“The infamous story of Joe Biden’s effort to force the firing of Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in 2016 has taken a new legal twist in Kiev, just as the former vice president is sewing up the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in America.

In Kiev late last month, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk ordered the country’s law enforcement services to formally list the fired prosecutor, Victor Shokin, as the victim of an alleged crime by the former U.S. vice president, according to an official English translation of the ruling obtained by Just the News.

The court had previously ordered the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations in February to investigate Shokin’s claim that he was fired in spring 2016 under pressure from Biden because he was investigating Burisma Holdings, the natural gas company where Biden’s son Hunter worked.

The court ruled then that there was adequate evidence to investigate Shokin’s claim that Biden’s pressure on then-President Petro Poroshenko, including a threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, amounted to unlawful interference in Shokin’s work as Ukraine’s chief prosecutor.

But when law enforcement agencies opened the probe they refused to name Biden as the alleged perpetrator of the crime, instead listing the potential defendant as an unnamed American.

Vovk ruled that anonymous listing was improper and ordered the law enforcement agencies to formally name Biden as the accused perpetrator.”

“Ukrainian Indictment Claims $7.4 Billion Obama-Linked Laundering, Puts Biden Group Take At $16.5 Million

An indictment drawn up by Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General against Burisma owner Nikolai Zlochevsky claims that Hunter Biden and his partners received $16.5 million for their ‘services’ – according to Ukrainian MP Alexander Dubinsky of the ruling Servant of the People Party.

Dubinsky made the claim in a Wednesday press conference, citing materials from an investigation into Zlochevsky and Burisma.

“Zlochevsky was charged with this new accusation by the Office of the Prosecutor General but the press ignored it,” said the MP. “It was issued on November 14.”

“The son of Vice-President Joe Biden was receiving payment for his services, with money raised through criminal means and money laundering,” he then said, adding “Biden received money that did not come from the company’s successful operation but rather from money stolen from citizens.”

According to Dubinsky, Hunter Biden’s income from Burisma is a “link that reveals how money is siphoned [from Ukraine],” and how Biden is just one link in the chain of Zlochevsky’s money laundering operation which included politicians from the previous Yanukovich administration who continued their schemes under his successor, President Pyotr Poroshenko.”

“According to Interfax-Ukraine, MP Andriy Derkach announced at the same press conference that deputies have received new materials from investigative journalists alleging that the ‘family’ of ex-President Yanukovych funneled $7.4 billion through American investment firm Franklin Templeton Investments, which they claim have connections to the US Democratic party.”

“Last week, November 14, the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO), unnoticed by the media, announced a new suspicion to the notorious owner of Burisma, ex-Ecology Minister Zlochevsky. According to the suspicion, the Yanukovych family is suspected, in particular, with legalizing (laundering) of criminally obtained income through Franklin Templeton Investments, an investment fund carrying out purchases of external government loan bonds totaling $7.4 billion,” said Derkach, adding that the money was criminally obtained and invested in the purchase of Ukrainian debt in 2013 – 2014.

“The son of Templeton’s founder, John Templeton Jr., was one of President Obama’s major campaign donors. Another fund-related character is Thomas Donilon. Managing Director of BlackRock Investment Institute, shareholder Franklin Templeton Investments, which has the largest share in the fund. It is noteworthy that he previously was Obama’s national security advisor,” Derkach added.”

“Former Democratic fundraiser Joseph Cari testified Tuesday afternoon about a 2003 fundraising trip he took to New York with Gov. Rod Blagojevich, offering some of the most damaging testimony for the governor to emerge from the trial of his fundraiser Antoin “Tony” Rezko.

Cari said the governor told him that he thought it would be easy to raise money for a presidential run because a governor had the ability to raise money by handing out contracts and state business.

Cari said his conversation with Blagojevich took place on a private plane arranged by Stuart Levine, the star witness in the case against Rezko who finished lengthy testimony earlier Tuesday.

Blagojevich told him how happy he was to be governor, Cari said, “but also that he had aspirations beyond the governorship.”

Cari said he discussed with Blagojevich why former President Bill Clinton had been successful running for the office as a sitting governor in Arkansas. Blagojevich told him that it was easier for a governor to make a run than a senator “because a governor had the ability to award contracts,” Cari said. “It was easier to obtain contributions.””

“Cari said he met with Stuart Levine at Rezko’s office in January that year. Rezko said he had the power to award contracts and get consultants hired through the governor’s then-chief of staff, Lon Monk, Cari said.

“Mr. Monk took direction from [Rezko],” Cari told the jury.

