“Obama has a dual citizenship with Kenya. His passport was breached today by inquiring minds because Obama is an anti-Israel pro-pan-arabism Islamic-socialist who has ties to marxist Libyan president Muammar al Gadaffi, Syrian tycoon Antoin Rezko, Saudi Arabian sheikhs, and Rezko’s “close friend” 3.5 million money pal Auchi, the one who gave Obama fundraiser money: Iraqi billionaire global arms dealer Nadhmi Auchi, was Baathist best friends with Saddam Hussein, and the main financial backer for Saddam’s Iraqi-Saudi oil pipeline, and who stood trial with Saddam in 1959 for conspiring to assassinate Iraqi President Qasim, (Saddam even killed Auchi’s brother, but they remained best friends), also marxist Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega is on the frontline supporting Obama for the revolution of the change, and then there’s hardcore anti-Israel, pro-Palestine PLO enforcer Rashid Khalidi, (Obama was on Khalidi’s Woods Fund). Obama was a member of the Woods Fund with communist domestic terrorist Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground who bombed the Pentagon, the US Capital, among other things, and their organization raised money for anti-Israel programs, and also AAAN, for Arabs, and then there’s especially Kenya… where in August of 2007 Obama went to support his E. Germany communist educated cousin Raila Odinga for Kenyan presidential election who claims, coincidentally, to also be a Christian yet who signed NAMLEF and other pacts with radical Muslims who set churches filled with Christians on fire, and macheted them in the streets, causing a political and religious mini-civil war over the MuO.
Sorry folks, I studied all of Obama’s mentors, buddies, political affiliations, organizational memberships, and all of his *hard-core militant Muslim* family members, like his brother Abongo “Roy” Odinga who hates America, and their communist grandfather who ran with Russia and hated America, not to mention his socialist connection to his profound childhood mentor Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Communist Party, CPUSA, and…well, we know Pastor Wright, Jesse Jackson, Jesse Jackson JR, Al Sharpton, and Nation of Islam minister Louis Farrakhan….and they have a *few* issues with america, white people, and jews—> so simply reverse it, and you’ll see they care about: Africa, Blacks, and Muslims, which can be corroborated by things they have said along with their affiliations.
*Don’t forget that Obama’s 2004 U.S. Senate political opponent, Republican Alan Keyes, accused Obama of being a “hard-core academic Marxist.”
-Marxist Nicaraguan President’s endorsement is for Obama, and he says: “It’s not to say that there is already a revolution under way in the U.S.; but yes, they [supporters of Barack Obama] are laying the foundations for a revolutionary change”

A known terrorist suspect, Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, with definite al Qaeda links, who was in a US database of suspected terrorists, was not on the no fly list “because it did not involve aviation threats.” That decision was foolish and incompetent enough. Knowing that Abdul Mutallab was connected to al Qaeda and a terrorist threat and not on the no fly list, no US Marshall was assigned to this flight.

This is inexcusable and unacceptable.

“Rep. Peter King: Why Was Known Terror Suspect Allowed to Fly?”

“A Christmas Day attempt by a Nigerian man who claimed he was acting on orders from al Qaeda to ignite an incendiary device on Northwest Airlines Flight 253 as it approached Detroit from Amsterdam has caused airport security to be ramped up during peak holiday travel. The Obama White House has called the incident “an attempted act of terrorism.””

“King told Politics Daily the 23-year-old suspect, who he identified as Abdul Mudallad, was not on a terrorist no fly list–but was on the U.S. database of suspected terrorists, King said. Though Mudallad claims to have been acting on direct orders from al Qaeda, ties have not been confirmed and he may have been inspired by, rather than acting in concert with, that particular terror group.”

“King told Politics Daily that Mudallad had “definite terrorist connections” and was part of a “terrorist nexus. ..his terrorist connections did not lend themselves to aviation threats, that’s why he was not on a no-fly list which to me does not really make sense; if you’re a terrorist you’re a terrorist.” And King said he had been told that Mudallad had “definite al Qaeda links.” Mudallad boarded a flight in Lagos, Nigeria and switched planes in Amsterdam to the Detroit bound aircraft.

King said said authorities did have “a file on him. He was in a database, but the decision was made that he did not go on a no fly list because it did not involve aviation threats, aviation issues.”

Because of a “significant terrorist presence” in Nigeria, King said, “maybe he should have been on the terrorist no fly list.””

