FOX has had Corsi on in the past. I have seen him on with Hannity. This would be the time for FOX to step in and really cover this story.
I’m surprised that FOX hasn’t touched this issue. CNN & MSNBC are running it, why isn’t FOX? This is their opportunity to break it wide open.
Did anyone ever find the Keyes/BO debate video? I remember seeing that a while back. I was very impressed with Keyes. Keyes would be a good one to have on about this issue. A political candidate, well spoken, educated, articulate and a clean black guy ( Biden). And he has lawsuits about the issue. He would be a great one to have on. I’m sure everyone noticed that on both shows – Dobbs and Mathews, that the ones for Obama were black and the ones against were white. Hhmmm, wonder why? Keyes would be perfect!

CALLER: Rush, I’d like to talk to you from couple of minutes about honesty and integrity versus the culture or the spirit of deception that we seem to see with Obama. I’m a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and I have three sons who also attend service academies — either the Naval Academy or the Air Force Academy — and we all each in our term have come to understand that lying is an intent to deceive. And any intent to deceive at the service academies is considered to be an honor offense. When I look at Obama — who rides a cult not only of personality but also a culture of deception; when I look at the Saul Alinsky connection deceptions, the Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn and Jeremiah Wright; more recently the birth certificate falsification question; the stimulus lies; the health care results lies; the ACORN connection lies; the firing of the inspector general; and his agenda for us, which he’s just not being forthcoming about — all of these things fall into, in my opinion, this culture of deception.
It’s very difficult to listen to our president without feeling that he is either out-and-out lying or he is posturing something, getting ready to lie. I believe polls are falling not only because the economy is not responding to the stimulus, but also because people are sensing that this cult of deception and lying is, in fact, a big part of who this guy is. I think his moral authority is going fast. And now when he needs to advance his own agenda, he’s in fact reaching a tipping point, and people will not have anything to do with what he says because they simply don’t trust him. When you’re at one of these service academies here, you’re an officer in the service. When you lose your honor and you lose your integrity, you simply lose other people’s trust. And you’re of no use to anybody. Integrity is a mind-set. It’s a mind-set the same way deception is a mind-set. And people who deceive have a pattern of deceiving over and over and over again. I think in his case that this stuff is directly related to a highly dysfunctional family background where he was abandoned by both parents, and his radical early influences. But I also think that this cult of deception on his part is approaching a word that I have not heard relative to this administration, and that is “treason.” I believe that this inability of his to be honest and to be forthcoming and rather to be devious, constitutes serious acts of disloyalty to our sovereign nation. What do you think of that, Rush?
RUSH: Well, I think that you are well spoken, you’re articulate, and I think you’re very honorable. And I think you mean everything you said, and I don’t think you’re making it up, and you’re certainly not trying to deceive anybody. I don’t know. You know, I get a little worn out on the family-made-me-do-it excuse. I have a much simpler explanation, and I am with you. He has to be deceptive. If he were to tell everybody who he really is, what he really thinks and what his agenda really is, he woulda never gotten the Democrat Party nomination, much less been elected president. All liberalism is deceit. All communism is lies. All of socialism is lies. The promises, I should say. The promises of communism, the promises of socialism, the promises of liberalism, are all lies. And it’s all out there to see. But we don’t examine the results of these people. We give them credit for great big hearts and for having wonderful intentions.
One of the interesting things that’s happening now, however, John — and I addressed this elegantly yesterday. The liberal Democrats over in the House and Senate, they are so cocky, they are so arrogant that they are more open about who they are and what they think than ever before — and this will be their undoing. Liberalism has always had to be disguised to win national elections in this country. It’s always had to have been disguised, and Obama knows it. So I think this guy has been well taught. You talk about service academies. I think he’s been groomed for this. I think he’s been taught, groomed, mentored to be able to reach this height in the middle of deception by pretending and convincing people he’s something other than what he is. For example, he’s not a moderate; he’s not unique; he’s not above politics; he’s not postpartisan; he’s not postracial.
He’s just the most radical liberal Democrat that has ever attained the White House. Now, he is still practicing the deception. The liberal Democrats over in the House and Senate, not so much. The Barney Franks are pretty out in the open about what they want to do and what they want to say. The Barbara Boxers, ditto; and a lot of his cabinet people, ditto. But he is still practicing the art of deception. When you get into “treason,” that’s a specific criminal charge. I wouldn’t go there. I think this is just politics. He’s supposed to be above politics. But I agree with you that his agenda, his designs on this country are nothing — nothing anywhere close — to his stated designs, desires, agenda, or what have you. By the way, the issue of the Occidental College records is especially pertinent. The United States Justice Foundation (USJF) served officials at Occidental College with a subpoena to produce records concerning Barack Obama’s attendance there during the 1980’s, because those records could document whether he was attending as a foreign national. You see, Mr. Obama attended the school on a scholarship — and there are questions as to whether the financial aid he received was reserved for foreign students. The Obama attorneys have bent over backward to block us. He doesn’t want anyone to see those records. He’s STILL trying to hide them; those financial records STILL have not been released.
WHAT is Barack Obama trying to hide? WHAT is he afraid of? WHY doesn’t he just release these documents to prove that he is a natural-born citizen and, therefore, qualified to serve as President — especially his actual birth certificate?
I dared bring Barack Obama into court to force him to produce his birth certificate, and put an end to the controversy over his status as a “natural born” citizen once and for all. And now he’s coming after me and the United States Justice Foundation (USJF) — the public-interest legal group that I founded over 30 years ago — with a vengeance!
Why? Because we dare to seek the TRUTH!
And they must have something to hide, because Mr. Obama’s attorneys have threatened to spend, and then sanction, USJF out of existence.

