GateWay Pundit stated the following today September 17, 2021 regarding the Michael Sussman indictment.

“For now, based on this indictment, I expect we will see indictments of the Tech Executive, Fusion GPS’s Glenn Simpson, former Perkins Coie partner Marc Elias and at least two people from the Clinton Campaign. At this point, Durham is making that case that those people were responsible for “misleading” the FBI. But it begs the question, is the FBI really so stupid and gullible that they would blindly accept bullshit without checking it out first?”

And they were seeking to continue that work and were seeking a contract from Perkins Coie, which had the authority to contract with outside vendors to do research on behalf of the campaign. And that relationship was entered into, I believe, in April of 2016 and extended till October 31st of 2016.”

But the payments to Fusion, as I understand from their statements at the
end of October, were that those payments to their vendor were paid for 50 percent from the DNC and 50 percent from the campaign.

“Indictment Shows that John Durham Is Going After More People than Michael Sussmann”

“Durham’s indictment of Sussmann lays out the foundation of a conspiracy. Michael Sussman was indicted for lying to the FBI about the source of information he gave the Bureau. He claimed he got it independently. He did not. It was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and her campaign. The indictment essentially charges Sussmann with sending the FBI on a wild goose chase:

The FBI had, in fact, initiated an investigation of these allegations in response to a meeting that MICHAEL A. SUSSMANN, the defendant herein– a lawyer at a major international law firm (“ Law Firm -1”, i.e. Perkins Coie) – requested and held with the FBI General Counsel on or about September 19, 2016 at FBI Headquarters in the District of Columbia. SUSSMANN provided to the FBI General Counsel three “ white papers” along with data files allegedly containing evidence supporting the existence of this purported secret communications channel.During the meeting, SUSSMANN lied about the capacity in which he was
providing the allega to the FBI Specifically, SUSSMANN stated falsely that he was not doing his work on the aforementioned allegations “ any client,” which led the FBI General Counsel to understand that SUSSMANN was acting as a good citizen merely passing along information , not as a paid advocate or political operative . In fact, and as alleged in further detail below, this statement was intentionally false and misleading because, in assembling and conveying
these allegations, SUSSMANN acted on behalf of specific clients, namely, ( i ) a U.S. technology industry executive (“ Tech Executive- 1”) at a U.S. Internet company “Internet Company”) , and ( ii) the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign (the “Clinton Campaign”).

That “Tech Executive” and the Hillary Clinton Campaign are now possible targets. The critical question is whether or not Sussmann was acting on his own. The indictment states he was acting at the behest of the Tech Executive and Hillary. It would be prosecutorial incompetence if they had not already be interviewed and evidence collected against them.

Paragraph 6 of the indictment gives a strong indication of how Durham and this team view Sussmann’s lie:

Had the FBI uncovered the origins of the relevant data and analysis, and as alleged below, it might have learned, among other things , that ( i ) in compiling and analyzing the Russian Bank- 1 allegations, Tech Executive- 1 had exploited his access to non-public data at multiple Internet companies to conduct opposition research concerning Trump; ( ii) in furtherance of these efforts, Tech Executive- 1 had enlisted, and was continuing to enlist, the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract ; and ( ) SUSSMANN , Tech Executive, and Law Firm- 1 had coordinated, and were continuing to coordinate, with representatives and agents of the Clinton Campaign with regard to the data and written materials
that SUSSMANN gave to the FBI and the media.

First, pay close attention to the indictment’s claim that “non public data” from a “federal government research contract” was being used to bait the FBI. I believe that is a criminal act. Second, the indictment makes it very clear that Sussmann, the Tech Executive and Perkins Coie did not just commit one act of conspiracy. Nope. They were “continuing to co-ordinate with representatives and agents of the Clinton Campaign.” This means it was not just one person working on the Clinton Campaign. It was many people.”

“Why Did Perkins Coie Have a Copy of Seth Rich’s Laptop?

