The other part of the obvious question, the question that begs to be answered is:
Why has Obama spent so many resources, spent well over a million dollars of somebody’s money, employed legions of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and other records. Innocent and eligible presidential candidates do not do that.
If you ask the first question, you are bound by decency and honor to ask the second question.

Executive order PDD 51 signed by Bush and left in place by “O” created this dictatorship. PDD 51 renders Congress virtually impotent. In fact, to this day, Congress has not been able to read the entire executive order. This order is how “O” was able to use the EPA to rewrite the Clean Air Act, allowing him to go in through the back door.
Both the healthcare bill and the Cap/Trade/Tax bill will work in tandem.
Fox news owner Murdock (sp.?) just accepted an increase percentage of ownership from an Arab whose name escapes me at the moment. This Same investor influenced Fox news to suppress reporting the Muslim problems in France which have gown so intolerable to the French people they are lashing back. Imagine telling the French people they are not even allowed to use the word “pig” when talking to a Muslim because that is offenisve.
As much as I love Glen Beck and Sean Hannity, I can see they are in a straight jacket when it comes to discussing Obama’s eligibility issues. The universal suppression of this one subject in all the media is the most dramatic proof that Americans no longer enjoy free speech.
I think Fox news does its best to alert America as to the dangers of this Muslim government. However they are at more risk than just their jobs. It is going to get worse before it gets better. 2010 will be the deciding year–whether or not we can defeat the transforming dictaroship or be defeated by them.

Being an American-what makes the difference?
Not long ago I received an email that struck me as a thought provoking comment on what it means to be an American. It also goes to the heart of what Obama faction media puppets like Chris Matthews really hate about the American military- i.e., their moral allegiance to liberty and the Constitution meant to incorporate it.
I asked Gary Hallmark, the retired Naval Officer who sent me the email, for permission to share it with the readers of this blog, which he has given. As you read it ask yourself, Is this nation still made up of individuals who, like so many of our fellow citizens in uniform, not only swear allegiance to a “piece of paper”, but are willing to die for the moral ideas it represents? I don’t know the answer to that question. But soon and very soon we will find out.

I like Hannity because he is a Conservative, but even he can only go so far in his response to anything that is happening in this day and age.
Both he and Palin know what to say that will be “fair and balanced” without giving credence to either side of an argument IMHO. That alone endears them to people who might find what they say offensive.
I listened to how Hannity handled a woman caller who was angry about him referring to Tiger Woods’ wife as attractive. She took offense to his characterization of the wife as if he said that his indiscretion would have been okay if his wife were unattractive. Hannity explained what he meant quite amicably, and I think he appeased the woman even though she did not seek or want to be appeased.
Unfortunately, I believe investigative journalism on TV is dead and quite possibly, so is freedom of the press and speech. If you want to keep your job, you must adhere to the “rules of engagement” IMHO.
When we become parents, we all learn what we will do or not do to keep our children housed and fed. Most of the time, that requires us to keep our mouths shut and our behavior in tact.
Hannity, as with all in the business, surely knows where his bread is buttered, and will do and say what he has to do and say to keep it buttered IMHO.

I rarely listen to any of the talk show hosts unless they are going to cover some item of interest.
I know Hannity is a millionaire, but the financial security his money gives him at present can be lost in a short period of time if it is not constantly replenished. Surely, there is a reason for his silence. It matters not what the reason is; just that there is a reason. There are no excuses for anything; only reasons.
Those who do not defend the Constitution have no need for it in the first place. I have seen many in high office in business worry more about their money than their freedom since they believe that money secures their freedom.
The elites have little about which to worry for they will not suffer the losses the masses will under a totalitarian government. Their lives will not change; only the little guy will suffer because he/she will serve the elites and have little to show for it.
When you have money, you don’t worry. It is the lack of money/means that causes one to worry. What will a man/woman do to keep what he/she has? The answer to that question depends upon what you treasure.
Maybe, the question we need to ask Hannity is which do you value more…your job or your country?

We were told today that the Left is making the rounds on various sites like HuffPo, Daily Kos, etc. (all the usual suspects), talking about how great it would be for people to go to Sarah Palin’s book signings and throw eggs, tomatoes, rocks, etc. at her and her family. Our first impulse at this is to say, “Sarah, declare yourself a 2012 candidate already and get Secret Service protection NOW. Dr. Utopia got it earlier than anyone in history, so you should get it early too.”
Then, we hear news that the sickos on the Left are hoping people hit Trig Palin with whatever they are throwing.

