Many of you following this blog are aware of my quoting “1984” by George Orwell and comparing our new age ushered in by the Obama camp of Orwellian lies and Orwellian manipulation of information, to the bleak world portrayed by Orwell.
The first article presented on this blog, on February 28, 2008, had a prophetic ring that resonates loudly now. Before starting this blog early in 2008, I had been a regular visitor on many blogs and forums and noticed a disturbing trend developing. There appeared to be an orchestrated attempt to paint the economy and the housing market in bleak terms. While this struck me at the time as interesting, looking back with the clarity of hindsight and knowledge of the schemes of the far left to manipulate and pull down our financial institutions, it makes much more sense.

“George Orwell was a brilliant writer and prophet, but much of the “handwriting was on the wall” regarding the direction of society and thought control. He had witnessed the propaganda of the Nazi Regime and Joseph Goebbels. Goebbels was famous for saying, “If  you are going to tell a lie, tell a big one.” Of course the Nazis crafted the big lie putting the responsibility for all of Germany’s woes on the jews.”
“For many months I have been watching the misinformation campaign emanating from AOL, the television and print media about the declining housing market in the US and then the imminent recession. I have been warning people to seek the truth and to be on the lookout for agendas of profit and political gain. The first article here that mentioned Orwell and “1984” in the context of the Obama camp was on March 22, 2008. Orwell watched Nazi Germany play out and their repetition of big lies.

One of the Orwellian Obama thugs, well know across the internet is smrstrauss. An article was presented here on February 12, 2010 revealing the Orwellian attempts at disinformation by smrstrauss.

First, Organizing for America has a Headquarters based in Boston.  Their address is 56 Roland Street, Suite 203, Boston, MA  02129.  What began as “Obama for America” during the election campaign then morphed into Organizing for America, which is also known as My.BarackObama.com
As we all too painfully know, the Obama administration is hell-bent on forcing universal health care on the American people even though we don’t subscribe to his statist vision.  If you followed the links above, you will realize just how intensely the Obama machine is focused on this agenda.  If you register for a group in your area, you will receive invitations to participate in training seminars.  Recently, blogger Carol Greenberg went undercover into one of the OFA training seminars, and came away with screen shots of their behind-the-scenes computer databases.  Carol’s article reveals that the Obama machine has a highly sophisticated system in place for training people how to manipulate and influence the public to the statist’s way of thinking, and to call people into action in one initiative or another.  This machine is nothing like we’ve seen before.  Other examples of the OFA’s handiwork include Radio.BarackObama.com as well as their National Intern Organizer Weekly Curriculum for high school students (i.e., creating Obama brownshirts–parents beware!).”

Whether or not you believe Larry Sinclair’s allegations of a drug and sex encounter with Obama in November 1999 (and how could you possibly not believe it now). Whether or not you like or agree with Larry Sinclair. Larry Sinclair was a huge catalyst for questioning Obama at a time when Obama was getting little scrutiny.
Larry Sinclair is running for Congress, unaffiliated, in Florida District 24. Larry Sinclair has done as much as anyone on this planet to expose the truth about Barack Obama. Sinclair has not backed down from incessant attacks and death threats from the Obama camp. Sinclair has had his Social Security Disability benefits threatened twice and was even arrested on trumped up charges by Joe Biden’s son, Beau. The arrest happened at the conclusion of Larry Sinclair’s press conference at the National Press Club in 2008.

I spoke to Larry Sinclair last night.
He sent me the following:
“If I pay the $6,960.00 by the deadline I WILL be on the ballot and then our message will be covered.  The media is not going to give much coverage to any candidate until the qualifing for the ballot is met.
 
The two companies that process campaign contributions for us charge 6% from each contribution.  I am ready to take on Kosmas and any Republican candidate in this Congressional race, but if we do not get the support we need to meet the requirements to get on the ballot I will not be able to.
 
People say they are tired of the career politicians.  A simple fact of life is the career politicians and political parties have all the money they need to pay fee’s to get their candidates on the ballot.”

