“The Planning Board staff still recommended the rejection of Mercy’s proposal. On March 11, 2008, Jones told the jury that experts found the application failed to meet 18 criteria set up for the establishment of a new hospital. He said it was also too close to other hospitals that had too many empty beds and services not fully utilized.
The day before the vote in December 2003, Mercy hired the Chicago-based law firm of Gardner, Carton and Douglas. Gardner had donated $25,000 to Blagojevich in July 2003.
Although the application was rejected the first time, Mercy moved for reconsideration and won approval at the April 21, 2004 meeting. Beck testified that after the meeting, he and Levine drove to Rezko’s office to tell him the plan was approved and Rezko was there with Christopher Kelly.
Once approved, the plan was for co-schemer Jacob Kiferbaum to pad the construction costs on the hospital and pay the kickback through a bogus consulting contract with Levine’s business associate, Dr Robert Weinstein.
After helping set up the Planning Board, Dave Wilhelm became a consultant for Edward Hospital. Edward also wanted approval to build a new hospital. On April 9, 2008, Levine testified that he met with Wilhelm and another Edward lobbyist in the summer of 2003, and came away with the impression that Wilhelm’s contribution to the team was clout with the Blagojevich administration.”

“Children’s Memorial Hospital seen as potential shakedown target
March 21, 2008; 10:20 a.m.
The snow proved no deterrent to Friday’s session of the Antoin “Tony” Rezko corruption trial, and political fixer Stuart Levine is continuing his testimony for a fourth day.
Finally, and fleetingly, Rezko’s voice was heard on a government wiretap played for jurors.
The brief conversation was between Levine and Rezko on April 24, 2004, just three days after Levine said he and Rezko had rigged a vote of a state hospital planning board to approve a controversial hospital in Crystal Lake. Hospital contractor Jacob Kiferbaum was going to pay Levine and Rezko $1 million in bribes if the Crystal Lake facility won approval, Levine has testified.
Levine testified that he called Rezko on April 24 to set up a meeting to discuss their next shakedown target: Children’s Memorial Hospital. Just minutes before Levine called Rezko, Levine had hung up with a money manager from the investment banking firm Bear Stearns named Nicholas Hurtgen, who prosecutors say was a confederate in past Levine kickback schemes.
A recording of the conversation between Levine and Hurtgen was played for jurors and in it Hurtgen said he had learned that Children’s Memorial was looking to either remodel its aging Lincoln Park hospital or replace it with a new one in a different location. It was a potential $500-million job, Hurtgen said, and ripe for exploitation.
“This is made for Tony and Mr. C,” Hurtgen told Levine. Asked by prosecutors later to explain what that meant, Levine said Hurtgen was referring to Rezko and Republican political insider William Cellini, who were both accomplished real estate developers who might eye the Children’s Memorial property as a development opportunity if the hospital moved.
Hurtgen said any redevelopment or move would likely need government financial help, and he told Levine that could be their opening to impress upon Children’s Memorial that it needed to play ball. Levine told Hurtgen that he would make it a top priority to lk over the Children Memorial opportunity with Rezko.”

In the media, Obama always made it sound like he rarely saw Rezko, saying they met for breakfast or lunch once or twice a year. However, the FBI mole John Thomas helped investigators “build a record of repeat visits to the old offices of Rezko and former business partner Daniel Mahru’s Rezmar Corp., at 853 N. Elston, by Blagojevich and Obama during 2004 and 2005,“ according to the February 10, 2008 Sun-Times.
During his March 14, 2008 interview, the Times told Obama, Thomas is an FBI mole and he “recently told us that he saw you coming and going from Rezko’s office a lot.”
“And three other sources told us that you and Rezko spoke on the phone daily.””

Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Obama’s job and salary
Obama’s introduction into the “Combine” came when his wife Michelle was hired by Jarrett in the early 1990s, and served as Jarrett’s assistant in Daley’s office and followed her to the Department of Planning and Development.
Jarrett was appointed chairman of the University of Chicago Medical Center Board in June 2006. She was also made chairman of a newly created Executive Committee of that Board, according to a June 13, 2006 University announcement. In addition, Jarrett was named vice-chair of the University’s Board of Trustees, the announcement states.
Michelle landed a high paying job at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Two months after Obama became a US senator, she was appointed vice president for community and external affairs. Tax returns show the promotion nearly tripled her pay to $317,000 in 2005, from $122,000 in 2004.

“Euthanasia”, a word many recoil from, is defined as either active or passive actions to end life.
Howard Dean, a physician himself, attempts to confound the public with his double speak. He states “end of life decisions are discussed with the family”. For example, not giving medication, or beginning an IV, or conducting further investigatins, or performing invasive procedures etc.
That is euthanasia folks. The question is only the system in place that defines the parameters.

Today’s tip focuses on illegal search and seizure:
Always answer the door when law enforcement knocks, but do not open the door until a proper Constitutional warrant is provided.
Some illegal officers like to use the ‘ole “foot in the door” routine to keep it open so they can convince you to allow them in without a proper search warrant. Do not let this occur!
If they come to search your firearms, make sure they have a legal warrant to do so. Do not get in the way if they confiscate them. You can always get more guns. Contact the NRA and your family attorney immediately.
Continue this behavior until gun confiscation occurs frequently and unconstitutionally.

Laughter is the best medicine, and can be an excellent tool against tyranny. For example, this upcoming New Hampshire town hall meaning shouldn’t be about shouts, but about laughter.

At the top right hand corner of Page 17 of the New York Post of January 24th, 2009, was a short column entitled “Replacing Michelle” in the National Review “The Week” column. Here it is, word for word, as it appeared:

But now that Mrs. Obama has resigned, the hospital says her position will remain unfilled. How can that possibly be??? Especially if the work she did was vital enough to be worth $317,000?
Oh, by the way, let me add that Michelle’s position was a part time, 20 hour week job at $317,000.00 per year !! And to think they were critical of Blagojevich’s wife for taking $100,000 in fuzzy real estate
commission.

Lastly: as I was leaving Friday morning, I drove past a National Guard facility in the area…not intentionally: that happened to be the road I was taking towards the Interstate on-ramp. I have passed by that location many times, and have never seen a soul, nor any activity there. Also your exact address must appear and the specifics of the warrant. ie Drugs, illegal activity….Also if you have a detached garage and the warrant does not include the garage then no search of said garage can be made.

Ten Questions Politicians Won’t Answer by US Senator Dr.Tom Coburn of Oklahoma
1. Why do we need to increase spending on health care by at least $1.6 trillion and steal prosperity from our children and grandchildren when we spend nearly twice per person what other industrialized nations spend on health care?
In my view, any bill that increases spending is a failure and not serious reform. The problem is not that we don’t spend enough on health care, but that we don’t allocate resources efficiently and get value for what we pay.
2. What programs will you cut and whose taxes will you raise to pay for health-care reform?
Any politician — Republican or Democrat — who refuses to answer this question or avoids the topic by deferring to the committees of jurisdiction doesn’t deserve to be in office.
3. What earmarks or pet projects that you have sponsored will you sacrifice to help finance the cost of health-care reform?
It is immoral, in my view, to ask taxpayers to make more sacrifices while politicians practice business-as-usual pork-barrel politics.
4. Will you vote for a public option that requires taxpayer-funded abortion?
The current version of the so-called reform bill requires taxpayer-funded abortion. In the House, this fact prompted 19 pro-life Democrats to send a letter of protest to Speaker Pelosi. In the Senate, an amendment by Barbara Mikulski (D., Md.) that would require taxpayer-funded abortion passed in committee. Sen. Bob Casey (D., Pa.) objected and voted no, saying, “The way it [the Mikulski amendment] is written could be interpreted down the road to include something like abortion.” Are these Democrats also part of the right-wing scare-tactic conspiracy?
5. If the public option is so wonderful, will you lead by example and vote for a plan to enroll you and your family in the public option?
I offered an amendment in committee to force members of Congress to enroll in the public option. Nine out of eleven Democrats on the health committee who back the public option refused. If the politicians creating the public option don’t have confidence in it, neither should the American people.
6. Will you vote for a plan that will allow a board of politicians and bureaucrats to override decisions made by you and your doctor?
Both the Senate and House bills set up a government-run “comparative effectiveness” board that will make final decisions about treatment and care. In committee, I gave senators several opportunities to accept language that would forbid this board from denying care. All of my amendments were rejected, which suggests that the intent is to set up a board that will ration care, as is done in the United Kingdom.
7. If you support a “comparative effectiveness” board, what qualifies you, as a politician, to practice medicine? Have you delivered health care to a single person, much less entire classes of people you claim to represent, such as the poor, the uninsured, or children?
I’m one of two physicians in the Senate, along with John Barrasso of Wyoming. I know for a fact that very few leaders in this debate have any firsthand experience or knowledge of health care, which is disturbing.
8. How will a government-run public option perform better than other failing government programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Indian Health Care?
Forty percent of doctors refuse to accept Medicaid patients because the program is broken. Access to a government program — such as the public option — does not guarantee access to health care.
9. If increasing spending on health care was the solution, why hasn’t it worked yet?
The public-option “reform” is not new at all but an extension of 1960s-era public policies that say a little more government spending and intervention is always the answer.
10. Are you more committed to doing reform right or quickly? Would you consider backing a thoughtful alternative to the public option? If so, which one?

