truth will shine through like a beacon from a Lighthouse for all to see! IMHO, it is only a matter of time.

  34. Linda from NY-Jacqlyn Smith-
Evidently the Obama Propaganda Machine is not happy with Fox News and Fox has barely scratched the surface. These ACORN SEIU investigations must continue. What his propaganda machine has failed to realize is that no one has been given a freer pass than Obama since he started his campaign. I think what people feared most with the Nobel Prize is that he would start another round of his infomercials. I think people other than those totally digusted with the Idiot in Chief is they are thoroughly bored to death with his Chairman Mao style of repetitive speechifying.
Ms. Dunn called that remark juvenile and stressed that administration officials would still talk to Fox, and that Mr. Obama was likely to be interviewed on the network in the future. But, she added, “we’re not going to legitimize them as a news organization.”
What we have here is failure to indoctrinate.
Would Ms. Dunn recognize a news organization if one jumped up and bit her?

  35. ABC- CHECK IT OUT!
It was also an exceptionally strong year for the United States, with 11 American citizens — some of them with dual nationality — among the 13 Nobel winners, including President Barack Obama, who won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday.

PPS There’s another little ditty on the previous thread for your journal…hope you like it.

  37. Jack @ 11:11: …and, to your point, maybe the simplest and most obvious reason: they can’t play the ‘race card’ defense against Keyes; well, at least you’d think common sense would say that…only, there seems to be a serious lack of it.

  38. Michelle: I agree…Ms Dunn is one screw shy of a functioning light bulb…what a dunnnnnce!

  39. Re-Dude: Not meaning to butt in with your friend, Jack, but “yes they can.” PP is not black; he’s the “new tan.” Now, that’s racist! my bad…

    Happy Day, Bood Guddy…Linda

  40. Linda,
Hiding out- yes, they are all out making forts and snow angels. Another football game in 3-4″ of snow tonight.

I did see the poem and already printed it out. Your mind is popping.

  41. Re-do, yes, and there are other noted and intriguing aspects of this case:

    1. Alan Keyes ran and lost against Obama for US Senate in Illinois. Coinicidence? What are the ramifications there?

    2. US Dist Ct. in Ca. is jurisdiction where Orly Taitz happens to live.

    3. Obama winning Nobel Peace Prize, just last week, right in the middle of Judge Carter’s consideration on ruling confirms that the dual loyalty issue behind the Art 2 “natural born citizen” prerequisite is NOT just an academic exercise. Obama’s accepting the Nobel Peace Prize confirms the very concern behind that requirement inserted in the Constitution for POTUS by the founding fathers.

  42. Linda from NY -Linda-down here in South Florida a/k/a New York South, you New Yorkers crack me up with your very inventive expressions. I had never heard that one before.
The New Yorkers also help me the burroughs thing-somehow the accents are all a little different even among those groups. Love the New Yorkers especially their ability to say exactly what’s on the mind. Not everyone appreciates that quality, but I do. I guess that is what drives me nuts about Obama other than he is a liar and too mealy mouthed, actually never says anything especially of substance.

  43. Prairie: Yikes! Snow! We will not be seeing any of that until maybe, Thanksgiving or a couple of weeks before Christmas. Even then, it is just our first “annoyance.”

Hope they are having fun! Hope you are, too!

  44. Greg Goss // October 12, 2009 at 10:56 am

Hi, I’m in Dallas and the illegal problem here is horrible. Several years ago my husband I travelled to Milwaukee for a conference and stayed in a charming town on Lake Michigan called Port Washington. It was like something out of Beaver Cleaver! This town is lilly white and if something has to get done then guess what? Just like for the last few hundred years in the country, the CITIZENS get it done.

    Examples:

    – Young adult men doing construction
    – College aged girls cleaning our hotel room
    – All kinds of people serving our food
    – Clean cut teenagers skateboarding or walking down the street would say “Hello, ma’am”

The employees in these entry level jobs were ALL WHITE and ALL HAPPY TO HAVE JOBS and with great attitudes.

This little town was like Heaven on Earth for us. There was not a great income disparity. The houses in the “rich” part of town were nice but by no means extravagant and the “poor” part of town was just clean, normal, middle class.

    Compare that to Dallas!

In recent years I have become very anti-illegal immigrant and quite frankly, anti-Mexican immigrant and I will tell you why. 25 years ago during my school years we had some Mexicans here in Dallas. But they were AMERICAN’s of MEXICAN descent. We were all alike in our pride of the USA. Nowadays, many Mexicans have no love of anything American except the DOLLAR$$$$. They thumb their noses at our laws and scam our welfare system. Not to mention the disgusting mess they make of our neighborhoods and stores. I may sound xenophobic and harsh to some but it is hard for a person to understand that lives in an area that is not heavily affected. It makes me not want to welcome them to my country!

