Do you want the government running health care?

How well will a health care system designed and run by corrupt individuals function?

We now have an illegal person occupying the white house.

Try to forget for a moment that Obama has hidden his past and refuses to present a legitimate long form birth certificate. Barack Obama should have been indicted and arrested for his part in crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois along with his co conspirators, Rezko, Levin, Blagojevich, et al.

Mercy hospital

“The Planning Board staff still recommended the rejection of Mercy’s proposal. On March 11, 2008, Jones told the jury that experts found the application failed to meet 18 criteria set up for the establishment of a new hospital. He said it was also too close to other hospitals that had too many empty beds and services not fully utilized.
The day before the vote in December 2003, Mercy hired the Chicago-based law firm of Gardner, Carton and Douglas. Gardner had donated $25,000 to Blagojevich in July 2003.

Although the application was rejected the first time, Mercy moved for reconsideration and won approval at the April 21, 2004 meeting. Beck testified that after the meeting, he and Levine drove to Rezko’s office to tell him the plan was approved and Rezko was there with Christopher Kelly.

Once approved, the plan was for co-schemer Jacob Kiferbaum to pad the construction costs on the hospital and pay the kickback through a bogus consulting contract with Levine’s business associate, Dr Robert Weinstein.
After helping set up the Planning Board, Dave Wilhelm became a consultant for Edward Hospital. Edward also wanted approval to build a new hospital. On April 9, 2008, Levine testified that he met with Wilhelm and another Edward lobbyist in the summer of 2003, and came away with the impression that Wilhelm’s contribution to the team was clout with the Blagojevich administration.”

Childrens Hospital

“Children’s Memorial Hospital seen as potential shakedown target

March 21, 2008; 10:20 a.m.
The snow proved no deterrent to Friday’s session of the Antoin “Tony” Rezko corruption trial, and political fixer Stuart Levine is continuing his testimony for a fourth day.

Finally, and fleetingly, Rezko’s voice was heard on a government wiretap played for jurors.

The brief conversation was between Levine and Rezko on April 24, 2004, just three days after Levine said he and Rezko had rigged a vote of a state hospital planning board to approve a controversial hospital in Crystal Lake. Hospital contractor Jacob Kiferbaum was going to pay Levine and Rezko $1 million in bribes if the Crystal Lake facility won approval, Levine has testified.

Levine testified that he called Rezko on April 24 to set up a meeting to discuss their next shakedown target: Children’s Memorial Hospital. Just minutes before Levine called Rezko, Levine had hung up with a money manager from the investment banking firm Bear Stearns named Nicholas Hurtgen, who prosecutors say was a confederate in past Levine kickback schemes.

A recording of the conversation between Levine and Hurtgen was played for jurors and in it Hurtgen said he had learned that Children’s Memorial was looking to either remodel its aging Lincoln Park hospital or replace it with a new one in a different location. It was a potential $500-million job, Hurtgen said, and ripe for exploitation.

“This is made for Tony and Mr. C,” Hurtgen told Levine. Asked by prosecutors later to explain what that meant, Levine said Hurtgen was referring to Rezko and Republican political insider William Cellini, who were both accomplished real estate developers who might eye the Children’s Memorial property as a development opportunity if the hospital moved.

Hurtgen said any redevelopment or move would likely need government financial help, and he told Levine that could be their opening to impress upon Children’s Memorial that it needed to play ball. Levine told Hurtgen that he would make it a top priority to lk over the Children Memorial opportunity with Rezko.”

Obama contact with Tony rezko

In the media, Obama always made it sound like he rarely saw Rezko, saying they met for breakfast or lunch once or twice a year. However, the FBI mole John Thomas helped investigators “build a record of repeat visits to the old offices of Rezko and former business partner Daniel Mahru’s Rezmar Corp., at 853 N. Elston, by Blagojevich and Obama during 2004 and 2005,“ according to the February 10, 2008 Sun-Times.

During his March 14, 2008 interview, the Times told Obama, Thomas is an FBI mole and he “recently told us that he saw you coming and going from Rezko’s office a lot.”

“And three other sources told us that you and Rezko spoke on the phone daily.””

Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Obama’s job and salary

Obama’s introduction into the “Combine” came when his wife Michelle was hired by Jarrett in the early 1990s, and served as Jarrett’s assistant in Daley’s office and followed her to the Department of Planning and Development.
Jarrett was appointed chairman of the University of Chicago Medical Center Board in June 2006. She was also made chairman of a newly created Executive Committee of that Board, according to a June 13, 2006 University announcement. In addition, Jarrett was named vice-chair of the University’s Board of Trustees, the announcement states.
Michelle landed a high paying job at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Two months after Obama became a US senator, she was appointed vice president for community and external affairs. Tax returns show the promotion nearly tripled her pay to $317,000 in 2005, from $122,000 in 2004.

I was preparing a new article, a more detailed version of an earlier article about Obama’s role in rigging the Illinois Health Planning Facilities Board (you know, the board mentioned in the indictments of Rezko, Levine, Weinstein, Blagojevich, et al). The events leading up to the Blagojevich trial are dragging on in typical fashion and I did not want the American public to forget about Obama’s strong ties to Chicago corruption. The Citizen Wells blog has for
many months stated that Obama should be indicted next. The question was, would Patrick Fitzgerald do his duty or be controlled by the Obama camp.

Now we have the answer.

I was hoping that Patrick Fitzgerald had integrity and patriotism.

Perhaps he received, in the tradition of Chicago thuggery, an offer he couldn’t refuse.

 
In February 2009 we learned

 July 30,  2009, we discover

“Patrick Fitzgerald, the top prosecutor in Illinois’ Northern District, has been named interim chairman of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys (AGAC).
In his new role, Fitzgerald will be the lead voice for the U.S. attorney community. It’s the latest high-profile assignment for America’s prosecutor, who has been busy overseeing the prosecution of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D), bringing down mortgage fraudsters, and fighting with journalists.”

On Saturday, October 20, 1973, Watergate special prosecutor, Archibald Cox was removed by Richard Nixon. This move by the Obama Camp is eerily reminiscent of that power play.

On October 8, 2008, the Citizen Wells blog gave the opinion that Obama had to win the election due to the fact that he had relinquished his law license, was entrenched in corruption and was not eligible to be president.

In or about late 2003, LEVINE and Kiferbaum agreed that LEVINE would use his position as a Planning Board member toattempt to influence the Planning Board to approve Mercy’s application to build a hospital in Crystal Lake so that

Kiferbaum Construction Company could build the planned hospital. In exchange for LEVINE’s help, LEVINE and Kiferbaumagreed that Kiferbaum would pay a kickback as directed by LEVINE, with the exact amount and manner of the payments to be determined at a later date.
b.
LEVINE told REZKO about Kiferbaum’s willingness to pay a kickback to ensure that Mercy Hospital’s application for a CON would be approved. REZKO agreed to support Mercy Hospital’s application in exchange for a share of Kiferbaum’s kickback.

REZKO and LEVINE agreed that they would split evenly Kiferbaum’s kickback, which they expected would be approximately $1 million or more.

At its December 2003 meeting, the Planning Board issued an intent-to-deny with respect to Mercy Hospital’s application.

On or about April 21, 2004, the Planning Board voted in favor of granting Mercy Hospital’s application for a permit to build a new hospital. REZKO and LEVINE took steps to cause other Planning Board members to vote to approve Mercy Hospital’s application, and LEVINE voted in favor of the application.
e. After the April 21, 2004 Planning Board meeting, LEVINE directed Kiferbaum to pay the kickback proceeds relating to the Mercy Hospital project to Individual E. LEVINE, Kiferbaum, and Individual E agreed to use a sham consulting contract to conceal the fraudulent nature of the intended payments from Kiferbaum to Individual E.”

“b. Corruption of the Planning Board
35. As described more fully in the following paragraphs, Mercy Hospital, which
sought permission from the Planning Board to build a hospital in Illinois, received that
permission through Rezko’s exercise of his influence at the Planning Board after Rezko was
promised that Mercy Hospital would make a substantial campaign contribution to ROD
BLAGOJEVICH. Rezko later told a member of the Planning Board that Mercy Hospital
received the permit because ROD BLAGOJEVICH wanted the organization to receive the
permit.
36. Levine’s criminal activities included his abuse of his position on the Planning
Board to enrich both himself and Friends of Blagojevich. The Planning Board was a
commission of the State of Illinois, established by statute, ch members were appointed
by the Governor of the State of Illinois. At the relevant time period, the Planning Board
consisted of nine individuals. State law required an entity seeking to build a hospital,
medical office building, or other medical facility in Illinois to obtain a permit, known as a
“Certificate of Need” (“CON”), from the Planning Board prior to beginning construction.
37. Levine, as well as Planning Board members Thomas Beck and Imad
Almanaseer, testified under oath at the Rezko Trial.9 Beck testified that he asked Rezko to
reappoint him to the Planning Board and that Beck thereafter followed Rezko’s directions
regarding which CON applications Rezko wanted approved. Beck testified that it was his
job to communicate Rezko’s interest in particular CONs to other members of the Planning
Board, including Almanaseer, who were loyal to Rezko. Beck testified that he understood
that Rezko spoke for the Blagojevich administration when Rezko spoke to Beck about
particular CONs. Almanaseer testified that Beck instructed him that Rezko wanted
Almanaseer to vote a particular way and that Almanaseer should follow Levine’s lead in
voting on CONs. Almanaseer testified that before certain Planning Board meetings, he
received notecards from Beck indicating how to vote on certain CON applications. Beck
testified he provided these notecards to Almanaseer and certain other members of the
Planning Board to communicate Rezko’s directions about certain CON applications.

