William Ayers, Professor of education, University of Illinois, Chicago, former Weather Underground bomber and long time associate of Barack Obama, has been refused entry into Canada. This is a good start. Now we need to deport the illegal alien Obama.

An American education professor, one of the founders of a radical 1960s group known as the Weather Underground, which was responsible for a number of bombings in the United States in the early 1970s, was turned back at the Canadian border last night.
Dr. William Ayers, a professor of education at the University of Illinois-Chicago and a leader in educational reform, was scheduled to speak at the Centre for Urban Schooling at University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. But that appearance has now been temporarily cancelled.
“I don’t know why I was turned back,” Ayers said in an interview this morning from Chicago. “I got off the plane like everyone else and I was asked to come over to the other side. The border guards reviewed some stuff and said I wasn’t going to be allowed into Canada. To me it seems quite bureaucratic and not at all interesting … If it were me I would have let me in. I couldn’t possibly be a threat to Canada.””

Barack Obama became a curiousity in the news when he sought and gained a US Senate seat and spoke at the Democrat Convention in 2004. When Obama began his run for the presidency he, of course, became more news worthy. However, the one event and breaking story that probably gained the attention of more people and subsequently caused Obama to be scrutinized more by more people, was the YouTube video and allegation from Larry Sinclair of a drug and sex encounter with Obama in November 1999. This was the catalyst for me and many others to examine the life, character and associations of Obama more closely. Not only did many more people get involved reasearching Obama, but Larry Sinclair’s websites became a gathering place for sharing information and and experiences with the Obama camp that varied from personal attacks and death threats to tampering of information on the internet and shutting down of sites questioning Obama.
We witnessed a new paradyme of news gathering and presentation. The MSM failed to report the truth about
Obama and Sean Hannity referred to this as the death of journalism. The internet began to take over as
the only place to find out about the real Obama. Of course the Obama camp tried it’s best to thwart the efforts by citizen journalists. This is where Larry Sinclair and many other bloggers and internet reporters stepped in. Despite the MSM not only ignoring the Larry Sinclair allegations and other important stories about Obama and along with the Obama camp trying to discredit Sinclair and anyone questioning Obama, Larry Sinclair and the internet news prevailed.
Larry Sinclair is publishing a book about his encounter with Obama in 1999 and the bigger story of his
experience trying to get Obama to be held accountable and making the public aware. This is an incredible
story that I have watched play out from a front row seat to my astonishment and disbelief. Up to this point
in my life, I have only read about experiences like this happening in other countries. However, despite
this all appearing surreal, it did indeed happen. As soon as Larry Sinclair produced his YouTube video,
he received personal attacks and death threats on his person and family, website attacks and eventual
incarceration in Delaware. This did not happen in the Soviet Union, Kenya or South America. This happened
in America.
I have followed, researched and written about the Larry Sinclair story probably more than any other source.
I can state with authority that Larry Sinclair could not have made up this story. I hope to write a book in the
near future and will elaborate on that and cover the other stories I have been associated with. However,
only Larry Sinclair can tell his story. Here is a quick statement that I sent to Larry recently for possible
inclusion in his book:
“The Larry Sinclair story was the catalyst for me and many others to begin questioning
the character and background of Barack Obama, a candidate that most of us knew little about.
Mr. Sinclair’s allegations appeared preposterous at first but captured my curiousity.
I began by examining the Official Illinois State Senate records for the period of November 3 – 8,
1999. I discovered that Obama was missing on November 4, 1999. I thought, “interesting.”
I then read the transcripts from the Tim Russert, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times.
All three interviews asked Obama about his records during his tenure in the Illinois
Senate. Obama was consistently vague and evasive in his answers. This piqued my curiousity more.
One thing led to another and within a few days I knew that we had a problem with Obama. I had reached
the point of no return and could not in good conscience abandon my efforts. I continued to follow
the Larry Sinclair story and watched it play out in detail. I got to know Larry and we achieved
a level of mutual trust that soon became a precious commodity.
The Larry Sinclair story evolved into at least four large separate stories:
1. The initial encounter with Obama in 1999.
2. The Donald Young controversy.
3. The attacks made on Larry Sinclair, those following his story and anyone questioning
the “messiah” Obama.
4. The changing and withholding of internet information and attempts to prevent Larry Sinclair
and others from reporting the truth.
I have come to know Larry Sinclair as a person and not just a story. I admire Larry for his
persistence in the face of incredible odds, his integrity and his patriotism.”