“Primum nil nocere.”First, do no harm. This guiding principle is a bedrock of medical care. Sadly, those politicians who would rewrite our health care laws do not live in the same universe as do the doctors and health care professionals who must practice it.
Imagine if, like physicians, politicians were personally held to the incredibly high level of scrutiny that includes civil and financial liability for any unintended consequence of their decisions. Imagine if they were forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars each year on malpractice insurance and still faced the threat of multimillion-dollar lawsuits with every single decision they made. If so, a government takeover of health care would be the furthest thing from their minds.
Obamacare proponents would have us believe that we will add 30 million patients to the system without adding providers, we will see no decline in the quality of care for the millions of Americans currently happy with the system, and -if you act now!- we will save money in the process. But why stop there? Why not promise it will no longer rain on weekends and every day will be a great hair day?
America has the finest health care delivery system in the world. Let’s not forget that and put it at risk in the name of reform. Desperate souls across the globe flock to our shores and cross our borders every day to seek our care. Why? Our system provides cures while the government-run systems from which they flee do not. Compare Europe’s common cancer mortality rates to America’s: breast cancer – 52 percent higher in Germany and 88 percent higher in the United Kingdom; prostate cancer – a staggering 604 percent higher in the United Kingdom and 457 percent higher in Norway; colon cancer – 40 percent higher in the United Kingdom.
Look closer at the United Kingdom. Britain’s higher cancer mortality rate results in 25,000 more cancer deaths per year compared to a similar population size in the United States. But because the U.S. population is roughly five times larger than the United Kingdom’s, that would translate into 125,000 unnecessary American cancer deaths every year. This is more than all the mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, cousins and children in Topeka, Kan. And keep in mind, these numbers are for cancer alone. America also has better survival rates for other major killers, such as heart attacks and strokes. Whatever we do, let us not surrender the great gains we have made. First, do no harm. Lives are at stake.”

“Obamacare: Fixing price at any cost

The justification for Obamacare has been to control costs, but the problem is there is little in Obamacare that will do that. Instead, there are provisions that will ration care and artificially set price. This is a confusion of costs and price.

As one example, consider the implications of Obamacare’s financial penalty aimed at your doctor if he seeks the expert care he has determined you need. If your doctor is in the top 10 percent of primary care physicians who refer patients to specialists most frequently – no matter how valid the reasons – he will face a 5 percent penalty on all their Medicare reimbursements for the entire year. This scheme is specifically designed to deny you the chance to see a specialist. Each year, the insidious nature of that arbitrary 10 percent rule will make things even worse as 100 percent of doctors try to stay off that list. Many doctors will try to avoid the sickest patients, and others will simply refuse to accept Medicare. Already, 42 percent of doctors have chosen that route, and it will get worse. Your mother’s shiny government-issued Medicare health card is meaningless without doctors who will accept it.

Obamacare will further diminish access to health care by lowering reimbursements for medical care without regard to the costs of that care.”

“Talk host accuses Obama White House of allowing Chinese spying”

“During a segment of Glenn Beck’s Fox News Channel show, the controversial host declared that while the Chinese government and businesses pose a threat to U.S. economic stability, the Obama White House and government agencies are powerless to stop the enormous amount of espionage perpetrated by Chinese spies. Beck claimed that his government sources revealed to him that the U.S. intelligence community was ordered to stand down because of the huge amount of debt owed to China by the United States.
The almost legendary MI5 British counterintelligence service is said to be deeply concerned over an increase in spying by Chinese operatives in the United Kingdom. Although intelligence experts aren’t certain how widespread the problem is, they believe the espionage is rampant and a serious consequence of the global economy.

MI5 suspects upwards of 15 foreign intelligence services are working within the UK and are a threat to the United Kingdom’s interests, and the primary focus of their counterespionage efforts are the Chinese and Russians.

