This blog has presented numerous articles comparing the Obama camp and Obama Administration to the Orwellian world of “1984” and Nazi Germany. The attacks on people and information coming from the Obama camp have incessantly spewed forth against anyone questioning Obama. That is bad enough. However, we have had idiot, biased judges and other government officials ignorantly referring to court cases and using the terms citizen and natural born citizen interchangeably.
Yesterday, a commenter on this blog mentioned the attempt from an Obama blogger to create a court case in Virginia, allegedly dismissed against Obama. Here is the article from November 19, 2008.

The Virginia lawsuit (actually a Petition for Writ of Mandamus) was filed today. Ironically, we almost missed filing and serving due to the thousands of people downtown today to see Obama speak. In even better news, the Honorable Walter W. Stout III, the chief judge, granted our motion for an emergency hearing and set a briefing schedule. We were required to serve the Board of Elections a copy of the schedule today (which we did). We must file our brief and all supporting evidence on Friday. The Board of Elections has until the 28th to file a response.
We may file a reply on the 29th and the hearing will be held on the 30th at 1:30p.m.
We did send copies of the suit and orders to the local media, but unlike some people, we are more interested in pursuing the legal battle, not whoring ourselves out to the media. For that same reason we are not setting up a website or soliciting donations.

2. I contacted Judge Stout’s Office (the judge in the case, per Wild Bill. (Info at http://www.courts.state.va.us/courts/circuit/Richmond/home.html). The clerk there could find no record of the case in the docket.
3. I contacted two local Richmond newspapers, with all the info available. There was no subsequent report on the case. Given that at least local news has reported on all similar cases, I find it very hard to believe that local Richmond news would not report on such a substantial opinion.”

Thank you for contacting me to express your concern about rumors that President Barack Obama is not a natural born U.S. Citizen. I appreciate your taking the time to contact me.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution states, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President.” While there is disagreement over the precise meaning of this clause, it is agreed that individuals born in the United States or born on U.S. military bases abroad (such as Senator John McCain) are eligible for the Presidency under the Constitution.
As you know, some questions were raised about whether President Obama is a natural born citizen. There was a recent lawsuit arguing that he is not eligible for the Presidency for this reason. I understand that the Supreme Court considered hearing this lawsuit, but it ultimately turned down the request to have the case considered before the full court. I further understand that the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health recently confirmed that President Obama was born in Honolulu and has personally verified that her agency has his original birth certificate on record. As you know, the U.S. Congress certified his election on January 8, and he was sworn into office on January 20, 2009.
I strongly disagree with President Obama on many issues. However, the courts who have considered this issue have concluded that he was elected as President of the United States through a fair process and has shown sufficient documentation, via a state birth certificate, that has been verified as being authentic. In short, therefore, there does not appear to be sufficient evidence to conclude that President Obama was ineligible for the office. However, please know that I will continue to monitor this important matter closely.

• September 27, 2009 — The Denver Post reports that Obama White House Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina allegedly offered a job in the Obama administration to ex-Colorado House Speaker Andrew Romanoff if Romanoff dropped his planned primary challenge to incumbent U.S. Senator Michael Bennet. Romanoff refuses comment and runs anyway.
• February 18, 2010 — Philadelphia TV anchor Larry Kane reports that on his just taped Comcast show, he had asked Democratic Congressman Joe Sestak, who is challenging incumbent Senator Arlen Specter whether it was true that the Obama administration had offered Sestak a job if he would withdraw from his primary challenge to Specter. Sestak answers “yes,” specifically saying the offer came from someone in the White House and that he, Sestak, turned down the offer. Sestak refuses to name who it was that made the offer. Two hours later, Kane calls the White House, plays them the tape, and asks for comment. The White House never calls him back.
• February 22, 2010 — In a column here in this space, both the Sestak and Romanoff stories are reported with new information: to offer jobs for favors is in fact a federal crime, and Sestak is in effect accusing the Obama White House of doing just that, just as the Denver Post, months earlier, effectively reported the same activity with Romanoff.
• February 22, 2010 — ABC White House correspondent Jake Tapper asks Obama White House press secretary Robert Gibbs for a reaction to the charge by Congressman Sestak. Replies Gibbs: “I was traveling for a couple of days, as you know. I haven’t looked into this.” He promises to get answers.
• March 1, 2010 — Seven days later, with no answers produced, Gibbs is asked again, this time by Fox News White House correspondent Major Garrett, Gibbs responds: “I have not made any progress on that. I was remiss on this and I apologize.”
• March 9, 2010 — Fifteen days later, Major Garrett asks again. Below, from the transcript provided by the White House:

One of the many issues that bother me re: Obama v/s our Constitution is: do some members of our current government have the right or to assume the right to start a war between our Constitution and our history from 1776 to present. This group seems to be saying any and all sacrifices made by generations of Americans do not count-everything in our history is for naught-a collision course with our history which is what is the most offensive problem of all. All of them should be banned permanently from ever putting their feet on the sacred ground of our military cemeteries. The scarifies of our military and their families should never be in vain.

Just called Congressman Issa’s office in CA…..I told him I supported him in his investigation of the White House and I also gave them the information on the illegal social security number that the FRAUD is using….his staffer said he wasn’t aware of that but he would pass the info on…..he took down my address and phone number in case Issa needs to contact me….I won’t hold my breath…..but who know…..maybe he has the “brass balls” we are looking for!!!

Can you do the following for all of us, and please post the response on The Post & eMail too? I have called before, it’s kind of nerve-wrecking but someone has to do this.
First, Fukino says she “holds, has seen, and cannot release” Obama’s Birth Certificate (which is NOT a COLB). A COLB is a certification of live birth, it’s only prima facie evidence (meaning you have to take it on face value until proven later) and it’s not court admissible.
Then she said that Obama’s “VITAL DOCUMENTS” state that he was born in Hawaii.
The Governor’s office says nobody can release data from Obama’s birth certificate without his express permission.
Remember also Hawaii had a law allowing foreign-borns to claim Hawaiian birth, these would be in the “vital documents” but not be on the original birth certificate.
Therefore, the data that Obama was born in Hawaii, did NOT come from Obama’s birth certificate, or they could not have released it. Further, the data from Obama’s VITAL DOCUMENTS could not have been put out without Obama’s express permission.
And so, since Obama himself published his COLB Hawaii can provide a duplicate of this, but they won’t (because it does not exist). Further, since Obama “had to” have given permission for Fukino to release information stating he was born in Hawaii, she is now at liberty to divulge those documents as well (but she won’t because they probably impugn Obama by his having used the foreign-born law).
So, some people need to call the Governor and ask to see Obama’s permission to reveal data from his vital documents.
Also, people need to be able to see a duplicate of the COLB since obviously Obama gave permission for it to be revealed.
Thirdly, we need to see the other “vital documents” from which Fukino made her statement, since she had to have been given permission to reveal from them by Obama or she can go to jail under a misdemeanor.
If you can do this, it would add to the knowledge pot! Remember The Post & EMail too, since they are doing the bulk of the grunt work on this.

Just called Titus’s office in DC….the girl who answered started to laugh at me when I said the FRAUD in our white house is not a natural born citizen….I stopped her and said….I don’t know how old you are but this is NO laughing matter….you are losing your country and further more I told her that he is operating on an illegal social security number that was given out in 1890….and would make him 120 years old….again she started to laugh and said social security numbers weren’t given out then….I don’t believe that is true but I didn’t have the rebuttal in front of me at the time….these staffers are ignorant and continue to not know what the heck they are talking about…..I left my name, address and phone number and asked for a call back!!

I completed today my U.S. Census form and crossed out all the questions that did not pertain to the census. In short, I gave nothing more than the number of household occupants and names. In addition, I sent this letter with the form.

