I decided to provide this as Part 3 because of it’s historical significance and clarity of relativity to our current situation with the usurper Barack Obama.

I am part of the first wave of Baby Boomers and grew up in a time of keen awareness of the Soviet and communist threats. We had air raid drills in grade school and everyone watched motionless as reports of the Cuban Missile crisis were broadcast on TV. Daily we were made known that the communists planned on controlling the world with words from Nikita Kruschev that “We will bury you.”  So the report below from the Congressional Record of 1963 has no surprises for me. However, it is a good reminder for me and a wake up call for younger generations. As, you read the statements below, I am certain they will resonate with you and you will instantly relate them to this now, four part series.

EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR. OF FLORIDA

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Thursday, January 10, 1963

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and

articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier,

which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in

America.

At Mrs. Nordman’s request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the

following “Current Communist Goals,” which she identifies as an excerpt from “The

Naked Communist,” by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

 

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a

demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and

regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in

1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to

suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand

that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.

(Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by

Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in

the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by

claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current

Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put

the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which

are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing,

policymaking positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression.

An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and

buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness,

repulsive, meaningless art.”

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation

of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity

in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit

the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a

“religious crutch.”

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground

that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of

step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide

basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had

no concern for the “common man.”

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American

history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more

emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the

culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist

apparatus.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all

behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can

understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining

coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents.

Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of

parents.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the

American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use

[“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems.

43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for selfgovernment.

44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.

45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court

from seizing jurisdiction [over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction]

over nations and individuals alike.

 Let’s begin with something simple.

Obama’s parents first met in Russian class

“In a Russian class at the University of Hawaii, she met the college’s first African student, Barack Obama. They married and had a son in August 1961, in an era when interracial marriage was rare in the United States.”

This may mean nothing, but it sure is interesting. No single puzzle piece is significant until the puzzle picture begins to emerge.

Frank Marshall Davis mentored Obama in 1970’s

“The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union. In fact, the 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What’s more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities

Committee (HUAC), accused Davis of involvement in several Communist front organizations,” Kincaid said. Kincaid noted Obama has admitted attending “social conferences” and seeing Marxist literature. “But he ridicules the charge of being a ‘hard-core academic Marxist,’ which was made by his colorful and outspoken 2004 U.S. Senate opponent, Republican Alan Keyes.”

“Decades ago, the CPUSA had tens of thousands of members, some of them covert agents who had penetrated the U.S. government. It received secret subsidies from the old Soviet Union,” Kincaid wrote.

Davis defended communists
(From an article that downplays Davis’ communist ties)

“Mr. Davis constantly defended the 11 top United States Communist officials recently convicted in New York on charges of conspiracy to advocate the overthrow of the Government by force and violence. One of Mr. Davis’ comments on the case was as follows : “I feel strong sympathy for the Communist minority who are being oppressed for their political beliefs.” (Honolulu Record, October 20, 1949, p. 6).”
“Mr. Davis has signed a number of statements in behalf of Communists under the sponsorship of the Civil Rights Congress; one of these defended was Gerhart Eisler, notorious Communist international agent who escaped jailing for passport fraud by fleeing to the Soviet sector of Germany.”

Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981

“53. Furthermore, Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan and Southern India in 1981. The relations between Pakistan and India were extremely tense and Pakistan was in turmoil and under martial law. The country was filled with Afghan refugees; and Pakistan’s Islamist-leaning Interservices Intelligence Agency (ISI) had begun to provide arms to the Afghan mujahideen and to assist the process of recruiting radicalized Muslim men–jihadists–from around the world to fight against the Soviet Union. Pakistan was so dangerous that it was on the State Department’s travel ban list for US Citizens. Non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business. A Muslim citizen of Indonesia traveling on an Indonesian passport would have success entering Indonesia, Pakistan and India. Therefore, it is believed Obama traveled on his Indonesian passport entering the Countries. Indonesian passports require renewal every five (5) years. At the time of Obama’s travels to Indonesia, Pakistan and India, Obama was twenty (20) years old. If Obama would have been a U.S. citizen, which he was not, 8 USC §1481(a)(2) provides loss of nationality by native born citizens upon “taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state…after having attained the age of eighteen years”, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(1). Since Lolo Soetoro legally acknowledged Obama as his son and/or adopted Obama, Obama was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, as proven by Obama’s school record.”