In the United States, the FBI is suspicious of Russia, Iran, and North Korea but there needs to be more focus on the Chinese. The feds estimate that there are over 2,600 Chinese front companies in the U.S.

The foreign intelligence threat within the United States is far more complex than it has ever been historically. The threat is increasingly asymmetrical insofar as it comes not only from traditional foreign intelligence services but also from nontraditional, non-state actors who operate from decentralized organizations.

Intelligence collection is no longer limited to classified national defense information but now includes targeting of the elements of national power, including our national economic interests. Moreover, foreign intelligence trade craft is increasingly sophisticated and takes full advantage of advances in communications security and the general openness of U.S. society.”

How can you tell when a president is in trouble on a big issue? 

When politicians of his own party avoid appearing with him when he’s in their home area.

Take yesterday. President Obama appeared in the Philadelphia suburbs to once again campaign for his health care takeover.  He delivered the usual falsehoods – for example, Fox News reported that the president claimed $868 billion in savings that is simply a made-up number. He promised that his plan will not cost small businesses more, when everyone knows costs will skyrocket on small businesses.

And three Democrat congressmen from the Philly area – Murphy, Carney and Holden – did not appear with the president from their own party. 

These three Democrats did not stand beside President Obama on their home turf, despite the fact that Obama carried Pennsylvania and their region in the 2008 election. 

They know what we know: The American people have turned against this corrupt Washington health care takeover. The polls clearly show it, with every reputable poll showing strong majorities against the legislation. These congressmen have their ears to the ground in their districts, and they hear the powerful grassroots anger. It’s anger against the president’s arrogance in continuing to push a health care takeover while ignoring job losses and a still-faltering economy, despite the fact that the American people have clearly said, “Keep Your Hands Off My Health Care.”

We’re just days away from a crucial vote in the House of Representatives. Despite all the big talk from Speaker Pelosi and the liberals, they STILL DO NOT HAVE THE VOTES to pass their health care takeover.

Here’s the bottom line. The president is in the midst of his final all-out push for his health care takeover. Yes, his campaign is dishonest and over-the-top. But, to their credit they are refusing to quit this fight. So, we’ve got to beat them in these final days before the House vote.

They’ve put everything on the line for their ideology, as flawed as it is. 

The question for us is:  will we do the same for our values, our freedoms and our nation?

Knowing what I know about Americans like us, I believe the answer will be a resounding YES. “

Rod Blagojevich arrest conspiracy, Obama ties, Why did Patrick Fitzgerald, USDOJ, wait til after 2008 election?

 

 
Was US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald a participant in or victim of a conspiracy to mislead the American people?
Why did Patrick Fitzgerald wait to arrest Rod Blagojevich? The investigation had been going on for at least four years. Most of those connected to Blagojevich corruption had been indicted or convicted.
Why did Patrick Fitzgerald wait to arrest Rod Blagojevich until after the 2008 election?
Who devised the diversion of the alleged attempt to sell Obama’s old IL Senate seat?

Rod Blagojevich, along with Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko and a host of other Chicago and IL crime and corruption figures tied to Obama, had been under investigation going back to at least early 2004. Most of the corruption making up the criminal complaints and indictments took place when Obama was in the IL senate. Patrick Fitzgerald claims that he was concerned about Chicago, IL Childrens Hospital, etc. However, he knew of Blagojevich’s involvement in manipulating hospitals and harming the citizens of Chicago and IL many months earlier.
It is difficult to characterize Fitzgerald as a victim.
It is now obvious to myself and many others that the alleged selling of Obama’s senate seat was a well crafted diversion to take the heat off of Blagojevich and Obama for the bulk of the corruption charges. The same charges that convicted Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko, DR. Robert Weinstein and others in bed with Obama.

Rod Blagojevich knew he was being watched. The alleged senate seat selling was a ploy.
We all expected the biased, idiot MSM to follow along like sheep and cover the tapes and senate seat story. When Bill O’Reilly interviwed Rod Blagojevich a few weeks ago and not only did not ask questions about the other charges, but set up the interview to focus only on the selling of the senate seat, that was the final straw for me.
Once again.