The ranking Republican on the House Select Committee for Energy Independence and Global Warming said Tuesday he is going to attend the Copenhagen conference on climate change to inform world leaders that despite any promises made by President Obama, no new laws will be passed in the United States until the “scientific fascism” ends.
Rep. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., also wrote to Dr. Rajendra Pachauri, head of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, on Monday to demand that researchers who authored e-mails and documents that demonstrate climate change data were manipulated should not be allowed to participate in the latest report written by the U.N. panel.
“I call it ‘scientific fascism,'” Sensenbrenner said during a press conference with fellow climate change skeptics. “The U.N. should throw a red flag. …. They relied on these scientists unjustifiably in my opinion.”
Sensenbrenner wrote that “these bad actors” limited peer-reviewed studies used by the IPCC, which is leading the Copenhagen conference on climate change.
“Their behavior has caused grave damage to the public trust in climate science in general, and to the IPCC, in particular,” Sensenbrenner wrote. “They should not be allowed to do so in the future. I therefore request that you and the co-chairs of each of the three IPCC working groups ensure that none of the individuals involved in these nefarious e-mail exchanges participate as contributors, reviewers, or in any other capacity in the preparation of” the next IPCC report.

Sensenbrenner is just the latest lawmaker to jump into the fray over “Climate-gate,” a growing scandal over the release of thousands of e-mails written by global-warming scientists that show an effort to manipulate data and prevent publication of opposition research. More than 1,000 e-mails and 2,000 other documents from the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia in Great Britain were released just weeks ahead of the Copenhagen conference.
In his letter to Pachauri, Sensenbrenner noted an e-mail from Pennsylvania State University researcher Michael Mann that proposes warding other scientists off of “Climate Research” journal because it published scientific studies counter to the conclusions of the IPCC’s contributors.
“The e-mails, however, demonstrate that a cabal of supposed ‘cream-of-the-crop’ climate scientists were indeed successful in getting editors of journals that had published contrarian views fired and that they conspired to boycott journals that did not bend to their wishes — therefore ensuring that such views would not be adequately represented in IPCC Assessment Reports,” Sensenbrenner wrote.
But supporters of putting curbs on fossil fuel emissions say that despite the questionable nature of the e-mails, they don’t undermine the science, and point to the latest data from the very agencies wrapped up in the scandal.
“Global warming deniers are trying to say this is all a trick, but the truth of the matter is that our world is getting hotter, faster,” said Rep. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., chairman of the Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming and a co-author of legislation to limit greenhouse gas emissions.
Markey cited data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which concluded that this decade had an average global surface temperature about 1 degree fahrenheit above the 20th century average.
Data from NOAA as well as NASA and the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia are used by the World Meteorological Organization, the U.N.’s weather agency. Michel Jarraud, secretary-general of the WMO, announced at Copenhagen on Tuesday that 2000-2009 “is very likely to be the warmest on record, warmer than the 1990s, than the 1980s and so on.”
“There is a mountain of evidence proving global warming is a fact, but the defenders of the fossil fuel status quo are using a molehill of a scandal to distract the world. The deniers will not win, because they are wrong,” Markey said.
Obama is headed to Copenhagen next week for the end of the conference. In reading your comment regarding the two Military Officers conversing about the officer’s oath to the Constitution, there are a few things that this causes me to wonder about. First anyone the world who has any reasonable level of mentality at all knows our allegiance isn,t to a PIECE of paper, the allegiance is to what is WRITTEN on the paper. Secondly if the rest of the world cannot mentally grasp why we pledge to defend the principles of the Constitution it probably is because they are the ones who we have had to kick their enemies out of their own country,(more than once) because their politicians didn’t have any allegiance to ANYTHING,or the intestinal fortitude to DO anything; not even to preserve their own countries. Third is the fact that the political leaders of these countries really don’t believe that they should die in protecting their own freedom,or their own countries. This is only three of the reasons why America has always stood head and shoulders over the rest of the world. It is also called FREEDOM, and HONOR, and as Americans we believe that it is DEAR, and the primary reason why America has outlasted the rest of the countries on Earth.
I havn’t taken the time to choose my words as I normally would .I do not feel very well, and have simply tried to make my point while using as few words as possible.

What happened in the NY-23 race for a congressional seat is beyond a disgrace. Rather than having a legitimate primary race to let the PEOPLE decide who they wanted on the ballot, the RNC “appointed” their own candidate, a very liberal woman named Dede Scozzafava. She lost the election to a Democrat, in a close race (with unbelievable voter fraud) to a conservative named Doug Hoffmann (who most never heard of until Palin endorsed him two weeks before the election).
It is happening again in CO – the RNC has “appointed” Scott McInnis as THE candidate (NOT a conservative) and taking away your RIGHT to have a choice on the ballot.