(9 Beck and Almanaseer testified pursuant to immunity orders.)”
Barack Obama’s IL Senate committee reduced the Health Planning Board members from 15 to 9.

Rod Blagojevich appointed new members and gained control of the board needing only 5 members to do so instead of the earlier number of 8.
The next Citizen Wells article on this topic will go into more detail about the rigging of the IL Health Planning Facilities Board and how Obama was an important part of the corruption.

Should be indicted and arrested for one or more of the following illegal activities:

1. Treason for taking the office of the POTUS illegally.

2. Corruption in conjunction with the likes of Tony Rezko, Rod Blagojevich, Stuart Levine, et al.

3. Fraudulent activity in regard to his IL bar application, Selective Service Application and a litany of other legal transactions.

The information for this video was taken from the lawsuit filed with the federal district court of Columbus GA in the matter of the Army major seeking proof of Obama’s eligibility to serve as president. The private investigator hired by the attorney in the case discovered that Obama may have used up to 149 different addresses and 39 different social security numbers prior to becoming president. This video has nothing to do with whether Mr Obama is black, white, pink, yellow, purple or green. It has to do with his total refusal to provide not only satisfactory proof of fulfilling the Constitutional requirements of citizenship, but also not providing any college or university records, passports, Illinois legislative records, U.S.senate records, medical records…etc..etc.. Things are moving real slow in preparation for the Rod Blagojevich trial but yesterday, July 9, 2009, the Chicago Tribune reported that Blagojevich chief of staff, John Harris, has agreed to testify against him. What do the names, Rod Blagojevich, John Harris, Tony Rezko, Emil Jones, and Valerie Jarrett all have in common?

Hmmm……Let’s see…….

“A chief of staff to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich became the first insider to formally agree to testify for the government, pleading guilty Wednesday in the sweeping federal corruption case against his ex-boss.

John Harris, who was arrested with the former governor in December, is expected to detail for prosecutors perhaps the most stunning charge in the case: how Blagojevich allegedly used his power to appoint a successor to President Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate to barter to enrich himself.

In exchange for Harris’ testimony, prosecutors agreed to recommend he serve less than 3 years in prison. He pleaded guilty to a single count of wire fraud and is expected to be one of a series of former aides and confidants — fellow chiefs of staff Alonzo “Lon” Monk and John Wyma as well as fundraiser Antoin “Tony” Rezko among them — to testify against Blagojevich.

The plea agreement alleges that the former governor viewed the Senate appointment as a unique opportunity to try to bargain with the new Obama administration, perhaps leading to a Cabinet or ambassador’s post.”

“Among them was the allegation that Blagojevich sent Harris to Springfield to see if one Senate candidate would be willing to exchange all the money in his campaign fund for the seat, a message that Harris says he did not explicitly deliver.

Sources identified that candidate as former state Senate Majority Leader Emil Jones (D-Chicago), who denied such a discussion took place.”

“The plea agreement alleged that Blagojevich discussed an option with an official from the Service Employees International Union — an individual he understood to be an emissary working on behalf of Obama. Blagojevich was hopeful that by naming an individual identified only as “Senate Candidate B” — previously disclosed to be Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett — he could secure an appointment to become secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the agreement said.”

I take the responsibility of producing articles and presenting information very seriously. Since the inception of this blog, just over a year ago, the readership has steadily grown and coupled with the fact that people have come to rely on this blog for credible information in the absence of reliable, accurate reporting from the MSM, the pressure to provide timely, credible reports has increased. There sometimes is a fine line between withholding important information and doing something that resembles crying fire in a crowded theatre. This is truly a serious responsibility.