One of the top weapons in the arsenal of deception is time. Big Lies + Time = False Narrative. Batter the truth long enough and there comes that point after which a smoking gun and other evidence matter little more than any other point of argument, perhaps to be won, yes, but to be savored only as the emptiest of victories. Or, rather, the loneliest of victories. The train has left the station and there are just a few stragglers on the platform to notice.

Certainly, this is the case with the excruciatingly slow extraction of the truth around the murder of Seth Rich and the efforts to hide and distort it by Surveillance Police State Media Complex for the past five years. Thanks in large part to the dogged efforts of plaintiff Ed Butowski, his lawyer Ty Clevenger, Judicial Watch and to the big fat mouths of Michael Isikoff, Ellen Ratner and Deborah Sines, we have more basic information about the FBI, Mueller team and US Attorney investigations and cover-up of the Seth Rich affair.

For several crucial years, the FBI denied investigating Seth Rich at all; for several crucial years, the FBI denied having any documents related to any such investigation; for several crucial years the FBI denied having possession of Seth Rich’s laptop. We now know the FBI lied about every one of these things, and so many more.

But this train left the station so long ago there isn’t even a station anymore. But to pick up the tracks …

Deborah Sines was an assistant US attorney assigned to be the lead prosecutor in the Seth Rich muder case. Her post-retirement interview with Michael Isikoff for his podcast “Conspiracyland” added to our understanding of the cover-up, as refined in a deposition conducted by Ty Clevenger.

As Gateway Pundit’s Joe Hoft summarized:

Sines discussed her comments that she gave to Michael Isikoff (noted below) and confirmed that they were true but then states that she should not have said those things and she would not be able to provide more information on the statements.  She confirmed that the FBI did examine Seth Rich’s computer and that she met with an FBI Agent and a prosecutor from the Mueller gang.

The truth, battered for years, will out.

This indicates that there should be a form 302 floating around with information from the discussion with the FBI and Mueller gang and also it confirms that Mueller did not mention this in his report.

A new “declassification” of heavily censored (“redacted”) Seth Rich documents (which, as noted above, the FBI crucial years denying they even possessed) does seem to include a write-up of this meeting titled “Sensitive Matter – Meeting with AUSA [Assistant US Attorney].”

The meeting took place on March 15, 2018 at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia between an FBI special agent, an AUSA, likely Sines, and an attorney with Mueller’s Special Counsel office, Heather Alperino. A trifecta of cover-up.”

PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO MOTION TO STAY

“Under normal circumstances, the Plaintiff would not oppose an extension of time to respond to document requests. These are not, however, normal circumstances. As set forth below, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) has acted in the utmost bad faith over a period of three years, going so far as perpetrate frauds on two federal courts. The Plaintiff therefore urges the Court to grant the Defendants significantly less time than they requested, and he further moves the Court to order the Defendants to explain the reasons for their delay.”

“The timing of Mr. Rich’s murder, and the fact that he worked for the DNC,
quickly led to suspicions that his murder might be connected to the transfer of thousands of DNC emails to Wikileaks. Id. The publication of those emails upended the Presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton, id., and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange strongly inferred that the emails were obtained from Mr. Rich. See “Julian Assange on Seth Rich,” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kp7FkLBRpKg. Mr. Assange’s claim contradicted the narrative promoted by the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community, i.e., that “Russian hackers” were responsible for obtaining and transferring the DNC emails to Wikileaks, and Mr. Assange’s claim is controversial even now.”

“Argument
When Mr. Huddleston submitted his FOIA request on April 9, 2020, he did not
give the FBI the option of playing dumb. As the Court can see from Mr. Huddleston’s letter (Doc. No. 3, internal exhibit 1), he expressly referenced the laptop as well as the correspondence about Mr. Rich that the FBI had accidentally released from the Washington Field Office. Now, after more than three years of delay and deception, the FBI has finally admitted that it has thousands of records pertaining to Mr. Rich, not to mention his laptop, yet it asks this Court to delay matters even further. The Defendants
purport to ask this Court for a three-month stay, but in reality they are asking this court for an indefinite delay. According to the Court’s October 23, 2010 Scheduling Order (Doc. No. 9), the Defendants’ production was due two days ago, yet the Defendants ask the Court to wait three months before even deciding when document production should begin.