Today, President Obama is at the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen. This morning he spoke from the same podium that Venezuelan socialist strongman Hugo Chavez used to decry the “silent and terrible ghost” of capitalism – to declare that “capitalism is the road to hell.”
The enraptured global warming radicals at the Copenhagen conference rewarded Chavez with a standing ovation for his anti-freedom diatribe, telling us everything we need to know about the modern radical environmental movement headed by Al Gore.

President Obama had an opportunity to stand up and defend the economic freedoms of our great nation, which have made America the greatest and most prosperous on earth.
Instead, he chose to pander to his adoring supporters abroad, saying: “America will fulfill the commitments that we have made: cutting our emissions in the range of 17 percent by 2020, and by more than 80 percent by 2050 in line with final legislation.”
Clearly, President Obama wants to join these radicals in signing a binding international treaty that will bring cap-and-trade-style energy taxes and energy rationing to our nation.
As you know, we were in Copenhagen last week for a briefing we beamed back live to 24 grassroots events across the United States (from Billings, Montana to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in between). Thousands more watched from home or work on our AmericansforProsperity.org website.
Without a doubt the most frustrating moment of the Copenhagen trip was sitting in the American pavilion at the convention center as Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency head, Lisa Jackson, gleefully touted the EPA’s new finding declaring that carbon dioxide endangers human health and welfare. The room full of mostly Europeans applauded wildly.
Ms. Jackson’s introducer, the U.S. ambassador to Denmark, talked about all she had done as in the director of New Jersey’s state EPA. What irony…New Jersey has one of the worst economies in the nation – people are really hurting – in part due to Lisa Jackson’s job-killing heavy-handed regulatory policies. Now the Obama administration hopes she “does for the United States what she did for New Jersey.”
So far, Americans for Prosperity activists have logged more than 13,000 comments telling EPA to obey its mandate and leave climate legislation to the people’s elected representatives. If you haven’t taken action yet, click here to help stop EPA’s power grab before the December 28th deadline.
We face a long hard fight to overturn or at least mitigate the potentially devastating impact of this EPA “finding” in coming months and years. Speaking in carefully coded environmental-speak, Ms. Jackson discussed what her 18,000 EPA bureaucrats have in mind for small businesses, large corporations and even families. We must and we will hold Congress responsible if they fail to stop what the EPA is trying to do.

I talked to many individual environmental leaders and activists from Greenpeace, Sierra Club, World Wildlife Fund, members of the U.S. delegation, EPA bureaucrats, and activists from other smaller groups. They’re true believers. In their view only the government can step in and “fix” this problem by forcing individuals to dramatically change their lives, to pay more taxes for the privilege of using energy or creating jobs. Capitalism is THE culprit in their morality tale. Those with a different view are dismissed as ignorant simpletons or denounced as greedy robber barons who must be stopped.
There is no room for compromise in their world.
If we’re going to protect our freedoms and preserve a free market that has pulled generations from the muck and misery of grinding poverty, then we are going to have to defeat them in the public arena.
The good news – the American public agrees with us. Every poll shows support for cap-and-trade policies going downhill. The legislation is dead for this year, after most pundits thought it a done deal earlier this year.
The bad news – from what I saw firsthand in Copenhagen – our opponents have nearly unlimited financial resources, committed grassroots troops of their own, and deeply entrenched organizations that think strategically and act aggressively.
We’ve got to be innovative, aggressive, confident, strategic and on message. Most of all – we have to fight each and every day.
And, that’s exactly what we’re going to do.

Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the out of control socialist, Democrat controlled Congress, have been spending taxpayer money at a rate that would bankrupt any cash flow. Today, Hillary Clinton, speaking in Copenhagen, committed $ 100 billion to poor countries for climate change. Yesterday, December 16, 2009, Barack Obama stated during a Charlie Gibson interview on ABC News that failure to pass the Senate Health Care Bill will bankrupt the federal government.

Barack Obama’s intent was to scare senators and citizens into believing that voting for the Senate Health Care Bill is an emergency necessity and no brainer. However, Obama “let the cat out of the bag.”

This is really about the 2010 and 2012 elections and presenting a more favorable deficit position to voters.

How does this work?

Remember, our taxes will go up immediately but benefits (and probably some problems)  from the new health care plan will not kick in for approximately three years. How convenient for Obama. More money will enter the Treasury and he can continue to talk about the pie in the sky benefits of the new plan without experiencing all of the negative impacts.

