You remember US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. The man involved in the prosecution of Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko, Rod Blagojevich and a host of other corruption figures tied to Obama. The man who waited until after the 2008 election to arrest Rod Blagojevich.

“U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has personally prosecuted just one case in Chicago since arriving in September 2001 from New York, where he’d made his reputation prosecuting terrorism cases including the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center.
Now, Fitzgerald plans to prosecute what authorities have called one of the most significant terrorism cases in the country — the 2008 bombings in Mumbai, India, that claimed the lives of about 170 people.
Fitzgerald — considered an expert in terror cases — will be on the prosecution team along with two of his assistants, Daniel Collins and Vicki Peters.
Two Chicago men — Tahawwur Rana and David Headley — are accused of helping plan the Mumbai attacks.”
“At a hearing Wednesday in federal court in Chicago for Rana, Fitzgerald appeared for the first time in the case, saying some of the evidence will be handled under strict rules because it’s considered classified.”

The speaker of the house will refuse the State delegate from bring any impeachment charges against the AG and also declared will have the delegate removed by the Sgt. Of Arms.
Why is this important to listen too? I am wondering if this is similar groundwork being tested for future precedence. This smells like Obama all over it. When Obama is found not constitutionally eligible, will the very same similar process proceed as Maryland?

131. Mr. Alan Keyes was placed on the Illinois Primary ballot without requesting it. He did not sign the Statement of Candidacy, and no one in the State of Illinois required him to submit or sign one during the contest period proving he desired to be on the ballot after a voter’s actions, and not his own sworn statement. There is no evidence available to the petitioner that he was even notified of the fact he had been certified for ballot placement in the 2008 Primary.
230. There is no legal definition in Federal or State cod, or specific legal precedence defining the meaning of Natural Born Citizen specifically as relates to qualifications for the US Presidency. There is no way for the veracity of such a claim to be assessed.

I would like to get your opinion on the Maryland issues, WND radio link I posted above. I personally could not help but to correlate Maryland issue-at-hand, via the past comments made by Harry Reid and actions by Eric Holder pertaining to Obama’s birth issues. Remember when Reid stated “Not One Single Min. of Time will be allowed on the Floor (gavel them out) pertaining to Obama’s Birth”?
Would the same attempts happen in Washington and the AG Eric Holder once Obama is found not eligible? Is this an attempt for future precedence? I could be completely off base of course. However, even if not correlated for testing the waters per se, this State Representative needs support.

Linda your comments re: California farmland reminded me of something. Down here in Florida last night on the news. 80 per cent of the tomato crop is gone, and as a lady in the grocery store interview said they taste terrible. I’m glad the farmer showed what to look for, those poor plants looked ragged. The price has doubled, the tomatoes available not so hot. They said folks going to fast food must request a tomato slice they are not going to put them on the burgers only by request. Coldest winter in 30 years-these delicate plants just couldn’t hack it. Damn global warming.

MIAMI, Jan 5 (Reuters) – Florida’s citrus crop appears to have escaped damage so far from several nights of freezing weather during its peak harvest period, but growers are bracing for expected lower temperatures overnight Tuesday to Wednesday, the state’s main citrus growers group said on Tuesday.
For the third consecutive day, Florida Citrus Mutual, which represents around 8,000 growers, said it had received no reports so far of freeze damage to fruit.
Florida’s $9.3 billion citrus industry produces more than three-quarters of the U.S. orange crop, most of which is processed for juice.
We came through, we haven’t had any reports of damage, it didn’t get cold enough last night,” spokesman Andrew Meadows told Reuters.
But he added many growers would be applying freeze protection measures, such as running irrigation, during the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, when temperatures were expected to be lower. “It’s supposed to be a few degrees cooler … tonight’s going to be right there in the red zone,” he said.
The state’s growers of citrus, along with producers of strawberries, were anxiously monitoring their crops during the frigid period that came at the height of the harvest season.
“It’s pretty much peak season right now, you can see trucks loaded with oranges going to the processing plants all over the place,” Meadows said.
Typically, citrus crops get damaged if temperatures fall to 28 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 2 degrees Celsius) or below for four hours or longer.
But Meadows said that as long as this did not happen, the days of cooler weather could actually help the development of the fruit and its quality.

If American business is supressed by heavy taxation, and other illicit surcharges JUST TO EXIST, then you have a recipe for industrial pullout to other countries. When this occurs our present unemployment level will seem like HIGH employment. If our major corporations were to abandon the US we could see a level of desolation like has NEVER been seen in modern times throughout the US. Unemployment could be upwards to 50% or higher. We effectively would be taken back in time to something comparable to the 1600s, or earlier. Are you ready to time travel? When you arrive you will need to know how to go to the Earth for your survival. This will hold the only POSSIBILITY of survival. It is likely that it would require armed guards for anything edible that you try to grow. Given to population of the US very little game would survive very long at all. So you would be on your own to either grow your food, hunt for it, or simply sit down an put a bullet into your own head.

