The officials, all contract workers, used their authorized computer network access to look up files within the department’s consular affairs section, which processes and stores passport information, and read Mr. Obama’s passport application and other records, in violation of department privacy rules, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said.”
“Passport application data includes such details as date and place of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, Social Security number, former names and travel plans. Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu in 1961 to a Kenyan father and American mother. He lived in Jakarta, Indonesia, from age six to 10.”

Days after Sarah Palin headlined the nation’s first Tea Party convention, a Rasmussen Reports poll released today shows that a generic “Tea Party candidate” would come in third in a theoretical three-way congressional contest.
The poll found that 36% of voters would support a Democratic candidate on a generic ballot, 25% would back the Republican and 17% would go for the Tea Party pick. Twenty-three percent of respondents are undecided.
In early December, the same poll showed the Tea Party in second place and the GOP in third. Unchanged between the polls, according to Rasmussen, is that 41% of voters have a favorable view of the conservative movement.
The poll of 1,000 likely voters was taken Feb. 7-8, just after the national Tea Party convention in Nashville. The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

One of them is dead….he was suppose to be a witness and found murdered in front of some warehouse…..it was reported it was in front of a church but according to Dr. Manning that is not true!!! charge was composed by several legal entities and was forwarded to both the DOJ and the Federal Elections Commission. I have this from a qualified source in Chicago. Nothing was ever done by anyone in either of these entities. They simply stated that since the amounts were under $200.00 they could not act on them. They disregarded the allegations that the money was actually coming from Auchi, in very large amounts. It was methodically broken down into very small amounts,and names were taken from telephone books to attach to each one. This was done by Soetoro’s butthole Pakistani friends from Occidental college who he hired to allegedly manage the small contributions fund…………..yessiree they managed it quite well…………but unfortunately illegally.

Using your aguement on two equal theories, I have my own theory on Barky using the name BHO II vs BHO Jr. (which is the correct term for naming a child after a father). The FBI raided the offices of a defense lobbying firm with close ties to Democratic Rep. John Murtha (Penn.), sources tell ABC News.
The FBI searched the VIRGINIA headquarters of the PMA Group in November 2009, according to the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. PMA was founded by former congressional aide Paul Magliochetti and specializes in winning earmarked taxpayer funds for its clients.
Good government groups have long criticized John Murtha’s cozy relationship with a handful of lobbyists and defense firms, ties that see millions of dollars in government spending go out from Murtha’s office, and hundreds of thousands in campaign donations come in. Murtha has said his earmarking has helped revive his economically depressed district.
PMA is the second company with close ties to Murtha to be raided by Federal agents recently. In January, agents from the FBI, the IRS and the Defense Criminal Investigative Service searched the office of Kuchera Industries and Kuchera Defense Systems, as well as the homes of the firms’ founders. From reading the article, it is all speculation. No documentation or witnesses. Anyone can make up an opinion on what is available. No one still knows anything about obama.
Jack Murtha has long been a disgrace to the uniform that he wore. In reality he is another TED KENNEDY in a different wrapper. While I condemn his behavior as a Congressman, I support his bural in Arlington. Many people believe that he earned that. I question it but give him the benefit of the doubt. Most people know that a lot of BULLSH## went on in Viet Nam. Kerry was even in the unique position to write himself up for medals. So there you are…… draw your own conclusions.

Question: Is the Soros plan to put Cass Sunstein on the SCOTUS before November’s election?
We want the next SCOTUS Justice to be Ann Claire Williams, from Chicago. But, we wanted her to be the last SCOTUS Justice. Instead, we got “a wise Latina”, who has yet to show any of the seemingly prerequisite wisdom.
There’s rumors at work that George Soros wants Cass Sunstein, husband of lunatic Samantha Power, and radical Leftist himself, to replace Justices Stevens or Ginsburg before the November elections. It’s widely assumed Democrats will be trounced this fall…so it seems that any effort to install radicals on the Court will have to be done before that shellacking.
What do you know about Cass Sunstein?
What’s an effective strategy for informing the American public about him now, proactively, so that when a SCOTUS vacancy emerges Sunstein won’t even be in the running?
Many people, currently, think Sunstein’s a former member of the Mamas and the Pappas (who apparently survived the apocryphal encounter with a ham sandwich).
How do we communicate how dangerous this man is, and how he should come nowhere near the SCOTUS?
If this is what George Soros really wants…we need to start organizing now to stop it.