While such records probably do exist, and would probably be housed at Islington. Why nobody has yet taken such an initiative is anybody’s guess. Probably has to do with cost,travel,and time. Most people do not want to expend any of these entities to find such records. Probably these people really do not HAVE the resources to do it.
There is an aspect of failure to the part where you mention the census records. He would not appear in any census records simply because Britain does not make any of it’s census records public until 100 years ha s passed. Looking there would indeed be a waste of time.
If you want to find some really DAMNING records take up the search for Soetoro’s mother’s POE records that she would have generated upon passing through US Customs during her return trip from Kenya,at which point she had Lil Barry under her arm. She would have had to fillout an INS document on which she would have been required to enter ALL information pertinent to Lil Barry,including HIS BIRTHPLACE. Then she would have been required to SIGN THIS DOCUMENT. Anyone who can locate this document will be in possession of THE BOMB which WILL end the creer of Soetoro. In addition the person who finds this document will be sitting on a monetary fortune. He/she could market it, covertly, and collect a huge reward. I personally would make such a document a public record ,and publish it throughout the world in as many newspapers as I could. This treaty would be much WORSE that just the EPA regulation. Because, it is giving our sovereignty away to a global banking and regulation system. Our EPA is ours and congress can enact legislation to de-fund/weaken them (with some persuasion from an extremely angry electorate).
You know, Dennis, I’ve been wondering why “We the People” aren’t being lead by anyone/group to hold more protests and rallys both locally and nationally. I get this sense that folks are boiling over with frustration b/c they need to “do something.”
That said, I’d like to propose a thought and invite all CW posters to chime in – why not host a Patriot Candlelight Vigil on New Year’s Eve? w/the largest vigil on the grounds of the monument. People are off work. The Capitol City is gorgeous in the winter AND it brings us together to pray for our future.
What do you all think? Too much time is wasted and we need to make our masses known so more and more join in.
Something else to be concerned about….they are trying to pass this in the house on Friday…..melt the phone lines tomorrow!!!!

I’m a professional special events planner although I’ve never managed such a project, I’d be willing to look into some of the mechanics and report back.
It’s doable and I must believe that many of us are yearning to “do something” positive and peaceful.
I do not live in New York, but I do reside on the East Coast outside of D.C. Why do you ask? Curious.
Getting a hold of Dr. Manning’s people isn’t a problem. A few phone calls and I’m confident we can find the right person w/i his organization to speak with. It must also remain nonpartisan. Both R’s and D’s are welcomed and embraced. Can’t be R or Tea Party only.
The planner’s for 912 didn’t have a roadmap and they flew by the seats of their pants, why can’t 10 or more of us achieve a similar goal? And the other great thing we can do is use this as a visual of some sort to shine a big arse spotlight on his ineligibility and also reminding the world WE are a christian nation not an Islamic one.

I read Chalice’s ‘brief.’ While I cannot discern from her often disjointed soliloquy precisely what she is asking the court to permit her to do viz a viz the Grand Jury, one line in particular stood out. Regarding the IL Presidential preference primary, she is alleging she has “indisputable evidence of massive voter fraud” she wants to present to the Grand Jury. If she has such evidence, she should have presented this to the IL AG, for possible prosecution. However, as I have stated before, such accusations even if true do not implicate any rights of primary voters. The general rule would be this: no one has a fundamental right to choose the club nominee of his or her choice. She also rambles on about having exhausted redress of this alleged voter fraud. She equates her failure to obtain relief for this supposed fraud with a denial of Constutional rights to petition the government for redress. However, she fails to establish any nexus among fraud; attempts at redress; and denial of Constitutional rights. (Just petitioning the court does not mean, the petitioner had a legitimate cause of action to file in the first place.)
In short, this looks to me like a rather bizarre attempt to create a new forum in which to attack BO, notwithstanding she fails to name him in her text. (I have also read some criticisms of her filing, on the internet. Not surprisingly, she is lumped in with the rest of us as another Birther, and dismissed with scorn and (well-earned) derision.
The only fraud that exists viz a viz the ballot is the fraud I have outlined in those states whose laws only allow the names of eligible candidates to appear on the ballot; committed by those members of the D party who swore to state election officials BO was such an eligible candidate, without ascertaining beforehand whether this was true. I realized as soon as I posted the previous comment that I should have excluded BO’s act of swearing he is a NBC, from the general statement that what constitutes ballot fraud is someone else swearing he is eligible before ascertaining he is. As I have so often explained previously, a charge of fraud against BO cannot be sustained unless one can prove he lied about being a NBC. (State charges of fraud must be plead with particularity, that is, the petitioner cannot conduct a witch hunt by means of discovery, to determine whether the accused committed fraud.)

