Was US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald a participant in or victim of a conspiracy to mislead the American people?
Why did Patrick Fitzgerald wait to arrest Rod Blagojevich? The investigation had been going on for at least four years. Most of those connected to Blagojevich corruption had been indicted or convicted.
Why did Patrick Fitzgerald wait to arrest Rod Blagojevich until after the 2008 election?
Who devised the diversion of the alleged attempt to sell Obama’s old IL Senate seat?
Rod Blagojevich, along with Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko and a host of other Chicago and IL crime and corruption figures tied to Obama, had been under investigation going back to at least early 2004. Most of the corruption making up the criminal complaints and indictments took place when Obama was in the IL senate. Patrick Fitzgerald claims that he was concerned about Chicago, IL Childrens Hospital, etc. However, he knew of Blagojevich’s involvement in manipulating hospitals and harming the citizens of Chicago and IL many months earlier.
It is difficult to characterize Fitzgerald as a victim.
It is now obvious to myself and many others that the alleged selling of Obama’s senate seat was a well crafted diversion to take the heat off of Blagojevich and Obama for the bulk of the corruption charges. The same charges that convicted Stuart Levine, Tony Rezko, DR. Robert Weinstein and others in bed with Obama.
Rod Blagojevich knew he was being watched. The alleged senate seat selling was a ploy.
We all expected the biased, idiot MSM to follow along like sheep and cover the tapes and senate seat story. When Bill O’Reilly interviwed Rod Blagojevich a few weeks ago and not only did not ask questions about the other charges, but set up the interview to focus only on the selling of the senate seat, that was the final straw for me.
Once again.

Help us do some legwork this morning.
We need to identify the Top 20 likeliest YES votes in the House for the Senate’s Rationing bill that can possibly be flipped to NO if the right pressure is put on them.
We’ve seen the White House is bribing Congress critters for votes, and Rahm Emanuel’s stripping naked and running through Washington sticking his…finger…in people’s faces, demanding they do what he says (or, presumably, he’ll remain nude).
It’s time to hit the Left where it hurts most…their donors.
Step One: Identify 20 House Democrats who could indeed vote NO if the right pressure is on them.
Step Two: Identify the 5 largest private donors (people or law firms, not corporations…we need actual people because we don’t have time for a corporation to respond…and law firms are so strict with billing that a sudden burst of activity aimed at them from the public will instantly be noticed, as all that energy won’t be billable).
Step Three: Write letters, send emails and faxes, and melt the phones of the 100 largest contributors to the campaigns of the Top 20 Likeliest Democrats who could vote NO on this madness.
Step Four: Those big donors tell the House members the public has started calling, writing, and faxing them. The big donors will not be happy. We believe they could persuade those 20 House members to change their votes to NO to get the public to “shut up”.
We have about a week to make something happen.
Others will be hitting their own targets and doing their own part…this is an idea we had on how we could personally help tip the scales a little, based on what we know about super rich people who give a lot of money to politicians.
They do NOT want to hear from the public. They do NOT want to get negative attention from the public.
So, let’s get that list of “The Twenty” in the House ASAP so that we can then get to work doing the FEC research to find the Big Bundlers who fund those twenty House Dems. And then, we need to make persuasive magic happen.
It’s a big, big job, so we hope the Tea Party Movement picks up on this and helps us run with it.
The goal is to have a target list, the donor names, and the donor contact information assembled in a convenient and usable format by the end of today…tomorrow at the earliest.
We need your help to do the research and legwork. Assemble all info you can find in this post, and let’s work together to make this happen.

You read correctly, the Taliban were anti-opium production, and tried to shut it down. Al Qaeda, whom are NOT necessarily Taliban, were very much into it. Al Qaeda and the Taliban have similar islamic extreme beliefs, but ARE NOT THE SAME. The Taliban were a political group, AL Qaeda is entirely a terrorist group. Al Qaeda operated inside Taliban controlled Afganistan, training terrorists.
The war in Afganistan is mostly fought against the Taliban……as Al Qaeda has moved on to more fertile places like Somalia and Yemen, except it supports the opium production. Hence the Iranian connection for processing and distrubution. Thus, you are correct that normally the Taliban would supress opium production….but they aren't running the show now are they.