In 1981 Pakistan had millions who had fled Afghanistan. The Soviets controlled the Afghan government.

“The Government and political structure of Afghanistan had been copied from the Soviet model. As with all communist states, the communist party had supreme power in the government. The party members got all the government positions in the country. When the Parcham took governmental power in Afghanistan, the governmental structure was not altered. The biggest change was that the Khalqies was forced of from their governmental positions and replaced by Parchams.

When the Soviet Union occupied Afghanistan in 1979 they killed Khaq leader Amin and replaced hin with Babrak Karmal the same year. Karmal’s government was more or less a puppet government for the Soviet Union. The Soviets took total control over governmental politics after the invasion until their withdrawal in 1989.[32]”

What does this mean?

Obama has kept much of his life hidden. We know little of Obama’s 1981 Pakistan trip. It is obvious that there were plenty of soviets in the area. Did Obama meet with them during his trip? We may never know.

Obama has close ties to his leftist, Marxist cousin, Raila Odinga

“Raila Odinga’s politics, like the politics of his father, Odinga Odinga, are on the far left. Raila Odinga was educated at the Technical University in Magdeburg in east Germany, where he graduated in 1970″

“with a degree in mechanical engineering. There he heard Fidel Castro lecture and he named his first born son Fidel”

“By supporting Odinga, Senator Obama is also seen in Kenya as siding with the extreme left wing of Kenyan politics, going back to the overt communism of Odinga Odinga. Odinga’s current party, the Orange Democratic Movement, or ODM, is a leftist-socialist political party that stops short of being openly communist.”

Barack Obama visited Kenya in 2006 and campaigned for his cousin, Raila Odinga, a member of the radical ODM party. Obama also criticized the Kenyan government. Obama’s actions in Kenya are a possible violation of the Logan Act. Here is a video of Obama and Raila Odinga:

“Russia’s Dmitry Medvedev hailed Barack Obama as “my new comrade“”

“The Russian president contrasted Obama as “totally different” to his predecessor George W. Bush, whom he blamed for the “mistake” of U.S. missile shield plans fiercely opposed by Moscow.”

“In their London talks, Obama and Medvedev launched a milestone quest to slash their nuclear arsenals, hoping to reverse the worst slump in the former foes’ ties since the end of the Cold War.”

“”Yesterday I spoke about this with my new comrade President Barack Obama,” Medvedev said.”

The following exerpts tie all of this together and explain the Communist Party’s objectives and how Obama was exposed to them. Remember, much of Obama’s exposure took place prior to his trip to Pakistan in 1981.

“In a dossier posted on the America’s Survival blog Herbert Romerstein, a former US government security investigator, records how Moscow micromanaged the CPUSA. In 1935, Moscow instructed it to establish a CP apparatus in Hawaii to develop a mass revolutionary movement there and promote the withdrawal from its territory of US forces – at that time essential for the defence of the US. This Hawaii CP network was perceived by government bodies to be a major threat to US national security.

A key figure was Harry Bridges, a CP agent and head of the International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union. In 1948, Frank Marshall Davis came to Hawaii at the suggestion of Bridges and another secret CPUSA member, Paul Robeson. Dr. Kathryn Takara, a professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Hawaii, herself a radical poet and Obama supporter (and who takes issue with some of the claims made about Davis and Obama) wrote her dissertation on Davis and spent much time with him between 1972 and his death in 1987. In an analysis, Takara notes that he brought ‘an acute sense of race relations and class struggle throughout America and the world’ and that he openly discussed subjects such as American imperialism,  colonialism and exploitation. He espoused freedom, radicalism, solidarity, labor unions, due process, peace, affirmative action, civil rights, Negro History week, and true Democracy to fight imperialism, colonialism, and white supremacy. He urged coalition politics.”
“As Kincaid reports, Kathryn Takara has said that Obama was introduced to Davis by his grandfather Stanley Dunham, who considered Davis a ‘strong black male figure’ and thought he exerted a ‘positive’ and significant influence over Obama during his high school years. In her view, Davis was just such a black role model for the young Obama and gave him ‘a sense of believing that change can happen’ through ‘living in a diverse world’. The problem was that Davis believed ‘change’ could best be achieved through Stalinism.”

