The Blagojevich trial continues today. Ali Ata should continue his testimony.

Obama has appointed a panel to investigate the Gulf Oil Disaster. Already the inclination of Obama and some panel members to blame Americans for “America’s addiction to oil” is surfacing. Clearly the federal government, the Obama Administration, Ken Salazar and the Interior Department share some of the blame for this environmental and human disaster. Read more at Citizen News.

To blame Americans for consuming energy is absurd and illogical. If I point my finger at myself and the rest of the country for anything it would be for not insisting many years ago that we develop a energy policy and effort on par with the moon program, to develop alternative energy and energy independence.

November 2010 elections, 5 months away, Blagojevich trial, US economy

The November elections are 5 months away. Obama has the lowest approval ratings in history. More and more people see the picture of the real Obama emerging. Unemployment is high, the US economy is faltering and security of the US in the world arena is in jeopardy.

It is apparent that no court, no legal remedy will challenge Obama’s eligibility in the near term. I believe that the Obama controlled US Justice Department will work to shorten the Blagojevich trial. As cocky and self confident as Blagojevich appears, he is no fool. The spectre of many years in prison is a reality if the trial plays out the way the Rezko trial did. Obama and the Democrats will do whatever is necessary to keep this circus from playing out too close to the elections.

Obama and the Orwellian and Gestapo like Obama administration are attempting to control the internet. They already control the mainstream media. I have a simple message for Obama, the FCC and any Orwellian component of government that attempts to thwart our efforts to present the truth.

I shook my head in disbelief as I read the following article. Is there a gameplan scripted by the Obama camp controlling articles written by the AP? The AP article written in 2008 regarding the announcement by HI Health Department Director Dr. Fukino was at best misleading and at worst an outright lie. Read the following exerpts and then full article and compare them to the legal documents describing Rod Blagojevich’s activities over many years. See how they mesh.

“Former Ill. governor faces fight of his life”

“In the year and a half since his arrest, Rod Blagojevich has lost his job and become a political pariah and a comic punch line. But he’s maintained the bravado that defined him as governor with repeated declarations of innocence that are vintage Blago: Confrontational. In the limelight. Never giving an inch.

“There has always been a damn-the-torpedoes aspect to his personality,” says State Rep. John Fritchey, a friend-turned-critic.

That’s been obvious as the impeached governor has popped up everywhere: Early morning radio, late-night TV. On stage with Second City comic actors lampooning him. At a block party where the avid Elvis fan crooned one of The King’s songs.

And most recently, Blagojevich, now 53, was on “The Celebrity Apprentice,” where he seemed baffled by a computer, and was, for the second time in a year, fired.

“I think people are intrigued by him, fascinated by him,” claims Glenn Selig, his Florida-based publicist.

So is it wise for Blagojevich to be clowning around while facing serious charges?

“I think he has a great sense of humor and he’s willing to laugh at himself,” Selig says. “Self-deprecation is not necessarily a bad thing. He’s the real deal.””

“”His ego won’t allow him to give up the stage,” says Kent Redfield, a professor emeritus of politics at the University of Illinois-Springfield. “He has this supreme confidence in his ability to win people over.”

Blagojevich’s loose-lipped style has some former associates wondering if the ex-governor’s endless patter is designed to show potential jurors he’s full of political bluster, not criminal intent.

Blagojevich has his own explanation.

“I … have this need to tell everyone and anyone who would listen that I didn’t do anything wrong and that I am innocent of any criminal wrongdoing … ,” he wrote in “The Governor.”

Blagojevich maintains he wasn’t trying to sell or trade Obama’s Senate seat and was trying to arrange a deal in which he’d appoint Lisa Madigan, the state’s attorney general. In exchange, her father, House Speaker Michael Madigan, his nemesis, would push through a public works bill the governor wanted.”

“Milorad “Rod” Blagojevich has long regarded himself as a fighter for the little people.
He sees his life as an American dream that unraveled into a tragedy of Shakespearean proportions: The son of a Yugoslav-born steelworker, he was raised in a blue-collar family, attended law school and climbed the political ladder, he says, only to fall victim to betrayal and jealousy.”

“”He’s personable,” Green says. “He speaks well on his feet. He’s good-looking. … And he was able to raise an awful lot of money.”

When Blagojevich was elected in 2002, he already was eyeing a bigger prize: the White House.

Democrats were thrilled to have one of their own in the governor’s chair for the first time in 26 years. But Blagojevich soon made enemies on both sides of the aisle.

“He enjoyed the sexy part of government, the glad-handing, the attention of followers,” says Fritchey, the state lawmaker. “But at a certain point, you’ve got to get out of campaign mode and into governing. That’s where he had difficulty.””