Survival is a skill as it relates to your livlihood. Our forefathers both abroad and in the US had many of these skills. But as our alleged Society PROGRESSED we became dependent upon others to supply us with our needs to survive…….for a price. Groceries,etc. If you was dropped into a bleak ,desolate, land do you have the skills you WILL NEED just to stay alive? It is unlikely that many of us would survive very long at all. Most of us do not have the WHEREWITHALL necessary to survive, much less the physical conditioning necessary, along with a solid understanding of the wild as a whole. In all probability most of us would die. Only a very few would survive. For all practical purposes they will have to become animals to even have a chance to survive. Everyday would bring life,or death competition for food. Everyday could bring about physical injuries,and potential snakebite. You would probably have to survive off of less than a cup of water each day, and you will be forced to eat anything that moves. (if you can catch it), and in all probability you will be eating it RAW, and otherwise uncooked. You will have nothing on Neanderthal man, rather you will need to be like him, and develop your skills just as he had to do. Can you do it?

It does warm the cockles of my heart, but that group is still dangerous. Until this entire government is squeaky clean again we cannot trust them, sneaky they are good at. I wonder how many Dems are going to announce they are not going to run this week. One point to remember these folks when they leave office, have to go out in public, for the first time many of them are getting openly booed, refused to be served in a restaurant, so I think some of them should learn some much better manners in the very near future. I have never seen this before in America, you can disagree but still be respected. The Obama group is not only disagreed with, I can’t think of anyone who has respect for them and I included Democrats in that equation. I think many in both houses of Congress are just enduring him and hoping he Pelosi and Reid leave real soon.

How do you legalize self confessed criminals-illegal aliens? Will the illegals be happy when they become legal citizens find out that they have to pay taxes in other words they will be on the books as opposed to invisible? My girlfriends at work that I insisted that they get citizenship were in the process, I kept pushing them to study the Constitution and take the test. One got serious after she flunked the first test, studied hard and passed the second test. Now a citizen, our other girlfriend very close to becoming a citizen, but they did have a legal status, otherwise they could not be working with us.

BTW – should you for a brief misguided moment wonder if Dick Armey is wrong, consider this experiment.
Draft a binding statement (law, executive order, constitutional amendment, whatever) that says “The constitution is the supreme law of the land. Everything we do must be immediately and directly compared with the constitution. We pledge to do nothing that is against the constitution. Failure to follow the constitution to the letter is cause for immediate impeachment”. Then see how many congressmen and other elected officials you can get to sign that. For perspective, non of the founding fathers or historical greats would have any difficulty with this. In fact, this is what they thought they were doing.
This is what it means to be AMERICAN. Any other view is just a devolution to Mob Rule (just like the democracy of Hugo Chavez!). This is our heritage, this is our culture. Follow it! If you don’t like it – move to Venezuela.
On a related note, there is a current upswell from the far left to accuse anybody who disrespects or disagrees with Obama to be committing treason. What a crock. That is not the American way. We follow and swear allegiance to the constitution – not to an individual, nor to any “administration”. People who violate the constitution are the ones committing treason. OOPS!

In addition to the obvious fraud, unamericanism, etc., there is actual a foundational core to the situation as well.
I am an engineer and there is a right way and (many) wrong ways to address a complex problem. The most basic tenet is that one must always separate the “requirements” from the “design”. Obama and his Libs have (purposefully?) conflated the two.
“We have a problem, therefore you must agree to THIS solution”.
Maybe some of you wise wordsmiths can help me explain this better in layman’s terms. But this is how we do it.
We start with a general statement of the problem. If it is too complex to thoroughly understand and gain unamious agreement on the problem, then we break the problem into smaller pieces. And even do this again and again as necessary. We end up with many bite size pieces that we all agree are the problems.
Only then do we try to design the solution. Usually there is no perfect solution, and maybe no affordable solution. So we develop competing designs and compare them against each other. We also prioritize the problems and design solutions for the most important ones first.
Now, here is a real key. The problem statement and “requirements” is where there should be a great deal of consensus, even uninamity. Designs (solutions) are always compromises, so here is where horse trading and compromise comes in.
This whole thing with healthcare (and soon to come with energy) is one of the biggest and best examples to ever happen in American legislation that requires a more structured approach.
At best, Obama is trying to force a “design” on us prematurely, at worst he has the cart before the horse.
Healthcare reform – YES.
Obamacare – NO.

A friend of mine is from Germany and Germany is attempting to become free from Arab Oil-as much alternative energy as they can develop. They have a lot of wind power, solar-no problems that I know of. She did say the Wind Mills are huge and ugly, but this a relative new industry as a group-so they are innovating like mad. But it needs to be based on good honest science not made up nonsense. Fortunately inventors think outside the box, sometimes way way outside the box. Example who knew just 30 years ago, computers would be what they are today.