Ask yourself, why no backlash to Indian (India) and Chinese immigrants? Because they come over, learn the language and respect our culture. Not so many Hispanics. And Muslims, but that is another whole story!

  45. Michelle: It’s the hypnosis thing; he cannot connect sentences or it will not work. You and I must be immune to it or maybe, it’s because we cannot stand to look at or listen to him.

He bores me silly anyway…he has nothing to say of substance…have the made a “bobble head” of him yet? He’d be a good candidate for that anyway.

BTW…I learned to speak and read phonetically so I can pick up accents quickly just being around people from the various different areas. Do you have a southern accent or are you still stuck in Chicaaaago drag? And…I don’t mean clothing…silly!

  46. LnNY: when I ‘go Irish’: Guinness-over-Bass…
    aka: “black’n’tan”.

GG @ 10:56: by “LA” do you mean L.A. or Louisiana? in your travels…just curious.

  47. Just some thoughts on treason, not new to history.
In William Shakespeare’s play King Lear (circa 1600), when the King learns that his daughter Regan has publicly dishonoured him, he says They could not, would not do ‘t; ’tis worse than murder: a conventional attitude at that time. In Dante Alighieri’s Inferno, the ninth and lowest circle of Hell is reserved for traitors; Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus, suffers the worst torments of all: being constantly gnawed at by one of Lucifer’s own three mouths. His treachery is in fact so notorious that his name has long been synonymous with traitor, a fate he shares with Benedict Arnold, Marcus Junius Brutus (who too is depicted in Dante’s Inferno, suffering the same fate as Judas along with Cassius Longinus), and Vidkun Quisling. Indeed, the etymology of the word traitor originates with Judas’ handing over of Jesus to the Roman authorities: the word is derived from the Latin traditorem which means “one who delivers.”[1]

  48. mrsmwp @ 12:06: looks like you need to change your moniker to “Mrs.timewarp”!

  49. WHO KNEW?

Jafar ‘Jeff’ Siddiqui: The Islamist Who Served on the Electoral College

    Snipped from:
    http://www.islamist-watch.org/2098/jafar-jeff-siddiqui-the-islamist-who-served-on

Why did an Islamist sit on the Electoral College? For the same reasons that Islamists have achieved a foothold in countless American institutions: the press ignores their radicalism, federal agents legitimize them as representatives of the Muslim community, and the political establishment embraces them with open arms.

  50. Ammunition Bill in California – signed, sealed, delivered into law.

SACRAMENTO, CA – Before the midnight deadline Gov. Schwarzenegger acted on 685 bills that were on his desk. He signed 456 and vetoed 229.

One of the bills that he signed was Assembly Bill 962. It requires handgun ammunition to be kept behind the counter where customers cannot access it without assistance. It also requires gun shop owners to thumbprint people who buy handgun ammunition, as well as record their identification and provide that information to police.

    Snipped from article here:
    http://www.news10.net/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=68596&catid=2

  51. Re-Dude: Thanks…I learn something new every day…how’s the weatha there? Nice, I bet. Poor Prairie; she’s in snow country! We don’t have snow yet, but I’m not feeling an “Indian Summer” coming, either!

We’re in dire need of some sunshine. Can you please send some our way? Thanks.

  52. LnNY @ 12:19: mid 60’s…due for a few days of some much-needed rain, and then back to some sun for the weekend. It’s been very drought-like…and most folks, even locals, forget that SoCal is mostly a desert climate. Only within about a mile of the Pacific does one experience the nice, moderate conditions it provides.

    btw: what is ‘snow’?

  53. Linda from NY -I went to Catholic school where the nuns are very into enunciation. Not allowed to mumble. Obama just bores me to tears, I tried to listen during the convention and I mean to all the candidates as to be informed, but Obama the “buttinski” just interjected his stupid self and I gave up and just read what I could. You are right his ethnic make up is half Caucasian and half Negroid (east African black)
Capoid (south African black). I wish he would look around at the people of our country, we also have Oriental folks and native American Indians. People from every country of the world and intermarriage among all these different groups. I think I represent 10 at least.
mrsmwp-I grew up in a little town outside O’Hare and our town was basically half German, half Mexican-with a lot of miscellaneous everyone else. Many of the Mexican people had been there many more generations than any other group. All were legal conscientious citizens who are just as fed up with illegal aliens, maybe more so, because the arrogant illegals make everyone look bad. The magic word here is: illegal, literally meaning I know what the law is and I am openly defying it. I don’t think anyone is laughing.