What kind of rights do I have to question the authenticity of a warrent when presented: do my rights change if I accept the warrent in my hand…etc..

Cook added in its request that ‘ it would act in violation of the international law if it participated in military actions outside the United States under the command of this president, and therefore possible subject of processing like criminal military ‘ . Cook, commander in the reserve of the Army (of Earth), received the 9 from June mobilization orders in the active service. In agreement with this document, that Cook presented/displayed next to its judicial request, it was become ordained to him that one appeared today in Base MacDill of the Air Force on Tampa, Florida. Thence, Cook would have to go to Fort Benning, in Georgia, before its shipment to overseas. Thursday, indicated the newspaper, will be a judicial hearing for the study of the request of Cook.

State, local, and county warrants deviate quite a bit, but you should definitely contact your law enforcement offices and request sample copies of what they should look like.

I am saying, that the article does not exist is evidenced by these facts. 1) Annenberg Political Fact Check (“APFC”) posted the image they stole from an anonymous blogger on td(‘s blog), posted it on their site and called it a picture of the actual birth announcement, and without authenticating the image, called it “clear evidence” BO was born in the U.S.; and 2) BO asked the federal judge to take judicial notice that (AP)FC concluded his BC is “genuine, and “noting” a contemporaneous birth announcement published in a HI newspaper.” Translation of BO’s request to the federal court: APFC wrote on their web site, there is a real piece of paper with the title COLB on top, showing I was born in HI. I scanned a copy of this document and posted it on my web site, FTS. FC also noted that an anonymous blogger posted an image of a birth announcement, which they never authenticated, in a HI newspaper. The reason I cannot name that paper is that, then someone could check it out.
So, it is true, APFC said there is an actual document called a COLB; and they did make a note of a newspaper birth announcement. And BO wants the court to take judicial notice of this fact.

Physicians have had to resort to CYA (cover your a**) medicine because of the tactics of plaintiff attorneys. The most visible/well known of the filthy rich plaintiff attorneys would be ambulance chaser Senator Edwards.
While physicians can barely make their payroll given all the mandates (read employees) from the government and health insurance companies, along with the outrageous malpractice insurance rates they pay, plaintiff attorneys live in opulence.
Sadly, physicians now are little more than government employees without the benefits.