“The Post & Email featured an exposé on Obama’s politics of fraud today, wherein he claims one thing and works for the opposite agenda.

Last night during his interview on ABC with Gibson, Obama was up to his old tricks.  Desperate that his Health Care Bill might die in the Senate, he threw a childish tantrum, threatening the nation that if the Health Care Bill is not passed the Federal Government will “go  bankrupt”!

Not a word that the massive spending increases he has pushed through in 2009 early doubling the national debt; the Health Care Bill included.

Obama is desperate.  The Health Care Bill has nothing to do with preventing the increase of the Federal debt.  It has everything to do with causing it.

It likewise has nothing to do with solving the health care problem, it has everything to do with imposing his power upon every individual and creating a pretext to deny care and thus murder anyone in the country.

Noted doctors have come forward and said that with Obama Care life expectancy will fall for all Americans.  Rationed health care means death.  I can testify to it personally, since I had a good friend, who was an M.D., but who lived in Europe where medicine is rationed, die this year because they scheduled his heart check up 3 days too late!

Socialized medicine is nothing but state control over life and death, and it results in the deaths of 10’s of thousands annually in each country where it is imposed, out of sheer bureaucratic negligence.”

“The Post & Email surmises that Obama’s desperation comes from the fact that Congressman Nathan Deal and his colleagues wrote him a letter asking for his original vital records, and that leading supporters who once believed all of his lies, now realize that he is in an untenable position if he fails to disclose them.”

“20 GOP Senators Call for Investigation of Offutt Threat” 

“Twenty Republican senators have requested that the Senate Armed Services Committee launch an investigation into reports that the Obama White House threatened to close Nebraska’s Offutt Air Force base unless Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson fell into line on health care. Those reports first appeared on this blog. In the letter to Senators Levin and McCain, the committee chairman and ranking member, the 20 ask that “a hearing be held as to whether the BRAC process has been compromised.”

Meanwhile, both Nelson and the White House strenuously deny the allegation. A statement from White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer asserts “This rumor is absolutely false, as the people spreading it well know. This is nothing but a cynical, crass political game that is designed to maintain the status quo. Let’s be clear: the people spreading these falsehoods think nothing is wrong with a system under which families and businesses continue to bear the brunt of skyrocketing costs, insurance companies are allowed to discriminate and drop at will, and thousands of Americans lose their coverage every single day.”

They protest a little too much. I do not know this story is “absolutely false.” To the contrary, I’m confident it’s true. Twenty senators are now calling for an investigation, and each is presumably pretty well sourced in the Senate. If the charges are “absolutely false,” maybe the White House will encourage Senate Democrats to call this Republican bluff. I won’t hold my breath.”

As you know, the bill begins taxing us immediately, but does not kick in benefits for approx 3 years.

Yesterday, December 15, 2009, the Citizen Wells blog quoted a report from the Weekly Standard that indicated that the White House, Obama, threatened to close an Air Force base in Nebraska if Senator Ben Nelson did not vote for the Senate Health Care Bill.

While the Democrats appease Senator Lieberman, they still have to worry about other recalcitrant Democrats including Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson. Though Lieberman has been out front in the fight against the public option and the Medicare buy-in, Nelson was critical of both. Now that those provisions appear to have been stripped from the bill, Lieberman may get on board, but Nelson’s demand that taxpayer money not be used to fund abortion has still not been met. According to a Senate aide, the White House is now threatening to put Nebraska’s Offutt Air Force Base on the BRAC list if Nelson doesn’t fall into line.

Offutt Air Force Base employs some 10,000 military and federal employees in Southeastern Nebraska. As our source put it, this is a “naked effort by Rahm Emanuel and the White House to extort Nelson’s vote.” They are “threatening to close a base vital to national security for what?” asked the Senate staffer.”

Barack Obama, the narcissist, liar, illegal, usurper occupant of the White House, believes that he deserves a grade of B plus for his performance. If he truly believes this, he is also still using drugs.

“If B’s Were F’s, Obama Still Wouldn’t Deserve a B-Plus”

“It’s bad enough for America that President Barack Obama is a committed far-left ideologue, but when you couple that with his narcissism, you’ve got a recipe for a major disaster.