“The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union. “Obama’s victory was more than a progressive move; it was a dialectical leap ushering in a qualitatively new era of struggle. Marx once compared revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface. This is the old revolutionary ‘mole,’ not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through.’

Not surprisingly, therefore, this underground ‘mole’ has been backed to the hilt by American Communists. In 2004, the Chicago Communist Party backed his successful campaign for the Senate, as the People’s Weekly reported:

Activists from Illinois were immersed in the campaign to elect Barak Obama to the U.S. Senate. Obama won a landslide victory in the March 16 Democratic primary. If Obama wins in November, he would be only the third African American senator since Reconstruction. ‘This was a historic victory. It was a victory for political independence and grassroots, coalition, and issue oriented politics over the machine and money,’ said John Bachtell, Illinois CP district organizer.’

And as the Columbia News Service reported, the Young Communist League has mobilised to campaign for Obama: doubtless the Democratic Party is less than anxious to divulge to the nation this particular affiliation of these young activists who are helping it get out the Democratic vote.”
 
“In his most recent post on the subject, Cliff Kincaid reports that Obama has now acknowledged a personal relationship with Frank Marshall Davis. But in a riposte to allegations about his radical associations, his camp has nevertheless misleadingly edited an article to conceal the fact that Davis was a member of CPUSA. This is less than surprising since, as Kincaid also notes, the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee issued a report in 1956 declaring:
‘Founded in September 1919, the Communist Party of the United States of America is an organization unique in American history. It is not a true political party and differs fundamentally from all political parties in this country. It is in fact a Russian-inspired, Moscow-dominated, anti-American, quasi-military conspiracy against our Government, our ideals, and our freedoms.’ In 1982 testimony, FBI assistant director for intelligence Edward J. O’Malley testified that the CPUSA has been ‘one of the most loyal and pro-Soviet Communist Parties in the world and has unfalteringly accepted Soviet direction and funding over the years.’ The recent book, Comrade J, based on interviews with a Russian spymaster at the United Nations, documents that Soviet intelligence operations against the U.S. continued even as the Soviet Union collapsed and Russia emerged in its place.
Camp Obama might also have a few problems with this recent account in the UK’s  Daily Telegraph, which reported that Davis was also a pornographer and sexual deviant who was into sado-masochism and even the seduction of a 13 year old girl:
On other occasions, Mr Davis would cruise in Hawaii parks looking for couples or female tourists to have sex with. He derived sexual gratification from bondage, simulated rape and being flogged and urinated on. He boasted that ‘the number of white babes interested in at least one meeting with a Negro male has been far more than I can handle’ and wished ‘America were as civilised as, say, Scandinavia’. He concluded: ‘I regret none of my experiences or unusual appetites; for me they are normal.’
Ah yes, redefining deviancy as normality, the agenda indeed of Gramsci/Alinsky: patron saints of community organisers, apostles of deeply underground mole-like revolutionary Marxism, architects of the wildly successful undermining of western morality and society in America and Britain — and now poised to embed itself in the White House, epicentre of the oppressive global capitalist regime, itself.”

Bishop Ron McRae, who signed an affidavit stating that he witnessed
Sarah Obama, Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother, say that she was
present at Obama’s birth in Kenya, has issued a statement. Bishop McRae
speaks of the law of God and the law of man as it relates to our current
situation in this country and the 2008 election. Bishop McRae echoes
my position in the following statement:

“Take my lands, my liberty and my life for my refusal to neither serve nor obey this god-man Obama. But you will never have for your lies the surrender of my conscience before God, my family and this Republic. God Almighty helping this old man for Christ sake!”

Here is Bishop McRae’s statement:

“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”

                                                                                -Psalm 11:3 

      The very foundation of this country was laid upon this precept, “that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness”. 2 Howbeit, with that foundational declaration came two other “self evident” truths, the first of which was our fore fathers’ declaration of the very existence and dependence upon our Creator who endowed such rights as we suppose them to be upon us; and also this exhortation of cautious patience, that “prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed”.

