Larry Sinclair has a new post regarding the warrant in Delaware and his treatment as a political prisoner by Delaware and Attorney General Biden of Delaware. Attorney General Biden is the son of Senator Joe Biden, a frontrunner for Obama’s Vice President. Larry Sinclair reveals the poor treatment he received and states that he will not plead guilty. Here is Larry Sinclair’s latest statement:

On June 18, 2008 you will recalled I was arrested in Washington, DC and jailed without ever being shown a single charging document or warrant.  Not by the arresting officials, the US Marshals and not even by the DC Superior Court.

After 6 days in custody and being taken to Wilmington, Delaware with no ID (when arrested in DC, DC Police instructed Mr. Sibley to take all of my ID with him), nothing other than the clothes on my back, more than a month has past and Delaware Prosecutors STILL HAVE NOT provide me or my Attorney a single document other than those which were posted on this Blog.  Not a single Police report showing what I am accused of or who has made the accusation.  Despite repeated reports by the News-Journal newspaper and multiple internet claims that the Delaware Attorney Generals office has provided them information they published, the State has not provided a single document or piece of discovery to me the defendant as of this date. 

 

 

Why?  Why has the Delaware Attorney Generals office provided information to anonymous internet bloggers and to reporters for The News-Journal newspaper and yet has to this date failed to provide that information to the Defense, which they are required by Law to do? 

 

 

 

Does the Delaware Attorney Generals office feel such publication’s will assist its office in obtaining a conviction on a case that itself has no merit?  Is the Delaware Attorney General’s Office assisting these blogger reports in an attempt to scare me into entering a plea to a crime I know and the Delaware AG knows,  I DID NOT commit?  If this is the intent of the Delaware Attorney Generals office, then allow me to make known here and now exactly what my position is.

Larry Sinclair has provided an update to the controversy surrounding attacks made on him and contact from James Barry. The telephone number that James Barry called from, when dialed, was answered by the office of DC law firm Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis. Sinclair was contacted by William Wiltshire, a partner in the firm. Wiltshire denied that the telephone number, 202-449-9737, was associated with his law firm. Here is the latest from Larry Sinlclair on this story:

UPDATED 7-23-08 @ 10:06 PM CDT: It seems HW&G partner Mark Grannis (left) has a blog at WordPress and it turns out that this blog has been ping backing every article I have posted on the old and new blog. Why?

This morning while trying to contact an individual who claimed to be one “James Barry” at 202-449-9737 I received a heck of a shock.  See the previous article so I do not have to repeat it here.

Since posting the article this morning about the above phone number being answered by the DC Lobbyist Law Firm of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis, several things have become known that causes me to be of the opinion that HW&G is not being completely honest about the association between its firm and the owner of the phone number which I was called from and harassed, and which Youtube removed a video of the recorded conversation had with the man claiming to be “James Barry.”  One of the things coming to light is the following piece in USA Today, on the Senior Partner of HW&G, Scott Blake Harris:

Another is the phone conversation this morning with Alex Bryson, Assistant to Scott Blake Harris, where Mr. Bryson (without me ever saying anything about the above number being his) in an extremely nervous and defensive tone states the phone number is not his (this before I even started to give him the number) and then hanging up on me without even taking the message for Mr. Harris.  This conversation recording raises more questions than it answers that is for sure.

Now the following comment was posted on this blog and has sat in moderation until I received verification from William Wiltshire of HW&G that it was posted by him.  Mr. Wiltshire emailed me stating he did make the comment and asked that it be posted.  Below is the comment and the email I sent to verify that Mr. Wiltshire (right) was the person posting the comment.

Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, whoever owns that number unilaterally chose to forward his calls to our main switchboard. Because no one here was aware of this, it is no surprise that no one knew what you were talking about when your call came in this morning. So far, we have been unable to determine whose number it is, but we have learned that it is a landline and not a cell phone. It also seems to have been disconnected within the last hour or so.
We are continuing to investigate and hope to know more soon. But one thing is sure — whoever called you from that number had nothing to do with this firm.

I do not accept nor do I believe the statement from Mr. Wiltshire and I will tell you why. 

First, no one just picks a Law Firm to forward their phone calls to! 

Second, the Law Firm not once, but several times stated (all recorded) the number belonged to one of the Firms Attorney’s!

Third, the number was actually set to be picked up by a fax machine this morning before it was disconnected, (again this is documented after someone claimed the number was disconnected it was called and in fact was picked up by a fax machine) it was only after the updates posted after the original article was published that the number was then disconnected.

Fourth, Youtube notifies its user’s under normal flagging when it removes a video, the phone conversation video was removed and YouTube still has not notified me they removed it or why.

Fifth,  the office manager of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis assured me the firm would contact me by the end of business today and they did not.

And finally, all this from a Firm that is so deeply embedded in the Telecommunications and IP, IT industry that they have the resources and knowledge to move so quickly in having this number pulled from service.