re: all of the hypothesis regarding Obama’s lack of eligibility (documented ) but not with forgeries.
Say for example I had a deep dark secret (I don’t) or something potentially embarrassing in my familial closet (I don’t-not that we are aware of anyway). Why would I run for the highest office in the land and not expect to be investigated beyond thoroughly? If I wanted to serve my country, I would choose another venue. I guess I will never understand lies and worse cover-ups to lies.

Interesting perspective, if not just from an educational standpoint, from Wayne Madsen’s detailed report in his interview today with Russia Today on Iran and their Uranium Enrichment program.
Even though Madsen doesn’t address the issue of them putting those small animals in the capsule for their experiment as reported by Dr. Parker, the claim they’re making now that it is for medical purposes seems to fit.

My understanding is, is that once born an NBC, you just are, no matter if adopted or not. And he wasn’t adopted at birth anyway. It was later, but if he was born an NBC, two American parents, then he’s still an NBC.

Bob….I have come to the realization that no one in the MSM or Fox are going to address this issue….doesn’t mean I am going to be quiet about it and it doesn’t mean they are right to say we are nuts……however…..IMO it is going to take a huge protest on the government demanding they unseal the FRAUD’s documents…..it probably will never happen but I can dream….so in the meantime…..I am still going to listen and learn about the other things going on in the country and the world….at least Beck is outing the progressives and their movement…..with knowledge about that I can at least arm myself with this information and disseminate it to friends and family!