      Yet in these dark days where Governmental ends have in Tyrants’ minds, justified their means, to an irreversible hour that the inexplicable corruptions and abuse of Governmental powers “derived from the consent of the governed” have created even in the minds of a peaceful, obedient people these very same revolutionary thoughts that fearfully started this great country, and yet now contemplate the abolishment of that very state which for over two centuries has been the noblest means for securing a peoples’ undeserved endowment from their Creator. This author dares say “undeserved” in that, if such “unalienable rights” be endowed from our Creator, then such endowment lands upon we Creatures3 here below, the mere acknowledgment of such doth bind us to serve Him for the indebtedness of such endowment; and by such noble servitude we soundly proclaim that in this one universal state of being “all men equal”, we are not before God a Free People in deed of this single most indebtedness to God.

      Our freedoms and liberties are pluralistic only in those things that are beyond that endowment that binds us to God our Creator in acknowledgement of “the Truth” that stands so self evident to all. In word and thereby in deed we are a Free People in things related to man, but not free from God who created “all men equal” in things relating to man.

ye shall be free indeed.”

      Vox Vero4: The deed by which we are endowed by our Creator is signed by our fore fathers in word of that very Declaration of our Independence from the Tyranny of Man, by which we declare our freedom and liberty from the bondage of Tyrants and Despots that would usurp God’s authority as the Author and Mover of our Happiness and the Endower of our rights; by wresting that form of government so “derived from the consent of the governed”, and replace it with the tyranny of an antichrist rule5, where mere men exalt their seats of government so “derived from the consent of the governed” into the throne of God as the absolute Despot to decide what rights we have and to whom they apply and do not apply.

      Howbeit, it is God alone and not man that endowed these unalienable rights to we His subjects. And Governments are created when in the wisdom of God and man, a Free People consent to give certain powers to men like ourselves, chosen from among us as being like us, to “organiz[e] its powers in such form” as to secure to themselves and their fellows that chose them, these unalienable rights of the people they serve in such capacity as we call Government of the People, for the People and by the People. Without Government, men rule as gods, dictators and monarchs. By the Declaration of Independence we threw off the latter, and by love of liberty we repudiate the second! But shall we as men serve men as gods?

“I have said, Ye are gods;

And all of you are children of the most High.

But ye shall die like men.”

                                      -Psalm 82:6, 7 

      God Almighty lives; and governments will live on, but only so long as men are free to serve God and not man. Free to enjoy as equals those unalienable rights endowed upon them from God alone and not man. Free to consent to be governed by their fellows who never forget they are fellow men and not gods; and the consent of their fellows to allow them to govern rests only in their duty before God of being true men, qualified and Constitutionally elected for the securing of the rights of their fellows and the protection of the same. Howbeit, none of these shall prevail or long endure unless there remains an absolute final authority that constitutes the laws by which men consent to be governed by themselves, and an absolute final authority by which both man and his governments are subject unto God. America’s Constitution stands as the former. The word of God stands alone as the latter. The throwing off of the latter gave birth to secularistic humanism with a devilish craving to eat up the former on its way to becoming a god and not man. The destruction of the former is the end of the Republic, the fall of equal rights, and the damnation of America as she has always been known before God.

       The hour has come when the unalienable rights of a Free People are threatened with a tyrannical destruction from Government that wrests such powers derived by the consent of the governed, into a satanical belief that they can use such powers to force the governed into likewise consenting to the surrender of those unalienable rights. In these last days of a most vicious war loving administration, that same Government has grown into such a Tyrant that it would kill its own people in mass to establish a warlord political agenda for destroying all that remains of our Constitution by which we consent to be governed, and under which we have these unalienable rights as a Free People. It has long been established before the Highest Court of this Government, that our unalienable rights cannot be taken from us, or transferred to another. They can only be surrendered, and once surrendered there is no discovered way to get them back. Our rights so constituted are not pluralistic in the various concepts for which they stand. They are not a deck of cards to played over and again. They are singular in each regard, whether it be freedom to speak, freedom to assemble, freedom to bear arms, or freedom to worship. There exist no “freedoms to speak”, that allow the speaker to play his hand over and over as he wishes for convenience sake, so long as he does not use up the last of his deck of cards. Non Secus, Haud Secus! Not so! Even as the courts have long held that the accused right to self incrimination is singular and not plural, so that once given up for one statement, it cannot be gathered back to protect against further statements. That surrendered right is gone forever. So too belongs this doctrine of factual reality to all our rights as a Free People.