The Citizen Wells blog has been warning for many months now that the
Obama camp is very much like Brownshirts in Nazi Germany. The analogies
are many and are scary. Some people scoffed at or ridiculed the articles
but many commented in agreement. Some that appreciated the warnings
are Jewish and one had just visted a Holocaust Museum. Even Winston
Churchill was ridiculed when he gave warnings about the Nazis. A commenter on PatDollard.com, tps, has written a compelling article and warning about the Obama camp. The writer claims to be a student of history and like anyone questioning the “messiah”, Obama, has been ridiculed.
Consider these exerpts:

“Mr. Obama’s winning platform can be boiled down to one word: change.
Why?
I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.
And that is only the beginning.
And I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his “brown shirts” would bully them into submission. And then, he was duly elected to office, a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world.
He did it with a compliant media–did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and . . . change. And the people surely got what they voted for.

Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.
Don’t forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years–a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency–it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with them.”

Are any of the above provisions of the US Constitution not important?
All during the 2008 election, people have received personal attacks and
death threats for questioning Barack Obama. Obama has contributed to
this Nazi Germany, Brownshirt like atmosphere. Obama is not eligible to
be president. The US Constitution must be upheld despite threats of
recial tensions and race riots. Do the people threatening race riots
want to ignore the Constitution? If so, perhaps they want the part
ensuring the right to all people to vote to be ignored. The following is from the Philip J Berg amended complaint that states Obama is not eligible
to be presidednt. The lawsuit is currently before the US Supreme Court:
“94. On September 2, 2008, an avid Obama supporter, Fatimah Ali, an Opinion writer for The Philadelphia Daily News reported Ms. Ali’s opinion, “If McCain wins, look for a full-fledged race and class war, fueled by a deflated and depressed country, soaring crime, homelessness – hopelessness!”
95. Fox News followed this story publishing, “A fanatical Obama supporter in Philadelphia is threatening a race war if John McCain wins”
96. Obama stated to a crowd of his supporters, “I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face…You are my Ambassadors”, as quoted in a newspaper article published in the San Francisco Gate, by Kathleen Hennessey, Associated Press Writer, on September 17, 2008. Obama is furthering racial tension and promoting attacks on non-supporters, which is creating racial tension and violence in our communities, of which Plaintiff has been victim too.
97. Obama and his campaign have abused their position and the law for intimidation purposes to stop people from free speech when the speech includes criticism or questioning of Obama in violation of Plaintiff’s and other American’s civil Rights.
98. Missouri Governor Matt Blunt issued a Press Release stating in pertinent part, “What Senator Obama and his helpers are doing is scandalous beyond words…… abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment. This abuse of the law for intimidation insults the most sacred principles and ideals of Jefferson. I can think of nothing more offensive to Jefferson’s thinking than using the power of the state to deprive Americans of their civil rights. The only conceivable purpose of Messrs. McCulloch, Obama and the others is to frighten people away from expressing themselves, to chill free and open debate, to suppress support and donations to conservative organizations targeted by this anti-civil rights, to strangle criticism of Mr. Obama, to suppress ads about his support of higher taxes, and to choke out criticism on television, radio, the Internet, blogs, e-mail and daily conversation about the election. “Barack Obama needs to grow up……Enlisting Missouri law enforcement to intimidate people and kill free debate is reminiscent of the Sedition Acts – not a free society.”
99. As a result of Obama’s message to the People of America, Plaintiff has suffered damage to his reputation and discrimination and fears for his safety as a result of attempting to protect his rights and verify the eligibility of Obama to serve as President of the United States. Plaintiff has been repeatedly called a racist and verbally assaulted for bringing forward this lawsuit against Obama. Plaintiff is not a racist and is a paid Life Member of the NAACP. Plaintiff has received numerous nasty emails accusing him of being a racist as a result of filing this action against Obama. Moreover, Plaintiff has been verbally assaulted by black individuals at a local store he frequents as well as in public for bringing suit against Obama questioning his citizenship status. All of which is in violation of Plaintiff’s right’s to due process of the law, equal protection of the laws and the Liberty Clause secured by the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
100. Defendants are attempting to change our United States Constitution without proper due process of law by allowing Obama to continue his campaign and continue seeking election as the President of the United States, knowing he is not a “natural born” citizen and the fact he may not even be a “naturalized” citizen.
101. It has been announced in the main stream media that Obama’s “briefing” has already begun into our National Secrets, our Nations Top Secrets, which Obama is not privy too and in violation of our National Security, as Obama is not a legal citizen of the United States. This has placed Plaintiff and other citizens of the United States in grave danger. Plaintiff’s Life, Liberty and Property rights guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution will further be violated if Obama is allowed to be voted into and assume the position of President of the United States; Plaintiff will be further damaged and is in serious jeopardy.”
The US Constitution must be upheld for the good of all citizens regardless of the consequences. The rule of law must be maintained.
I hope that Justice Souter and the US Supreme Court will uphold the US Constitution. God help us if they do not.

