(Lafayette Hill, PA – 08/20/2010) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “Constitutional qualifications” to serve as President of the United States. 
 
Berg said, “It is ‘no surprise’ that Obama/Soetoro has endorsed the fact that a Mosque should be built near ‘Ground Zero’ as Obama is a Muslim !  The school records from Indonesia that can be seen on our website obamacrimes.com indicate that Obama was adopted/acknowledged by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, and Obama’s ‘legal’ name became ‘Barry Soetoro’; his nationality became ‘Indonesia’; and his religion was ‘Islam’ = ‘Muslim’.”

Berg continued, “Since Obama/Soetoro became President, he has catered to the Muslim community; he has travelled around the world ‘apologizing’ for the United States; he bowed down to the Saudi King, the Japanese Emperor and the leader of China.”

Berg remarked, “One of my supporters sent me the following email – ‘Let me be very clear, they can build the Mosque at Ground Zero when they give us a permit to build a church in Mecca!’ and it really speaks to the overall issue.  There are two [2] separate issues: 1) the rights guaranteed to us under the 1st Amendment to ‘our’ U.S. Constitution, that includes ‘freedom of religion’; and 2) on the other hand, where to build a certain Mosque.  There is no question as to the freedom of religion, but where to build involves ‘sensitivity’ to the people in the area where one wants to build.  The Muslims that plan to build the Mosque do not care about the ‘feelings’ of others; they just turned down the proposal from New York Governor David Paterson to meet with them and he would find State property for them to build their Mosque in another location in Manhattan.”

Berg continued, “I have received several emails with suggestions to place pig heads, pig blood and even whole pigs on the land set aside to build the Mosque near ground zero in New York.  The reason for this suggestion is due to the Muslim Religion not allowing touching anything a pig has touched.  I do not agree with the building of the Mosque near ground zero; however, interfering with a Religion is considered ‘Hate’ crimes and is very serious.  ‘Hate’ crimes, which I do not believe in nor will I endorse, carry severe penalties, they are felonies and can be prosecuted State or Federally.  One cannot attempt to just hold up one part of the U.S. Constitution and not the other parts.  The First Amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees all ‘Freedom of Religion.’  Again, we do not agree with the building of a Mosque at ground zero; however, there are legal ways to oppose the building of this particular Mosque, without breaking our State and Federal Laws.”
Berg commented further regarding Obama by saying, “I believe Obama probably prays to his Muslim religion with others that he invites into the White House, and that is his right and privilege.  Obama’s twenty [20] years with Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Jr. of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago was questionable as to the sermons given and what Obama took from them.  It is unbelievable that Obama did not know the Reverend Wright as others did.  Also, according to sources, the Trinity United Church had many members who were and are Muslims.”

Berg continued, “The pressure is building to force Obama/Soetoro to admit that he is an Imposter, a Fraud, a Phony and his tale is the largest ‘Hoax’ in the history of the United States, over 234 years.  Actually, the pressure is building because the overwhelming evidence is that Obama/Soetoro was born in Africa and more important is the fact that Obama was adopted/acknowledged by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia and Obama’s ‘legal’ name became ‘Barry Soetoro’ and there is no evidence that he has legally changed his name and therefore, every time he uses the name of ‘Barack Hussein Obama’ he has and is committing fraud.”

Berg concluded, “I am in the final days of planning for the largest March/Rally in Washington, DC in October 2010 to force Obama/Soetoro to step down from the Office of President, a position he is not Constitutionally eligible to be President as he is an ‘Usurper’ and he has led our country into a Constitutional crisis.  When Obama/Soetoro steps down, all of the laws, appointments and programs including ObamaCare will end because all of them are ‘voidable’”.

“Two State Department employees were fired recently and a third disciplined for improperly accessing electronic personal data on Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama, Bush administration officials said today.
The officials, all contract workers, used their authorized computer network access to look up files within the department’s consular affairs section, which processes and stores passport information, and read Mr. Obama’s passport application and other records, in violation of department privacy rules, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said.”

“Passport application data includes such details as date and place of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, Social Security number, former names and travel plans. Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu in 1961 to a Kenyan father and American mother. He lived in Jakarta, Indonesia, from age six to 10.”