      “We the people” have suffered long since America’s first civil unrest to throw off tyranny, in repeated suppressions and violations of our Constitutional rights. Howbeit, as our fathers ably stated, “we are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed”; and so we have since the last Great War suffered repeated violations of individual rights, as long as we could appeal to the Highest Court for redress, in order to right those grievances so tyrannically loaded upon us by mere men under color of law. And thus would a peaceful people continue therein, as long as the Courts granted standing to the people to redress these wrongs under the authority of our Constitution’s clear language. But alas, now Tyrants think to deny even our standing to suit for redress and relief from unconstitutional oppressions and violations.

      And to add to these unbearable torments, in these last days, Government now forces upon us an unbearable injustice, and trampling of the Constitution of the United States, in thinking to force the people to accept a foreigner as the President of this Republic, ignoring the single most important qualification for the highest office in our land, that such a one, not just gain such “power by the consent of the governed”, but that he be naturally born amongst us as one of us. There has never been an alternative option to replace “a natural born citizen” as the President of these United States. The Constitution knows no such option. Howbeit, the Federal Courts have repeatedly refused the people’s right to challenge such unprecedented trampling and violation of what the Constitution clearly says, and to date refuses to require such an Imposter to prove his “natural born” citizenship. Those who challenge such facts are libeled as racists, when nothing further could be true. With repeated Constitutional challenges to this Dreamer’s fraud upon the Constitutional requirements that he be “naturally born” among us, lying dormant before the Highest Court, where Justice Souter has no ears to hear it Constitutionally, nor courage to act to enforce such, What are Peaceable Men to Do? What is it that God requires of Peaceable Men and lovers of liberty to do? For fifty years the Tyrants in Washington have taken God from the minds of the people foremost, so that the Law is King, and tyranny will decide what is law! Now men cower under an overwhelming despotism that rattles its sword and murders its own people, to suppress the voice of God and the people, so that silence is the sound of good men dying as Tyrants march them over the precipice of an antichrist rule of death over the Republic for which we all once stood! Men are want to know what saith the Lord God and Creator of all men equal!

      Juris Prudence has held in every state of our Union, and before the Highest Court of our Republic this principle of a Constitutional Government of Laws and not men, “An unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but wholly null and ineffective for any purpose. It imposes no duty, confers no rights, CREATES NO OFFICE, BESTOWS NO POWER OR AUTHORITY ON ANYONE, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional statute, and no courts are bound to enforce it.”6

      With the Unconstitutional ascension to the highest office of our Land, a man that by means of his very birth, is by the Constitution unqualified to hold the Office of President, we are now faced with an unprecedented constitutional challenge to the free people of this Republic, to either surrender that blessed document that our fathers laid as the very “foundation” of law from which we define and derive all unalienable rights from God Almighty, or map for ourselves as our fathers mapped for us, another course of history, guided by prudence, supported by the Constitution, and blessed and directed of God. To fail in any of these three, will ultimately and tragically destroy the very foundation we seek to preserve, and abolish all that history has known as the United States of America.

      Because our system of fairness and hope to all peoples that they may be, like we, free and independent from the tyranny of men and devils, we establish means to migrate others to this land of liberty and promise, that they like our fathers may live to give unto their children that rightful inheritance of being “natural born citizens” and not mere immigrants naturalized to a citizenship not theirs from birth.  

“And the chief captain came, and said unto him,

Tell me, art thou a Roman? He said, Yea.

And the chief captain answered, With a great sum

obtained I this freedom. And Paul said,

But I was Free Born.”

                                -Acts 22:27, 28 

      But never should this Free People, naturally born to such a precious inheritance of freedom by birth as natural born citizens ever allow such an endowment, purchased with the blood of countless fathers and sons throughout our rich heritage, to so cheaply pass to foreigners born abroad, or citizens of other countries. None should so presume to falsify and deceive and repudiate the very foundational right of we natural born citizens, to be governed by none but those like unto us. God deliver us.  But what are men to do? When all that lands upon their ears is from Tyrants’ mouths, and liberal puppets tied by strings to an agenda so vile before God and man, that to voice any difference is to be set upon with such vile hatred as to make strong men shutter and weak men lament like widows for the husbands of their youth7.  