Irish police said four men and three women were detained in raids across the south of the country. The force says the arrests were part of an investigation into a “conspiracy to murder an individual in another jurisdiction.”
Police said the suspects were aged from their mid-20s to their late 40s. It did not identify their nationality.

Vilks is not the first cartoonist to have received death threats for drawings of the prophet.
Kurt Westergaard, a Danish cartoonist who in 2005 depicted Muhammad wearing a bomb-shaped turban, also received death threats. In January, a Somali man was arrested after breaking into his home in western Denmark armed with an ax.
I think Fitzgerald had to be removed quickly before the investigation/revelations got too close to pp. And, he knew it would!
I also think he moved into his new job/digs to extricate himself from the case…he knew too much; he was a liability for pp.
The timing of the Blago arrest was planned since they already knew in January of 2008 who was going to win the election. Once pp was “safely selected,” they went after the fall guy. No, Blago is not innocent of numerous indiscretions but if he “sings,” he is a dead man IMHO.
It was the perfect distraction…reward Fitzgerald for a job well done, and no one would suspect the move was made to silence him.
Unless he was threatened, there is no reason for a perfectly prominent and successful prosecutor to move to the enemy camp.
Victim? Nah Participant? Yes, if he wanted to keep breathing!

I just read an article that states by 2020, the obama deficit according to the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) will be 20,000,000,000,000 (that’s 20 TRILLION dollars folks).

One of the banks of attorneys assigned to quash demands for documentation that President Obama is constitutionally eligible to occupy the Oval Office is counting on a ruling that American citizens have no “standing” to demand that information.
The attorneys argued in a brief submitted to the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals that any injury to someone whose president is not eligible is the same injury for all people, so the individual has no legal standing to complain.
The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which “provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate ‘elected’ by the Electoral College Electors.”
The complaint also asserts “when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same.” The case contends the framers of the U.S. Constitution, when they adopted the requirement that a president be a “natural born citizen,” excluded dual citizens.

I have been reading and re-reading this article for a couple days now and it is one of the most eye opening articles I have ever read in my life, and I am not exaggerating. I believe that what I am reading is true and it is very shocking, especially as I begin to understand more of what the article is talking about.
I encourage you to read this article when you have the time because there is a lot of important information in it.
The short story of why “we the people” cannot bring Barry to court on his eligibilty to be president according to what the Constitution says, is because “we the people” were deceived into giving up our standing as citizens under the Constitution (Common Law) and we entered into a contract with the “Federal” United States. This contract with the Federal United States is based on what’s called the Uniform Commercial Code.
According to the article there is a way out of this commercial contract, once we are aware that we unknowingly entered into it.

Not sure, Linda, but I recall her last post back in January (?) said that she’d found both parents on the floor. She had been trying to twist their arms into going into assisted living (with the help of a team of medicos and social workers) but they resisted. I’m sure something gave after this incident.
I’ve sent her e-mails, but have gotten no response. I’m sure she’ll be in touch as she’s able; she knows we’re asking for her.

I hope someone can help me out here. Have you heard of NY Bagel Cafe & Deli? My hubbie is looking into their franchise & went to look at one-a very nice place, according to him. They are hounding us ever since-they want out money bad. Could be a good thing, but we would have to build out a storefront. Sounds costly & like taking a gamble. Don’t know what to do:
1. Keep living off savings & what little our construction business brings in.
2. Me trying to get a job with benefits (if there are any out there for a 56 yr. old)
3. Investing in something like this, with the possibility it could be good or taking on more financial obligations, i.e. rent, royalties & not being able to sell to recoup output.
I’m not afraid of work, but we would be putting in many hours, 7 days/week.
Any input is welcome. I can’t sleep.