“Obama has a dual citizenship with Kenya. His passport was breached today by inquiring minds because Obama is an anti-Israel pro-pan-arabism Islamic-socialist who has ties to marxist Libyan president Muammar al Gadaffi, Syrian tycoon Antoin Rezko, Saudi Arabian sheikhs, and Rezko’s “close friend” 3.5 million money pal Auchi, the one who gave Obama fundraiser money: Iraqi billionaire global arms dealer Nadhmi Auchi, was Baathist best friends with Saddam Hussein, and the main financial backer for Saddam’s Iraqi-Saudi oil pipeline, and who stood trial with Saddam in 1959 for conspiring to assassinate Iraqi President Qasim, (Saddam even killed Auchi’s brother, but they remained best friends), also marxist Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega is on the frontline supporting Obama for the revolution of the change, and then there’s hardcore anti-Israel, pro-Palestine PLO enforcer Rashid Khalidi, (Obama was on Khalidi’s Woods Fund). Obama was a member of the Woods Fund with communist domestic terrorist Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground who bombed the Pentagon, the US Capital, among other things, and their organization raised money for anti-Israel programs, and also AAAN, for Arabs, and then there’s especially Kenya… where in August of 2007 Obama went to support his E. Germany communist educated cousin Raila Odinga for Kenyan presidential election who claims, coincidentally, to also be a Christian yet who signed NAMLEF and other pacts with radical Muslims who set churches filled with Christians on fire, and macheted them in the streets, causing a political and religious mini-civil war over the MuO.
Sorry folks, I studied all of Obama’s mentors, buddies, political affiliations, organizational memberships, and all of his *hard-core militant Muslim* family members, like his brother Abongo “Roy” Odinga who hates America, and their communist grandfather who ran with Russia and hated America, not to mention his socialist connection to his profound childhood mentor Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Communist Party, CPUSA, and…well, we know Pastor Wright, Jesse Jackson, Jesse Jackson JR, Al Sharpton, and Nation of Islam minister Louis Farrakhan….and they have a *few* issues with america, white people, and jews—> so simply reverse it, and you’ll see they care about: Africa, Blacks, and Muslims, which can be corroborated by things they have said along with their affiliations.”

You now know that Obama’s name was mentioned again during the Rod Blagojevich trial. You were advised of this earlier at Citizen Wells and Citizen News.

There are many opportunities for Obama’s name to surface during the Blagojevich trial, just as Blagojevich’s name surfaced during the Tony Rezko trial. Obama is deeply enmeshed in Chicago and Illinois corruption. There is another side of Obama, his connections and allegiance to Muslims and Arabs. Now, as Paul Harvey always said, “The rest of the story.”
Ali Ata is another name likely to surface soon as a witness. Apparently, or at least from the documentation I have read, Ata was more involved in corruption than Joseph Aramanda. Perhaps not. Ali Ata has ties to Barack Obama.

“The morning after the prosecution announced that Loren would testify, Hamilton dropped another bombshell by informing the judge that Jordanian-native and co-schemer, Ali Ata, the former head of the Illinois Finance Authority, had pled guilty and entered into a plea agreement and he would testify that he received the same information in 2004.”

“Maloof is one of the donors used to funnel two $10,000 contributions to Obama through bank accounts from Rezko‘s pizza businesses from the pension fund kickback. An exhibit produced for the jury shows Maloof also made a $10,000 contribution to Blagojevich.”

“As predicted, on May 1, 2008, Ata testified that he was assured there was a plan in place to remove Fitzgerald after Bush was reelected in 2004. “Mr. Rezko informed me that they had just finished meeting with Mr. Kjellander and that there will be a change in U.S. attorney’s office come the new administration,” he said.”

“Ata told the jury he delivered one $25,000 contribution to Blagojevich at Rezko’s office in the latter part of 2002, and the three men discussed the prospects of Ata getting an appointment in the administration. He said people at the office that day included Blagojevich’s campaign chief and later chief of staff, Lon Monk, Christopher Kelly, and state Representative Jay Hoffman.”

““The way Ali Ata described it, the waiting room in the North Side office of Antoin “Tony” Rezko seemed as busy as an airport terminal,” the Tribune noted on May 1, 2008.

Ata brought another $25,000 check to a fundraiser on July 25, 2003, and he was appointed to lead the Finance Authority.

Ata made a $5,000 donation to Obama less than a month earlier on June 30, 2003. Ata is also an investor in Riverside Park. Almost without fail, the people identified in the Board Games cases as investors in Riverside Park contributed to Obama’s US senate campaign.””

““The corruption in this case involves the Illinois Finance Authority. The IFA was established, “to support the Governor of Illinois’ economic development agenda,” and “IFA approves about $3 billion in project financing each year,” according to its web site.

