From Orly Taitz regarding the Major Cook lawsuit in Georgia an apparent rogue judge, Richard A Lazarra and a scenario right out of Nazi Germany:

“As you know, I am an attorney for Major Cook, US army major, whose orders to go to Afghanistan were revoked when he demanded to verify legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama for the position of Commander in Chief. Military has retaliated against major Cook by   applying an enormous pressure on his employer Simtech, inc, a private defense contractor, to have him fired from his $120,000 job. We have responded by filing a legal action against Simtech, Robert Gates-secretary of defense and Obama, seeking reinstatement and damages.
Originally the case was filed in GA, since Major Cook was supposed to be  deployed from GA, however US District Judge in GA, Clay Land, responded by stating that he no longer had jurisdiction and recommended we refile in FL, where the plaintiff and the defendant Simtech reside.
US District Judge Richard A Lazarra from the Middle District of FL, Tampa division, refused to hear the case. We have filed a Rule 59 motion for re- hearing and a motion to recuse Judge Lazarra, as one showing bias. We attached a copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate to show urgency of the matter.
 Something totally unbelievable happened. Lazarra denied both motions immediately and put his actual orders, his reasoning under seal. He refuses to show to the plaintiff Major Cook and to me, as his attorney, his actual orders- those are sealed, secret. This is a total travesty of justice and a total and complete insanity, this is a behavior that can happen only in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. How can I appeal his decision if he refuses to show me the orders, his reasoning. If this is allowed to continue, next they can take your houses in eminent domain and give you cents on a dollar and provide no answer, no reasoning; they can send you and your loved ones to FEMA camps behind the barbed wire and provide you no answer, no reasoning. Every decent American has to go to the White house, each and every Federal building, offices of congressmen and senators, state representatives and state senators and DEMAND IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL HEARINGS IN US AND STATE HOUSES OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATES OF THE ISSUE OF OBAMA’S ILLEGITIMACY FOR PRESIDENCY AND IMMEDIATE ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAS FOR ALL OF OBAMA’S VITAL RECORDS, DEMAND THE COURTS TO HEAR THE CASES OF OBAMA’S ILLEGITIMACY FOR PRESIDENCY, DEMAND REMOVAL FROM THE BENCH OF ALL OF THE GUTLESS AND CORRUPT JUDGES WHO REFUSE TO HEAR THIS MATTER, DEMAND REMOVAL OF ALL OF THE US ATTORNEYS, ATTORNEY GENERALS, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS AND ALL THE OTHER  LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS WHO REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE OBAMA’S ILLEGITIMACY FOR PRESIDENCY.

JUDGE LAZZARA received his B.A. degree in 1967 from Loyola University of the South and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1970. Judge Lazzara served as an Assistant County Solicitor and as an Assistant State Attorney for Hillsborough County from 1970 through 1973. He then entered the private practice of law in Tampa until his election to the Hillsborough County Court in 1986. In 1987 Governor Martinez appointed him to the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and he was elected to a full term without opposition in 1988. In 1993 Governor Chiles appointed him to the Second District Court of Appeal where he served through October of 1997. On November 1, 1997, Judge Lazzara was sworn in as a United States District Judge where he continues to serve in the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.”

Commentary

Regarding the alleged Kenyan birth certificate of Barack Obama

  • Firstly, when I became aware of Dr. Orly Taitz filing the Kenyan birth certificate, I reported the news along with other information that was relevant.
  • I do not know if the birth certificate is legitimate. I will wait for validation by the proper experts.
  • I have many reasons to believe that Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
  • Obama is hiding many facts about his past and there is a reason for that.
  • Obama is guilty of crime and corruption, including, but not limited to his involvement in rigging the IL Health Planning Facilites Board.
  • Obama is guilty of multiple counts of fraud, including, but not limited to lying on his IL bar application and misrepresenting his involvement with the criminal organization Acorn.
  • The biggest crime Obama has committed, is the treasonous, fraudulent takeover of the office of POTUS.
  • The hallmark of the Obama campaign and camp is diversions. This may be another attempt to divert attention away from Obama’s eligibility and plummeting popularity and influence.
  • We do not know where Obama was born but irrespective of his birthplace, he is not a natural born citizen.
  • Obama’s life is a lie. It is time to remove this fraud, this usurper from office.
  • Obama is not a legitimate president. No impeachment is necessary. An arrest will suffice.
  • The rats are beginning to scurry.
  • Fellow Americans, debating the Kenyan birth certificate is ok. However, do not let the Obama camp divide or divert you from your primary goals.

Dr. Orly Taitz and World Net daily are reporting that Dr. Taitz has a copy of Barack Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate.

The document is certainly compelling. Here are some more reasons to believe that this document may be Obama’s Kenyan Birth Certificate.

Update 2, 10/12/08 10:40 AM ET:  Since originally posting this story Saturday,  Atty. Philip Berg’s office informed us that they cannot discuss this matter due to pending litigation, which is understandable.”

“At this time, we have no further independent verification. However, the reason we published this story and the reason we will keep the story on this blog is that the language in Berg’s filing — which is a matter of public record — is specific about the Kenyan birth place, and we assume that the claim is based on something besides wishful thinking.