Second, the contention by Barack Obama’s half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, that Mr. Obama was born in a particular Hawaiian hospital, only to claim that it was in a different hospital several years later. And, most recently, Barack Hussein Obama has contradicted himself, in writing, regarding the name of the hospital where he claims to have been born.
Third, the erecting of a wall around Barack Obama’s grandmother, the late Madelyn Dunham, by Mr. Obama, thus cutting off access to the one person then alive who would have been present if he was actually born in Hawaii.
Fourth, the posting of law enforcement personnel at the two hospitals in Honolulu mentioned by Ms. Soetoro-Ng in an effort to block the press from discovering the truth about the birth certificate.
Fifth, a taped phone conversation with Mr. Obama’s step-grandmother in Kenya, who claims that she was present at his birth… in what is now called Kenya!
Sixth, the “birth certificate” posted on the Obama campaign website and other liberal websites. Since Barack Obama was born in 1961, long before laser printers and office computers, his original birth certificate would be typewritten … unlike the laser printed “copy” purported to be genuine.
The evidence demands that Barack Obama answer why he has been hiding the truth from the American people about his eligibility to run for, and serve as, President!
It’s TRUE. Not only does Mr. Obama continue to categorically refuse to produce the decisive evidence proving whether he is a “natural born” citizen, his high-priced LA-based “dream team” of attorneys has USJF squarely in its crosshairs! And they’re loading both barrels!
So, unless you help me and my team here at USJF to stand our ground in court, Mr. Obama’s hired guns could blow a financial hole in USJF’s ability to be the proverbial thorn in Mr. Obama’s side!
Barack Obama continues to battle any attempt to see his real birth certificate — producing only a phony one posted on his website — as well as fighting us tooth and nail as we seek access to his college records… records which we believe may prove that he was foreign born!
USJF served that subpoena upon Occidental College to gain access to Mr. Obama’s college records, and we are fighting to get at the truth on many other fronts, as well, including:
1. Appealing a case filed by USJF in California, all the way up to the United States Supreme Court, if necessary, on behalf of 2008 Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, calling into question Mr. Obama’s status as a “natural born” citizen;

3. We have initiated a campaign demanding that every State Attorney General in the country take action now to force Mr. Obama to just show us the TRUTH.
You see, when Barack Obama officially entered the office of President, he became, in essence, a “pretender to the throne.” According to the Constitution, only a “natural born citizen” can occupy the presidency.
Even though he was sworn in on January 20, 2009, Barack Obama is NOT legally the President of the United States, unless he can prove that he is a “natural born citizen.”
What’s more, every action taken by him while he occupies the White House may be invalid. If he cannot legally be President, every law passed by Congress will be null and void because the Constitution clearly requires that all laws be signed by the President… and, without a legally elected and sworn in President in office, that becomes an impossibility.
Quite frankly, this crisis must be ended! And it must be ended NOW!
And that’s just what we’re fighting to do. The United States Justice Foundation is spearheading a campaign to protect the United States Constitution… and your liberty.

Things seem to be coming to a head at last as cult members are raising the volume to shout down any serious discussion. I think as you predicted some time ago a long form b.c. printed on an exact reproduction of the paper used in 1960, using an exact reproducction of the in, the document having been atrificially aged, will soon appear.
Team Obama may have wrongfooted themselves by homing in on the document because it can only prove one of two things. Barack H Obama Jr. son of an American mother and a Kenyan father is this disqualified from holding the Presidency OR Basrack H Obama son of an American mother and John H. Either way he isn’t out of trouble just because he has a piece of paper. In 1939 British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain had a piece of paper he thought would get him out of trouble. Everyone knows what happened next.