Co-schemer Ali Ata was appointed to lead the IFA. He made a $5,000 donation to Obama on June 30, 2003.”
“Talat Othman was appointed to the IFA Board, and he donated $1,000 to Obama on June 30, 2003.

David Gustman was made chairman, and his wife, Lisa, also gave Obama $1,000 on June 30.

Co-schemer Abdelhamid Chaib is the former the director of Rezko Concessions. Chaib’s wife was appointed to the Department of Employment Security Review Board. Obama received $5,000 from Chaib on June 30, 2003.”

 
“As part of the scheme, Ata signed a letter on Finance Authority letterhead that falsely made it appear that Dr Paul Ray had applied for financing with the IFA for acquisition of the pizza restaurants. The letter stated that Ray’s financing would be recommended for approval by the IFA Board on March 15, 2004, and that the IFA would guarantee 50% of the total $16 million.”

“But Ata said Rezko scoffed at the concerns. “He said as far as the publicity, he will get the governor’s office to approve the transaction, and as far as the board,” Ata told the jury, Rezko said, “We put them there.”””
“”Ata is a former president of the Chicago Chapter of the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. He represents “a deeper corruption” in the Arab American community, “an aspect of the story that has not received much attention,” according to a May 2, 2008 report by Ray Hanania in the Southwest News-Herald.”

“In his report, Hanania explains how Ata and others would help organize political dinners attended by Arab Americans from the suburbs at which politicians where “honored.”

“These Arab community “leaders,” he says, “would tell the community that if they bought tickets to their “candidate’s nights,” their organization fundraisers or donated through them to local politicians, these politicians would respond by giving the Arab American community empowerment.”

“In truth,” Hanania says, “these political leaders lied.”

“They did get jobs, contracts and clout,” he notes, “but the people who benefited were not members of the community but rather the relatives, children, friends and business associates of these leaders.”””

“More Obama ties to Ata and slumlords

“”The Illinois Finance Authority was established by Blagojevich in 2004. Its “role is to support the Governor of Illinois’ economic development agenda,” and “IFA approves about $3 billion in project financing each year,” according to the its site.

Rezko business associate, Ali Ata, was appointed to head the Finance Authority. He is now under indictment in a separate criminal case in which Rezko is also charged. On June 30, 2003, Ata contributed $5,000 to Obama’s US senate campaign.

On June 13, 2007, the Sun-Times reported that as a state senator, “Obama wrote letters to city and state officials supporting his political patron Tony Rezko’s successful bid to get more than $14 million from taxpayers to build apartments for senior citizens.”

“I am writing in support of the New Kenwood LLC’s proposal to build a ninety-seven unit apartment building at 48th and Cottage Grove for senior citizens,” Obama wrote in October 28, 1998 letters to both city and state housing officials. “This project will provide much needed housing for Fourth Ward citizens.””
“In the Times, Novak reported that the deal included $855,000 in development fees for Rezko and Davis, while Obama was still working at the Davis law firm, for a bid on a project that was “four blocks outside Obama’s state Senate district.”””

A special tribute came from Khalidi’s friend and frequent dinner companion, the young state Sen. Barack Obama. Speaking to the crowd, Obama reminisced about meals prepared by Khalidi’s wife, Mona, and conversations that had challenged his thinking.”

 
“Their belief is not drawn from Obama’s speeches or campaign literature, but from comments that some say Obama made in private and from his association with the Palestinian American community in his hometown of Chicago, including his presence at events where anger at Israeli and U.S. Middle East policy was freely expressed.

At Khalidi’s 2003 farewell party, for example, a young Palestinian American recited a poem accusing the Israeli government of terrorism in its treatment of Palestinians and sharply criticizing U.S. support of Israel. If Palestinians cannot secure their own land, she said, “then you will never see a day of peace.”

One speaker likened “Zionist settlers on the West Bank” to Osama bin Laden, saying both had been “blinded by ideology.””

Jill Hayden, director of boards and commissions, testified today and brought up Ali Ata as Tony Rezko’s friend and a member of the IFA, Illinois Finance Authority.

Health Care Bill religious exemptions, Muslims

I am still trying to get answers on religious exemptions to participation in the so called Health Care Bill. I have been getting feedback that various religious groups getting preferential treatment may be the basis for some of the lawsuits.  The American Thinker site posed this question regarding Muslims several days ago.

“Amish, Muslims to be excused from Obamacare mandate?”

“Apparently, this exemption will apply similarly to believers in Islam, which considers health insurance – and, for that matter, any form of risk insurance – to be haraam (forbidden).