“The vile person shall be no more called Liberal

…for the vile person will speak

villany, and his heart will

work iniquity, to practice hypocrisy,

and to utter error against the Lord.

But the liberal deviseth liberal things;

and by liberal things shall he stand.”

                                                  -Isaiah 32:5-8

      Yet in the beginning of this Republic, voices were heard before shots were fired to re-enforce the thoughts of those voices so daring as to utter righteousness before man in God’s stead. And the words so written from our forefathers were convincing even unto this day, that the Founding Fathers knew the mind of God, and thus were not intimidated by threats of imprisonment or death. Yet in these last days, where Tyrants’ minds have “devised liberal things”, and uttered so much error before the Creator of all men, that the liberal, vile cacophony resounds throughout the land to drown out doubtful voices, whose only authority rests in the Document now being trampled under foot of Tyrants with the innocent blood of their citizens dripping from their hands. Voices so accustomed to being stifled by the drumming of the majority’s whims and fancies to be free from God and laws of righteousness unalienable to all men, those weakened utterances have little or no effect, for lack of any authority that runs deep to the conscience of man’s soul! The halls of Congress are silent in sounds and words of the Creator of all men, where endless laws are passed to rid even the memory of the God of America’s fore fathers. Pulpits are filled with errant diatribes about a god no one knows, and none have heard in fifty years or more! Much is said and scribbled across reams of paper of all these injustices, and that which is heard is of little effect having no authority to stand to in support thereof.

“And they were astonished at his doctrine:

for he taught them as one that had authority,

and not as the scribes.”

                                              -Mark 1:22

      O, what are men to do in this hour? Without God, they can do nothing8, and so it cometh to pass that they do nothing! And what they do by voice without God is ignored for lack of authority or impact, and lack of conscience to stand at all costs behind their given voice. Men will not stand for a piece of paper unless God is in it. Their conscience forbids it, and without such strength of conscience, their voice gives way to fear for lack of authority behind what they say they believe. But the time has come when this lack of conscience and authority and courage to stand at all costs goes no further; but rather gives place to the foundational truths that established this great nation, even at the costs of our lives and fortunes. As our fathers Declared their Independence from the tyranny of monarchial men, it now behooves all free men of courage and conscience to declare of God Almighty what course they now take when the consent of the governed has now diabolically transformed such writ into the enslavement of the governed to foreign influence, foreign political agendas and now a foreign head of state.

What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have?

Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased

at the price of chains and slavery?

Forbid it, Almighty God!

I know not what course others may take;

but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”

      The hour has come and passed already, wherein this preacher weighs opinions any further in this matter. It matters not what others say or wish to do, or what they would have for another day of peace, “when there is no peace”9. Having walked these many years with God as a child of the King, whose supremacy is above all others, this old man knows the Declaration of God for this hour, and cannot go back, come what may. DECLARO DI!

“We ought to obey God rather than men!”

      Let weaker men and women enslave themselves at will in surrendering what cannot be taken from them, to gain what they cannot keep or long enjoy, while liberals and devils laugh them to scorn. But as for this old man, my conscience forbids that I go that way to save another day at large without God or conscience! It has long been established in the Declaration of God that “if thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they” (Ecclesiastes 5:8). So too cometh this Declaration of God, that “if the spirit of the ruler rise up against thee, leave not thy place; for yielding pacifieth great offences” (10:5).

      Let Justice Souter and his fellows ignore their consciences along with the Constitution, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord with a clear conscience; and will never surrender the liberty of our conscience to the lies and frauds of a foreigner who seeketh to govern not by consent of the governed in accordance to the Constitution or the Word of God, but by lies and deceit without conscience towards God or the people of this United States. Forbid it Almighty God! It matters not what course the majority may take, this child of God will not serve, obey or recognize an unlawful governor or head of state that is not natural born to these United States. Take my liberty, my house and lands and by force of strength my life, but you will not get the liberty of my conscience before God Almighty to refuse an unlawful command or office before God and the Constitution of these United States. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17), and that is all that the Constitution of these United States and the Declaration of Independence is about. That is all that the history of America is about. That is the Declaration of God and the gift of God, and such liberty of conscience before God is so right, that neither men nor devils will ever take it by force from a Free People in service of the God that created them so. Only by deceit can such an unalienable right of liberty be surrendered to the tyranny of men.