I hope someone can help me out here. Have you heard of NY Bagel Cafe & Deli? My hubbie is looking into their franchise & went to look at one-a very nice place, according to him. They are hounding us ever since-they want out money bad. Could be a good thing, but we would have to build out a storefront. Sounds costly & like taking a gamble. Don’t know what to do:

I saw this on Drudge this morning. We live in San Diego and have a 26 ft Skip Jack docked @ the Sea World Marina. In the summer we fish ALL THE TIME! My husband is an avid fisherman and this really ticked him off. It took us many years to save up for our fishing boat and to think that under the O’Hitler administration fishing could be taken away from us makes me sick. The “Green” people are pushing for this. Can’t they find something better to do with their time?

Peter: I have gone on the NY Bagel Cafe & Deli site & have all of the paperwork my husband brought back. Dunkin Donuts is on every corner here & all owned by indians, so that’s out. It’s very difficult to find any opposing comments regarding franchises on the internet. I did find one forum, however, after many searches. These franchise brokers are ruthless, I can’t believe the emails I am getting from, the broker he met with: “The location you have in mind is excellent, if you don’t sign on, we’re going to open a corp. store there”. And then all of a sudden, we have other people looking into opening in your area (classic tactic).
Could be good though, if I had a crystal ball that worked seeing the future.
Oh, I’m so confused, that’s why I can’t sleep.

Dunkins started up here in MA and are mostly owned by Portuguese especially in New England, New York and most in NJ as well.
I have family and friends that own 100’s of them and they have done excellent. One good way is to start out as a manager those owners are always lookign for good people even to partner with. Most Dunkins in the Northeast pay for themselves in 3-6 yrs.
I never got involved in them because I can’t be doing the same thing in the same place everyday.

Look at it this way: With DD on every corner, this bagel and deli cafe would have some stiff competition from the cheapo and very popular DD.
I saw this when I worked in downtown Boston a few years ago: One DD, with a Starbuck’s across the street. Starbucks was starving. Even the little local pizza joints and delis were hurting come lunch time; DD introduced more substantial food and was still cheaper.
Just some food (oops….no pun intended!) for thought.

The officers come up & measure & throw dead fish back in the water because they didn’t “measure right”. Many times when they catch fish, depending on how it was hooked, the fish will not survive if you let it go, so you basically have to let a dead fish go. Insanity.

My husband is crazy, he takes the 14′ out the inlet from Barnegat Bay into the ocean. I won’t accompany him on those trips. The inlet is scary enough for me on a 26′ boat!

Keep in mind this crisis won’t turn around for another 5-10 yrs. The commercial foreclosure domino is about to start. Home foreclosure numbers are not real because many people are deliquent more that 18 moths and still no foreclosure. When those happen it will be madness.

He said alot of our competition will go out of business & maybe we be able to survive. He may be right, but alot of mexicans are taking the trade over. Nancy check on this franchise-Peter said something that reminded me of this and your husband is a construction guy. Years ago I read or saw this man on TV-he was running ads as a handyman and getting no response, so he changed the ad to Rent-a-Husband-he got so busy he had to hire a bunch of guys. Many of the customers-the wife got tired of nagging the husband, some guys are just not handy, never get around to whatever she wants fixed, and the ladies said they did not want to spend their lives fighting over home repairs, they would rather aggrivate over something more interesting.

Mention was made of the Obama administration being like the “Twilight Zone”. I’d like to think it’s as much like the realizaton of every horror/sci-fi movie from “The Omen III” to Kyle McClachlan’s old movie, “The Hidden”. Once the Bad Guy makes it to the most powerful office in the land he/she is considered “untouchable” to commit any obamanation (my new spelling, thanks Jerome Corsi) they desire.