My husband is a physician….I know this story all too well.
Didn’t anyone find it odd when Obama was addressing the physicians/AMA and he had to back track with them saying he WASN’T talking about tort reform. I believe the physicians boo’d him.
Yes, healthcare is currently rationed. We all know that. You can only have “X” number of scans/MRI’s per year. You can only have so many weeks of physical therapy, you can only have a certain medicine, otherwise you pay out of pocket. However, a physician can make his case for what he is recommending/requesting, notwithstanding a threat to the health insurance company they are “practicing medicine.” That option would be gone with this proposed plan.
You won’t be surprised to know that most physicians are near retirement age. If this passes, good luck finding a physician. Period! At least one that isn’t foreign trained.
Most physicians agree there needs to be reform. But that reform should be reform the insurance companies AND plaintiff attorneys.

OK – folks, “fixing” the healthcare system seems to me to be a lot simpler than Zero and his stooges are making it. For one thing, no one can read and digest 1000+ pages of bizzare and lawyereese. So this is how you do it:
1. Itemize the specific problems that are so important that they require congress and all the country to participate in fixing. Not all the little stuff, but the big stuff.
As far as I can tell, there is only one such problem. Too many people do not have healthcare insurance. (And, no, it is not 47 million! It’s not even half of that. But we can’t even begin to have a useful discussioin until we get the number right. And even more to the point, we need to address the “deserving” souls who are not covered.)
Now, the liberals and conservatives can argue over the definition and scope of “deserving”. And that is how it should be. That is how politics works. I fully expect – and can live with the fact – that the number of such estimated by liberals would be bigger than those estimated by the conservatives. Hey – like it or not – they won – so they get to dominate such discussions.
2. Now, come up with a solution (a set of legislation) that most simply addresses this problem. For instance – a monetary grant, or something like food stamps, etc. that would be focused on just those individuals. And leave the rest of us alone. I guarantee you that such a solution would be far more effective and a lot less expensive.
NOW – SEE – This is really simple.
( Unless, of course, your REAL objective was something other than to “fix healthcare”. )

The 85-year-old former bank executive is said to be “gravely ill” after falling and breaking her hip, and some reports suggest she might not live to see the results of the Nov. 4 vote.
Whatever happens, she’s already lived long enough to see her “Barry” achieve what she’d wanted for him, her brother says.
“I think she thinks she was important in raising a fine young man,” said Charles Payne, 83, from his Chicago home. “I doubt if it would occur to her that he would go this far this fast. But she’s enjoyed watching it.”
Although she was too ill to travel for the campaign, she followed it closely on television — even undergoing a corneal transplant earlier this year so she could watch the coverage.
“She was almost totally blind,” Payne said. “She’s not physically able to” campaign, he said, “but it doesn’t mean her interest has flagged.”
The country hasn’t really met this key figure in Obama’s life. Dunham, who turns 86 on Sunday, has rarely spoken to the media, and she doesn’t appear at campaign events.
Yet she is a crucial part of Obama’s story, a woman he speaks of often when he’s campaigning. He has invoked memories of her at his most crucial moments in politics, notably when dealing with the complex multicultural tapestry that is his personal narrative.
And when the Illinois senator decided to seek the Democratic presidential nomination, Dunham provided the “Kansas heartland” pedigree he needed to appeal to conservative white voters — and a personal anecdote about racial prejudice that helped the man with the foreign name and Ivy League résumé connect with the African-American experience.
Those close to Obama say she is more than just a part of that story, she’s part of his personality — a towering image reflected in her grandson alongside that of her daughter, his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham.
“The two women who really raised him, his mom and grandma, are both strong, and they’ve struggled in the course of their lives and overcome great obstacles,” said Valerie Jarrett, a close Obama family friend.
“They are extraordinarily determined and empathetic, and I see that in him,” she said. “All of these unusual characteristics, they’re all rolled up into one person.”
Obama’s wife, Michelle, often speaks of the two “strong women” who made her husband who he is. One of those women gave him wings. The other gave him roots.
Stanley Ann Dunham, who was white, married Obama’s father, a Kenyan student, and had her son when she was 18. She later married Lolo Soetoro, the father of Obama’s sister, Maya, and the couple moved to Indonesia.
But a time came when the family agreed Obama should return to Hawaii for high school. The grandparents he called “Gramps” and “Toot” took him in, living in a modest Honolulu apartment so they could send him to the elite Punahou Academy. In a rare 2004 interview with the Chicago Tribune, Madelyn Dunham noted her daughter’s global interests and said she and her husband offered Obama a greater sense of normality. “I suppose I provided stability in his life,” she said.
Obama and others credit Dunham with instilling in him an appreciation for education and hard work, and with setting an example of thrift, practicality and tolerance.
“I think there’s nobody more important than her, except his mother, in shaping his character,” said David Mendell, who interviewed Dunham in 2004 for the Chicago Tribune and later wrote the book, “Obama: From Promise to Power.”
Mendell said Obama got “that dreamer quality” seen in his speeches from his late mother. But when he has to decide whom to trust in politics, “that’s his grandmother’s practicality coming out in him.”
“His grandmother was a real no-nonsense, no-frills woman who was far more skeptical of human nature than his mother,” Mendell said Tuesday. “And in politics, he has to rely on both of those characteristics.”
This week, Obama returns to those family roots. He is canceling events on most of Thursday and Friday to go to Hawaii where his sister is caring for their grandmother.
Dunham’s illness may remind some voters of Obama’s white, Midwestern family at a time when Republicans are trying to stir up doubts about his identity. Some supporters, though, worry the temporary suspension of his campaign will cost him precious time on the campaign trail.
But Obama may be troubled by the painful memory of his mother, who died of ovarian cancer in 1995.
He has said one of his greatest regrets is not being at her bedside in Hawaii during her final hours, Mendell said.
“She [Madelyn Dunham] and her husband were really there when he needed their love and support,” Jarrett said. “It should be no surprise that he would say, ‘Yes, this campaign is extremely important, but I am not going to forget the person who raised me and go back and be with her when she needs me.’ ”