Grand Jury Presentment- A case against President Obama

A group of American citizens have decided to put their efforts into bringing a case against the President of the United States, Barrack Hussein Obama for treason, eligibility of Naturalization and fraudulent paperwork filed by the Democratic National Committee.
Charges similar to these have been served more than 400 times in various ‘jurisdictions’ across the country, according to Neil Turner an advocate for this lawsuit. He continues to report that “there are actually 3,141 jurisdictions in which charges can be served.”
“Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick is now serving these very same charges, which include an original two-page charge of Treason, to a sitting Grand Jury in Monroe County, TN,” Turner explained.
As word of the “birth certificate drama” surfaced on the airwaves last week due to a question posed to Sarah Palin by talk show host Rusty Humphries and reported on by World Net Daily, the drama resurfaced. Palin was asked point blank if Obama’s birth certificate was okay for public fodder. “Yes,” was her answer. According to Palin, American’s have the right to request President Obama’s birth certificate; however, in a statement on her Facebook page Palin defers her opinion on this case. “But at no point – not during the campaign, and not during recent interviews – have I asked the president to produce his birth certificate or suggested that he was not born in the United States.”
Those in the know realize that this was a brilliant exposure of the birth certificate issue without Palin having to get behind it. The media would love to bash her for anything, but not this because it would force them to talk about the dubious birth certificate, which they are forbidden from doing – for fear of losing their jobs and their stations losing their FCC licenses.
During the election cycle Palin’s running mate McCain was asked for his birth certificate because he was born in the Panama Canal. And the Senate actually passed a non-binding resolution (S-511) to resolve that McCain was a ‘natural-born’ citizen. They were unable to do this for Obama however.
The people who want this issue to go away have displayed what they say is a Hawaiian birth certificate. However, that piece of paper is not proof of Hawaiian birth. It is a Hawaiian Certification of live Birth, which John Sampson, a 27-year veteran of ICE contends is different from a Hawaiian Birth Certificate.
“When this issue first was raised, in June of 2008, I was intrigued, being ICE’s non- lawyer legal geek for enforcement in Denver. I had an agent who was born in Hawaii bring in his actual Hawaiian birth certificate and I compared it to the document posted on the Daily KOS and Stop the Smears sites,” says Sampson. “It is markedly different from a Certification of live birth. The birth certificate has the hospital or other birthing facility where the birth happened, the doctor’s name, midwife’s name, or other health professional who attended the birth and other information that a certification of live birth lacks. The reason why the certification of live birth does not have this information is because it is issued based upon the unverified report of an adult, usually the parent, or some other person.”
Sampson explains that there is no requirement that evidence be supplied that the birth actually occurred in Hawaii. It is issued simply on the attestation of the reporting party. “Furthermore, Hawaiian law allows for the reporting of a birth of a child born outside the Hawaiian Islands as long as one parent claims to have resided in Hawaii as their principal place of residence for the year prior to the child’s birth. It’s a law that is uniquely Hawaiian.” (This law was in effect from 1911 to 1972)
“I’ve been following this, as I said, since June of 2008. Given what I know and what I’ve seen, I believe there is sufficient evidence to support the belief that Barrack Obama is not a natural born US citizen, applying the law as it existed in 1961,” says Sampson. (And the continuing Article II, Section 1 requirements of the Constitution – since 1779)
He explains that the law changed in 1986 in which the residency requirement was relaxed in the U.S. However, there was no retroactivity of that change in the law in 1986 and as such, assuming he (the president) was not born in Hawaii as everyone has been led to believe, then he’s not a natural born United States citizen. If he is not born here he is not constitutionally qualified or eligible to hold the office of President of the United States.
“One who acquires their citizenship at a later time, regardless of how soon after their birth, either by derivation or by naturalization, although a U.S. citizen, is not a U.S. ‘Natural-Born’ citizen by birth. The best example I can offer is former Secretary of State Madeline Allbright, who was born in Eastern Europe and who became a naturalized U.S. citizen. She is a citizen of the United States. However, she is not a “natural born U.S. citizen” and as such is constitutionally barred from holding the office of President of the United States,” according to Sampson.
“This is very serious stuff and it concerns me deeply because I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, against all enemies, foreign and domestic, to bear true faith and allegiance to the same, and to faithfully discharge the duties of the office I was entering,” Sampson said. “I took that oath without purpose of evasion or avoidance. I took it seriously then, and I take it seriously now.”
This is one theory into the Obama drama.
However, Turner believes the birth certificate issue is a red herring because “he was not born of two parents who were both U.S. citizens, regardless of whether he was born in Hawaii or Kenya or Equatorial Guinea (another country that has recently turned up in records research by a former U.S. Immigration official working with Orly Taitz). This is the biggest fraud in the 230 years of this country and will have severe political implications,” Turner explained. “We have a Constitutional crisis on our hands.”
Turner believes all 535 Congress members are responsible for allowing Obama to take office and to this day there is not one member of Congress that has taken a stand against the sitting President on this issue.
Another agency responsible for the travesty says Turner is the Congressional Resource Service (CRS) who is responsible for telling Congress members how to answer different questions various members of Congress may get from constituents. “They told Congress members the birth certificate issue has been resolved, when it hasn’t,” Turner claims.
“Another interesting aspect to the ‘Treason charge,’” according to Turner, “is the fact that Obama failed to register for the draft as required for all male U.S. citizens between the ages of 18 and 26 at that time (1981 for Obama), with the consequence of not being able to ever work for the U.S. Postal Service (big deal) and not being able to work in the Executive Branch of Government (really big deal). In order to ‘avoid’ this consequence, Obama produced a falsified and forged Selective Service Registration for the Draft (sometime in 2008). Details can be found at DebbieSchlussel.com”, Turner said.
In other news regarding Obama’s eligibility it has just been uncovered recently that his Social Security number may have been issued in Connecticut between 1976 and 1977. During this time, Obama was residing in Hawaii and attending prep school. He did not move to the mainland (LA to go to Occidental College) until late 1979. And as far anyone knows Obama never resided in Connecticut. This begs the question how did the president get a Connecticut Social Security card when he never resided in the Constitution State?
Many Americans do not believe in the birth certificate hype, however as the President’s approval ratings plummet many more are taking Obama to task over a simple piece of paper that could solve everything.