Why did Patrick Fitzgerald wait to arrest Rod Blagojevich until after the 2008 election?

Why is Fox News not covering the Blagojevich indictment and ties to Obama?
This is far bigger than Watergate.
We have a president elect, governor, US dept of Justice, complicit MSM and long time, widespread crime and corruption in Chicago and IL.

Obama and Congress File Their Opposition Brief to the Kerchner Appeal
Today, March 8, 2009, putative President Barack Obama and Congress filed their Opposition Brief to the Kerchner appeal currently pending in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. The brief may be viewed at this link. We now have until March 22, 2010, to file our reply brief which will address the arguments the defendants have made in their opposition brief.

The defendants brief is a presentation of general statements of the law of standing. Appealing to what other courts have done, the defendants basically tell the court that the Kerchner case should be dismissed because all the other Obama cases have been dismissed. Its main point is that the Kerchner plaintiffs have not proven that they have standing because they failed to show that they have suffered a concrete and particularized injury.

The brief does not even acknowledge our factual allegations against Obama which are that he is not and cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen” because his father was a British subject/citizen and not a United States citizen and Obama himself was a British subject/citizen at the time Obama was born and that he has failed to even show that he is at least a “citizen of the United States” by conclusively proving that he was born in Hawaii. It is strange as to why the brief does not even contain these factual allegations within it, giving the appearance that the Justice Department does not want such allegations to be even included in any official court record.

Nor does the brief acknowledge let alone address what all our legal arguments are on the questions of standing and political question. Rather, it merely repeats what the Federal District Court said in its decision which dismissed the Kerchner case for what it found was lack of standing and the political question doctrine and asks the Court of Appeals to affirm the District Court’s decision dismissing our complaint/petition.

I will be filing my reply to the defendants’ brief on or before March 22, 2010.

Initially against ObamaCare Grijalva got the payoff he was looking for while talking to Obama and will change his vote on ObamaCare passage. Grivalja’s press statement said “I was glad to hear…” Obama is “…personally committed to pursue a public option after passage of the current bill.” Grivalja’s statement continued saying Obama told him “the public option lacks enough Senate support to be included in the final package.”

There is no way to stop ObamaCare in the Senate since Obama has ordered Reid to use reconciliation, FORCING THE BILL TO PASS WITH 51 VOTES. But we can beat it in the House! Dozens of Congressmen who voted for the bill last time are re-thinking their support as tax increases and special deals to buy off Senators are included. And, since the bill passed by only 220-215, Pelosi has no Democratic margin for error.

This is the biggest gamble of Obama’s presidency. Nancy Pelosi may not have the votes to pass the healthcare bill through the House. So, Obama is telling the Blue Dogs that he is prepared to sacrifice them in order to get ObamaCare. Will they cave in and throw away their chances in November, or will they finally live up to their “conservative” label?

You remember US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. The man involved in the prosecution of Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko, Rod Blagojevich and a host of other corruption figures tied to Obama. The man who waited until after the 2008 election to arrest Rod Blagojevich.

“U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald to handle Mumbai terror case”

“U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has personally prosecuted just one case in Chicago since arriving in September 2001 from New York, where he’d made his reputation prosecuting terrorism cases including the 1993 attack on the World Trade Center.

Now, Fitzgerald plans to prosecute what authorities have called one of the most significant terrorism cases in the country — the 2008 bombings in Mumbai, India, that claimed the lives of about 170 people.
Fitzgerald — considered an expert in terror cases — will be on the prosecution team along with two of his assistants, Daniel Collins and Vicki Peters.

Two Chicago men — Tahawwur Rana and David Headley — are accused of helping plan the Mumbai attacks.”

“At a hearing Wednesday in federal court in Chicago for Rana, Fitzgerald appeared for the first time in the case, saying some of the evidence will be handled under strict rules because it’s considered classified.”