      It is the darkest of hours for this country, but one of the greatest to be one of the brave and one of the free! It matters not what a corrupt and murderous government may say of itself, or threaten to others. Now is the time to stand to one’s conscience before God and his family. There is no scripture from God compelling men and women to obey lies, frauds and the murderous declarations of unrighteous governments bent for hell to over throw the consciences and wills of a Free People. Whether civilian or military, the laws of this land forbid it. I can do no less! Before God Almighty, with whom we have to do, we cannot render tribute nor honor unto those to whom no tribute nor honor is due (Romans 13:7). The hour is come that to ignore what is true and clearly factual, because others wish for comforts to do the same, is the destruction of conscience and standing before God Almighty. We need no ruling of Court howsoever high, to clearly see and know that the present government of these United States murdered its own people in mass at New York and Washington, D.C. on September 11, 2001. Bishop Ron McRae, who assisted Philip J Berg with the Sarah Obama tapes that stated she witnessed Obama’s birth in Kenya, has sent a letter to this blog. Citizen Wells has confirmed that the letter is from Bishop McRae. Sarah Obama is Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother. Bishop McRae provided an affadavit of authenticity for the tape. Here is the letter from Bishop McRae:
“The seriousness of the hour, behooves all natural born American citizens to pray that God will help, and have mercy on this country in this hour of unprecedented compromise of our Constitutional Rights and the electoral process that has made America great. Our interview of Sarah Obama speaks for itself. The liberal bloggers can make of this preacher what they want, who is neither a self proclaimed bishop, or a partisan supporter of McCain, out to get Obama. As the Continental Bishop of The Anabaptists Churches of North America, this preacher was unanimously elected to that office by the statewide bishops and elders sitting upon our National Presbytery. Howbeit, who this preacher is or is not, is not the issue, but rather, WHO BARACK OBAMA is.
This preacher believes Obama’s grandmother. I do not believe Barack Obama. It now rest with the Supreme Court to either uphold the Constitution, or ignore it. But all of history, and the upending of the future of America depends upon David Souter and the Supreme Courts’ courage or lack of it, in requiring Obama to step forward and call his grandmother a liar or greatly deceived, by the absolute and official proof of his natural born citizenship. The officials in Kenya throughout the registrar’s office in both Mombassa and Nairobi have told us that he was born in Kenya, and they will tell you verbally that the records have always existed, both for Obama’s birth, and the birthing records of his mother. But the government, under orders from Barack’s cousin Raila Odinga have sealed and confiscated the files to keep them top secret. The government employees know the truth, but fear for their lives in a most serious way. Our preacher, Kweli Shububia (Swahili for “True Witness”, his name has been changed to protect his identity and safety) has already received a mulititude of death threats and has fled the country for his safety. The muslims are already massing throughout Kenya, especially around Kisumu, just as they did last December during the Kenya elections, and brandishing machettes and clubs, threatening to kill every white American and Christian if Obama is not elected President.
This man Obama, whoever he is, increasingly appears to be a part of a great conspiracy to defraud the American people of a lawful and constitutional election. God deliver this nation from so great harm, to us and our children.

These are very serious issues, and we lost a lot of Christians in Kenya this year because of Obama and his cousin. I sincerely believe that, and have weighed the cost in the balance before submitting the afidavit. The delays that a lot of bloggers have errantly accused Mr. Berg of last week, were caused by me and our national presbytery, while we prayed and seriously considered the concequences of revealing the conversation with Sarah. Her life now as well could be in danger for telling the truth. Very few people understand African culture for women who are expendable. And no one knows the heavy burden now on this preacher over the safety and lives of our people in Kenya over this matter.

When I first reported on the alleged Michelle Obama telephone conversation
with API, African Press International, and the alleged tapes of the
conversation, several people asked why I reported it. My answer was
simple. It is news no matter how it plays out. It is still news and I
believe reveals more attempts by the Obama camp to create diversions and
lies and discredit those questioning Obama, the “messiah”.

I waited to give the story a chance to play out before making judgement.
However, some new insights have been provided to me. Below is what I
believe API is about and up to. Once again, this is what the facts lead
me to believe. API has 24 hours to repudiate what I state with facts.