He told Oprah Winfrey he deserves “a good solid B-plus” for his first year in office. The only things standing in his way for that coveted A are — for the most part — other people, such as evil Republicans who oppose socialized medicine.

It’s obvious that Obama is as self-absorbed as he is delusional. While most Americans are worried about the financial destruction of our country and our resulting inability to bequeath our heirs a land of liberty, Obama is fretting over the stresses the job is placing on him.

“The biggest burden on me right now is that economic growth has happened, but job growth has not happened.” Note the “burden on me.” Similarly, he said his painfully belabored decision to send 30,000 additional troops to Afghanistan hit him “in the gut.”

Obama insists economic growth has returned and job recovery is just a matter of time, but many are not so sure of either. But all are sure that his unwavering debt path is unsustainable and suicidal.

When the George W. Bush economy was humming for almost eight years, Obama and his media friends gave Bush no credit because, they said, we were experiencing “jobless growth.” These partisan charlatans characterized 4.5 percent unemployment as “joblessness.” What does that make 10 percent — especially in light of Obama’s promise to keep it less than 8 percent?

Shouldn’t Obama be held to the same standard that he and his liberal friends set for President Bush? A June 10, 2007, editorial by George F. Will had it just right: “In 2002, when (Bush’s) tax cuts kicked in and the economy began 65 months — so far — of uninterrupted growth, critics said: But it is a ‘jobless recovery,’ (even though) the unemployment rate steadily declined (to) 4.5 percent.””

“How he can give himself credit for Iraq is beyond comprehension. He vigorously opposed the surge, which everyone acknowledges turned the war around, and he steadfastly refused to admit he was wrong. Our withdrawal from Iraq is only possible because wiser heads prevailed. As for Afghanistan, he ultimately made the right decision to listen to the generals — partially. He refused to send the number of troops they requested, demoralized our forces and emboldened the enemy in needlessly delaying his decision, and telegraphed our lukewarm commitment to the war by setting a short-term withdrawal date just as he was increasing troop deployments.

How about Obama’s restoration of America’s image? Well, he’s gone around the world telling people how terrible we are — not exactly the smartest PR move. He’s consistently insulted our greatest ally, Britain; a Wall Street Journal article this week notes that he snubbed Britain by failing to mention its support in Afghanistan while touting nations offering less support. He disses our ally Israel, treating it as a terrorist nation and demanding that it unilaterally cease settlements in a portion of its own land.

And how about Obama’s promotion of cap and trade in the midst of ClimateGate, his refusal to back down on Obamacare despite 56 percent public opposition, and his plan to spend the billions of TARP repayments while the nation is on the brink of bankruptcy from his spending?”

Sarah Palin, Alaska Governor, Vice Presidential Candidate, author and rookie journalist said that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a fair question.

“Sarah Palin on the Rusty Humphreis Show discussing Obama’s birth certificate. She argues that just as she showed trigs birth certificate Obama should have to show his.”

Sean Hannity recently maintained journalistic standards on his radio show.

“On the Hannity Radio Show, yesterday, December 8, 2009, Sean Hannity echoes what Sarah Palin stated about Obama’s birth certificate being a fair question. He stated that World Net Daily was just doing due diligence by questioning the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate. He stated that a lot of people are afraid to ask the question.”

Recently, the Citizen Wells blog challenged Rush Limbaugh to ask the simple question regarding Obama and his efforts to hide his records.

Sean Hannity, yesterday, December 8, 2009, on the Hannity Radio Show, set a caller straight about questioning Obama’s birth certificate. Hannity stated that sites like World Net Daily were just doing due diligence when  they questioned the birth certificate.

“Sean Hannity on Fox in July 2009 reveals that Major Stefan Cook challenged Obama’s eligibility and had his orders to deploy revoked.

On the Hannity Radio Show, yesterday, December 8, 2009, Sean Hannity echoes what Sarah Palin stated about Obama’s birth certificate being a fair question. He stated that World Net Daily was just doing due diligence by questioning the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate. He stated that a lot of people are afraid to ask the question.”

“Hannity’s Comments are revealing
Hannity’s comments are not just significant, because of his exposure as a television personality, but revealing because of what they say and do not say. The Post & Email will therefore comment on them in turn:
“What was so wrong in saying that, ‘Can we see your birth certificate?’ …”
Evidently, this is made in the context of a reporter who has been consistently told by his editors not to mention the topic, and badgered by colleagues who disdain its discussion.  It reflects a work environment which is nothing like one in which freedom of speech and the freedom of the press flourish.
It also reflects a professional environment where political correctness has replaced ethical standards and the common sense notions of duty and loyalty to the nation, first and foremost.