I opened my local newspaper and couldn’t believe my eyes. They published an article from AP David Crary “New Burst of Attention for Old Doubts About Obama.” Basically his article stated that Obama had produced his BC and two newspaper birth announcements! And that the birthers were at it again.

Steps leading up to it. What would have to take place? What would happen after wards?

One of the greatest travesties of a successful removal of the Usurper, would be, in the aftermath, if everything else remained the same.
If the only change that came about, as a result of his removal from office, was that the “Republicans” or “whomever,” filled-in in the interim until legal elections resumed; if the status quo remained pretty much as it is today, that is no victory. That would be the death of the U.S. just as much as if Barry had remained in office.

Start using terms on these shows or in letters to the different hosts like “illegal alien” who could be therefore a criminal and someone worthy of deportation.
There is other stuff to emphasize the demand for – like what citizen status enabled him to enter Occidental and why are they too fighting requests for these forms too, using the very same attorneys as Obama’s to even threaten plaintiffs with biggest monetary penalties possible if ruled frivolous.
They just want us to continue the “birther” talk to distract the uneducated away from all the other questions and real forms out there for evidence and viewing.

Why did Cheney not carry out his constitutionally-mandated requirement to ask for objections after the certification of the electoral votes for Obama to become president? Isn’t anyone looking into this? What does Cheney have to say for himself? Has he gone on the record on this? Why did Pelosi jump up and interrupt him at the crucial moment where he should have asked for objections? Come on! Why is no one pursuing this?
My guess is that we would have a temporary government of some kind with a special election to follow. Joe Biden might be the temporary Pres., although it could be argued that every vote for Obama was a vote for Biden, and if Obama was not eligible in the first place due to election fraud, then Biden should not be allowed to serve either. And, because Nancy Pelosi was the Chair of the DNC and certified under penalty of perjury that Obama was NBC, then it could be argued that she took part in the election fraud and also should not serve. (However, the members of the House could vote to make someone else Speaker instead of Pelosi.) If the Speaker of the House does not serve, then they would look to the President pro tempore of the Senate, who is currently Robert Byrd (although he is not in good health). After that, then the constitution looks to the Secretary of State Clinton and then the Secretary of the Treasury Geitner. It could be argued that their appointments are not legally valid, because Obama’s election was not legally valid. If so, then it is possible that we could go all the way down to Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, who was appointed by President Bush and not “tainted” by the whole thing.
This is all very speculative, however.

Naturalized- Is someone that Converted or adopted American citizenship can either be with a citizen parent(s) or not. Basically it is someone that wasn’t a citizen and legally became one by going thru the naturalization process and swearing allegiance to the country. When I become a Naturalized citizen neither one of my parents were citizens at that time since than they also became naturalized.

What is in the vault is anyone’s guess. Under Hawaiian statutes it could be adoption papers, it could be a birth certificate from another country, or it could be an actual Hawaiian BC showing no father or some other fathers name. (Hence the embarrassing comment by his lawyers) I have no gut feeling on this because there is just too many possibilities.
It is also just so strange that anyone who could offer “testimony” has been cremated.