I don’t know, Michelle. Everything I have read points to the frugality of alternative forms of energy not to mention the enormous expense.
While I am a naturalist, I find it hard to rely on one form of energy over another; consequently, I have dual sources in my home; gas and electric. Solar energy might be helpful in FL, but it falls flat here since we do not have the solar strength of the southern states. Unless we live in the wide open spaces, harnessing the wind is a just plain foolish.
I keep thinking, too, that with every green job created; two normal jobs are lost. With the enormous investment required in any new venture, how is that cost effective?
Windmills are “huge” and “ugly,” she claims. So are cell towers in silos.

Have any of you heard of Miki Booth, who is running for Congress in Oklahoma? A candidate who has taken on the Obama eligibility issue?
Great interview (part 1) up today at John Charlton’s site, here’s just a bit of it:
“SHARON: What was the reaction at the Tea Party convention after you held up the birth certificates and called Obama’s COLB “a piece of junk”?
MIKI: People came up to me afterward exclaiming, “So that’s what they’re talking about!” They hadn’t realized the major differences between the two documents. While most people knew that there was an issue with the document Obama put out on the internet, they hadn’t known the level of detail presented on a long-form Hawaiian birth certificate.”
What a lady, morals and a heart of gold, no conjecture no obfuscation, her tax plan is outstanding (she wishes to take Charlie Rangle’s position) wish I lived in Oklahoma, but I will support her. What a gal.

HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT IN THE YEAR 2012.. HERE IS MY PLATFORM:
(1). Any use of the phrase: ‘Press 1 for English’ is immediately banned. English is the official language; speak it or wait outside of our borders until you can.
(2). We will immediately go into a two year isolationist attitude in order to straighten out the greedy big business posture in this country. America will allow NO imports, and we’ll do no exports. We will use the ‘Wal-Mart ‘s policy, ‘If we ain’t got it, you don’t need it.’ We’ll make it here and sell it here!
(3). When imports are allowed, there will be a 100% import tax on it coming in here.
(4). All retired military personnel will be required to man one of the many observation towers located on the southern border of the United States (six month tour). They will be under strict orders not to fire on SOUTHBOUND aliens.
(5). Social Security will immediately return to its original state. If you didn’t put nuttin in, you ain’t gettin nuttin out. Neither the President nor any other politician will be able to touch it.
(6). Welfare. — Checks will be handed out on Fridays, at the end of the 40 hour school week, the successful completion of a urinalysis test for drugs, and passing grades.
(7). Professional Athletes — Steroids? The FIRST time you check positive you’re banned from sports .. for life.
(8). Crime — We will adopt the Turkish method, i.e., the first time you steal, you lose your right hand. There is no more ‘life sentences’. If convicted of murder, you will be put to death by the same method you chose for the victim you killed: gun, knife, strangulation, etc.
(9). One export of ours will be allowed: wheat; because the world needs to eat. However, a bushel of wheat will be the exact price of a barrel of oil.
(10). All foreign aid, using American taxpayer money, will immediately cease and the saved money will help to pay off the national debt and, ultimately, lower taxes. When disasters occur around the world, we’ll ask The American People if they want to donate to a disaster fund, and each citizen can make the decision as to whether, or not, it’s a worthy cause.
(11). The Pledge of Allegiance will be said every day at school and every day in Congress.
(12). The National Anthem will be played at all appropriate ceremonies, sporting events, outings, etc.

John Bingham, in the House on March 9, 1866, in commenting on the Civil Rights Act of 1866 which was the precursor to the Fourteenth Amendment: “[I] find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen. . . . ” Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Session, 1291 (1866).
7. Slaughter-House Cases, 83 U.S. 36, 21 L.Ed. 394, 16 Wall. 36 (1872): In explaining the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment clause, “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” said that the clause “was intended to exclude from its operation children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States.”
8. Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 167-68 (1875): “The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case, it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient, for everything we have now to consider, that all children, born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction, are themselves citizens.” Id., 169 U.S. at 679-80. Minor did not cite Vattel but as can be seen the Court’s definition of a “citizen” and a “natural born Citizen” are taken directly out of Vattel’s Section 212.

qualifying life into categories of irrelevance is the heart of what has gone wrong and why we are living
alongside the egotistical insane with no moral compass to guide them – we have a very long hard road ahead – the schools have been the targets for 40+ years and it begin with legalizing abortion and claiming the environment to be more important than life itself / that the extinction of an animal is more important than the extermination of a human soul / being – I’ll take it one step further – Darwinism is the tool used to chip away at human logic – it has undermined all sensible reasons for existence of this planet ignoring an intelligence beyond mankind – where the miracle of life is so intricate
that there can be no other explanation – certainly not happenstance or simple evolution !
I pray enough ask the question and realize man is very flawed and there is a better way to solve the needs of all through putting all hope in Him above but relying on man ‘s determination .