  54. Re-Dude: Ask Prairie…she knee deep in it!

I used to live within a mile of the Atlantic. Gee…from sea to shining sea!

Guess the dry CA conditions have been a real problem for many years now, eh?

I would miss the greenery lacking in drought conditions…green stuff is healthy!

  55. JustMe @ 12:16-12:18: funny seque…(hehe):
“…embraces them with open arms….(ed. but)
…requires handgun ammunition to be kept behind the counter where customers cannot access…”

  56. Oh my, Prairie, this little ditty from the MSM. You know the editors didn’t catch it OR some editor who’s fed up with her/his bosses collusion missed it on purpose. hhmm. I got my screenshots. Did you?

    ABC- CHECK IT OUT!
It was also an exceptionally strong year for the United States, with 11 American citizens — some of them with dual nationality — among the 13 Nobel winners, including President Barack Obama, who won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday.

mrsmwp @ 12:06: looks like you need to change your moniker to “Mrs.timewarp”!

Yeah, probably! The weird thing is that we went to Port Washington only 3 years ago. But it totally felt like a timewarp back to the 1950’s!

Lest I come across too harsh….

My family is like the UN. I’m Portugues, English, Irish and Swedish. We have Italians, Germans, Dutch, and more on my husband’s side. I have black nephews who I have helped to raise, a Chinese Singaporan sister-in-law who is like a sister to me and Mexican brother-in-law and nephews, American Indian relatives and so on. I like diversity but I demand respect for our laws and culture.

I rarely comment but I spend alot of time every day reading all of your comments. Thank you everyone here for the all the research and info that you share. I don’t know what I would do without you guys! I definitely need you for my eligibilty support since my usual place HotAir is anti-birther.

  58. LnNY: what’s ‘green stuff’?

  59. Jalapenos are green…

  60. celantro is green…

  61. something tells me I’m having ‘Mexican’ for lunch…

  62. Re-Dude: All kinds of things are green; frogs, trees, grass, alfalfa, jalapenos, broccoli, envy, and of course, Kermit!

  63. Oh, also, please be assured I’m not some “White Power” cuckoo. I have 2 young sons. They are 2 and 5. I never realized until I had them what a bad rap white men get. I am not going to let my sons grow up thinking that they are the source of all the world’s ills. Also, not going to let them think that brown and black people are here to do the jobs they don’t feel like doing. To me that is the ultimate in bigotry!

  64. LnNY: what’s a ‘shneedeep’?

  65. LnNY: eefyu saw da wedda heya…ye be green 2.

  66. good for you mrswmp – the bad guys are those white and black men and women whose only desire is to take away our liberties so they can rule this great republic. your two little boys are certainly not the problem and will likely never be.

  67. Michelle,
The Obama Crimes website is fine, but if you click on the link to the blog it’s gone. Has been for several days.

  68. Linda from NY-you are just cracking me up today. You so remind me of my Irish god-mothers daughter (we grew up together) best friends. When we were 3 or 4 my godmother would tell her the “rules”, as soon as her Mom turned her back my girlfriend would figure out 18 ways to disobey her mother. I (the good child) would tell her, but your Mom said we’re not allowed to do that. She didn’t care so we did it anyway, naturally we would both get caught. Here’s the best part her mother would ask her Why did you do exactly what I told you not to do? My girlfriend would launch into the most outrageous dissertations you ever heard told in the most charming Irish way, her mother just couldn’t punish her and would just walk away laughing and shaking her head. Even though she was a very naughty (creative) child, she grew up to be a good law abiding person-but she doesn’t take any crap.

  69. Re-Dude: Prairie…she knee deep in snow!

You making fun of my typing? “She’s” or is it sheees! It’s my spastic finger…gets ahead of the rest because it was cut by a carving knife before I took typing in HS…hence, why 9 are coordinated and one is spastic!

  70. Does anyone know what the penalty if any is involved with attacking and/or sabotaging someones web-site, as in Orly, Phil Berg and who’s next?
I’m assuming as a customer that they are paying good money for this product.

  71. ********** Wells info *************

I assume you are all aware of the new post on ACORN.
    A voter fraud conviction.

  72. Michelle: Sounds like a girl after my own heart! But…one never crosses Mom cause Mom remembers and will embarrass her in front of company. Glad her mom had a sense of humor…besides, it isn’t easy being green!

  73. CW: Newp! We were just goofing off; that’s all. We’re going now…thanks!

  74. mrsmwp: I have friends who have lost their jobs because they are not bi-lingual. What’s irritating is the manner in which it has happened: one was told that the company was ‘down-sizing’, so her office of workers was going to go down to just 3, with no indication that it was because she only speaks English. However, when she went in to get ‘her things’and final paycheck, there was already a 4th person occupying her space…a ‘bi-lingual’ worker.