Can anybody tell me what’s the status of Mario Appuzo’s suit?
For the Hawaii Board of Health to state that all paper documents were discarded in 2001 is all well, and good because there is a possibility that everything was computerised at that time. However there is still paper forms that the obstetricians fills out at the time of birth, from which the information is subsequently transcribed into a permanent record by a data entry person. If all of this was done in 2001 then there is a possibly of a fraudulent vault BC already electronically recorded making paper,or ink no longer a problem for Soetoro. If this was actually carried out, and the information entered is fraudulent we will not be able to disprove any of it. This is the one thing that I was afraid of, and it is beginning to look as though it is coming true. However I refuse to believe any of it until they ELECTRONICALLY GENERATE THE VAULT CERTIFICATE. If they do this then it may game time with regard to the BC.
However he CANNOT get around his DUAL NATIONALITY at birth, which was written by his own hand. This in, and of itself should hsve caused the DOJ to act a long time ago to clarify his eligibility. Instead they done NOTHING, just as they did when all of the affidavits were filed that had him cold in his illegal campaign financing. The largest portion of his campaign financing was PROVEN to have come from Nadmi Auchi the Iraqi billionaire who is a friend of Tony Rezko. Soetoro had two of his PAKISTANI friends from Occidental working for him as managers of his “Small contributions Fund”. The two buddies broke down the funds from Auchi into little bundles of less than $250.00 each, got a name from a telephone directory,bundled name and money, and entered it into the small contributions fund. Voila.!……….Doesn’t need to be reported. Cute huh! Again this was all documented, and forwarded to both Federal Election Commission, and DOJ. NOBODY lifted a finger. I don’t know about all of you but this told me clearly the extent of the FEDERAL CORRUPTION. Then when we saw the SCOTUS throw out lawsuit after lawsuit. It became clear to me that the SCOTUS was also corrupted. The dissmissal of ALL lawsuits will continue. Our only hope lies in the upper echelons of our military. If the joint chiefs become disenchanted, with Soetoro, or they start sensing probable time for themselves in Leavenworth, hopefully at some point they will CRACK, and move to arrest Soetoro. They could do it NOW. There is enough already against him, to justify an investigation by the military. (JAG). This is where I personally believe that we need to take the mounting evidence. The top Commanders of the military need to be brought together in a formal meeting at the Pentagon, and formal testimony taken behind doors, closed to the executive branch including all Whitehouse aids. Letters need to be dumped by the boxcar loads into the offices of the joint chiefs from all of us. If we can get a couple million letters a week, or better still EACH DAY, it will create one hell of a logistics problem for them. Somebody might just be inclined to read a few of the letters. After all they would be addressed to each of them PERSONALLY.
I also hasten to add that this is my reason for continuing to search for US CUSTOMS POE records generated by Stanley Anne D. Obama on her return trip from Mombassa, Kenya. There will be a record of Lil Barry. Attested to, and signed by Stanley Anne herself. If we can find this record no matter how many phoney BCs he tries to create it won’t matter because the POE record will tell it all, including his birthplace.
We could possibly obtain the POE record under FOIA. We need multiple people working on this! I can’t get out of the house right now because of some ongoing health problems. We need a lot of people doing the POE research. The more who search the greater is the liklihood of success.

Obama’s Noelani Elementary School Kindergarten records, oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education, is the first in a series of “coincidences.”
Although Obama has had a first-class education that spanned 25 years, there is only a single document that has ever been released, the application for entrance to the Franciscus Assisi Primary School (next item) — and that document was discovered by independent investigators.
This is an important feature because Kindergarten records for original school entry would have contained the following:
1. Obama’s REAL Birth Certificate.
2. An application with the following:
• His Legal name.
• Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)
It also is important for two additional reasons:
A. The Department of Education does not “lose” the records of one particular student. (So, who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?)
B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarrassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide that could possibly “excuse” the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public his true life story.
This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation?
This is the beginning of an intentionally erased life of a fraud and conman and it reeks of complicity by officials within the State of Hawaii’s

I lived four blocks away from The Fish Company. I often enjoyed a good meal there with friends. They went out of buisness years ago. Arnold owned a brick building on Main St. in Santa Monica where he has kept his main offices and his first restuarant called Schiatzi’s (German for dear one, named after his first born daughter.) I often had breakfast there. He sold the restaurant.

We here at Right Soup have been urging you on to action by calling, writing and emailing your Representatives, and you are doing an awesome job. Keep it up, but it is time to take it to the next level.
One of Obama’s strengths in the election was his organization, and it has certainly not gone away. We have to fight back with equal actions…including one-on-one discussions with those in our neighborhoods.
Tea Party Patriots is urging everyone to start or join a neighborhood walk this weekend in support of HEALTH CARE FREEDOM. The document below has organization tips, talking points and action items. We MUST be willing to put our feet where our beliefs are; to get out of our comfort-zones and take back our country. It isn’t too late, but time is short and the future is at stake.

We want as many neighborhood walks as possible, but we also want to try to canvass the areas that Obama’s Organizing for America will be targeting! There are two very excellent short videos on my web site at usapatriots-shout about Obama’s health care plan. One claims it is the precise duplicate of the one Hitler presented in Germany.
Obama and dragon lady don’t care a drop about the health or the health care of Americans. This plan isn’t about that. It is about total, absolute control of every aspect of every citizens’s life–even to how much water we use and food we eat. Our greatest plan at the moment is to defeat Obama’s Nationalization of Health care now and when Congress returns in the fall, defeat it again. Just as they will be using this time to persuede the American Public it is a good idea, we need to use this time to warn America it is the final step to slavery.
All the news anchors and journalist are saying things like; “Oh, I agree, America needs to improve its helath care and insurance. We just don’t like Obama’s plan. . . . . .” Yeah, right.
The reality is not one citizen nor is the government responsible for any other person in America health care. This is womb to the tomb goverment security and diminishes our right to free choice. There have been many years in my life I had no health insurance. When I needed a doctor, I paid for one out of my pocket. No one paid for me.
Imagine our pioneers settling America with no roads, no vehicles, no insurance, no OCEA, no McDonalds, no Michael Jackson, no computers, no TV and no Bill O’Reilly to look out for them. I wonder if we could endure the life they went through, if we had to do it today. If issues are not resolved between WE the People and Obama’s eligibility, we might have to return to the life of the old pioneers. Could we survive it?