I want to know what does my race, age or sex have to do with apportioning the U.S. House of Representatives? The next census might ask what type alternative fuel sources I use, amount of monthly water usage or type of vehicle I drive, and again I will ask; what does that have to do with apportioning the U.S. House of Representatives? The answers will be the same in accordance with the Constitution, Name and number of occupants; unless the census taker can show me a constitutional amendment stating such information is required for deriving the number of Representatives.”

JS, Exactly! There would still be a SS# for someone born in 1890. Just cuz it wasn’t issued at birth doesn’t mean there isn’t one. There is and he used one of em’ to commit fraud plain and simple. I did not received my SS # until I was 14 years old. It was not until the 1990’s (if my memory is correct) when manditory issue at birth for a SS took place.

Virginia Democratic blogger Not Larry Sabato posts the audio of a conversation with Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli — recorded, the bloggers says, during the transition — taking Obama conspiracy theories extremely seriously, and talking about legal options.
“It will get tested in my view when someone… when he signs a law, and someone is convicted of violating it and one of their defenses will be it is not a law because someone qualified to be President didn’t sign it,” Cuccinelli says on the recording, suggesting its “possible” that he would challenge it.

I doubt the man was drafted in WW2 due to his age, or he may have been in a trade that contributed to the war effort. Obama social security number was issued to someone born in 1890. I have yet to see an appropiate explanation for this…..FROM ANYONE. When Obama would have obtained student loans, he would have had to have a social security number, and in the 1970’s, THEY WERE NOT YET BEING RECYCLED.
As an employer, if I saw this, I would have things checked for identity theft. So, they didn’t issue SS number in 1890, but they DID issue them to people born in 1890.

I am in receipt of your letter from 03.03.10., reference S9H: AD2135 and I respectfully appeal your denial of disclosure of information under FOIA 5 USC 552 (b)(6) and I demand an administrative hearing within 30 days for the following reasons:
1. According to affidavits, provided by licensed investigators Mr. Neil Sankey and Ms. Susan Daniels (Exhibits A, B) Mr. Obama has used multiple social security numbers, which indicates social security fraud and identity theft. One does not have an expectation of privacy and right to privacy, when he uses identity of others. Moreover, such individual is subject to criminal prosecution for such crimes. If you, as a Social Security officer, upon receiving such information, are refusing to act and prosecute, you become complicit and subject to criminal liability for aiding and abetting of felonies, subornation of felonies and under RICO.
2. Social security number that Mr. Obama is using currently 042-68-4425, is a number, fraudulently obtained by Mr. Obama, as according to affidavits of Mr. Sankey, Ms. Daniels and former immigration officer, private investigator Mr. Sampson, this number was assigned between 1976-1977 in CT, while Mr. Obama resided at a time in HI. As a matter of fact, Mr. Obama never resided in CT.
3. 042-68-4425 was originally assigned to an individual born in 1890, which makes him 120 years old. It appears this individual applied for the benefits when he was older and retired, and needed some Medicaire or Medicaid benefits. Mr. Obama is not 120 years old.
4. Official Selective Service web site confirms Mr. Obama’s use of the SSN 042-68-4425
5. Anyone bringing forward the matter of this fraud is subjected to retaliation. Investigator Sankey lost his privileges to use Lexis Nexis, which effectively took away his ability to obtain livelihood as a licensed investigator. Mr. Sampson lost his privileges to use Locator service, which effectively took away his ability to obtain livelihood. Major Stefan Frederick Cook was fired from his $120,000 position working for defense contractor, officer Ronald Dischler in Belleview Texas was threatened with investigation. Such behavior by Obama administration is indicative of a need to hide incriminating evidence.
6. I am currently a Republican Party Candidate on the ballot running for the position of the Secretary of State of California. I personally, my husband and my three children were subjected to horrific intimidation, harassment, death threats, tampering with my car, cyber crimes, tampering with my pay-pal account, web site, defamation of character and other crimes.(see letter to Mr. Neal Kelley, Registrar of Voters of Orange County CA, Exhibit C). Persecutions were so horrific, that I had to seek protection from the UN, Civil Rights Defenders Commission in Geneva, Switzerland.
Wherefore, due to the above mentioned I demand disclosure of requested information, specifically original application for SSN 042-68-4425 and explanation of use of other multiple Social Security numbers by Mr. Obama. If you refuse to grant this appeal, I demand an administrative hearing within 30 days.