Given the FBI’s long history of deception and bad faith, the Court should not
countenance vague and open-ended requests for additional time. If there is an FBI report about communications between Seth Rich and Wikileaks, then the FBI should be able to locate that report immediately. The FBI should be ordered to produce any such report within seven days of the Court’s order, which should give the agency enough time to make redactions (the parties can fight over the redactions later). Furthermore, the FBI should begin a rolling production of responsive materials not later than January 29, 2021, to be completed not later than March 31, 2021. The Plaintiff primarily is interested in records indicating whether Seth Rich played a role in leaking DNC emails to Wikileaks.
Accordingly, the FBI should be directed to focus its initial efforts on such records. Finally, the FBI official responsible for this matter should be directed to explain under oath why the search has taken so long and why the agency needs additional time. ”

We were warned in 2016 about John Brennan and the fake Russian collusion hoax in 2016.

Why has it taken 4 years to get documents released?

In a parallel effort by Van Jones, John Podesta, Mike Morrell, Hillary Clinton’s Presidential Campaign, members of the left leaning Hollywood community releasing TV ads, the left of center liberal media establishment, and as of today even Obama’s Press Secretary, Josh Earnest (speaking for Obama), are promoting a massive last ditch effort to convince 538 electors of the Electoral College not to vote for President Elect Donald J. Trump on Monday, December 19th.

Some of the electors have reported receiving as many as of 48,000 E-mails, texts, and phone calls at all hours of the night, harassing them, and threatening their lives if they don’t vote for Hillary.  Those activities by radical left democrats progressives, threatening the lives of electors, trying upset the will of the American people in a Presidential election are federal crimes.  Yet Obama’s inept US Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, has done absolutely nothing to enforce US Federal Voting Laws, charging radical activists and progressives with making threats against the lives of electors.

With the encouragement of John Podesta, John Brennan led the effort at CIA to promote speculation that Russia favored Trump over Clinton in the 2016 election.  It is rather interesting that John Brennan has more of an connection with Communists than President Elect Donald J. Trump.  John Brennan, recently disclosed that he voted for a Communist Party (CPUSA) candidate in an election, even though he knew that the CPUSA was funded by Moscow and is known to provide cover for Soviet espionage activities in the United States. ”

“John Podesta, and Brennan, came together to develop a “Soft Coup” to create doubt in the election of President Elect Donald J. Trump’s, by initiating a disinformation campaign, working closely with the left of center liberal media establishment, and with some very junior new liberal Intelligence Analysts in the CIA (the “old guard” at the CIA oppose the new Intelligence Analyst who strongly support Hillary).

Their collective agreement led Brennan to release unfounded stealth information that it was the CIA’s judgement that Russian entities hacked both Democrats and Republicans, but only the Democratic information was leaked to WikiLeaks (the Republican National Committee said their computers were never hacked, and disagreed with that assessment).

That is all of it—-fake “intelligence” from Brennan, that was supposedly CIA based, in reality, it is the dishonest and flawed judgment of Brennan submitted by his liberal CIA Intelligence Analysts who support Hillary.  Put it in prospective—-it is John Brennan’s, “Fake Intelligence.  Brennan, Podesta, Jones, and Morrell are carrying out this aggressive disinformation campaign to delegitimize the election of Donald J. Trump and affect the electors votes on December 19th; they should be prosecuted for their actions by President Trump’s new US Attorney General.”

Hillary Clinton, the DNC, the deep state with the help of the Obama Administration and MSM created and perpetuated the narrative of the Russians hacking the DNC data and colluding with the Trump associates.

We now know that as a confirmed fact.

From the get go, Julian Assange stated that it was not the Russians.