I realized this last comment was unclear. I should have said, “In a single-payer plan, for example, Congress would not be determining…” The current plan is not a single-payer plan.

Washington–US Major Stefan Frederick Cook refuses to go to war in Afghanistan because he maintains Barack Obama is not president since he wasn’t born in the US, according to the Columbus (Georgia) daily, The Ledger Enquirer.
Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, two years after the archipelago of Hawaii became the 50th state in the US. The US constitution stipulates that a person must be born on US soil in order to be president.
But, since the start of his presidential campaign, a rumor has circulated that he is not a natural born US citizen.
Cook’s attorney, Orly Taitz, who has also questioned the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency before other tribunals (courts), petitioned a federal court last week to stop the official’s deployment as a conscientious objector.
The daily indicated, in a 20 page document filed before the Intermediate Federal District Court of Georgia, Taitz asked the judges to grant her client conscientious objector status because Obama is not a US natural born citizen and, as such, cannot be Commander in Chief.
In his petition, Cook added that “he would be acting in violation of international law by participating in US military actions under the orders of this president and would be subject to prosecution as a war criminal.”
Cook, a US Army Reserve Major, received active duty mobilization orders July 9th.
In accordance with the document filed in court, he was ordered to report today to MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. From there, he would go to Ft. Benning, Georgia before overseas deployment.
The daily indicated there would be a judicial hearing on Thursday to study Cook’s case.

Notice when BO asked the court to take judicial notice that APFC noted a HI newspaper had printed a contemporaneous birth announcement, he did not mention the name of the newspaper. I can only speculate as to why; perhaps he knows what you know, that is, this would be so easy to check. (Then, why didn’t Annenberg Political Fact Check, check it?)

That only applies to commerce. Health care is a service, not merchandise. The word commercium means merchandise.
Now, if they want to regulate drugs, equipment, and other items crossing over state boundaries, then this would indeed apply.
And this gets even better. States don’t have to allow regulation by the federal government when the healthcare is:
1. Provided exclusively by the state
2. No services are provided outside of the state
3. No physicians operate outside of the state
This is just like the gun law passed by Montana. No interstate, no fed control.
Hence the sovereignty movements by the states. Watch and witness how the state legislators are going to file suit on this Hitlercare bill, if it ever gets passed.