You can tell the age sometimes by the preceding numbers, mine begins with 408, husbands begins with 409……as I was taught he applied about 1,000,000 after me since the numbers are in chronological order and he said he did apply after me…….
Also, with XXX-XX-XXXX numbers, this allows for 999,999,999 before starting over with 1.

I think you are onto something here. As a foreign student he didn’t need a Social Security #.
How could someone have a child and not apply for a SS#? You need that to claim him on your IRS Tax Retrun Form. Did he ever get claimed by his grandma or mom or they didn’t so that he could be schooled for cheap on Foreign School Aid Grants? He was going to a private shcool that is very costly didn’t anyone claim him as a dependent?

XXX-ST-XXXX I am in MA so my middle number is 50 I think that is how they can tell.

Reading the small print on back page on bottom it states:
Respondents are not required to respond to any information collection unless it displays a valid approval number from the Office of Management and Budget.
This OMB # only appears in the botom left front page which is divided by a vertical line. I take it that the only place on this form that has an OMB# is that section. This form is very tricky and they design it in a manner to trick us into “volunteering” all kinds of info that they have no right to ask. If we volunteer the info they are not doing anything “wrong”.
Anyone replying please put a note inside otherwise they will send someone to your house to try and BS you into givign the info. Also by submitting a separate not it will be read and if enough of us do this THEY WILL GET THE MESSAGE. If you just fill out # of ppl and mail with no note they will follow up thinking that you didn’t know how to fill it out and needed help.
I Strongly Suggest enclosed a separate letter or not on why you oppose disclosing any more info.
MAybe someone can write a short note that we can enclose quoting COnstitution, etc.

Years ago, a friend of ours living in Brooklyn had a battle with her landlord over cockroaches. The landlord was an absolute slimeball, who never put a penny into maintenance. He repeatedly told the girl that those weren’t cockroaches scurrying around her apartment, but instead were “just hug-a-bugs”.
“They harmless. They cute. They hug-a-bugs. In Ukraine, we have them. Very nice bugs. No hurt you. Eat crumbs. They like maids.”
Nikolai, the landlord, was serious too. Delusional, but serious.
Renaming cockroaches “hug-a-bugs” does not change the fact that they are still cockroaches.
ACORN is renaming itself in every state.

A while back you posted that Obama was going to appoint MO Senator Claire McCaskill to the Missouri Supreme Court, in return for her support for Obamacare, I suppose. At the time I thought it was not likely since the governor of the state appoints state Supreme Court Judges.
But in February, Obama appointed MO governor, Jay Nixon, to his Council of Governors and now the puzzle pieces are beginning to show the full picture.

If he is not retained, the position would be open. Also he and another judge are approaching retirement age very soon.

I just talked to the clerk for Judge Lamberth in DC. Judge Lamberth has granted my motion for the electronic filing, and my opposition to Obama’s motion to dismiss is due on Friday, so I will be able to file it electronically on Friday.
My reply to Obama’s opposition to my application for preliminary injunction was filed and docketed. The reply and the attachments are available on Pacer. No answer from judge Lamberth on the application yet.
As I stated, I am filing a request for the full court hearing in GA.
All-I got mine today too-there is a good form letter that you can send in with the census response. I copy/pasted into a word doc and printed two. I’m going to date one and save.

