I just came across something pertinent to the Judge Robertson Hollister decision. Remember I called his office and spoke to his clerk who said he contributed the word “frivolous” admitting it was not a frivolous case and that the media would run with that word.
Robertson said the issue had been “twittered and blogged” thus resolved, he was saying that he counted on the factcheck blog and KOS picture of the COLB as all the data he needed.
Pro-Obama bloggers point to a concept called “best evidence” wherein if there was no other evidence around, the facsimile is the “best evidence” of the COLB. Hollister begs discovery rights to the original COLB (you’d think if the photo of it was on the web the original would not be a problem to produce–which validates the 2 court vetted experts who testify it is a forgery).
HOWEVER, FactCheck does say their, “representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate{{please note the COLB is NOT a birth certificate, that is a lie}}, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago.”
So factcheck says the original is housed at 233 North Michigan, Chicago, IL. Says so right on the blog which Robertson said was the end of the evidence chain (which it cannot be). So the “best evidence” is the 233North Michigan Chicago, IL COLB. That’s what Hollister needs as far as his “discovery rights”, because that’s what Judge Robertson is basing his dismissal upon, because that’s what factcheck says it used as a subject to be photographed for their site and KOS.
Never mind that the original COLB as well as the vault birth certificate also exist in Hawaii.

The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act, known as the GIVE Act, was passed yesterday by a 321-105 margin and now goes to the Senate.
Under section 6104 of the bill, entitled “Duties,” in subsection B6, the egislation states that a commission will be set up to investigate, “Whether a workable, fair, and reasonable mandatory service requirement for all able young people could be developed, and how such a requirement could be implemented in a manner that would strengthen the social fabric of the Nation and overcome civic challenges by bringing together people from
diverse economic, ethnic, and educational backgrounds.”
Section 120 of the bill also discusses the “Youth Engagement Zone Program” and states that “service learning” will be “a mandatory part of the curriculum in all of the secondary schools served by the local educational agency.”
“The legislation, slated to cost $6 billion over five years, would create 175,000 “new service opportunities” under AmeriCorps, bringing the number of participants in he national volunteer program to 250,000. It would also create
additional “corps” to expand the reach of volunteerism into new sectors, including a Clean Energy Corps, Education Corps, Healthy

A lawyer
involved with a lawsuit against ACORN, or the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, has told WND that the organization is aware of the problems that are generated for elections officials when thousands or even millions of registrations are dumped into the system just before a deadline.
The comments came from Heather Heidelbaugh, the vice president of the Republican National Lawyers Association, today.
She also testified before Congress on the issue.
Her comments came in an interview with RadioAmerica.org.

She reports she sued ACORN in Pennsylvania during the 2008 election when the organization, with whom President President Barack Obama has a long history, was being investigated by four different jurisdictions in just that state.
“They hire people who are very poorly equipped to do the kind of work, or not trained at all,” she said.
“They they tell workers is to walk up to individuals and ask if they voted in the last election. They don’t ask them if they’re registered. That produces thousands if not millions of duplicate registrations. It burdens local election officials to the extent they have to extend their work hours, and they are unable to properly process registrations,” she said.
The GOP has said ACORN is little more than a front organization for Democrats, even though it is supposed to be nonpartisan.
It also was just announced that ACORN is one of the groups picked by the government to do a major part of the 2010 Census work, which will kick off in about a year.

My suggest is if anyone wants to spend time on this, do not focus on Soetoro’s paperwork. Focus on Dunham’s and Obama Sr’s paperwork. These should be obtainable easily as both are deceased. This includes:

– Citizenship data for Dunham (check to ensure she did not become a Kenyan citizen)
– Residency data fromKenya and the UK.
That should get you pointed in the right direction. Based on my opinion, Obama Jr. was born in Hawaii to 2 Kenyan citizens, Obama Sr. and Dunham. It ensures that Obama Jr. would not have been orphaned due to Dunham being sentenced to poligamy, and ensures Obama Sr. still has his legacy in tact.

Anyone who is investigating the files should know that it UK the month comes before the year. In other words Obama’s birthdate would be 4/8/1961 in the UK instead of 8/4/1961 in the US.

Fact check used to have an admission to this fact on their BO birth certificate web site. It has changed since then and the references to his UK citizenship have been scrubbed. Oddly enough his birth certificate also has been updated, with a different picture than had previously been on the web site.
The fact that BO had duel citizenship at the time of his birth until he was 21 years old, makes him uneligible to serve as POTUS. Regardless of where he was born, he was a citizen of the UK. That means he cannot be POTUS. Everyone should write a letter to:

Walt was informed that his most recent column, which he filed as a criminal complaint in the U.S. Attorny’s Office in Knoxville, U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee and Ass, was being responded to by a criminal complaint against Walter himself; that the complaint he filed was ignored and was the basis for the complaint against himself.
The criminal Complaint against Walt specifically stated that Walter’s complaint was considered a threat against the President of the United States.
Walter was interviewed by these officers in his yard and house and openly stated his belief of his criminal complaint along with his own personal documentation to defend his complaint and why he believed it to be true.
Walter was not arrested and the officers who visited his home responded by telling him the apparent threat against the President was unfounded and they left the premisis without incident.
Walter was not arrested, no search throughout his home was done and the officers were professional.

Interesting. It’s a shame walt wasn’t arrested and accused. He would have standing and all Walt would have had to say is:
“I can’t be charged with threatening the ‘president’ when he’s not the President!”
Now we know why he was only harrassed.
It’s a crying shame that he can’t do something about it because of the harassment.
If you believe Barry’s story about being born in Hawaii, then there wouldn’t be any records in Kenya to seal. Sealed records in Kenya means there is something to hide? How about a birth certificate and passport records?

I can’t cite the source, but I did read that Dunham was in Kenya with Obama, Sr. when she was 8.5 months pregnant with The Chosen One. Back then, the airlines were careful about very pregnant women flying due to the possibility of a birth on board. That would cause a problem as to exactly whose airspace the baby was born in, causing potential citizenship difficulties.
I understand that she was denied boarding on a flight back to the U.S. to have her baby.
Kenya holds the answer, I think, but again, more sealed records. The State of Hawaii is one thing, but Kenya is a different animal completely.
I think that the answers are in Mombasa.

Speedy, I agree with you 100%.
I used to not think much about the Special Olympics until I witnessed the competition locally and saw how much hard work these athletes put into their sport. No, they’re not Michael Phelps or Tom Brady, but I’ve never seen a group of people try so hard to be the best they can be in my life. Just to get out there and compete with physical or mental challenges takes stones…a ton of them!
For this aristocratic, lying usurper to even make a crack like that proves exactly what kind of person he is.

Obama’s father was a British Subject. UKC citizenship was “acquired” one had to earn it by, naturalization, registration, declaration or by birth on or after a 1948. The British Parliament issued the CUKC, based on the desire of the individual or the birthplace of the child. Parliament wouldn’t just take that “earned citizenship” away, unless the person denounced.

On Independence day the commonwealth citizens and the British Protected Persons became Kenyan Citizens. If Ann and ObamaSr.

and wife it was because they did not acquire UKC citizenship.