Insurance that operates across state lines, that is, to use the words of the Constitution, “among the several states,” triggers Congressional oversight. An insurance plan that does not operate across state lines, even to use the ‘wires’ to transfer payments or records, for example, generally does not implicate a federal concern.
I found that understanding what ‘nationalized’ health care looks like was much easier once I looked at how other capitalist democracies have been providing better less expensive health care for their citizens, for years.

Thanks Re-do. I try to be consistent. Obviously when facts are revealed some of our ideas change.
But, the bottom line is, CONgrass is way way WAY out of bounds. They can’t read any bills they pass because the bills they are reading grant too much power to the federal government, something the framers never ever expected to happen.
Bottom line:
If you can’t read bills, you’re too big and too fat for your own good.

There are a few issues with that train of thought:
1. Many nationalized healthcare nations, like the U.K. and Canada, are ready to ditch their plans because, get this… they’re too expensive to operate and rationing has caused extreme loss of life that could be avoided.
2. We are not a capitalist democracy.
3. The regime is counting illegals in their numbers of uninsured “Americans”

And before you make any assumptions about what I’m saying, I have plenty of friends and relatives living in the UK who will clearly vouch just how horrid their system of healthcare is, especially for those with pre-existing conditions or are over the age of 55.
Do not kid yourselves people. The current system cares for the indegent and poor just as well as regular people pay for. Most facilities do not deny emergency care, and that’s the most critical strength the current system of healthcare.
The only thing wrong with our current system of health is that we continue to care for NON-CITIZENS!!! You think the illegal immigration problem we have is bad now, wait until all the rest of the Mexicans find out everyone and their uncle will get 100% coverage just by being inside the borders!
I didn’t know that national health care was considered commerce.
In fact, I pity the poor woman who has complications while delivering a baby at one of the “birthing centers” (not a hospital) by a certified birthing specialist (not a doctor). I guess only the strong survive.

I know there are people here who like McCain — I do not — but my reasons I have made clear. His campaign badly mistreated Hollister, who was just trying to get at the truth about HIS birth certificate.
I know there are people here who do NOT like Hillary — but I’m not one of them, and I have a very high regard for Sarah. However, I distrust Medved, Hannity, and Beck, because I see the world from a different view.
But, as the tent gets bigger and bigger, then there will be more and more differences in how we all view the world, and room has to be made for all of them, because it is more important to get to the truth about Obama.

Price of health around the world.
Comparing apples to pineapples.
Around the world they don’t have the crisis that we have with malpractice lawsuits. Their doctors get paid little money, they are probably not required to carry Liabiltiy Ins. Workmen’s Comp, etc.
Medical supplies are probbaly cheaper there and probably no Unions.
Also Real Estate is probably cheaper there as well. They probably also don’t spend as much money in useless advertising.
Health Insurance is most expensive for the reasons above PLUS alot of the care that is done now that was unheard of many yrs ago, like all types of transplands and implants which also drives costs up. We have people here that are in their 80’s and 90’s who are walking around, golfing, travelling, etc and in alot of those countries they live as long but are bed ridden or in wheel chairs for many yrs at the end.
Most people are happy with what they have here I DON’T GIVE A CRAP about what other countries have or don’t have, and there is no need to look to them. They look to us that should tell everyone something.
If the problem is that some people not insured FIX that and insure them and charge them and leave the rest of us alone. If I have a problem with my toe I don’t expect the doctor to reapair my whole body because my toe is injured.
This is all about GOV’T CONTROL which is OUT of CONTROL already GET OUT OF MY LIFE ALREADY. We need to SHRINK this Gov’t by 10% every year for the next 9 yrs. That will be about the right size. REVERSE the EROSIONISM of the Republic and Constitution.
I think from what I am reading that one of the major problems with the Obama Bill, is that it covers illegal aliens. In justice that part has got to go, it is not moral nor is it just. I think it is a ploy to buy votes it is just plain wrong. You cannot compare a legal American citizen and a illegal alien as the same thing . They are not, even if Obama suffers from the same status. I read months ago that the Catholic hospitals would not deny critical care for illegals. In justice they have to but they don’t expect others or the federal government to do the same. This country has got to get these citizen issues resolved once and for all.