We’re having breakfast this morning with an old friend from the Hillary ‘08 campaign, and an interesting topic came up — so we took a quick break from our “can’t we just eat our waffles” time to put this out there for you, too.
Our friend, a LONGTIME observer and player in elections here in Chicago, and someone who has worked for the City for the last 20 odd years, honestly and truly believes the bribes attempted for Joe Sestak and Andrew Romanoff will lead to Obama being forced to resign from office in Nixonian disgrace sometime next year.
To paraphrase our friend, “The fact that he’s doing things like that, so soon, tells me he’s doing much, much worse. That’s amateur hour, those bribes, and he got caught. Gibbs at the White House is refusing to talk about them. The fact Sestak talked about the bribes tells me that come November, when all Hell breaks loose, lots more people who lost their careers because of the recklessness of this administration are going to be telling all their secrets too. Then, after the November defeats, Axelrod’s going to try to put the blame on losing Congress on Emanuel, and it’s going to get ugly, because Emanuel’s going to make sure if he’s going down, he’s not going to be the only one”.

The SS program was started in 1936. This said, the person who was born in 1890 would have been 46 years of age when he/she received a SS number. This means that this person would have received benefits beginning when he she was 65 years of age which would have occurred in 1955. If he/she lived to be 85 years of age he/she would have passed away in 1975. Certainly this would have been a vacated SS number that the alleged POTUS allegedly now holds.

Another thing to keep in mind, in re: a person born in 1890, would have been required to obtain a SS # when in 1935 the law was put into effect. That person would have had to work 20 years to start collecting SS. Medicare did not take effect until the 1960’s, which in Orly’s letter states that this 45 year old person probably wanted Medicare/Medicaid. The person would have been in their 70’s if they were still alive at the time to obtain Medicare. Sorry I calls em as I sees em….

Social Security was passed in 1936. Work on it probably began in 1935. Cards were not available until 1936 according to their own website. A person who was born in 1890 would not have been been able to collect benefits until 1955. He/she would have been eligible to receive benefits beginning in 1955 if they filed for an active account in 1936. If he/she passed away at age 80, it would have occurred in 1970. If this speculation is somewhere close then the vacated SS number could easily have been illegally re- issued to Soetoro in the period 1977 to 1979. Assuming that the number was never formally vacated then it is possible that Social Security does not yet know that the original account holder is still being paid. Soetoro could have been, or is now illegally receiving the benefits intended for the original account holder who would be 120 years of age today. If Soetoro is illegally cashing the checks issued to someone else then he is guilty of theft from, and/ or fraud against the Social Security system. There is a justification for immediate investigation to see if benefits are still being paid from the account,and who is signing the checks,or to whose bank account the checks are being deposited into. This is certainly something that is very fascinating.

The length of the form that I received seems to be based upon how many people reside in my house. For myself and my wife it involves filling out one page both front and reverse side. ie If I fill out the front then my wife fills out the reverse, or vica versa. There is a total of 10 questions for each of us. Hope that helps. It bears the FORM number D-1, and is physically a 6page entity, and is designed to accomodate 12 persons.

I have been thinking about this also. Having multiple Social Security numbers could hav been stolen in such a way that the Social Security Commission was never legally informed of the death of the account holders. This means that checks would continue to be issued to the account holder. The question now becomes who was cashing the checks? Or whose bank account is the check going to? When a person dies the Mortuary is required to inform Social Security Administration of the death. Soetoro was a LAWYER, and His grandmother was employed by a bank. Allegedly a number of Social Security numbers were in her possession. This probably was legal. But it makes me wonder if he somehow “BORROWED” these numbers from “GRAMMA” with out her knowledge. Do you suppose that this might have been at least part of the reason why he had to make a hasty trip to Hawaii. Not to visit his ailing gramma, but more for the reason of rubbing her out. She had been released from the hospital. She had some surgery for a joint problem. I don’t see this as a potential cause of somebody’s death. What say you?