The Tea Party 600: Canaries in the Political Coal Mine?
There was much to mock about this past weekend’s Tea Party convention: the low turnout, Tom Tancredo’s repulsive immigrant bashing, a conspiracy-drenched documentary claiming the financial crisis was deliberately engineered by radical 1960s ideologues bent on bringing down capitalism, and, of course, Sarah Palin’s keynote lite.
But it would be a huge mistake to dismiss the movement that led to the event.
Yes, some of the Tea Party movement is ugly. Yes, some of the Tea Party movement is race-based. Yes, some of the Tea Party movement is being bankrolled by conservative political groups — and all of it promoted by Fox News. But focusing only on those elements obscures the fact that some of what’s fueling the movement is based on a completely legitimate anger directed at Washington and the political establishment of both parties.
Think of the Tea Party movement as a boil alerting us to the infection lurking under the skin of the body politic.
In his recent piece about the Tea Parties, The New Yorker’s Ben McGrath wrote:
If there was a central theme to the proceedings, it was probably best expressed in the refrain ‘Can you hear us now?’, conveying a long-standing grievance that the political class in Washington is unresponsive to the needs and worries of ordinary Americans. Republicans and Democrats alike were targets of derision.
Though this weekend’s event had a decidedly conservative bent, it was interesting to watch how during the Q&A session after her speech, both Palin and Judson Phillips, the chief organizer of the convention, proudly informed the crowd that neither of their spouses vote Republican.
And thanks to the botched bank bailout, anti-government rhetoric — a conservative hallmark since Ronald Reagan branded government the problem, not the solution — has moved beyond the ideological right.
Indeed, at times in her speech, Palin sounded like the second coming of Huey Long. “While people on Main Street look for jobs, people on Wall Street — they’re collecting billions and billions in your bailout bonuses,” she said. “And everyday Americans are wondering: Where are the consequences? They helped to get us into this worst economic situation since the Great Depression. Where are the consequences?”
I was within an inch of singing along: “Yeah, where are the consequences!? You tell ’em, Sarah!”
I’ve written about how the middle class is teetering on the brink of collapse. And the bleak indicators just keep piling up: a new study found that one in eight Americans received emergency food aid last year — up almost 50 percent from 2005. The numbers are even worse for kids: one in five. That’s 14 million children facing hunger. In America.
Can you hear them now?
Tim Geithner doesn’t seem to. There he was again this weekend, on ABC’s This Week, assuring us that “the economy is now growing again,” and “we’re seeing some encouraging signs of healing.”
At the same time, on NBC’s Meet the Press, his predecessor Hank Paulson was equally upbeat: “I have great confidence that we have touched a dynamic private sector in this country that they’re eventually going to begin creating jobs.” And a little later, he let us know that the deficit is “by far the most serious long-term challenge we, as a nation, face. All these other issues… are minor compared to that.”
These other issues he was referring to were jobs and the epidemic of foreclosures. Minor, eh?
Can you hear them now?
Is there anything worse, when you’re struggling and mad as hell, than being told to chill out? Geithner’s latest tone-deaf pep talk, and Paulson’s faith that “ultimately” there will be jobs, certainly aren’t going to assuage the anxiety and anger middle-class Americans are feeling.
“Discontent with the present and apprehension about the future have become the background noise of our politics,” writes Tim Rutten in the LA Times, “yet both sides of the congressional aisle seem deaf to the din.”
He then goes on to quote historian Ian Kershaw: “There are times — they mark the danger point for a political system — when politicians can no longer communicate, when they stop understanding the language of the people they are supposed to be representing.”
Maybe that explains the lackadaisical, going-through-the-motions response of the White House to the rising chorus of middle-class anger, and the prediction among many economists that, in the end, there will be no substantial financial reform.
Calling the administration’s latest proposals “superficial,” Simon Johnson laments: “There will be no serious attempt to cut financial institutions down to a size at which they could be allowed to fail. With their incentive structure intact — they get the upside and regular folk get the downside — Big Finance is ready to roll into the next great global boom-bust cycle.”
In fact, for Wall Street, the next boom appears to have already started. Our “recovery” might be “jobless,” but it’s certainly not bonusless. And, no, poor Lloyd Blankfein getting a bonus of “only” $9 million this year won’t diffuse the populist outrage. And comments like this from compensation consultant Mark Borges don’t help: “It’s almost as if he’s taking a bullet for everyone else.”
How brave of him. I’m sure we’d have no trouble finding someone among the 16.5 million unemployed and underemployed willing to take that gold-plated bullet.
It’s ironic: Democrats have been waiting 30 years for a populist movement to counter the Reagan Revolution. And now that it has, Democrats find themselves the targets of that movement, caught in flagrante delicto with the big banks — and more in thrall to the deficit hysteria sweeping Washington instead of fighting for an aggressive, comprehensive plan to rescue the middle class.
“Washington now has its priorities all wrong,” writes Paul Krugman, “all the talk is about how to shave a few billion dollars off government spending, while there’s hardly any willingness to tackle mass unemployment. Policy is headed in the wrong direction — and millions of Americans will pay the price.”
And more and more of them, frustrated and convinced that their leaders don’t have any empathy for their situation, will increasingly turn to movements like the Tea Parties.
Will our leaders — finally — hear them now?

Therefore Obama was born with dual citizenship making him Not a natural born citizen of the USA. His father was a foreigner with foreign allegiances and Obama inherited those allegiances making him ineligible under Article 2 of our Constitution.

Bob, I can’t speak for anyone but myself. I am too old and broke to attend the tea parties and marches. But, I have “never” seen so much unConstitutional actions come out of DC before. If I could I would be on the front row of every tea party and march. I have never been involved in politics before, but this past 2 years, I have almost gotten on a first name basis with boxer and pelosi. Neither one of the answer my questions any more. They, at least, used to respond with form letters. They don’t even do that anymore. I WILL be voting against them in the next elections.
Maybe Obama’s real mammy was his grandmother and his real father was Frank Marshall and his communist white grandfather just assigned to pick up the trash…how bout that senario? Maybe Stanley Ann was just his babysitter and world tour guide.

US servicemen get killed then with his luck (which has turned terrible) or people are waking up, then people find out he’s not an NBC or can’t prove it, lied and cover-up plus terrorizing all the folks who questioned this fiction. The repercussions would be ugly but not only on him.

Maybe the Fed Courts don’t want to touch the NBC issue because they do not have the power to “interpret” the Constitution.

I’ve been saying the same thing for years. Article IV of the Constitution does NOT grant the supreme court the authority to interept the Constitution. The supreme court assumed that authority in the 1800’s and no one objected to this date.