Rezko illustrated his clout by picking up the phone and apparently calling Monk in front of him, Cari said.”

“Cari said he was a go-between for one of his partners at HealthPoint and tried to follow Levine’s orders to have a finder’s fee paid on an $80 million allocation for JER from the Illinois Teachers’ Retirement System.

When the arrangement was delayed, Cari said, he spoke to a JER executive who was shepherding the TRS deal and told her what Levine had communicated to him. If JER didn’t hire the consultant that had been named, the allocation would be pulled.

“I unequivocally told her that,” Cari testified.

The governor and the people around him selected law firms, investment firms and consultants that were used in such arrangements, Cari said he told the executive.

“This has been the history of Illinois and this is the way in Illinois that it’s done,” he said.”

In 2005 Cari helped arrange private meetings for Biden with potential supporters, as the senator explored another run for the White House. He has also worked to raise money for Biden . “

“Cari admitted that in 2004 he helped a Rezko associate by making calls in what turned out to be a kickback scheme. The deal was an offshoot of a complex corruption scheme wrought by Antoin “Tony” Rezko , whose ties to Obama have vexed the White House hopeful . Cari has maintained he did not know the details of that scheme or any other.

Cari’s sentencing is delayed while he cooperates with the investigation. He testified at Rezko’s trial earlier this year, in which a jury found Rezko guilty on 16 of 24 corruption-related felony charges. Obama, who entered into a complex real estate transaction with Rezko and his wife in 2005 that appeared to aid the senator, has returned nearly $150,000 in donations he received from Rezko and his associates over the years.”

Larry Sinclair is being controlled by the Social Security Administration again. Even if Sinclair was not a threat to the Obama Administration, he would still be at the mercy of government bureaucrats. I know about this first hand and will report on this in the near future. This is the spectre of Government run health care. We pay and they control.

“Social Security Administration used again to Harass & Intimidate Larry Sinclair: Instant Replay of Joe Biden’s Abuse of  Office and mis-use of SSA in 2008.

I have been ill for the past few days and only today felt well enough to go check my mail. In my mail box was a letter from Alvin L. Crummell, District Manager for Social Security Administration.

I have been ordered to appear at the Social Security Office “before January 14, 2010…” for, “…We need to review your SSI record in order to determine that you continue to be eligible to receive benefits.”

I will appear at the office tomorrow, January 11, 2010 (the letter is dated January 8, 2010) with camera and digital voice recorder in hand. I will record the entire meeting which I have every right to do (and will do so for my own protection.)

I believe it is interesting that Social Security wants to now “review” the record when my physical condition has continued to worsen because Medicaid and University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville refuse to perform procedures requested by Doctors.

This “review” and letter is nothing more than an attempt to harass and intimidate me because I refuse to shut up and continue to push Barack Obama to come clean. This never ending harassment by the White House, DCCC and Obama idiots would have made a weaker person go postal already. Well the continued picking at this sore is only going to cause it to fester until the puss explodes. Keep picking!

These continued tactics for more than 2 years now should make people finally realize, I Larry Sinclair have been telling the TRUTH all along and the Obama administration and the DCCC know it.

I will be sending a fax to Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Rahm Emmanuel and David Axelrod at the White House tomorrow making it clear  I will devote every minute of my life to destroying Barack Obama if these back door tactics are not stopped immediately and the gutless, lying coward does not man up and either admit or deny my claims against him.  I have already called Rahm Emmanuel’s office at 202-456-6798 and will do so when he is in tomorrow to make it clear to him I will not be threatened, harassed or intimidated any longer by the White House and its cowardly lions. Feel free to contact these Chicago Thugs and call them out.  Barack Obama and Michelle Obama know the contents of, “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder” are true and that is the only reason Obama and his funky flunkies Axelrod, Emmanuel, Biden and others continue to illegally use the IRS, Social Security and other agencies to continue to come after me. The issues surrounding Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president are crucial, yet they are but one piece of a disturbing puzzle picture of Obama.

The Citizen Wells blog has focused on the aspects of Obama and his past that we believe are the main issues surrounding Obama, the usurper. It boils down to this:

However, another important aspect of Obama’s life, one that helps explain his other behaviours, is his strong ties to crime and corruption as well as his involvement in crime and corruption. It is obvious why Obama has gone to such great lengths to hide his past.

It is clear that Patrick Fitzgerald and the US Department of Justice had more than enough evidence to indict Rod Blagojevich by mid 2008 at the latest. And since Obama made possible one of the main acts of corruption that Blagojevich, Rezko, Levine, Weinstein, et al, were indicted on, Obama should have been indicted before the general election.