  • When I first read the API allegations, I immediately posted a comment
    on their blog and asked if they could prove it.
  • I have never stated that I believed the story. I did offer to help them.
  • Philip J Berg offered his service to API on the condition that API
    provide the tapes.
  • According to a reliable source, API has not provided the tapes to Mr. Berg.
  • According to a reliable source, API has not provided the tapes to Fox News.
  • According to a reliable source, Mr. Berg is not cocounsel with any attorney in this matter. API posted this comment on October 27, 2008: “Due to the sensitive nature of the tapes, API will now have a total of 3 active legal representatives. A Canadian born Lawyer has been appointed to head the API legal team. Two US born lawyers (Attorney Berg) and (Attorney Dowd of Washington) will be assisting the Canadian born Attorney.” Either API is lying, someone is confused or this is a smokescreen.
  • I was notified recently, that API approved a comment that made lying,
    slanderous accusations about Citizen Wells and other bloggers. API moderates all comments. API will be held accountable as well as the person posting the comment. I contacted API and have received no response.

Therefore, I have come to the following conclusion:

No tapes exist.

The story about Michelle Obama contacting API is a fabrication and is
a ploy by API, the Obama camp and probably Raila Odinga.

The allegation by API is straight out of the playbook of the Obama camp
and Odinga’s ODM party. Diversions, lies and personal attacks.

Part of the plan was to portray those questioning Obama as racist and to
discredit others such as Philip J Berg.

The API site and article were used as a forum to get traffic and promote
the Obama camp agenda.

Here is a remark from Jeff Schreiber:

“Yes, I know that African Press International is once again trying to stir the pot by stating that the notorious Michelle Obama tapes will be released by Fox News within the next few days. Yes, I know that Bill O’Reilly claims to have “big news” this week. No, I do not know if the two are related, but I suspect not.

Please note that I still do not believe that the Michelle Obama tapes really exist. It just doesn’t make sense, any of it. That being said, I would happily–HAPPILY!!–admit that I am wrong once I, and the rest of the American public, hear otherwise. If I am wrong, professionalism be damned, I will post a goofy picture of myself, grinning from ear to ear, and admitting my error.

And that’s all I have to say about that.”

In Conclusion, my response is based on facts and logical conclusions
combined with suspicions based on Obama’s Kenyan connections. My
statements are not definitive and are open to repudiation by API.

API, if you have any facts to repudiate what I have written, please
supply and I will post them.

Judge Surrick will provide a ruling any minute on the Philip J Berg lawsuit that states that Barack Obama is Indonesian and ineligible to be president. Lawsuit outcomes are hinged on very tight legal wordings and the burden of
proof placed on the plaintiff. Regardless of legal wrangling in court,
regardless of the ruling by Judge Surrick, the US Constitution must be upheld and those charged with upholding the US Constitution must do so and be held accountable. This includes Barack Obama.

Here is what we know:

  • The DNC did not vet Obama.
  • The MSM has supported Obama and not vetted him.
  • Obama has documented long time close ties to corruption in Chicago, Illinois and the Middle East.
  • Obama has close ties to Dubious connections in the Middle East and
    Africa. Three people close to Obama, Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan and Raila Odinga, have visited Libya.
  • Obama traveled to Pakistan when he was young when travel to Pakistan by US citizens was restricted.
  • Obama was born in Kenya.
  • Obama was adopted by his stepfather, Soetoro, became an Indonesian
    citizen and studied the Koran.
  • Obama and the Obama camp stole the Democratic nomination from Hillary Clinton using voter fraud and illegal campaign donations.
  • Obama has lied about most aspects of his life and past associations,
    including, but not limited to, his socialist party connections and Acorn involvement.

With the exception of the Kennedy assasination, Citizen Wells has never
been much of a conspiracy theorist. However, given the body of evidence,
I am inclined to believe that there is a Middle Eastern, radical Muslim,
connection to Obama, perhaps Libyan, that intends to destroy the US
from within. Too many events and associations have come into focus
to ignore this possibility.

Barack Obama, regardless of his many dubious connections, is not eligible
to be POTUS. Irrespective of any lawsuits in court, the US Constitution
must be upheld. Citizen Wells and the American public will hold all
accountable. Citizen Wells will provide an article soon that will
provide insight into upholding the US Constitution.