Ya know, Linda(r), I agree with Mitt (I know I’ll probably get ripped for this).
Here’s my thinking: We’ve always been a two-party system, and I understand all the frustration with the two ‘major’ parties however, I think that the appearance of a third party right now would only serve to damage what we’re trying to accomplish. By that, I mean that I think it’s best to try to fix the Repubs and swing ’em back more to the right; the Dems are a lost cause. We will do this at the ballot box.
Ya, there’ll be RINOS; we’ll never get everything we want in a candidate or politician, but I think the tide is turning back to more conservatism.
We need to remember that this process progresses slowly; look how long this socialist administration was in the works, and has now come to fruition. Change takes time, but I feel that the American public is sick and tired of being screwed and we’re starting to see the transition now.
I know a lot of people don’t like Mitt, but I have to tell you that from a personal perspective, MA did well with him as Governor. The Libs will never agree, but I don’t much give a flying fig what the moonbats say. When he left office, there was a budget surplus and now under Barky’s pal, Coupe Deval Patrick, we’re in the hole for millions. There was never talk of State layoffs during his term, but people are losing their jobs even in the middle of the budget year; services have been cut to our most vulnerable populations, and there’s no need for it. We have a moron as Governor.
No, Mitt’s not perfect; no politician is, but compared to what we’ve got now, I still support him and miss him.

Concerns about an Oregon Department of Transportation employee who purchased several guns after being placed on leave prompted law enforcement across Southern Oregon to step in.
Negotiators and a SWAT team from Medford police safely took a man — whose name wasn’t released — into protective custody Monday morning in the 500 block of Effie Street, Medford police said in a news release.
He was taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center for a mental-health evaluation.
The man recently had been placed on administrative leave from his job and was “very disgruntled,” the news release said.
ODOT Communications Director Patrick Cooney said there were administrative, personnel matters involved that limited what the department could discuss.
However, the state agency had reported concerns about the man to law enforcement agencies, who started monitoring him, officials said.
“We had concerning information regarding a personnel issue and were watching the subject,” Jackson County Sheriff Mike Winters said.
In two days, the man bought a Heckler & Koch .45-caliber universal self-loading handgun, a Walther .380-caliber handgun and an AK-47 assault rifle, Medford police Lt. Bob Hansen said. All of those firearms were purchased legally, with required record checks by the Oregon State Police.
Authorities were “extremely concerned” that the man may have been planning to retaliate against his employers, the news release said.
“Instead of being reactive, we took a proactive approach,” OSP Sgt. Jeff Proulx said.

I agree with your assessment, the nation is turning conservative. We Dems went Tea Party because it is an entry to Republicans. A third party at this time would be too dangerous. I think Tea Party is more philosophical in nature than a real party, just present good people and ideas but we will vote Republican. Why, Obama has ruined the Democratic party-Dems having been pushing the envelope for awhile but with this idiot they went way over the top. It became more than enough-too much actually. I really believe 90 per cent of Dems have had it. This guy is a mental whack job-Pelosi and Reid as loony or loonier. Reid probably out, maybe Madame Power Mad too-hope so.
All the Republicans have to say is Fiscal Responsibility and they will win on that alone. I would go further not only are we not adding any more government departments such as czars, but if it is not directly impacted by the Constitution or the people-laws will be removed. I would cut the stifling, suffocating regulations to ribbons. Any that remain would be short, simple and easy to comply with, but any wise guy who would try to get around safety etc. the penalties would be severe.

When I saw the picture with the Obama symbols of absolutely nothing I cracked up laughing, finally used in an appropriate meaningful way.
Other than reminding me of decadent Rome, what is Obama, Rahm and all these “gay” bent-overly macho, twisted macho, bullying kind of macho-imitation macho? It’s like they are trying to act like real guys but they don’t know how. I can’t quite put my finger on what’s wrong with them-some real mental and almost like hatred issues, or they don’t like to be defied. Something is wrong here-can’t quite put my finger on it. In truth the injury was against ALL OF US(WE THE PEOPLE) who are a VALID entity protected by the US Constitution. As such either one of us, or all of us must be adjudged without standing, or the argument is invalid. It would be unconstitutional for any court to say that all Americans do not have standing. An offense by the government against one of us is the same as an offense against all of us. As such we are the plaintiffs,and according to the Constitution have the GUARANTEE of being HEARD. Standing is an INVALID argument.