Now the following email was received as well, and I find it interesting the name used and the fact that it was sent through an email service that of course hides the original senders address.  But let me make it clear, I am not scared and in fact what has been done is these people have made me more determined than ever to get to the bottom of all of this and expose Barack Obama and his Thugs for what they truly are.

There has been a lot of confusion and misinformation about the limo driver’s name that drove Larry Sinclair and Obama in November 1999 for a drug and sex encounter. I began reporting on the limo driver in March of 2008. I received an anonymous tip about the possible whereabouts of a driver with the last name of Multani. Larry Sinclair responded on my blog with a clarification. Soon after that I began a long series of email and phone conversations as I dug deeper into the Larry Sinclair allegations. I have come to know Larry Sinclair, the person, as well as his story. He has always been consistent and forthcoming with information.

Below is the series of events in regard to my posts and comments regarding the limo driver:

Post March 26, 2008

 Larry Sinclair has made allegations that he had multiple encounters with Barack Obama from November 3 through November 8 1999. One of the encounters was alleged to be in a limousine from 5 Star Limousine Service in Chicago. Sinclair states that the limousine driver’s name is P Multani. Sinclair has also stated that in the past he has helped illegal aliens. There was a Paramjit Singh Multani, from India, in this country illegally and he was in Chicago around the time of the alleged limousine encounter.

This guy is a professional driver/chauffeur , not totally implausible that he could have driven a limo too?

Sinclair has stated in the past that he helped illegal aliens. He also stated that the name of the limo driver is P Multani. An illegal alien by the name of Paramjit Singh Multani was in this country illegally and a hearing was set for him in Chicago in 2000. This is near the time of the alleged encounter between Larry Sinclair and Barack Obama. Some one commented on this blog several days ago and pointed out that a Paramjit Singh Multani is a licensed taxi driver in Maryland. They provided a link to the site. Does anyone out there have any more information on this?

There has been much confusion about the name of the Limo Driver for the alleged Larry Sinclair and Obama encounter in November 1999. The written news conference release, indicated the name was Paramjit Multani. The correct limo driver’s name is Jagir P Multani.

Donald Young death certificate, Larry Sinclair, Donald Young murder, Jeremiah Wright, Young’s death announced in church before pronounced dead, Jeremiah Wright knowledge of Young’s murder?

Larry Sinclair continues to ask questions about the murder of Donald Young, the gay choir director at TUCC, in December 2007. Larry Sinclair is asking why did Jeremiah Wright announce the death of Donald Young before Young was pronounced dead by the coroner. Sinclair has posted several articles on his new blog site and included a copy of Donald Young’s death certificate. Sinclair’s blog was shut down this morning. The reason given was that someone complained to HostMonster. Sinclair’s blog is back up. I am going to contact the management of HostMonster and get a clarification and determine what their position is on freedom of speech.

The Obama Campaign continues to be guilty of what they accuse others of, smears. The Obama Camp has done everything in their power to try to silence Larry Sinclair. Here are two comments from my blog from obviously one of the Obama henchmen:

I went to the Illinois Archives and here is what I found:

Researchers wishing an unofficial and uncertified copy of a death certificate may visit the Illinois State Archives Reference Room. Contacting the Illinois Department of Public Health
The original death certificates remain in the custody of the Illinois Department of Public Health. Requests for death records on or after January 1, 1916 may be made to the Illinois Department of Public Health, Division of Vital Records, by mail, by fax, in-person and online. Researchers who are unable to visit the Illinois State Archives Reference Room may direct requests for death certificates after 1915 to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Several commenters from the Obama Camp have tried, in typical Obama diversionary tactics, to state that Jeremiah Wright having knowledge of Young’s death soon after it happened was plausible. Read the following well written, fact based comment:

FYI, the church knowing SO SOON is highly suspicious. It is very likely they had first hand knowledge of the crime for the following reasons;

1. A crime scene takes hours to process. CSI has to be called out, as well as the Medical Examiner and a detective(s) to be assigned.

Those professionals take hours to arrive at the scene, be debriefed and start their own analysis taking notes, interviewing those CLOSEST to Young. Photos, fingerprints, trace evidence collection, coroner, interviews of roommate & next of kin.

2. Why would anyone call the church that soon? If Donald Young worked for the church, and didn’t show up, someone from the church may have called his home, but no information would be released from the crime scene that early in the investigation to anyone, not even the next of kin.
Once the next of kin is informed of the death, they are normally in such grief, that phone calls are not made right away.
Donald Young was a school teacher full time, so he was either a volunteer or part-time employee of the church and probably wouldn’t have been ‘notified’ until well after the crime scene had been processed, which would have taken many meticulous hours.

Discovering a friend or relative as the victim of a shooting is traumatic, gruesome shocking and terrifying. Who did this? Am I next?

Church services would be ‘in session’ and the phones would most likely not been answered.
It has been stated that many people got up and left the church. It is doubtful the services were ‘extended’ as a previous poster said was typical in a black church.