I often dined at the same places and even at the same time as The Austrian Oak, but never with him. Arnold is an elitist. So is Maria.
Arnold knew me and liked me well enough. The joking and teasing that carried on between us was incredible. I was not important enough to be invited to any of the social side of his life.
Honestly, that didn’t bother me. You can’t imagine what an amazing experience it was to work out every morning with those guys. They were not only hilarious, they were gorgeous and every one of them shared their work out knowledge with me. I eventually trained several other people.
I don’t live in that magical area any more. I now live in the arm pit of California with the hayseeds, Clem Cadiddlehoppers, and the people who died the day they were born. When I look back on those years, they were among the happiest years of my life–no matter what life problems I was working through then.
Venice Beach was my playground and art studio. I used to sketch and paint. I once did a painting in three hours of a musician who lived like a gypsy on the beach. He died a couple of years ago. Last month his girl friend, Gayle passed away. A friend called to tell me she was doing the obituary on Gail for the the local paper, Free Venice Beachead. She asked if there was anything I could contribute. I suggested submitting a photo of the painting I did of Sonny as Gail was so well known with Sonny. To my surprise, the Beach Head used the entire back page to publish the photo of that painting. You can look it up in the July issue of the Free Venice Beach Head. The name of the painting is Sonny Zorro, King of the Boardwalk. You can look up Sonny Zorro and his fantastic musical history on the inter net. Yes, I spent the happiest years of my life in that area!

Parking tickets would show the license plate number. The Department of Motor Vehicles of the licensing state can determine whose name is on the car registration. Is it Barack Obama, Barry Soetoro or someone else? Will someone in Cambridge follow up on this?

We request driving records from the state for employees who drive one of the company vehicles. Is it possible to make that kind of request in the states where Bo lived? Hawaii, California, Illinois, Massachusetts. Is that legal without the person’s consent? We wouldn’t do anything illegal.

The 57 states remark was made by Soetoro during an interview with George Stephanopolus on television. In my own belief it was a slip of the tongue and relates to his MUSLIM belief. You know “The 57 states” allegedly mentioned in the Kuran. I think this slip was picked up by a large number of viewers, and like myself convinced me that he IS a practicing MUSLIM. On a serious not. The typo corrections are not needed and most times a waste of time and space. There is nobody that does mor etypos then I and usualy I read before sending unless I am too passionate which is most times.
MY point is this we are all intelligent here and usually can figure out what was meant typos and all. The only time it is important to spell correctly is on links, e-mail addresses etc’ because computers are very finnicky and a typo may get someone to a prono site and get them panicky LOL. Plus computer are not that smart to figure what what was meant.

When this story broke I came across a website the claimed to be in the business of genealogy and they asked the DOH of Hawaii if they would be instances for the sake of tracing someones roots if there was a way, and they did respond by saying that in fact yes they could do a search for the original BC for a fee.

A pitcher gets four balls…a server only gets two.
In tennis, the serve is supposed to be the one chance to hit your best ball past your opponent. If you only got one serve there would be less incentive to “go for it” meaning it wouldn’t produce your best shot because you could lose a point trying to hit it. The problem is, McCain’s lawyers (when given the opportunity) deliberately misled the Federal District Court about McCain’s own status, and they never did offer to the District Court to produce a copy of McCain’s birth certificate.
It’s interesting to see that the Washington Post reporter who at first accepted McCain’s story on face value, actually later began to express doubts about that story.

Just in case i didn’t answer your question correctly;You cannot (that i know of) Embed the video in an email for someone to watch as soon as they open their email.
They will have to click on the “link” you pasted in the email….the URL, not the EMBED code.
Once they click on the link in their email, it will open up a new window for them to view the video on YouTubes actual site.
The EMBED code ‘will not’ work in an email like it does on a blog or a forum.