And he knows.

Journalist Ellen Ratner met with him in 2016 and he allegedly told her it was an insider.

Ellen Ratner allegedly told Ed Butowsky it was Seth Rich.

You may not have heard much about Donna Brazile, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, John Podesta, Certainly not Amy Dacey and their ties to Seth Rich and his mysterious death lately.

Old news? Definitely not.

Most of their names resurfaced a few days ago in filings from Matthew Couch, one of the defendants in Aaron Rich v Ed Butowsky, Matthew Couch and  America’First Media.

Of the prominent players tied to the DNC leaks, who had the biggest reasons to silence the leaker and was Seth Rich involved?

Donna Brazile?

Damaged severely by DNC leak revelations and acted strangely.

  • Apparently lied about being out of town July 10, 2016 when the murder of Seth Rich took place. She left for Seattle later in the day. Why lie?
  • Was outed for giving Hillary Clinton debate question(s).
  • CNN severed ties with her.
  • Stated: “these sad ass whipper leakers try to slow my groove”
  • Matt Drudge: “Brazile writes she was haunted by murder of DNC Seth Rich, and feared for her own life, shutting the blinds so snipers could not see her ?” Did she know it was an assassination and perhaps who ordered it?

The following facts and/or allegations surrounding Brazile are interesting:

  • Some believe that Brazile and DC Mayor Bowser are married. They are nevertheless close.
  • It has been alleged that Brazile and Bowser were present at the hospital Seth Rich was taken to.
  • All indications were that Rich was stable at the hospital and expected to live.
  • Allegedly, a nurse that worked in the ICU said that Seth made it through surgery and was expected to pull through until the next day when D.C. Police and other individuals came barging in, CLEARED THE ICU OF MEDICAL STAFF(For some reason)! and then he died!
  • Allegedly, from 4th year surgery resident: “No one here was allowed to see Seth except for my attending when he died. No code was called. I rounded on patients literally next door but was physically blocked from checking in on him. I’ve never seen anything like it before, and while I can’t say 100% that he was allowed to die, I don’t understand why he was treated like that. Take it how you may, /pol/, I’m just one low level doc. Something’s fishy though, that’s for sure.”
  • It has been alleged that Brazile tried to stifle an investigation by the DC police.
  • Homicide detective Rod Wheeler: “The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich’s case was Donna Brazile,”
  • Washington DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier resigned August 16, 2016 later stating:   “The criminal justice system in this city is broken,”
  • News media Fox and others were sued by the Rich family. Joel, Mary and Aaron. High powered law firms have been employed.

 

Clearly, the people subpoenaed by Matthew Couch need to be questioned.

Clearly, if the DOJ and Durham are not investigating the Seth Rich murder and possible involvement in the DNC leaks, we have a huge problem.

We now know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the forces of the Deep State, the Obama Administration, the DOJ, the DNC, et al have actively been suppressing and obfuscating events and facts leading up to and following the 2016 election to protect their asses and try to destroy President Trump.

With the clarity of this knowledge and 20/20 hindsight, the actions of those above are more understandable and plausible.

Why in God’s name did Fox take on Brazile as a contributor?

She has been in league with many of the forces aligned against Fox and the truth about Seth Rich.

Did Amy Dacey out Seth Rich as the leaker?

“Seth Rich was suspected of leaking the DNC’s emails to Wikileaks. It’s likely that Amy Dacey, the DNC’s CEO found out that Seth was the leaker. She informed John Podesta, Hillary’s Campaign Manager,. He responded, I’m”definitely for making an example out of a suspected leaker, whether or not we have any real basis for it.”

Reading between the lines here, but if DNC insider and interim Chair Donna Brazile  truly believed that Seth Rich was randomly mugged in his  neighborhood at 4:20 AM, her paranoia would not exist.

This may be the ultimate inside story that Brazile knew about, but as is her MO, kept under wraps.  She will likely remain haunted until she comes clean. ”