“Blagojevich claims in his book that he’s a “big picture” guy who didn’t want to be “slowed down by having to spend my time mired in a bureaucracy that could be like quicksand.” ”

“Still, Blagojevich, bolstered by a Democratic majority, racked up a list of accomplishments: He raised the minimum wage (angering some business groups), provided state-subsidized health insurance to every child in Illinois, banned discrimination of gays and lesbians, increased education spending, won approval to expand preschool and increased mammogram and cervical cancer screening for uninsured women.

“He did a lot of good,” says Clifford Kelley, a former Chicago alderman who now is a talk show host on a black radio station and has welcomed Blagojevich as a guest. “Once two ladies called to thank him for saving their lives” with mammograms, he says.”

“Blagojevich plans to testify at his trial, one more step in his high-profile campaign. Will it succeed?

“I don’t know if it’s a plan or it’s just goofy,” Green says. “… If it does work, he’s a genius … and I guarantee you he’ll run for office again — as a victim.””

Sharon Cohen, a national writer for The Associated Press based in Chicago, wrote this article. I wonder if Sharon read the criminal complaint or indictments against Blagojevich?

In 2008, the Obama Campaign used a great deal of money from undocumented donors, a legion of paid bloggers, internet thugs and a complicit press to spin their Orwellian lies. The Obama Campaign paid The Huffington Post $ 55,354 in 2008. That of course is what was reported to the FEC and  is the tip of the iceberg. I have heard Obama refer to The Huffington Post on several occasions. The last time was the last straw. The Citizen Wells blog has written about The Huffington Post acting as an arm of the Obama camp to smear opposition to Obama. You can expect more.

Listen to the following Obama speech, if you can stomach it. He mentions The Huffington Post at around 1 minute 57 seconds. The speech is cleverly (in the wicked sense) written. It mixes truths, half truths and lies.

Those of you following this blog are aware of my repeated references to George Orwell’s novel, “1984.” We have watched our world transform even deeper into the doctrine and thought control prophesied by Orwell. Long time followers of this blog also know that I refrain from knee jerk reactions and endeavor to present documented facts. That is why I waited several days to react to the apparent manipulation of my articles about the Rod Blagojevich trial.
Altering of information on the internet is not new. We watched in amazement early in 2008 when information was being scrubbed or altered. Orchestrated efforts from the Obama camp, the Obama thugs shut down blogs and websites such as Larry Sinclair’s. There have been ongoing reports of search engine manipulation. Even a casual observer could see we were entering the world of “1984.”

Reports of Obama being associated with multiple social security numbers in multiple geoprahic locations have surfaced for well over a year. Private investigators have been employed to do research and recently these reports were gaining prominence in the search engines. World Net Daily presented an article on May 12, 2010 that Questions Google hiding these articles.

“Internet giant Google today was hushing up the new dispute over President Obama’s strange Social Security number by diverting searches for news reports on the issue to unrelated stories about Elena Kagan, oil, Tampa and the Federal Reserve.
The actual story, posted on WND.com, explained how two private investigators – working independently – are asking why Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.
Under a Google news search for “President Obama Social Security number,” the top four results all quoted, “By Jerome R. Corsi Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants…”
Is Google ‘evil’? Read the arguments in Joseph Farah’s “Stop the Presses!”
However, the first link is to Politico’s story about “Gay rights central to Elena Kagan fight,” the second links to Politico’s “Senate clears measure to audit Federal Reserve” story, the third links to a Politico story about the GOP plans for a convention in Tampa in 2012, and the last links to a Politico story about “Oil executives play pass the buck.”
Google spokesman Jake Hubert told WND that it appeared to be a “bug in the snippets.”
He said the company was looking into it.”

I am constantly doing internet searches to keep up with news, do research, to make certain my stories are showing up and to see how they rank. Recently I have been following more closely my articles on the Rod Blagojevich trial. My motivation has been high.

Because of my disgust about the Blagojevich trial story being misrepresented and downplayed by Blogojevich in harmony with our entertainment based media and those purporting to report the news, I have cranked out a series of articles about the real story, the numerous indictment counts, the long time involvement in corruption in Chicago and Illinois and especially the strong ties to Tony Rezko, Stuart Levine and yes, Obama, as well as a host of others. These articles ranked high on Google using basic search terms such as “Blagojevich trial May 2010.”
Much to my surprise, on May 10, 2010, the search “Blagojevich trial” yielded a ranking of # 3 on Google. A decent ranking on Google was expected, and I believe warranted, due to the extensive array of Balgojevich articles going back to April of 2008, combined with the activity level of the blog. I did not expect that to last. I also did not expect the more explicit searches to not find my article.
At 9:52 PM on May 10, 2010, Larry Sinclair called about another subject. We talked about a variety of things and I mentioned that I had a gut feeling that something about Obama was about to break. Two other things were mentioned during the conversation. His phone conversations being monitored and I mentioned the Google ranking. Within approximately 12 hours of this conversation, the morning of May 11, 2010, I noticed the big change in ranking of my recent Blagojevich trial articles. They were, in fact, fundamentally being hidden by Google. They weren’t just nudged down in the ranking. I had to get very explicit and even add citizenwells to the end to find some of them.
I commented on this fact on the blog and many regular commenters did searches. The hiding did not happen across the internet. Dogpile, which gathers searches across multiple search engines, still reflected a high ranking for the Blagojevich trial articles as did Yahoo and others such as Bing. I let the dust settle and kept monitoring Google. As of this morning, Google is still “hiding” the more recent articles. The ones that are particulary damning for Blagojevich, Obama and the mainstream media.