There is a Youtube video that tells the story of Larry Sinclair’s arrest after his news conference at the National Press Club in June 2008. This video reveals the corruption within the Obama and Biden camps. Larry Sinclair was arrested on a fabricated warrant from Delaware and the office of Attorney General Biden. Larry Sinclair was treated like a political prisoner in the United States.

What do Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Joe Biden, Attorney General
Beau Biden and Hunter Biden have in common? Ties to crime,
corruption and lobbyists. The fabricated warrant from Delaware
against larry Sinclair that was recently dismissed, originated
in the office of Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden.

As you read below, notice the ties to Mercy Hospital.

The Washington Post has an article dated August 27, 2008 about
Hunter Biden, the lobbyist son of Senator Joe Biden and his
connection to Barack Obama. However, after reading about Hunter
Biden’s activities, it is readily apparent that he is connected
to Obama’s web of deception. Here are exerpts from the Washington
Post article:
“Obama, Biden’s Son Linked by Earmarks
Candidate Got Funding for Nursing Program
 
Now that Sen. Joseph Biden, left, is the Democratic vice presidential candidate, congressional ties to his lobbyist son Hunter, right, are coming under scrutiny.

“Sen. Barack Obama sought more than $3.4 million in congressional earmarks for clients of the lobbyist son of his Democratic running mate, Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. of Delaware, records show.”
“Obama’s spokesman also acknowledged lobbying for Mercy Hospital, another client of Hunter Biden.”
“The younger Biden started his career as a lobbyist in 2001 and has registered to represent about 21 clients that have brought in $3.5 million to his Washington firm, according to lobbying disclosure forms.

Sen. Biden has collected more than $6.9 million in campaign contributions from lobbyists and lawyers since 1989, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.”
“From 2001 to 2005, Hunter was paid an undisclosed amount by the credit card giant, which has since been purchased by Bank of America. It has been widely reported that he received $100,000 a year.

At the time, Sen. Biden led a successful, high-profile battle in the Senate for a bankruptcy bill that ultimately benefited credit card companies. The law makes it more difficult for people to file for personal bankruptcy protection under Chapter 7.”

From a Chicago Sun-Times article dated August 23, 2008 about
University of Chicago Medical Center. This is where Michelle Obama
worked as a $317,000 a year vice president. This also is the hospital that nearly tripled her salary in 2004, just after Barack Obama was elected to the US Senate.
“Michelle Obama — currently on unpaid leave from her $317,000-a-year job as a vice president of the prestigious hospital”

“Obama’s top political strategist, David Axelrod, co-owns the firm, ASK Public Strategies, that was hired by the hospital last year to sell the program — called the Urban Health Initiative — to the community as a better alternative for poor patients. Obama’s wife and Valerie Jarrett, an Obama friend and adviser who chairs the medical center’s board, backed the Axelrod firm’s hiring, hospital officials said.”

“Another Obama adviser and close friend, Dr. Eric Whitaker, took over the Urban Health Initiative when he was hired at U. of C. in October 2007. Whitaker previously had been director of the Illinois Department of Public Health. Obama has said he recommended Whitaker for the state job, giving his name to Tony Rezko, who helped Gov. Blagojevich assemble his Cabinet. Rezko, a former fund-raiser for Obama and Blagojevich, was convicted in June on federal corruption charges tied to state deals.”

From the Federal indictment against Dr. Robert Weinstein:

“The false statements count alleges that on May 24, 2004, Weinstein lied to an FBI agent when he said that Levine never told him that Rezko had influence over the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board, the state board that regulates hospital construction and expansion. In fact, the indictment alleges Weinstein knew that he and Levine had discussed Rezko’s influence over the Planning Board, including in a recorded conversation on April 21, 2004, in which Levine explicitly advised Weinstein of Rezko’s role in manipulating the Planning Board’s vote earlier that day on the Certificate of Need application of Mercy Health System Corp. Hospital and other matters.”

From the Petition to Impeach, expel Senator Obama:
“Whereas: Senator Barack Obama used the office of IL Senator to
facilitate the vote rigging in Chicago as chairman of the Illinois Senate Health and Human Services Committee. Mr. Obama pushed legislation in Senate Bill 1332 to reduce the number of members of the Health Facilities Planning Board from 15 to 9. Mr. Obama did conspire with Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko and Rod Blogojevich to rig the committee and was rewarded with campaign contributions. The new members appointed included 3 doctors who contributed to Mr. Obama. On April 21, 2004, Stuart Levine explicitly advised Dr. Robert Weinstein, who is now indicted, of Tony Rezko’s role in manipulating the Planning Board’s vote.”