I think covering illegals that come here is UNFAIR to make it fair we should also cover all the ones that didn’t come. Why not cover all the other Mexican, Guatamalan, Brazilian, Irish, Domicans, etc. citizens that didn’t come I think that is the Fair thing to do. One of these mornings, ordinary folks from across the country are going to flip on the televisions over coffee and find innocent Americans laying dead at the hands of terrorists who could have been stopped with actionable intelligence, but instead were permitted to kill by American Democrats more concerned about power in perpetuity than the safety and security of the American people.

Bob-Norwood Park Township, that is where my mother and my godmother grew up. Harlem and Irving Shopping Center, state police headquarters were over there. I remember my godmother flipping out because they were going to close Duning-she said old man Duning bequeathed it as a facility for the insane and it was “in perpetuity”. I remember her saying since when is “in perpetuity” less than 50years. They probably did or tried to do it since the property must have gotten very expensive over the years, but you know how they are in Illinois don’t mess with a will. One of my cousins (21) got killed coming home from work at O’Hare and his father was a Chicago policeman. Summary of his comments:
1. Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn’t show his emotions. It’s very hard to know what’s behind the mask. The taking down of the Clinton dynasty by a political neophyte was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time.
2. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton. He has a way of making you think he’s on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES!
3. Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism. He can’t be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada .
4. His three main goals are to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government. He doesn’t care about the auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada . God forbid!
5. He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can’t work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he’s a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. He ran as a moderate, but will govern from the hard left. Again, watch what he does, not what he says.
6. Obama doesn’t really see himself as President of the United States , but more as a ruler over the world. He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America , as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!
7. He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future. He has a huge ego, and Dr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.
8. Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong. Republicans are pining for another Reagan, but there will never be another like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl (except for his terrible speech in February) are the future of the party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future. We need to return to the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and state’s rights.
9. The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are spending trillions that we don’t have. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity. The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn’t work, nor will the stimulus package. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama’s allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.
10. The election was over in mid-September when Lehman brothers failed, fear and panic swept in, we had an unpopular President, and the war was grinding on indefinitely without a clear outcome. The people are in pain, and the mantra of change caused people to act emotionally. Any Dem would have won this election; it was surprising it was as close as it was.
11. In 2012, if the unemployment rate is over 10%, Republicans will be swept back into power. If it’s under 8%, the Dems continue to roll. If it’s between 8-10%, it will be a dogfight. It will all be about the economy. I hope this gets you really thinking about what’s happening in Washington and Congress. There is a left-wing revolution going on, according to Krauthammer, and he encourages us to keep the faith and join the loyal resistance. The work will be hard, but we’re right on most issues and can reclaim our country, before it’s far too late.
Do yourself a long term favor, send this to all who will listen to an intelligent assessment of the big picture. All our futures and children’s futures depend on our good understanding of what is really going on in DC, and our action pursuant to that understanding!! It really IS up to each of us to take individual action!! Start with educating your friends and neighbors!!!

Sounds street smart, throws around some ten dollar words but not too intellectual to me at all. On charm I would go to the snake/mongoose attraction. I don’t and never have seen anything charming or attractive about this guy. I notice comments everywhere are getting more pointed as opposed to veiled. Guys in Congress are being described to use a kind word as eunuchs and more and more are more than hinting that Obama is more attracted to not the opposite sex. Can you see our military reacting to that little issue? He is just so totally boring to me other than his usurper issues.
Charles K is a brilliant man. I could sit and listen to him for hours if they’d give him enough air time. I agree with his analysis of the GOP future leaders, except is Jindahl eligible for the top job or is he not a NBC either?