This is mathmatically impossible as it would mean that a premium would be reduced by 300 (100% X 300 = 3000%) times. It would mean 299 times the premium amount into the negative column. You can only use a percent reference beyond 100% for addage calculations. Anything below 100% stays between 1 and 100, because going below 100% for a reduction would mean no cost at all, and to do it 299X means you’d be getting that 299 times the premium amount back.
Math? Time to check those college records 😉

When House Speaker Pelosi said that ObamaCare will allow Americans to realize their dream of being an artist, photographer, or writer without having to work a day job to have health insurance, some of us wondered whether ObamaCare also will cover other expenses, such as for housing and food, that force people to work a job they may not like while they pursue their dreams. Now we know the answer: yes it will.
Monday in Strongsville, Ohio, President Obama said that ObamaCare will reduce health insurance premiums by “3,000 percent.” Considering that a 50 percent decrease in premiums would mean that we’d be paying half as much as we now pay for health insurance and that a 100 percent decrease in premiums would mean that we’d be paying nothing for health insurance, President Obama is telling us that insurance companies will actually start paying us money to keep our health insurance.
If your current health insurance policy costs $5,000 a year, insurance companies will pay you $145,000 a year (2,900 percent multiplied by $5,000). If you’re fortunate enough to be paying $25,000 a year for health insurance, insurance companies will pay you $725,000 a year. There’s no word whether you can purchase a more expensive health insurance policy to increase the amount of money that insurers pay you each year.

Politically speaking, this is beyond sleazy. It’s meant to protect Democrats – especially those up for re-election in November – from having to make a tough vote. Pelosi says of this process, “I like it… because people don’t have to vote on the Senate bill.” In Nancy Pelosi’s world, accountability is a dirty word.
There’s a fun slogan for Democrats to run on in November; no wonder some fencesitters in the House are starting to feel extra squeamish. If they have to go to court, even if they win, the media spotlight on the case will raise public awareness about the scumminess of the process ahead of November. If they lose the case, which is possible, they’re ruined twice over: Not only would O-Care be dead but the scumminess would now have actually risen to the level of illegality. And the grand irony would be that there’s really no benefit at this point to using Slaughter instead of just voting up or down on Reid’s bill. The parliamentarian says Obama has to sign something before reconciliation can begin in the Senate and the underlying Senate bill “deemed” passed by the House is the only thing he can sign. Pelosi is considering support for an illegal plan written by Congresswoman Louise Slaughter (D-NY), to pass the Senate “health” care bill without an actual vote in the House, according to Republican House Leader John Boehner (R-OH). On his blog, Boehner exposed the Democrats new “Slaughter Solution” to bypass existing procedural voting rules, stating, “You see, Democratic leaders currently lack the votes needed to pass the Senate health care bill through the House. Tony Perkins of Family Research Council wonders how the bill could be passed without a vote on the actual bill, “The obvious question is: how could this be constitutional? The answer? It isn’t! This afternoon, the Senate Parliamentarian ruled that the President must sign the monstrous Senate-passed health care overhaul bill–which includes over a dozen bribes to Democratic Senators and a massive expansion of government-funded abortion–before the Senate can act on a companion reconciliation package.” So forget reconciliation, which cannot legally reduce the massive abortion coverage, since 41 Republican Senators just pledged to enact the “Byrd Rule” against any non-fiscal policy verbiage passed by the House, such as the language to limit abortions desired by Congressman Bart Stupak (D-MI) and his 12 moderate Democrats.

This Obama bill is about as popular as Prohibition. The 21 st Amendment took care of that insanity forever. Which of the two do you think is the dumbest law ever passed? that’s why it would be merciful to put the Obama bill away sooner than later-like this week-never to be seen or heard from again.
Over the next 13 or so years, upright citizens suffered the dirge of dryness while organized crime ran rampant, fueled by a huge black market demand for alcohol. Finally, on December 5th, 1933, the 21st amendment was ratified, which repealed prohibition and once again made it legal for Americans to enjoy alcoholic beverages.