Update 1, 10/11/08: Please note that the information about the Kenyan BC is based on a tip that has not yet been verified. The information about the lawsuit is confirmed, and was taken from the court record.”

“I have received an unverified tip that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals. I am told that these documents are certified, with an embossed seal, and display the name of the hospital where Obama was born, as well as witness signatures.

Reportedly this BC reflects information filed Oct. 9 by Philip Berg. See item #18 on this docket, page 10, the relevant language of which, underlined in red, is captured here in a screen shot:
It reads:

…Obama was born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province…

We do not currently have any additional confirmation of this new information. If it is an accurate tip, the implications are disastrous for Senator Obama and his backers. For that analysis, we proceed to Judah Benjamin…”

Even while US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pursues her five-day visit to India, an event has occurred in the USA that could conceivably snowball into a major controversy to cut short President Obama’s tenure.
Article 2, Section 1 of the US Constitution states: “No person except a US born citizen… shall be eligible to the office of President.”
During the last US campaign a controversy arose about Obama’s birthplace. Critics were unsure if he was born in the USA or Kenya. Obama’s campaign committee released a Hawaiian birth certificate on 13 June, 2008. Sceptics alleged that it had signs of forgery.
Obama maintained he was born in Hawaii. One hospital, Honolulu ‘s Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children, claims it received a letter from the President declaring his birth there. But White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs refused to authenticate the letter. For nearly six months the hospital proudly declared Obama was born at its facility to create poll hype. Later it covered up and refused to confirm if the letter actually existed. The letter was purportedly signed by Barak Obama. If the signature was forged it was a most serious offence. Was any action taken against the Hospital?
This week the controversy about Obama’s birthplace resurfaced dramatically. A US Army Reserve, Major Stefan Frederick Cook, scheduled for deployment to Afghanistan, refused to serve claiming that the order was illegal because the American President was not legitimate. He argued that he should not be required to serve under a President who has not proven his eligibility for office.”

“Opponents of Barack Obama’s presidency claim small court victory”

“Supporters of a case that disputes the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency claimed a small victory today when U.S. District Judge David O. Carter told them to fix their paperwork and that he would listen to “the merits” of their case. But others present for the hearing Monday at the federal courthouse in Santa Ana stressed that the case remains a long way from ever getting a full airing in court and may never get to that point.

The case, Alan Keyes, et al. v Barack H. Obama, et al. was filed on Inauguration Day and is one of a raft of suits alleging Obama is ineligible to be president because he is not a “natural born citizen.” Such claims have fared badly in court to date. In December, for example, the Supreme Court dismissed without comment a case challenging Obama’s right to take the oath of office.

Perhaps because of that history, Orly Taitz, the lawyer who filed the current suit, was greatly cheered by Monday’s hearing. “He’s very determined to hear the case on the merits,” Taitz said, referring to the judge. “He stated, the country needs to know if Mr. Obama is legitimate, if he can legitimately stay in the White House.””

you not divulge your backgrounds? I know why.
As both of you are addressing graduates of college, you are being
dishonest to all of them as you fail to tell them about your backgrounds.

Reveal yourselves and Obama resign, as President “now” as
everything you do is void or voidable. Why are you putting our nation

“Comment: It never fails to amaze me how people will run with the slightest bit of uncorroborated information as if it were the God’s honest truth. Take for example the Lisa Liberi/Ostella issue. I looked Ms. Liberi up in the San Bernardino Court records. Unless this woman is a shape shifter, there is no way the California Liberi and the Pennsylvania Liberi are the same woman.

Yes, there is a Lisa Liberi in California who is originally from New Mexico and has a history of felony fraud. However, she resides in California, has been here for over a decade, and the only reason she shows up as a resident of New Mexico is because she is still on probation in that state. This is a matter of public record and is available (free) online. She was in custody in the State of California at the same time that the Pennsylvania Liberi was working as Berg’s assistant.

Now, I’ve heard of liberal “work release” programs, but the State of California did not allow an incarcerated felon to skip off to go work for Phil Berg.

The fact that two people have the same name does not offer any proof that they are the same person. It’s a huge jump in logic, with no verifiable documentation, that is being stated by some as FACT.

How these very same people have managed to fabricate a connection between Lisa Liberi and Lisa Ostella is even more mind boggling. The only substantiated connection is that these two women share the same first name.”

I just got off the phone with Dr. Orly Taitz. We spoke for a while about her website and the recent controversy. Dr. Taitz has a new website for Defend Our Freedoms.

Orly stated that Defend our Freedoms is her foundation and that she has been blocked from accessing her data on the previous website. She is still committed to the cause of exposing the truth about Barack Obama.

We also spoke about the US Supreme Court, Justice Scalia, Chief Justice Roberts and law clerk Danny Bickell. She and I are both concerned that Bickell is still employed at the Supreme Court after all of the shady dealings that she and other attorneys experienced from Danny Bickell.

Dr. Orly Taitz will attend the San Antonio, TX tea party and stated she will be willing to stay an extra day if enough citizens are willing to meet with the local FBI office and initiate a Citizens Grand Jury. She also stated that her expenses are very high. Every time that she travels she spends at least a thousand dollars. She is providing her services pro bono, so it is not asking too much for people to donate to the cause to help with expenses.