For several months I have been receiving reports from credible sources, some, ex military officers. The reports were about coming flu pandemics and conspiracies to harm and control the American public. These reports were compelling and had more credibility in the context of the Obama camp coming to power and making rapid changes based on fear and contrived scenarios in the housing and financial markets. The question before me then was should I present this information or let the dust settle and gather more information. Today the CDC provided an update at 11:00 AM ET about the current status of the H1N1, Swine flu. Here is a sentence from the report:

“The ongoing outbreak of novel influenza A (H1N1) continues to expand in the United States. CDC expects that more cases, more hospitalizations and more deaths from this outbreak will occur over the coming days and weeks.”

Earlier today the Citizen Wells blog reported that the Obama Administration was considering an unprecedented fall vaccination campaign of three flu shots.

The article came from www.naturalnews.comregarding a company named Baxter, associated with Bayer, which sent flu vaccines tainted with active bird flu (H5N1) to 18 different countries (http://www.naturalnews.com/025760.html). It was an independent Microbiology Lab in Canada that blew the whistle. A message appeared that stated I was blocked from posting links, and the next thing I knew my account was disabled.
That my account was disabled is no big deal—meeting people in person to talk about the issues is much more gratifying; civility is vital when trying to discuss controversial topics. Moreover, it’s just as easy to create a new account or join a new social networking site altogether. But the point is, even in a virtual realm, our liberties of free speech are, with every account deletion, being removed.”

I have had this information since Thursday of last week.  I have spent the last six days reviewing it, researching it, listening to the two doctors (Carley and Ott) involved speak about it and finished speaking last night with Dr. Ott on a radio program where he was the guest.  This is no JOKE. When I asked him if he had been threatened because of this information, he said yes and stated for the record on the program that 38 American and international microbiologists have been killed whose intentions were to divulge this diabolical Eugenics/genocidal plot.
 
This is a plot between the Power Elite and China to kill us with a Lethal Vaccine that has been modeled after the 1918 Flu (which was most likely planned as well)  but has been greatly enhanced. A record of the Vice Chairman of China’s military commission below indicates they must kill Americans on our own soil and preserve the land and air for livability. Already large containers with holes that hold about 3 bodies are being shipped into the US in the thousands. Many of the Detention Center have crematoriums as well to burn the bodies.
 
There will be a “generated” bird flu (it doesn’t normally kill humans unless tampered with to do that per Dr. Ott) pandemic which will require this  mandatory vaccine – designed to target 18-40 year olds.  An almost 10 year Genome Mapping project resulted In identifying the susceptible cells in that age group.  The thinking is that the children and the elderly will go along with a new regime.  Already, the media has been planting the bird flu pandemic possibility…………..
 
Already, the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act is in place in 39 states  (Florida and NC included) under the HHS which make Vaccines for a Pandemic mandatory.  It is a felony if one won’t take it – they go to quarantine area – Detention Camps – until they do. There is a Private Property confiscation clause both in it and in the Executive Order. All the data is below. It’s voluminous.  There are so many IN on THE FIX in all levels of government, it’s hard to know HOW we can avoid this PLOT.  I know you all are resourceful and have many contacts. Interestingly enough, the new HHS (Kansas Gov – Katherine Sebelius) is a member of the Bilderberg Group. She would oversee this operation.
 
Dr. Ott was on a program last night and I got a lot of questions answered. Dr. Carley will be on www.tsrn.us on Thursday night at 7 p.m. Central on Michelle’s show.   He was going to send me the list. We have GOT to expose this immediately.
 
I am working from my end here.  Because this plot goes all the way to the top we will need many working to break and get an investigation started and it stopped.
Part of it almost happened within the last few weeks as Baxter  (based out of Chicago and BO owns stock in this company)was found to have “mysteriously” gotten bird flu virus (the one that’s been specially made to kill) mixed up with vaccines.  Canada broke that story.  Dr. Ott stated that Baxter Headquarters is in Chicago.
 
 But it’s going to take hundreds if not more contacts because of the pervasiveness of this plot.
 
Dr. Ott says that his contacts in the Chinese Embassy (and he was there for the Olympics) tell him that Hillary Clinton did in fact deliver an eminent domain agreement in the event we did default on loans -our land would be taken.

Baxter International is being investigated.
Baxter International has indeed been investigated for killing people with contaminated Heparin from a Chinese supplier and sending flu viruses to labs in Europe.