Robert Gibbs of the White House would not even discuss the issue, but sidestepped it. ABC came out with Rick Klein in the most incoherent, covering Rahm’s naked a** and snoop doggin’ for an Obama cuddle propaganda piece, since Ted Koppel was counting up dead American Soldiers for Nancy Pelosi.
The best or worst part was Klein called Massa self contradicting and borderline paranoid, when that is exactly what Klein is in his smear.
I ask people to recall the Charlie Gibson and Barack Obama interview which this blog alone exposed. Recall how Gibson with glasses perched on his nose, condescending and school master look badgered Sarah Palin.
Recall then how Gibson immediately afterwards was shirt open, laid back in a chair, looking freshly showered, had a gay interview with Obama, deliberately sending a message of “what went on just before the cameras rolled”.
Is that what is really behind this paranoia in the puppy press? Remember Barack Obama riding around in a limo with Brian Williams in his shirt too open, and later making jokes about, “Rolling over in bed and asking Brian Williams” in hinting sexual relations were happening with the reporters covering Obama.
Just recall the “all day” golf play with Thomas Friedman. Recall the basketball jostling with Obamas favorite book reporter. Recall the Reggie Love “go to guy” who was playing ball with Obama as they flossed their teeth and watched ESPN together in a single hotel room.
Just how gay is all this tutu wearing Rahm Emmanuel? Was Emmanuel in that shower as a “street tough”, a gay male who in Domination makes other males submit to him. The same exact role which Barack Hussein Obama took with Lawrence Sinclair as Obama pursued him twice for gay sexual servicing, the same relationship Obama had with the murdered Donald Young.
Is this what this is all about? Is this why the puppy press is going nuts in smearing Eric Massa and is this why the pundits of radio are not touching this story to it’s depths, because every one of them knows more than the anecdotal evidence of Obama laying a gay trail and these communist masturbators are all terrified they or their associates are part of a huge Barney Frank sodomite ring of joined at the hip press with joined at the hip Obama.

It is a fact that Rep. Massa has the White House running scared on the sexual assault charges against Rahm Emmanuel, because what Emmanuel did was sexual assault in approaching someone naked, touching them inappropriately and yelling at them.
This is a crime which Rep. Massa is alleging happened. This demands Eric Holder investigate due to the charges being so heinously criminal. No one in any setting should be accosted like that in their space violated while they are clothed or naked.
I have stated if anyone did what Rahm Emmanuel did to Barack Hussein Obama, they would be eating concrete with 6 Secret Service Agents on them and accusing them of being a terrorist.
All this smear comes back to ABC, but what though can you expect from ABC in they were in on the verbal gang rape of Sarah Palin for over a year led by that horrid Cynthia McFadden.
These are high crimes and they lead all back to Barack Hussein Obama. That is the key in this as Rahm Emmanuel just didn’t get naked on his own volition, but was sent naked by Barack Hussein Obama to attack a US House member in a shower.
As stated, this happens anywhere in America, and the police are called. If a husband did this to a wife, the police are under mandate to arrest the man for spousal abuse.
There is only one law in the land, and it is time Mr. Obama be made to answer for these now sexual assault crimes he instigated by his Chief of Staff. The puppy press covers it up, but imagine if this was Karl Rove attacking Tom Delay in this manner, how Letterman and Jon Stewart would never let it drop and how Nancy Pelosi would be filing sexual assault charges just to get at Rove.
Sexual assault is now the tool of the Obama White House. These are crimes and crimes that David Letterman jokes about, are now being initiated.
No more jokes as it was not funny. It is time for prosecution of Mr. Emmanuel and Mr. Obama.

Why would Massa not stay for the vote though. Rangle is under investigation and will sure as chit vote. There has to be more to the story- Beck sure didn’t care to find out what that might be.
I listened to Massa today at 5:00PM. I have a number of bad feelings about this individual. First he was never specific. Twice he attempted to change the subject, and lastly when he was put in a position of having to be specific he answered in an oblique manner which avoided a direct and/or a specific answer. My conclusions are that he could be scared as hell for his life, or he just don’t know enough to adequately navigate the Congressional waters, or it is all his imagination working overtime. He correctly identified only one problem. Sadly we already knew that Congress is corrupted. I don’t pretend to know what his problem is but for now I have to give him a thumbs down. If he later decides to get real specific then I might change my view.