  75. Linda.
    That is ok.
Just wanted to make sure all were aware.

  76. mrsmwp-Since I am a tom-boy with 4 brothers and many uncles etc. I have noticed on TV a general put down of all men. I have found it insulting and demeaning. I think we girls need to speak up for the guys. Women receiving their rights, that is the right to vote in the 20’s and the recent women’s movement should not result in a lessening of men’s rights and their value as human beings. I don’t think either sex is superior/inferior to the other. I found this book very interesting and entertaining.
WHY MEN DON’T LISTEN AND WOMENCAN’T READ MAPS (BOOK REVIEW)
If there are people on your list who would like to understand the opposite sex better (and doesn’t that include everyone over age 12?), give them a copy of this book. The title may suggest a spoof, but in fact it’s a humorous summary of what is known scientifically about gender differences. Written by Barbara Pease, a training specialist, and Allan Pease, a public speaker and best-selling author, the book makes a solid case for the thesis that men and women are fundamentally different–made so by an evolutionary course that put men in the field looking for meat and women at home gathering berries and looking after the little ones. These differences, the authors assert, are wired into the brain and are not about to be changed by political correctness. Not everyone will be convinced, but all but the most diehard feminists will be entertained.

  77. typo: “office of 4 workers was going to go down to just 3…”

Good catch. I didn’t even notice it. It is a funny segue.

  79. great post over at drkate’s on 0 and anti-americanism – http://drkatesview.wordpress.com/2009/10/12/anti-americanism/#comment-1637

  80. Re-Do and Michelle:

Re-do I feel for your friend. It is almost impossible here to get a job if you aren’t bilingual in Spanish. Especially a “government” job. Seems ironic, no? Thankfully, my husband and I just buy and sell stuff to get by for now so I don’t have to actually “work” for anyone.

Michelle: I’ve heard of that book. It sounds good and I’ve been wanting to read it for awhile. Thanks for the tip.

Well, all. I’m off to work at the antique store. Then off to an auction. By the time I get home tonight it will be late but I usually (much to my husband’s consternation) try to read and catch up with what all’s been said.

    Have a great day, everyone!

  81. JustMe @ 12:58: except “open arms” isn’t exactly the same as “empty arms”!…oh well.

CW: sorry my feeble hopes of getting some aid for your from ACLJ didn’t pan out…guess they just stick to what they do best…but, as you noted, the bottom line on their site seems a tad misleading.

  82. mrsmwp @ 1:06: what’s ironic and creepy about my friend’s situation is, she was excellent at her job as an H.R. person…
    GETTING JOBS FOR OTHERS!
…needless to say, the manner in which she was let go really ‘bites’.

  83. Re-do.
    Thanks.
The ACLJ website was very misleading.

  84. okay…everybody outta the pool…
“new thread up” say the boss-man:

CW: on my street yesterday I saw a home with a large flagpole in the front yard…proudly flying the Stars and Stripes, and directly beneath it their “Don’t Tread On Me!” banner…kewl.

  85. CW, have you asked Orly if she would help Leo Haffey out…I sent all of your articles to every tv, radio, newspaper, etc…throughout Tennessee last week and have not heard a peep from any of them…I have also contacted JB Williams…Best Regards…

  86. God bless Glenn Beck.

  87. I also sent all info. out to Glenn and Rush…Are you saying that Glenn will do something with this CW???

  88. There are now at least three important cases in the federal courts before judges with the judges sitting on their hands and stalling, in my opinion, while the constitution is further betrayed every day by Obama and the Progressive Caucus in Congress. I humbly suggest it is time for We the People to use our first amendment right, before we lose it, to to write to them a polite and professionally worded letter with some words from you and to quote them the words of Chief Justice John Marshall and tell them to take the case before them filed against Obama and take it to trial on the merits. Time to find the facts and the truth. Chief Justice John Marshall is speaking to them from the grave: http://www.thebirthers.org/

Quote them this or similar …

It is worth keeping in mind the words of U.S.

Here are the three Judges’ addresses for the three stalled cases:

    ==========================
    Honorable R. Barclay Surrick
    United States District Judge
    United States Courthouse
    601 Market Street, Room 8614
    Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106
    ==========================
    Honorable David O. Carter
    United States District Judge
    United States Courthouse
    411 W. 4th Street,
    Santa Ana, CA 92701
    ==========================
    Honorable Judge Jerome B. Simandle
    United States District Judge
    United States Courthouse
    Mitchell H. Cohen Building
    4th & Cooper Streets
    Camden NJ 08101
    =========================

Pass this on to other blogs and friends and associates.