Right, P.D! I was talking to my lung doc today and clued her in-she wasn’t aware of the Baxter/Novartis issues. Neither she, nor her hubby and two young’uns will be getting the H1N1 vaccine, either. She agreed that the FDA is going full-throttle to push this stuff out there.
Please also keep in mind that this will be yet another ‘created’ crisis this fall.
I hope that the momentum continues with the awakening of the Conservatives back to the Constitution. We can’t stop at health care. Personally, I won’t be happy until Monsanto stops messing with our food supply, Baxter and Novartis stop experimenting with our bodies, and (whoever) stops spraying chemicals across the skies.
There is so much to do.

Many posters ask what needs to be done next.
That question cannot be answered completely in an open forum, because Obamaniacs want to know what we will do next too.
But what we need to do is get a unified strategy, and stop nit picking the constitutional crisis.
If we don’t organize, the Usurper will trample us, because in every revolution, the best organized wins.
The South had a great deal of zeal and the better generals; but they lacked financial organization and economic initiative to respond to the needs of the struggle they began; and they had no idea that they would be met with organized opposition, which Lincoln brought to bear.
(I mention this as an example, I am not a Southerner…nor a Northerner, my relatives all imigrated here after the Civil War.)
But the South lost because the North was more organized, even if its generals were almost universally incompetent and corrupt.
Some common things that can be openly discussed are:
1) Need to focus attention of everyone you know on the NBC issue, and the Constitutoinal Crisis as the fundamental reason to oust the Usurper.
2) Need to explain the personal danger everyone is in from of all Obama’s programs and laws.
3) Need to explain the totalitarian trajectory of the man and his regime; his Nazi tactics, the goals of a Communist revolution
4) Need to exlain the absolute necessity of loyalty to the Cosntitution in this hour, and why hesitation and delay mean not only defeat, but enslavement for their children and grandchildren…
5) Need to recruit concerned citizens, who recognize this, into organizations that will do something, not just talk.
6) For this purpose there needs to be an identification of groups which espouse nn. 1-4 entirely, and accept esp. the definition of NBC cited by Scotus 7 times, that of Vattel.
7) We need direct attention of fellow citizens to websites of these groups and explain why other groups are obstacles to freedom so long as they refuse to recognize the problem.
8) Show that the GOP and DNC are tools in the hands of the same NWO folk, and how no trust can be given them any more
9) Expose the press as a propaganda machine which is now, after Obama, Public Enemy no. 1…
10) Encourage everyone to take the safeguarding of their own liberty into their own hands, with proper preparations, from owning and using a gun, joining a militia, having a family escape plan, knowing how to respond to abuses of Federal and State authority, etc…

Well i was wondering if the case that this announcement was put forth as evidence, can the defendant be held liable for entering false evidence? If in fact the announcements don’t exist what course could be taken to reignite the case. Seems important to find out either way, if not for future cases.

General elections are overseen by the states. We are talking state A’sG. ‘All politics are local’ is not just wishful thinking. These people live and operate in the community. They want to be re-elected. They might even aspire to higher office. It’s not as easy to ignore your constituents when you are in the same state, not in D.C.
If they won’t listen, go to the local press with all of your information, and explain you brought this to the attention of the AG, who ignored you.

They decide that since the first 5 water-tight compartment have been breached, the ship was doomed and we all know what happened. It was determined nothing could have been done except that they could have slowed down the sinking, thus giving more time for more rescue ships to arrive. This could be done by opening the remainder compartments thereby allowing the ship to sink in a more level and slower way, giving more time to rescue more survivors. I think our Government has decided that our country is like the Titantic and they are going to spend all they before we sink and like “rats on a sinking ship” they will grab all they can for themselves. A couple of weeks ago I contacted one of the Newspapers and inquired about buying papers from the 1960’s and the lady I spoke with said that they don’t have anything like that for sale only the last 4 weeks.

I agree with an Alan Keyes , Sarah Palin ticket – passion , truth- the color gender argument is totally invisible with people like these two – they are true Americans with a moral compass and they exude wisdom because they are God fearing God centered beings – they understand what is at stake when the ” one nation under God ” is illregarded in its importance to our survival as a nation .