Many people have been confused about the Philip J Berg lawsuit and the main contention of Mr. Berg and others regarding Obama not being eligible to be president. The next article, part three, will present the arguments from Mr. Berg’s lawsuit, separated from the other parts of the lawsuit. Mr. Berg maintains, as I do, that Obama was born in Kenya. However, the main argument of the Berg lawsuit is that Obama became an Indonesian citizen, he remains an Indonsian citizen and is an illegal alien, regardless of where he was born.

It was reported yesterday, November 6, 2008, that an Asheville NC school teacher, Diantha Harris, was using improper political propaganda in a classroom. Today it was learned that the teacher is employed by the Fayetteville NC, Cumberland County, school system. Superintendent Dr. William Harrison has put an official response on the school system’s website. Here is the official response:
“CCS Headline News – Superintendent’s Response to YouTubeI was shocked when I saw the clip of an interaction between a Cumberland County Schools teacher and her students as posted on YouTube. While neutral discussion of the political process is appropriate, at no time, particularly with elementary students, should a teacher infuse his/her political views into the discussion. Most disconcerting was the military slant that made its way into this discussion. We are a military community, serving over 15,000 military students and their families. We value the sacrifices, not only of the military parents but also those of their families.
We believe that military children are our children, military spouses are many of our employees, and military service men and women are our heroes. We proudly serve our military children and have received national awards for our support of military families.
I was particularly disturbed to see the uncomfortable position in which our children were placed due to the inappropriate actions of one of our teachers. Please be assured that the actions exhibited in this video are not consistent with the vision of the CCS. Moreover, the actions of one teacher do not represent the 7000 employees in our organization.
Once the video was brought to my attention, I immediately launched an investigation. Personnel laws prevent me from releasing information regarding individual employees and personnel action taken. I can assure you that upon completion of the investigation, I will take appropriate action.

I spoke to Larry Sinclair a few minutes ago. He was several hours away
from Chicago and stated that he hopes to attend one of the Sunday

church that Obama attended for many years with Jeremiah Wright as

The Thought Police are real.
Many of us believed things would get worse if Obama gets elected. Well,
they have gotten worse already. The Thought Police, part of the
nightmare world revealed by George Orwell in “1984” are alive and
functioning in Missouri. The people in control in Orwell’s world
fabricated lies that included revisionist history, just as the Obama
camp has done. And just like the government of “Big Brother“, Obama
and the Obama camp are telling the lies and enforcing compliance.
Anyone questioning the reality of Obama, the messiah is attacked.

I would like to add some insight into this behaviour by the Obama camp. As many of you are aware, Obama visited Kenya in 2006 and helped his cousin Raila Odinga campaign. Odinga campaigned as a member of the ODM party. One of the strategies of the ODM party, taken directly from one of their leaked documents, is this:

Our core supporters are essentially young people who are angry about the domination of Kibaki politics by frail septuagenarians.
Billboards and leaflets ridiculing the old people in the Kibaki team; contrast this with billboards of Hon Raila with young people- the promise of a buoyant future.”