Cap-and-trade in Australia — which just a week ago was declared a certainty — is officially dead.
This is the first major climate change turnaround anywhere in the Western world, with significant implications for our domestic debate.
Combined with the Climate-gate e-mails revealing the data suppression and deceit underpinning “scientific consensus,” the whole climate change alarmism house of cards is coming crashing down.
Early last week, the leader of Australia’s conservative opposition, Malcolm Turnbull, announced that he had reached agreement with the government to implement cap-and-trade, thus binding his party to support it in parliament en bloc.
The agreement was signed, sealed and delivered — cap-and-trade would become law with bipartisan support.
Its passage was a certainty. The elite rejoiced.
But then a funny thing happened on the way to the Senate: The Australian public woke up.
The days that followed were simply stunning. An unprecedented, uncoordinated and spontaneous grass-roots campaign erupted to force the opposition to reverse course.
Political offices went into meltdown, unable to cope with the torrent of phone calls, faxes and e-mails opposing what was effectively a massive tax hike.
By the end of the week, 14 members of the opposition leadership had resigned in protest. As the public outcry intensified, Turnbull refused to back down, staking his entire reputation and future on his passionate support for cap-and-trade.
He violently attacked true conservatives, and repeatedly cried out that to win government you must be “moderate.”
So on early Tuesday morning, opposition parliamentarians met and voted to replace him. For the first time since 1916, the leader of a major Australian political party was deposed on the grounds of just one policy decision: the decision to support cap-and-trade.
His political career is over, his aspirations to become prime minister have come to naught.
The newly elected leader promptly announced that the opposition would once again start acting like conservatives, and would oppose the government’s great green tax. Without their support, the legislation was soundly defeated in the Senate.
Cap-and-trade, a scheme initially promoted by Enron to allow traders to profit at the expense of taxpayers, is currently before the U.S. Senate. According to the U.S. Treasury, this proposal includes between $100 billion and $200 billion in additional taxes a year, costing an additional $1,761 per family — equivalent to a 15% hike in the personal income tax.
A further report commissioned by the U.S. Senate has shown that the additional gas taxes in the proposal equate to $3.6 trillion by 2035. According to an analysis by the independent Heritage Foundation, once fully implemented this would lead directly to a staggering 2.5 million jobs lost.