Have you noticed that in all of the lawsuits where “Standing” used to dispose of the suit was there ever any mention that the Standing was with anyone else other than the PLAINTIFF. In truth the injury was against ALL OF US(WE THE PEOPLE) who are a VALID entity protected by the US Constitution. As such either one of us, or all of us must be adjudged without standing, or the argument is invalid. It would be unconstitutional for any court to say that all Americans do not have standing. An offense by the government against one of us is the same as an offense against all of us. As such we are the plaintiffs,and according to the Constitution have the GUARANTEE of being HEARD. Standing is an INVALID argument.

If this has been done to us (without our knowledge apparently) the State or ones who have Un-Incorporated themselves would be the only ones to have standing. It’s making sense WHY the Judges keep agreeing with the Defendants, that no Plaintiff has standing.

I watched the interview, it was painful and I can sympathize with him as a former detective. Here is what I posted-
Beck reached out and got bit. At least he tried and as HOTAIR pointed out around the halfway mark you could see him deflate as it sunk in he wasn’t going to get anything new.
The trouble is that Massa had a point. He tells Glenn it is all corrupt. He tells Glenn they spend half their time groveling for cash and actually getting points on how to do it more effectively from the “head office”. Beck seemed to blow past this because we all know they do it. Then he talked about the arm twisting and again Beck blows by it.
It was like if Glenn was trying to interview a mobster and was saying, “Okay beyond the murder, kidnapping, drug dealing and extortion, what do you do that’s criminal?”
Massa looked confused, as the mobster would be. Glenn was looking for something specific that Massa mentioned before and refused to talk about today. Glenn mentioned that there could have been four criminal counts brought against Rahm after conferring with Judge Napolitano. I had this happen to me more than once, a CI comes in with a great story we get all excited because it can break the case wide open and then we realize he’s only trying to get from under his own troubles by using us.
Glenn Beck is not a cop. He didn’t see it coming; he only saw the opportunity to break the case.

I think what we saw was that Glenn Beck is a lousy interviewer. Glenn did a lousy interview of Sarah Palin. Massa should have gone elsewhere. Glenn is a comedian not a professional journalist, and today it showed, bigtime. Not to say that all “professional” journalists are wonderful because they are not, but Glenn is severely lacking in listening skills.
You can see on his face when he is supposedly listening that he is not engaged. He is always thinking of what he is going to say next.

I do believe that “standing” is just a rule the supreme court came up with. I don’t believe it is anywhere in the Constitution or an actual law.

But none of the ILLEGAL Constitution supercedes the original Constitution . It still exists. They had no legal way to abolish it. Now as someone who lives in Los Angeles, it is simply shocking to me how much history is within walking distance of the Washington monument, say.
Just a few blocks away is Ford’s Theater, and across the street, the Peterson House where Abraham Lincoln spent his final eight hours of agony. To go from that dingy, cheap little flophouse and then to the marble temple at the far end of the Mall produces a profound reaction in the human heart. But nothing I saw affected me as did the Declaration of Independence. I expected to be filled with reverence and awe. Instead, I was overwhelmed with despair.
My friends, the Declaration of Independence is gone: irreparably faded. And I fear that the ideals so boldly pronounced in that document are also fading from the pages of society. A few years ago, they opened the Super Bowl telecast by having players from both teams simply read lines from the preamble of the Declaration of Independence, and the switchboards were flooded with thousands of irate calls protesting this “right-wing propaganda.”

I know the original copy of the Constitution is enshrined here-interesting question re: exhibit so Who is the We in We the People and why don’t they have standing? How does a citizen get an answer from any court why any citizen in any court action have standing? To me it would make sense in a kangaroo court like the Nuremberg trials Hitler had-just dragged the people in-judge said they guilty-dragged off never to be seen again. At least they didn’t insult them with the no standing thing, just killed them outright.