While I understand this definition, I think I’m gonna disagree that this would be an act of civil disobedience because under the Constitution, we’re required to tell them the number of people living in the residence only.
The rest is demographic trash; that info is kept in the files of your municipality and is already known.
I will answer the first question and enclose one of the letters that was posted here earlier today. If they come after me, they just do; I’ll be ready with a copy of the Constitution and ask the census taker ‘under what authority, according to this document, do you have the right to this info during a census?’
I’ll wait for the answer then, I’ll wait some more. I may be waiting for a long time…

Reconciliation requires that the bill presented to the House be EXACTLY the same as the Senate bill already passed.
To offer a different bill effectively stops the reconciliation process and makes Pelosi’s action illegal and actionable.
The Repubs need to file charges against her, like right now, for illegally offering an alternate bill.
The parliamentarian needs to enforce the rules and refuse that bill. He has already said the House MUST vote on the already-passed Senate bill.
Of course, the one published may be the “shell” bill that supposedly will be voted on AFTER the House votes on the Senate bill. (The one they said people would have a week to read. HAH!)
The thugs are trying to deceive the House into believing they are voting for the “shell” bill instead of the Senate bill — with which the House finds many faults.
The thugs already used Stupak and his folks to get the bill through the House the first time. They deceived those voters. They knew they would take out Stupak’s amendment. These people are die-hard terminate-those-pesky-babies folks.

About Parkinson’s Disease . . . .
Parkinson’s Disease causes people to experience “waking daydreams” which they perceive to be real. They cannot tell the difference between the daydreams and reality. They also “remember” the daydreams as things that really happened.
Is there speculation that Pelosi may have Parkinson’s? Not to start any rumors, but …
IF she suffers with Parkinson’s, she needs to ‘recuse’ herself for her own sake, the sake of Congress, and for the sake of our nation.
On the other hand, her illness, especially if diagnosed but undisclosed, will be a strong addition to the court cases sure to be generated by a yes vote on this unconstitutional “bill.”
Everything she has been involved in can be questioned and reviewed.

Don’t know…I just listen to people talk (and they’ve been talking a lot lately).
An acquaintance seems to think that it might be a patsy like Lee Harvey Oswald, backed up by who-knows-who?
Someone else said that it may be his ‘handlers’ because he’s been such a disappointment and a failure.
No one really knows anything; they just throw theories out there. I think that many are just getting so frustrated that they wanna see some sort of resolution to this mess, and don’t wanna see their America crash and burn.
I do think that the level of frustration is very high as to how to solve the problem.
A post on one of the threads mentioned Pelosi and Parkinson’s in one breath. Got me to wondering . . .

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ‘National Emergency Centers Establishment Act’.
SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.
(a) In General- In accordance with the requirements of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 6 national emergency centers on military installations.
(b) Purpose of National Emergency Centers- The purpose of a national emergency center shall be to use existing infrastructure–
(1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster;
(2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders;
(3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and
(4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Ya know. . .. the reconciliation process does not allow for a bill containing ANYTHING that was not in either the already passed House bill or the already passed Senate bill.
So, yes, the thugs are already cheating again. A shell bill with the public option cannot be legally passed.
If they change the rules, then the House repub leaders must bring charges, or a lawsuit, if necessary, to stop the bill, and the repub Senators must filibuster, as if this is a new bill.
Voting on an illegal bill will add fuel to the surge to have the bill declared unconstitutional. Cheating is NOT going to get this one done.
Pelosi’s word does not make this mess ‘the law of the land.’ If the people refuse to comply, the law, and her words, are moot.

I watched Obama’s video re: Health care
Most of the time I felt that he was outright lying, but lately he has been just throwing wild numbers all over the place-just picking numbers out of thin air, as opposed to Paul Ryan who takes the time-crunches the numbers, ponders and comes to his conclusions which are accurate. I hope people listen to Mr. Ryan who is giving accurate information. Obama is getting very stagey and boring-and his acting ability has progressively gone down hill, along with his numbers.