Steve Gilbert of Sweetness & Light calls our attention to the probability that Muslims will also be expempt. According to a March 23 publication on an authoritative Islamic Web site managed by Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid, various fatwas (religious decrees) absolutely forbid Muslim participation in any sort of health care or other risk insurance:
Health insurance is haraam like other types of commercial insurance, because it is based on ambiguity, gambling and riba (usury). This is what is stated in fatwas by the senior scholars.

In Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (15/277) there is a quotation of a statement of the Council of Senior Scholars concerning the prohibition on insurance and why it is haraam:

It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (15/251):
Firstly: Commercial insurance of all types is haraam because it involves ambiguity, riba, uncertainty, gambling and consuming people’s wealth unlawfully, and other shar’i

Secondly: It is not permissible for the Muslim to get involved with insurance companies by working in administration or otherwise, because working in them comes under the heading of cooperating in sin and transgression, and Allaah forbids that as He says: “but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment”

[al-Maa’idah 5:2]. End quote.

So, it turns out that observant Muslims are not only strictly forbidden from buying any health insurance under the ObamaCare mandate, but may also not even work for any company that provides such insurance or any other form of commercial insurance.”

You remember US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. The man involved in the prosecution of Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko, Rod Blagojevich and a host of other corruption figures tied to Obama. The man who waited until after the 2008 election to arrest Rod Blagojevich.

“U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald to handle Mumbai terror case”

“U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has personally prosecuted just one case in Chicago since arriving in September 2001 from New York, where he’d made his reputation prosecuting terrorism cases including the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center.

Now, Fitzgerald plans to prosecute what authorities have called one of the most significant terrorism cases in the country — the 2008 bombings in Mumbai, India, that claimed the lives of about 170 people.
Fitzgerald — considered an expert in terror cases — will be on the prosecution team along with two of his assistants, Daniel Collins and Vicki Peters.

Two Chicago men — Tahawwur Rana and David Headley — are accused of helping plan the Mumbai attacks.”

“At a hearing Wednesday in federal court in Chicago for Rana, Fitzgerald appeared for the first time in the case, saying some of the evidence will be handled under strict rules because it’s considered classified.”

To anyone who has an agenda, is simple minded, not paying attention or does not care, including, but not limited to, Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck. Obama’s eligibility issues, his intentional withholding of a legitimate birth certificate, college records and other records from his past and his decision to not receive federal matching election funds are all tied up in a web of deception. One cannot refer to one dubious aspect of Obama’s secrecy without bringing to light another. So it is with the hidden birth certificate. Much has been made about the significance of this fact. For people like Glenn Beck, who preach adherance to the US Constitution out of one side of their mouth while insulting concerned Americans who question Obama’s eligibility out of the other. For people like Beck who appear to be either hypocritical or doing the bidding of the Saudis via their ownership of Fox, I am going to make this real simple.

Why has Obama kept hidden his college records?

It is a certainty that the Saudis played a large role in Obama’s education. Just how much? We will be reopening that can of worms. But first let’s revisit contributions to Obama’s presidential campaign and why Obama chose to not receive federal matching funds.

“Secret, Foreign Money Floods Into Obama Campaign”

“More than half of the whopping $426.9 million Barack Obama has raised has come from small donors whose names the Obama campaign won’t disclose.

And questions have arisen about millions more in foreign donations the Obama campaign has received that apparently have not been vetted as legitimate.

Obama has raised nearly twice that of John McCain’s campaign, according to new campaign finance report.

But because of Obama’s high expenses during the hotly contested Democratic primary season and an early decision to forgo public campaign money and the spending limits it imposes, all that cash has not translated into a financial advantage — at least, not yet.

The Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee began September with $95 million in cash, according to reports filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

The McCain camp and the Republican National Committee had $94 million, because of an influx of $84 million in public money.

But Obama easily could outpace McCain by $50 million to $100 million or more in new donations before Election Day, thanks to a legion of small contributors whose names and addresses have been kept secret.

Unlike the McCain campaign, which has made its complete donor database available online, the Obama campaign has not identified donors for nearly half the amount he has raised, according to the Center for Responsive Politics (CRP).

Federal law does not require the campaigns to identify donors who give less than $200 during the election cycle. However, it does require that campaigns calculate running totals for each donor and report them once they go beyond the $200 mark.

Surprisingly, the great majority of Obama donors never break the $200 threshold.

“Contributions that come under $200 aggregated per person are not listed,” said Bob Biersack, a spokesman for the FEC. “They don’t appear anywhere, so there’s no way of knowing who they are.”