I can’t seem to bring up this article, but I get the gist. There has *not* been enough time for clinical trials of this vaccine; it’s unproven and I believe it’ll do more harm than good.
I’ll keep saying this: Do NOT get these shots. Do NOT allow your children, grandchildren, or other loved ones to get these shots; you’re better off taking your chances and following regular seasonal flu protocols than subjecting yourself to a ‘rushed through’ vaccine.

– Protection Against Tyrannical Government –
The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.
The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.
The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.
The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.
Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft, “the Organized Militia (the National Guard) can not be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the United States.”
The Honorable William Gordon, in a speech to the House on Thursday, October 4, 1917, proved that the action of President Wilson in ordering the Organized Militia (the National Guard) to fight a war in Europe was so blatantly unconstitutional that he felt Wilson ought to have been impeached.
During the war with England an attempt was made by Congress to pass a bill authorizing the president to draft 100,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 to invade enemy territory, Canada. The bill was defeated in the House by Daniel Webster on the precise point that Congress had no such power over the militia as to authorize it to empower the President to draft them into the regular army and send them out of the country.
The fact is that the President has no constitutional right, under any circumstances, to draft men from the militia to fight outside the borders of the USA, and not even beyond the borders of their respective states. Today, we have a constitutional LAW which still stands in waiting for the legislators to obey the Constitution which they swore an oath to uphold.
Charles Hughes of the American Bar Association (ABA) made a speech which is contained in the Appendix to Congressional Record, House, September 10, 1917, pages 6836-6840 which states: “The militia, within the meaning of these provisions of the Constitution is distinct from the Army of the United States.” In these pages we also find a statement made by Daniel Webster, “that the great principle of the Constitution on that subject is that the militia is the militia of the States and of the General Government; and thus being the militia of the States, there is no part of the Constitution worded with greater care and with more scrupulous jealousy than that which grants and limits the power of Congress over it.”
“This limitation upon the power to raise and support armies clearly establishes the intent and purpose of the framers of the Constitution to limit the power to raise and maintain a standing army to voluntary enlistment, because if the unlimited power to draft and conscript was intended to be conferred, it would have been a useless and puerile thing to limit the use of money for that purpose. Conscripted armies can be paid, but they are not required to be, and if it had been intended to confer the extraordinary power to draft the bodies of citizens and send them out of the country in direct conflict with the limitation upon the use of the militia imposed by the same section and article, certainly some restriction or limitation would have been imposed to restrain the unlimited use of such power.”

Citizen at Birth (CAB) does NOT equal Natural Born Citizen (NBC)
While a natural born citizen is obviously a citizen at birth, not all citizens at birth are natural born citizens. The two legal terms of art are not identical and are not equal.
There is absolutely nothing in that U.S. Statute, USC Title 8 Section 1401, that grants “natural born citizenship” to anyone. The legal term of art “natural born citizen” is not even mentioned in that law. USC Title 8 Section 1401 only determines by law who is a “citizen” or a “national” of the U.S. at birth, i.e., a basic “citizen at birth”. The Section 1401 law is a naturalization law which grants citizenship by law, not by nature. The legal term of art “citizen at birth” is not the same legally as the legal term of art “natural born citizen”. Simply note that in one case we are talking about who is at least an ordinary, basic “citizen” at birth with no adjectives in front of the word citizen, and in the other case we have two very important adjectives placed in front of the word citizen by the framers of the Constitution, i.e., “natural born” citizen. That specific type of citizenship and “legal term of art” was codified by Vattel in his legal treatise “The Law of Nations”, published in 1758, in which he said that … a natural born citizen is a person born in the country to parents who are both citizens of the country. And this group or class of citizens are the most populous group of any nation.
Most citizens of the USA are natural born citizens. Most citizens of the USA were born in the USA to two parents who were citizens of the USA. And that is the pool of citizens that must be chosen from for the singular most powerful office in our nation, the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military. Simple citizenship at birth by being born in the USA without regard to the citizenship status of both your parents … or by naturalization and swearing an oath to this country and renouncing all allegiances foreign kings, princes, and potentates later as an adult, is adequate for the offices of Senator, Representative, or a Governor of a state. But it is not sufficient to be the President under Article II, to Constitutional standards. Article II requires that the person to be eligible to be President must be a “natural born citizen”. And that means that person must be born in the USA … AND … both his parents must be citizens of the USA.
Natural born citizenship status in a nation is granted by the facts of nature of your birth. No law or statute is necessary to grant it. The nations can make any law they wish to make a person a citizen at birth or later. But natural born citizenship can only be conveyed by nature by the facts at birth of the child. If you are born in the country of two citizen parents you are “naturally” … a “natural born citizen” … a citizen too … but a specific kind of citizen who is eligible to be the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military since the child when born has sole allegiance to this country and there is no claim on him/her by a foreign country or power as to their citizenship at birth by that country too. Natural born citizens have unity of citizenship at birth. A natural born citizen is NOT a dual citizen at birth. A natural born citizen has no divided loyalty issues by his birth since the child was born in the country to two citizens of the country.