We have the most corrupt person that has ever been in the White House, with ties to corruption and crime, who has hidden his past, refused to produce his long form birth certificate and habitually lied to the American public. On at least the level of corruption ties, Obama is the Manchurian Candidate of the likes of Tony Rezko and George Soros. Is Obama the Manchurian Candidate of a foreign power? I would not be surprised.

Do not overreact or underreact to this flu.

Please stay informed and ponder carefully any decision to take flu shots.

The citizen Wells blog wrote about the impending indictment of Rod Blagojevich months
before Blagojevich was arrested. Barack Obama was as entrenched in Chicago corruption
just as much as former Governor Blagojevich. Shortly after Rod Blagojevich was
indicted, the Citizen Wells blog contacted the Chicago office of Patrick Fitzgerald
and requested that Barack Obama be indicted for his involvement in rigging the IL
Health Planning Facilities Board and other ties to crime and corruption in Chicago
and Illinois.

“Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich pleaded not guilty this morning to 16 charges of criminal corruption including racketeering conspiracy and wire fraud.

His brother, Robert, a fundraiser for his campaigns, also pleaded not guilty to similar charges.

The former governor remained free on bond after the 10-minute hearing in which his lawyer Sheldon Sorosky did most of the talking for him.

“Mr. Rod Blagojevich would waive reading of the indictment and enter a plea of not guilty,” the lawyer said. U.S. District Judge James Zagel asked the former governor a series of questions, including one about his schooling.

“Um, I have a degree from law school,” Blagojevich replied.

Assistant U.S. Atty. Reid Schar told the judge the government will turn over a preliminary amount of discovery material for the trial within two weeks.”It is a large volume of documents, as well as recordings,” Schar said.

Sorosky told Zagel that Blagojevich soon will be making a request to enlarge his bond. After the hearing he said Blagojevich was thinking of taking a trip out of the country, but Sorosky did not disclose a location.

Sorosky also told Zagel that the defense needs access to campaign funds to be able to adequately defend the case by adding extra legal hands. He asked to reappear before Zagel in a week to update that situation.

The defense is in negotiations with the government to get access to Blagojevich campaign funds, which total more than $2 million.”

“Blagojevich was charged with essentially running state government as a criminal enterprise, scheming to use his position to make money for him and a close group of insiders.

Three others charged in the case — Springfield power broker William Cellini, former Blagojevich chief of staff John Harris and top Blagojevich fundraiser Christopher Kelly — are set to be arraigned Thursday.

Harris is cooperating with federal authorities, as is another former chief of staff, Lon Monk, who is expected to be arraigned April 24.”

“Rod Blagojevich: Indictment could bring more defendants
Former governor’s brother, wife and campaign committee, as well as lobbyist Lon Monk, are possible targets

With a deadline fast approaching for federal prosecutors to file an indictment against former Gov. Rod Blagojevich, all eyes will be on the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse this week.

Sources with knowledge of the probe have said the indictment could be filed as soon as Thursday. That is the last scheduled day for the grand jury investigating the former governor to meet before an April 7 deadline for filing the indictment.

The grand jury has convened on Thursdays throughout the lengthy federal investigation.

The indictment is expected to include more details about the allegations against Blagojevich and his former chief of staff John Harris regarding the corruption charges leveled against them in December. It also could include more defendants.

Known targets include Blagojevich’s brother, Robert, who headed the former governor’s campaign fund; Lon Monk, Blagojevich’s onetime best friend and former chief of staff; Blagojevich’s wife, Patricia; and Friends of Blagojevich, the ex-governor’s campaign committee.”

of the “Greatest Generation.” I have seen the photos of
Blagojevich and Obama before, but they are worthy of
presenting again, lest we forget.

The world according to Chicago
To understand the next 4 years,  you have to understand the world according to Chicago .  While it is a city in Illinois , it is also a completely different country,  with a whole different set of morals and language.  There are only three rules which anybody can understand.  You don’t even need an attorney to understand them and if you need an attorney, well … . . you know too much… so look out for Rule #3!
 
RULE #1….No matter what you see, hear, or do, you don’t know anybody and you don’t know nothing!
RULE #2…If you capture something on tape or camera, it doesn’t reveal nothing!
RULE #3…If you know what everybody knows in Chicago , well, . … . you still don’t know nothing.
 
Now pay close attention!  We don’t want to have to say this more than once.   It’s very simple . . . we’ll illustrate.  Remember, you know nothing.