Can you imagine buying a car paying for 4 years then be allowed to drive it? Doesn’t make good sense. Should be a question brought to Gibbs, something to the effect-do people realize if it passes you pay four years before you are able to receive any benefit. Then it would really be unpopular-comes under more Obama lying and who would get the dollars if the person pays in but passes away-young person got swept away here in Florida a couple of days ago-21 spring breaker.

The physical symptoms can probably be accommodated, except when her body starts to freeze up, but the mental symptoms cannot be discounted . . . for a person in her position.
I wouldn’t wish that disease on my worst enemy. A nurse once told me a patient of hers could not move for over 24 hours. This patient also daydreamed reality.
I had only known about the shakes with P.D. I didn’t know about the other awful symptoms.
I really don’t know about the litigation part.
Probably if she were a conservative, the howling hounds would have been devouring her already.

I have been physically damaged by doctors on more that one occasion. Been using alternative medicine for 15 years. Go to a health fair once a year to get a physical. In better health than most people my age.
McCain had introduced a bill to regulate alternative supplements & vitamins. I believe this was meant to work in conjunction with the HCR and limit our ability to avoid federal health care. They want us under their control at any cost.

that the “end” is all that counts. Therefore, if
he and others lose their political futures for

I don’t think Social Security was an optional thing when it was started. My grandfather was born in 1870, and he did not obtain a SS card because he was already 65 years old. In my era, the working age was 16, and that is when I got my SS card. My point was about the 1890 person thinking about Medicare/Medicaid, when in all reality up until about the early 1960’s, Medicare did not exist. It started with Medicare, and later they added the Medicaid, if my memory serves me correctly. So this person that Orly was talking about, could not read into the future, other than Social Security at the age of retirement. I don’t think a person turning 65 at the time Social Security started would be getting a check until they worked at least 5 years. Just sayin…The Gov doesn’t give FREE money out…

I’m into genealogy and the census taker probably got information about you from a neighbor. Happened quite often. That’s why many times names are misspelled and ages are wrong.
The census information is released after 70 years. So in 2070 you can look at the 2000 census to see if you were listed. 🙂

Sen MenTea partiers in New Jersey have moved one step closer to ousting a sitting U.S. senator that they say has shown “a total disregard for the people’s wishes.”
New Jersey Tea Parties United and the Sussex County Tea Party have joined forces to try an unprecedented way of sending a message to Washington: removing a senator through a recall vote.
A three-judge appellate panel ruled today that the New Jersey secretary of state must accept the tea partiers’ notice of intent to recall Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., and allow their joint recall committee to begin collecting the voter signatures needed to put the senator’s name back on the ballot, two years before his term is supposed to end.

This morning I got a call from a client. He told me he is getting married. The local registrar told him he needs to submit to her office a birth certificate before she will issue a marriage license. He faxed one to her. She told him that the copy was not good enough. He asked why. She said because anybody can make up a copy of a birth certificate.
I guess in America a little guy needs an original birth certificate to get married but a guy who is going to be President and Commander in Chief of the Military and wield the enormous power of those offices just needs a computer image of one to be eligible for those offices.

Refusing to answer the questions or answering them incorrectly will subject citizens to hefty fines.
The U.S. Census website for the American Community Survey warns that under Title 13 of the U.S. Code, Section 221, anyone who refuses to answer the 11-page 48-question survey, or who answers the questions with false information, will be subject to a possible $5,000 fine.
Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, introduced H.R. 3131 to make participation in the extended ACS survey voluntary.

If the hellscare bill passes, one has to pay the premium for four years before getting the benefit. And in the meantime, one has to pay another premium in order to be covered during the four years waiting period. Who could afford two premiums per person? Which employer would want to pay two premiums per employee? Hell No!

That is SOOO true, but the problem is THAT horse left the barn decades ago. At least half and maybe as much of 90% of what the Federal government does is unconstitutional – and has been for a long time.
That is why they just laugh at us for raising constitutional issues. Remember when Nancy Pelosi was asked about the DeathCare bill being constitutional? She immediately shot back “Are you serious?”