A search on Dogpile, approximately 14 hours ago yielded the following:

First I will state, this search exceeded my expections and would not be expected to repeat. This morning’s search was more normal. What is important from an analysis of the above is the fact that Bing found the May 11, 2010 article and not Google. Google only presented the older articles. The latest articles from Google were the Rezkorama link to the May 12, 2010 article and the Free Republic link to the April 5, 2010 CW article.
Something has changed at Google.The timing is highly suspicious. Do I believe that the Obama thugs are involved? Absolutely.
Will the Obama thugs ultimately win? No!
Help spread the word. Google will ultimately be held accountable. Ask those in your sphere of influence to read the Blagojevich Indictment and read articles here and elesewhere that reveal the truth. Ask other website owners to do the same. Googles’  immediate response was proper. “Blagojevich trial, Google manipulation” is fairly specific and should show my article. My recent articles, up to several days ago, were presented in this “normal” fashion. If Google has a satisfactory answer, I will post it.

This blog has presented numerous articles comparing the Obama camp and Obama Administration to the Orwellian world of “1984” and Nazi Germany. The attacks on people and information coming from the Obama camp have incessantly spewed forth against anyone questioning Obama. That is bad enough. However, we have had idiot, biased judges and other government officials ignorantly referring to court cases and using the terms citizen and natural born citizen interchangeably.
Yesterday, a commenter on this blog mentioned the attempt from an Obama blogger to create a court case in Virginia, allegedly dismissed against Obama. Here is the article from November 19, 2008.

The Virginia lawsuit (actually a Petition for Writ of Mandamus) was filed today. Ironically, we almost missed filing and serving due to the thousands of people downtown today to see Obama speak. In even better news, the Honorable Walter W. Stout III, the chief judge, granted our motion for an emergency hearing and set a briefing schedule. We were required to serve the Board of Elections a copy of the schedule today (which we did). We must file our brief and all supporting evidence on Friday. The Board of Elections has until the 28th to file a response.

We may file a reply on the 29th and the hearing will be held on the 30th at 1:30p.m.
We did send copies of the suit and orders to the local media, but unlike some people, we are more interested in pursuing the legal battle, not whoring ourselves out to the media. For that same reason we are not setting up a website or soliciting donations.

“If this is not another attempt by the Obama camp to shore up credibility and discredit those such as Philip J Berg, please respond with proof to the contrary.

1. I conducted multiple searches for the case at http://wasdmz2.courts.state.va.us/CJISWeb/circuit.html — Using a variety of names, including Board of Elections, Elections, Election, etc. — and no case was reported.

2. I contacted Judge Stout’s Office (the judge in the case, per Wild Bill. (Info at http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/circuit/Richmond/home.html). The clerk there could find no record of the case in the docket.

3. I contacted two local Richmond newspapers, with all the info available. There was no subsequent report on the case. Given that at least local news has reported on all similar cases, I find it very hard to believe that local Richmond news would not report on such a substantial opinion.”

Many of you following this blog are aware of my quoting “1984” by George Orwell and comparing our new age ushered in by the Obama camp of Orwellian lies and Orwellian manipulation of information, to the bleak world portrayed by Orwell.
The first article presented on this blog, on February 28, 2008, had a prophetic ring that resonates loudly now. Before starting this blog early in 2008, I had been a regular visitor on many blogs and forums and noticed a disturbing trend developing. There appeared to be an orchestrated attempt to paint the economy and the housing market in bleak terms. While this struck me at the time as interesting, looking back with the clarity of hindsight and knowledge of the schemes of the far left to manipulate and pull down our financial institutions, it makes much more sense.

The first article here that mentioned Orwell and “1984” in the context of the Obama camp was on March 22, 2008. Orwell watched Nazi Germany play out and their repetition of big lies.

One of the Orwellian Obama thugs, well know across the internet is smrstrauss. An article was presented here on February 12, 2010 revealing the Orwellian attempts at disinformation by smrstrauss.

Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

Robert Gibbs, White House Press Secretary,  lied about Obama’s  birth certificate.

Lie 1: Gibbs put Obama’s birth certificate on the internet.

Lie 2: The state of Hawaii confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Lou Dobbs, while still on CNN asked why Obama doesn’t present a legitimate birth certificate.

Sean Hannity, on his radio show, stated it was ok to question Obama’s eligibility.

So, Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly, are you going to hold Robert Gibbs accountable?