Fitzgerald reeks of collusion.
In Chicago Tribune article at the time, an FBI investigator stated that they already had a tape that implicated Obama in the Rezko scandal, a tape that proved o. had lied when he said he wasn’t involved.
I kept waiting for some action on the basis of that evidence, but Fitzgerald did nothing.
Reading about o.’s deathcare manuvers is completely bizarro. How can anyone NOT see that his actions are just plain weird? Anyone buying into his we-must-pass-SOMETHING-no-matter-what is equally irrational.
He’s the one that killed the public option because the votes weren’t there. Now he’s trying to revive that????
If they change the Senate bill (which does not have the public option), they can’t use reconciliation, which means: filibuster.
You’d think contributers would be mega worried about investing further in someone who has so obviously lost his bearings.

I’m off to the crib, but I just wanted to throw this out there.
Remember when you were a kid, and you’d make up a story (most often to make yourself look good)? You told that story so many times even you ended up believing it, in addition to all your friends and their friends.
I think this may be the case here. They lie so much and so often, I truly think they believe some of this stuff. Now, we know this isn’t grounded in reality but then, this whole illegal administration seems to have no concept of reality whatsoever. They must think that the average I.Q, in this country is somewhere around 50.
I work at a mental health facility and I must say that some of the permanent-resident patients are more rational than these people.

While the president and supporters of the plan view the lack of universal health coverage as perhaps the biggest problem with health care, only 22% of voters agree.

I seen that blog a few days ago, and it’s very apparent the owner and several of it’s followers are vehemently against alternative medicine.
There were a few folks over there, that had some common sense though.
When they started using quackwatch.com as a source to debunk alternative treatments, the warning bells went off.
Quackwatch is owned by a guy named Stephen Barret. He is an FDA paid troll, that’s been bringing lawsuits against alternative medicine advocates for years.
Looks like Judges have been shutting this guy
down for years. Actually they just need to lock
him up.

Quackwatch is a clever word, like terrorist. When people see that word, their eyes tend to gravitate towards it like a magnet. It’s a shame so many people fall victim this.

It has become increasingly frustrating; all of the new taxes and fees with which we are getting hit. Guess this is how they are going to keep their promise of not raising taxes on those making less than [what is it] $20? LOL…I know that is low, but they just keep lowering the bar and sneaking in their “revenue enhancement” wherever they can. They have to pay for those huge spending bills somehow!
I was telling a friend…soon they will tax your “underwear” every time you change it…LOL

Among others, 71% answered yes. And, 57% of those polled cited fear of increased government restrictions as the reason for a spike in gun sales.

If a lawsuit against Soetoro can be dismissed by a petition of the defendant, without the case even having been heard, it can’t be a legally found action because it is dismissed without due dilligence to plaintiffs initial complaint. This allows the defendant to illegally control the court. I believe that such a dismissal is unconstitutional, and is a direct violation of the law of our land. Even though Constitutional law is alleged to no longer be a valid, we still have the RIGHT TO CITE IT AS OUR LAW OF THE LAND because it still exists. The criminals have no way to legally ABOLISH IT without immediate CONFRONTATION WITH WE THE PEOPLE They can only TALK against the Constitution. Until such time as at least 3/4 of the states allow it to be abolished, the Constitution is STILL the law of our land. Also all states need to re-assert their sovereignty. I believe that about 23 states have already done this. All states need to do this. Public protest needs to be shown against Congress out of which Congress is put on notice to either clean up it’s act or face prosecution for treason.

There is an agenda of all world governments to create chaos and out of the chaos, promote a new world order for the ‘elitist committee’.
One way to create chaos is decrease food supply, and this explains the countries that have nationalized farm land, created so much bureaucracy to independently grow food it’s not worth the fight at city hall, water restrictions in California, and now fishing restrictions which have nothing to do with conservation or environmentalists, and don’t forget the GMO movement, another government bureaucratic takeover, and the waste of corn to pretend to make a fuel with a process that saves no energy, but adds to the waste of energy.
Stop the food supply—control the population with rations–create martial law to apportion these rations, maybe with a national identity card or even worse, a RFID chip???
I’m 59, extremely healthy, and may live to see this happen.
I go to Aldi’s and discount food stores and spend $200 each time and we now have 3 guns and buy ammo when possible.