And natural born citizens are not rare in the USA. The natural born citizens are by far the most populous group in the nation. And it from this group, under Article II of our Constitution, we are to choose our President and Commander-in-Chief, the group with sole allegiance at birth to the USA and only the USA, not someone who has foreign and/or dual citizenship and divided loyalties at and by birth.
Obama’s father was not a citizen of the USA, nor was he an immigrant to the USA, nor was he even a permanent resident of the USA. Obama when born in 1961 was a British Subject via his British Subject father, per the British Nationality Act of 1948 which governed the status of children born to British Subjects. Obama thus was born with dual citizenship and allegiances and a foreign claim on his allegiance. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the USA and he is not eligible to be the President under Article II of our U.S. Constitution. He is a Usurper.

Race Has No Part in the Obama Eligibility Issue
There is an interesting debate going on at http://washingtonindependent.com/52474/mccain-campaign-investigated-dismissed-obama-citizenship-rumors Please check it out and join in. Here is one comment:

Another comment that is very subtle and very disturbing is the following from “Omaar:” “Christian My A!! [Bigot] on Parade, [Bigot] on Display. President Barack H. Obama is Your Commander In Chief. Live with it or Move to [Canada-W-E.Europe]”
There is a very subtle message here that needs to be understood. The message is that the only place left for the “white” race outside the U.S.A., assuming that you accept usurper Obama and stay here, is Canada or Western or Eastern Europe. What is the commentator saying? We have to ask ourselves who are the real racists? Who are the real bigots?
On the contrary, the “Birthers” have not asked much of American society. They have simply asked where is the credible proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. They asked that Congress, which fully investigated McCain’s Article II “natural born Citizen” status, do the same for Obama. Congress refused. They have asked and continue to ask that our courts, the guardians of our Constitution and Constitutional Republic, decide whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” I fail to see where the racism is in these questions. Of course, some of those who oppose the Birthers do not want our society to answer these two questions, for they are afraid of the answer they might get from one honestly answering those questions.
There are many examples from history that show the devastating effects race war has on society. Those who believe in liberty for all people, regardless of race, must stand up and fight those who use racism as a means to win the Obama eligibility issue. Do not let the race mongers take the high ground and cause you to turn a blind eye to the question of whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” Do not let Obama get a free pass in the name of you having to avoid the specter of racism. Do not let these race haters cause you to fear being called a racist should you stand up and demand that the Constitution be respected. Indeed, using race to win the Obama eligibility issue is racism itself.
Race simply has no place in the Obama eligibility issue. The eligibility question is a constitutional one and nothing more. Those who want to bring race into the issue simply want to win without a legitimate and fair battle. That is not right and should not be tolerated in our Constitutional Republic that was founded and built on the rule of law and due process.
Many who supported Obama’s run for the Presidency said that Obama would be a unifying force for American race relations. Frankly, from everything that I have seen so far, I think quite the opposite has occurred in our country.

Race Has No Part in the Obama Eligibility Issue

Another comment that is very subtle and very disturbing is the following from “Omaar:” “Christian My A!! [Bigot] on Parade, [Bigot] on Display. President Barack H. Obama is Your Commander In Chief. Live with it or Move to [Canada-W-E.Europe]”
There is a very subtle message here that needs to be understood. The message is that the only place left for the “white” race outside the U.S.A., assuming that you accept usurper Obama and stay here, is Canada or Western or Eastern Europe. What is the commentator saying? We have to ask ourselves who are the real racists? Who are the real bigots?
On the contrary, the “Birthers” have not asked much of American society. They have simply asked where is the credible proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. They asked that Congress, which fully investigated McCain’s Article II “natural born Citizen” status, do the same for Obama. Congress refused. They have asked and continue to ask that our courts, the guardians of our Constitution and Constitutional Republic, decide whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” I fail to see where the racism is in these questions. Of course, some of those who oppose the Birthers do not want our society to answer these two questions, for they are afraid of the answer they might get from one honestly answering those questions.
There are many examples from history that show the devastating effects race war has on society. Those who believe in liberty for all people, regardless of race, must stand up and fight those who use racism as a means to win the Obama eligibility issue. Do not let the race mongers take the high ground and cause you to turn a blind eye to the question of whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” Do not let Obama get a free pass in the name of you having to avoid the specter of racism. Do not let these race haters cause you to fear being called a racist should you stand up and demand that the Constitution be respected. Indeed, using race to win the Obama eligibility issue is racism itself.
Race simply has no place in the Obama eligibility issue. The eligibility question is a constitutional one and nothing more. Those who want to bring race into the issue simply want to win without a legitimate and fair battle. That is not right and should not be tolerated in our Constitutional Republic that was founded and built on the rule of law and due process.
Many who supported Obama’s run for the Presidency said that Obama would be a unifying force for American race relations. Frankly, from everything that I have seen so far, I think quite the opposite has occurred in our country.