Evidently, Hannity admits that he recognized from the beginning the difference between the claim made by the image of the online COLB, published by Obama’s campaign, and the actual document.
Obama’s supporters, however, seem politically obligated or at least mentally afflicted, to such an extent as to deny this distinction.”

The other part of the obvious question, the question that begs to be answered is:

Why has Obama spent so many resources, spent well over a million dollars of somebody’s money, employed legions of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and other records. Innocent and eligible presidential candidates do not do that.

If you ask the first question, you are bound by decency and honor to ask the second question.

I have been in contact with lead plaintiff Charles Kerchner and attorney Mario Apuzzo since the inception of their lawsuit against Obama and Congress. The lawsuit is still alive and they are actively engaged in raising public awareness about the lawsuit and eligibility issues. One of their efforts has been to advertise in the Washington Times. Advertising and court cases require much money. Charles Kerchner has asked for my assistance. The Citizen Wells blog has a new page devoted to the Kerchner V Obama lawsuit and there is a link on that page and blog front page for donations to the cause.

Why is this lawsuit and other lawsuits important, aside from the obvious objection of removing an illegal usurper from office and saving this country?

By mid 2008, two things were abundantly clear:
1. There was enough evidence against Obama to stop his campaign for the presidency and the mainstream media was in bed with him.

  • Documented close ties to Tony Rezko, Rod Blagojevich and numerous crime and corruption figures.
  • Obama had kept hidden almost all of his important records.
  • There was no legitimate evidence that Obama was eligible and much compelling evidence that Obama was not a natural born citizen.

2. A Chicken V Egg scenario was emerging due to the Orwellian public perception crafting of the Obama camp and mainstream media. The court cases must emerge and move forward.

  • The US Constitution must be upheld.
  • The US Citizens must know the truth.
  • A constitutional crisis had to be avoided by preventing an illegal usurper from taking the presidency.

The merits of eligibility lawsuits will not be discussed here. That exercise has it’s place in the classrooms, court rooms and forums of the nation. No one desires to diminish the protocols and thought processes. However, it is clear from reading the opinion of Chief Justice Marshall, in “Marbury V Madison” that he adheres to the intent of the founding fathers to follow the US Constitution as the supreme law of the land, trumping other legislation and procedures. It is also clear that judges and state officials have forgotten or ignored their solemn oaths to uphold the US Constitution. Judges appear to be more concerned about subtle nuances, protocol, and yes, politics, than fulfilling their constitutional roles.

“Why does a judge swear to discharge his duties agreeably to the constitution of the United States, if that constitution forms no rule for his government? if it is closed upon him, and cannot be inspected by him?

If such be the real state of things, this is worse than solemn mockery. To prescribe, or to take this oath, becomes equally a crime.”…Chief Justice Marshall, “Marbury V Madison”

So even though the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility is governed by the US Constitution and subsequent Admendments, judges and state officials have chosen to ignore their sacred duties and leave the American people devoid of the crucial protection of checks and balances and the protection of the supreme law of the land.

This has transformed the many eligibility lawsuits into a watershed role probably not envisioned by the founding fathers. We now have the lawsuits proving a point, critical to the survival of this nation, in the court of public information and common sense. Before the appearance of the multitude of lawsuits, the mainstream media in cahoots with the Obama camp, controlled public perceptions of Obama’s records and eligibility as well as legal definitions such as natural born citizen. Public awareness of Obama’s eligibility is still to a large extent governed by these Orwellian attempts. The straw that broke the camel’s back, imprisoned Al Capone and ultimately will be the Achilles heel of Obama, is a detail. In Capone’s case he was indicted on tax evasion charges. In Obama’s case it is the fact that he has spent so many resources to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and other records. This has been the blessing of the court cases. Despite the best attempts to pass the buck, play party politics and ignore constitutional responsibility, the truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility is emerging.
So why should you support an eligibility lawsuit? First and foremost we must demand that the US Constitution be adhered to as the supreme law of the land. Secondly, and what will ultimately indict Obama in the hearts and souls of the American public…

Why?