The FEC breakdown of the Obama campaign has identified a staggering $222.7 million as coming from contributions of $200 or less. Only $39.6 million of that amount comes from donors the Obama campaign has identified.

It is the largest pool of unidentified money that has ever flooded into the U.S. election system, before or after the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reforms of 2002.”

Two people that I know, each in their own way, have actively spoken out about Barack Obama and have worked hard to expose the truth about Obama.

“POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Explosive outrage is being unleashed on a popular supermarket chain after it published a 2010 calendar marking the date of Dec. 7 with the Islamic New Year, while eliminating any mention of Pearl Harbor Day, commemorating the 1941 attack on the U.S. by Japan.

Joyce Kaufman, a talk-show host on WFTL Radio in South Florida, made the “date which will live in infamy” the centerpiece of her broadcast today, expressing outrage at Publix Supermarkets for its calendar omission.

“We have guys that are fighting Islamic fundamentalists right now in Afghanistan and guarding them from ruining what little freedom they have achieved in Iraq,” said Kaufman. “And now I gotta celebrate their new year over here in my country when they’re getting on airplanes and trying to blow up planes out of the sky in Detroit? I gotta have their New Year’s Day on my calendar and not Pearl Harbor Day? We’ve lost our minds!”

Kaufman and many callers to her station called it a “slap in the face” to all those who fought for America’s freedoms over the years.

“I’m done,” she said. “I’m not walking into a Publix until there’s a formal apology. I’m not walking into a Publix until the calendars have all been pulled. I’m not walking into a Publix until they reissue a calendar and re-evaluate what they put on their calendars. It’s a free country, but I don’t have to shop there.”

Some enraged listeners called in to suggest consumers shred the calendars and mail them to the supermarket’s corporate headquarters in Lakeland, Fla.

One man claimed he spoke with two managers at two separate Publix stores, both of whom confirmed the 2009 edition of the calendar also had no mention of Pearl Harbor Day.

This year, while Publix’s calendar is marking well-known observances such as Passover and Palm Sunday, it also includes some obscure times including National Boss Day and Professional Assistant’s Day.

Ironically, the calendar has a laundry list of independence days for foreign countries such as Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Central America, Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Trinidad and Tobago.

“That’s nice,” opined Kaufman’s fellow broadcaster Jeff Katz. “Don’t you find it odd, though, that in South Florida with such a large Jewish population, they don’t bother to mention Israeli Independence Day? I found that fascinating. Again, that would be a decision that someone in the Publix intergalactic headquarters had to make. Somebody had to decide, ‘Here’s what we’re putting on, here’s not what we’re putting on;’ or even worse, ‘Here’s what we’re putting on, and here’s what we’re taking off.'””

“”That is a deflective move,” said Katz. “That’s designed to get you to just simmer down, just to say, ‘Hey, it’s enough already. Stop talking about it. Talk about how cold it is and mention the fact that Publix sells a lot of stuff to help you deal with the cold.'””

“Katz added, “There is a much bigger issue at stake. and that’s about education and that’s about knowledge … and the sacrifices of our American heroes. … My concern today was what was missing.””

Most of what we know about Barack Obama comes from Chicago corruption trial transcripts, Illinois records such as the IL bar and internet data that has not yet been scrubbed. Obama has kept hidden most of the records of his life.

Obama certainly has a connection to Columbia University. Obama was given a diploma and grades from Columbia sufficient to allow him to enter Harvard. Since Obama has employed many private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records, we have no proof of his grades or even his attendance and graduation. Also disturbing is the fact that a Middle Eastern source apparently paid for his Harvard education.

Why was the first sentence “Most students at Columbia do not have first hand knowledge of war.”?

 

There is very little else to indicate that Obama was actively enrolled as a student at Columbia University. This is supposedly a roommate, Sohale Siddiqi.

There are some references to an address on the East Side of New York, but no one living there has a remembrance of Obama.

So what else about Obama and his past looks suspicious in regard to Pakistan, Afghanistan, the Soviet Union, etc.

There are multiple reasons why Obama is not eligible to be president under the US Constitution. One is that his father was a British citizen. Without elaborating on the significance of this, if you are not well versed on this subject, start by reading the US Constituiton. The founding fathers used this wording for a reason:

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;”

That had to be included to make the founding fathers eligible due to their ties to England.

That being said, we still do not know where Obama was born. His college records also will tell the tale. That is why Obama is keeping the tell tale documents hidden.

Obama should be arrested for treason.

Obama does not have to be impeached because per the 20th amendment to the US Constitution, he was not eligible.

We have a Usurper in the White House.