It is intensely suspicous the church knew so soon.”

Larry Sinclair was attacked and smeared before his move and many of the attacks came from bloggers on WordPress. Those attacks continue on WordPress, despite the notifications sent to WordPress. Many of the attackers of the smear campaign use screen names of legitimate commenters in an attempt to discredit Sinclair.

Intelligent and informed truth seekers hopefully will see past this charade.

Prior to leaving WordPress, Larry Sinclair and those following his story were subjected to personal attacks, death threats and public display of private information. Some of these attacks and violations of law came from other WordPress blogs. Larry Sinclair and other bloggers have reported some of the worst of these violators.

I have reported the worst WordPress violator several times. This violator has been consistently in violation of WordPress policies as well as violating the law. On one occasion after reporting this blog run by the lowest forms of humanity, retribution was attempted and my blog was temporarily suspended. I have emailed Matt Mullenweg of WordPress on two occasions. The last email was sent as a courtesy to alert him  to the severity of the situation and the possible legal ramifications. Here is a copy of the email:

I am sending this as a courtesy to you.
I spent over 30 years in IT and about half that time in my
own software/consulting business.
I and others have complained multiple times through the normal
channels at WordPress about the “XXXX and XXX” blog.
The last time, several weeks ago, I was ignored.
I am all for free speech.
However, this blog has gone far beyond the bounds of decency
and the law. I can say, with a fair degree of confidence, that they
will be the target of legal action.
They encourage and allow a wide degree of socially and legally
irresponsible acts.

I have received no response to this email and a followup email.
I have been informed that Matt Mullenweg is an Obama Supporter. This does not imply that he would be involved in suspicious or biased activities. However, what I have seen play out on WordPress recently is alarming. I would like to hear from WordPress. I am not accusing WordPress of anything, but what has transpired must be addressed. If free speech is not permitted on WordPress, then that should be stated up front. Likewise, if entities are allowed to have carte blanche to attack and intimidate others, that, too, should be spelled out in the policies.
WordPress, please clarify your position.

Jesse Jackson made some remarks recently when he thought the microphone was off. Rush Limbaugh just stated that all the MSM is doing is damage control and highlighting Jackson’s apology. Below is what Jesse Jackson said provided by Fox News:

So, why did Jesse Jackson say that he wanted to cut Barack Obama’s nuts off. Why not say kick his ass? Perhaps Jesse Jackson is aware of Obama’s sexual habits. What do Larry Sinclair, Obama, Joe Biden, Attorney General Biden, Richard R Wier, Jr and Delaware have in common. Miscarriage of justice. Larry Sinclair entered into an agreement with Richard R Wier, Jr, former Attorney General of Delaware, for legal representation. Mr. Sinclair is to be arraigned in Superior Court in delaware today, Thursday, July 3, 2008. Mr. Sinclair was notified at 5:15 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 that Mr. Weir would not be representing him. According to Mr. Sinclair, this is the reason given by Mr. Weir:

“I cannot represent you knowing that you are saying the things you are saying about Senator Barack Obama and the Bidens.”

What does Larry Sinclair’s allegations and statements about the Bidens have to do with receiving legal representation?

Tomorrow is July 4. What is happening to American Justice?

I just spoke to Larry Sinclair. The Delaware warrant that initiated Sinclair’s questionable arrest in Washington DC, came straight from the office of Delaware Attorney Biden, the son of Senator Joe Biden. Senator Joe Biden, is of course, a front runner for VP with Barack Obama.

Larry Sinclair has documentation and facts regarding this politically motivated chicanery. This arrest scenario, reminiscent of the Soviet Union Gulags, smelled bad enough before I got the details from Sinclair. Now the stench will be smelled by average Americans as they ponder the possible regime of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

In the absence of response from either Attorney General Biden or Senator Joe Biden, I am charging the Bidens with corruption and tampering with the judicial system for political gain. What else would you expect from someone mentioned in the same sentence as Obama. Obama comes from the epicenter of crime and corruption in Illinoiis, as evidenced by his close, long time ties to the criminal Rezko.

 Dan Parisi of whitehouse.com is holding a news conference immediately after Larry Sinclair’s news conference on Wednesday, June 18, 2008. This was a last minute addition to the Press Club schedule. It does not take a rocket scientist to discern their motives. Dan Parisi of whitehouse.com set up a lie detector test for Larry Sinclair back in February. Sinclair and Parisi had an agreement, a contract.

Here are the major points regarding the Polygraph test results and contract dispute:

Polygraph tests are inherently unreliable.

Sinclair passed the automated test.

Ed Gelb, the operator who evaluated the results claims to be a PHD. He obtained his “doctoral degree” from an unaccredited, mail-order diploma mill.

Dan Parisi/whitehouse.com did not fulfill their contractual obligation.

This series of events has been misquoted and twisted to smear Larry Sinclair and reduce his credibility.

So, why did Dan Parisi choose the same day for his news conference as Larry Sinclair’s news conference……..hmmmm.