Orly has just made an interesting observation about Obama’s alleged Selective Service registration.
Basically she notes that the one provided by the FOIA request indicates that Obama or whoever filed it, never showed Obama’s BC at the time and that this makes the registration dubious.
IF one assumes the SS Registration document is a historic document dating from 1980, this 1 fact indicates that Obama has had a history of refusing to show his BC his entire life.
Seeing that All American Citizens readily show their BC, esp. men when they register for the SS, one can only reasonably conclude that Obama’s BC fails to prove some key point(s) regarding his identity and citizenship.

ALOT (a little off topic): Was visiting this site and reading comments for quite awhile before I dared wade into the pool of discussion & debate.
As one who appreciates the ‘sacred’, if you will, documents (the ‘ancient boundaries’ as I like to think of them) that are the living legacy left by the fathers of this great Republic…I have been attempting to glean the good, and separate away what appears to still contain some impurities. By that I’m referring to finding and assessing which comments here really resonate most in tune with The Constitution; America’s heart.
While a lot of great information is brought here, not all IMHO are in alignment for the most basic, simple element; which is the most important: the rights of the individual. And in order to make that assessment accurately…again, this is just my opinion…I have to discern what is posted as though all are literally blind and even a little hard-of-hearing. WHY? Because in order to not be swayed by someone’s color, gender, or “group” affiliation…it’s the only way to be “fair and balanced” in the assessment.
There are many who post here regularly who APPEAR to be campaigning for a particular group’s rights and causes…not the individual’s. Therefore, if I were in the position of soliciting members for the Constitutionalists Party, I would toss out the resumes from those whose alligence appears either divided, or off the mark. All that stated, I feel encouraged, pleased, happy (caffeine’s working a little better today) and honored to specifically mention, AND THANK some of those who contribute here, by you namc, moniker, and “nic” (thanks Gregg Goss).

I read this blog everyday and hardly ever post, but was wondering if a way to get Fox News to tell the whole truth would be to quit watching them.
I really believe that we were the reason their ratings shot them up to #1 – because they at least seemed to be headed in the right direction and we watched them for our news. The Black Book (1949) also known as Reign of Terror, with Robert Cummings and Arlene Dahl and Rasputin And The Empress (1932) with all three Barrymores.
Both are excellent portrayals of humanity in political crisis. Another favorite in this genre is Marie Antoinette (1938) with Norma Shearer.
When you think about it, remove the cell phones and the internet and things are not so very different today.
All well worth a watch if you can catch them.

Larry Johnson over at No Quarter claims inside info on the true aspects of Obama’s birth certificate. He says on the certificate Obama is “Barry” and that there were adjustments made to the BC when Obama was adopted by Soetero. He goes on to say that the Obama team engaged in a concerted cover up to never allow the surfacing of the original certificate because of the controversies that would arise with the revelation of the adjusted certificate, specifically with regard to his being Muslim a la Soetero’s religion. They felt it would be too much to deal with in the come presidential election, so decided to sit on it.

Says “native” – an attempt to mislead and confuse.
This movie will definitely send a big blow to Obama’s secrecy. I think that someone will eventually burn the dvd on to youtube or google video, where it will be viewed by millions of people. This is just another attack on Obama’s identity, which is a constructive attack – the media has continuously covered Obama’s tracks and tried to cover up many of his missing records.
Why won’t he release his regular long form birth certificate?
What about his college records?
Most importantly – if Obama truly is from Hawaii, why hasn’t he definitively declared which hospital he was born in, along with the administration?

The term “Native Citizen” is certainly very curious, since he knows , as a Constitutional Lecturer, that the correct term in Natural Born Citizen (even curiouser is how he did not use “Native Born”). He is certainly attempting to present the 2 terms as the same, when they are not. That whole website is designed as protection. He can say that he thought that he was a NBC, and even presented the actual fact of his dual citizenship for all to see, and was still passed through.
