“I rarely watch the Bill O’Reilly show on Fox because I’m not a fan of Mr. O’Reilly’s interview style. However, I received an email saying that Megyn Kelly would be looking into the allegations of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin concerning Obama’s eligibility. Ms. Kelly’s involvement tweaked my curiosity. Because of the tremendous amount of courage and commitment to principle that’s embodied in Lt. Col. Lakin’s refusal to obey orders he believes to be ‘unlawful’, I tuned in last week to see if fairness and objectivity in reporting could possibly emerge out of the morass of misinformation currently dominating the mainstream media.
Being aware that Bill O’Reilly has been consistently (mis) representing the ‘natural born citizen’ issue as merely a ‘citizenship’ issue and portraying everyone involved as a misguided group of nutcases, so I didn’t harbor any expectations that he would experience an ‘ah hah’ moment. (Mr. O’Reilly relies on the existence of birth announcements placed in local newspapers to prove his case but fails to mention that the birth announcements were most likely placed by the state, not Obama’s family.) However, I did have hopes that Megyn Kelly, an attorney, would at least frame the issue correctly. Once again, my hopes were misplaced.
I realize O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly are not journalists – they’re commentators/entertainers. And, the ‘natural born citizen’ issue and those attempting to peer behind the curtain have been effectively and maliciously recast by mainstream media misreporting and omission as something meriting ridicule, it’s not surprising to watch entertainers like O’Relly and Beck join in the piling on of the media herd. It’s sort of like a case of school bullying. Sometimes – once something or someone is portrayed as being a certain way, those with knowledge that could slow or reverse the momentum of attack fail to stand up. For whatever reason – they want to belong to the click, aren’t willing to risk criticism, want to keep a low profile, or they want to be popular (or at least not unpopular), etc. They fail to stand up and injustice continues.
I expect this of kids but not of national media figures or news organizations. Even though FOX does lead in the race towards Fair and Balanced reporting among the mainstream media, they have consistently failed regarding the ‘natural born citizen’ issue. In for a penny – in for a pound, I suppose.
I mention Glenn Beck only because of late he’s hammering away on a quote from Gandhi.
In any event, O’Reilly and Ms. Kelly portrayed Lt. Col. Lakin’s refusal to obey Obama’s orders as a mere attempt to attract attention to the issue. Ms. Kelly gave no information or opinion about the ongoing controversies regarding the definition of the term ‘natural born citizen’.
““Use truth as your anvil…” Isn’t this the truth the media should be focusing on? Why won’t Obama release his long form birth certificate, college records, bar application, passport information, etc., etc., etc.? Weighed against the interest of soldiers in theater risking life and limb following ‘orders’ that could be ‘unlawful’ – doesn’t Obama’s small privacy concern pale in comparison? Weighed against the possibility that a Lt. Col. with 18 years of service is risking his career and liberty – doesn’t Obama’s small privacy concern pale in comparison?

Stefan Cook and many other members of the military have been questioning the eligibility of Obama to serve as Commander In Chief and jeapadizing their own military careers. Is it reasonable to believe that they would not take such drastice actions without real concern over Obama’s eligibility. How do these military lives and careers weigh in the balance when compared to merely releasing documents that every other Presidential candidate has voluntarily released?

Did Fox News and/or Bill O’Reilly sell their soul to the devil?
We need for journalists and those reporting in the media to take an oath of honesty and integrity. Except for perhaps Sean Hannity, Fox News is sorely lacking. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin took the following oath:

defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,
foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to
the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental
reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully

LTC Lakin is an honorable man and needs to be treated as such. He is standing up for what he believes. He believes in the oath that he took to defend his Country from enemies both foreign and domestic. His oath is to protect and defend the Constitution, as such, believes no man is “above the law” including the President.
Instead of questioning LTC Lakin’s motives, I would hope that you question Mr. Obama’s. Why would a sitting President who has nothing to hide go to such great lengths, spending millions, to refrain from providing basic documents that prove his eligibility for office?
I would also hope that your focus is NOT primarily on Mr. Obama’s elusive birth certificate. Mr. Obama, by his own admission stated that he was born with DUAL citizenship Kenya-British (Barack Obama Sr.) and USA (Stanley Ann Dunham). He was also a citizen of Indonesia when he was adopted by his step father Lolo Soetoro.
How can a person with DUAL citizenship, who has allegiances to counties other than the USA be a Natural Born Citizen?

We now have an answer as to whether or not Fox News, Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly intend to cover the Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin story with indepth research and objectivity.
I have a great many facts and opinions to use to respond to the biased, unprofessional statements of O’Reilly and Kelly on Fox. However, for the moment, the following, perhaps, screams louder.
From Charles Kerchner, lead plaintiff, in Kerchner v Obama and Congress.
Newspaper Birth Announcement Ads in 1961 in two Hawaiian Newspapers do NOT prove Obama was physically born in Hawaii.
The two announcements in the Hawaiian newspaper in 1961 only prove a birth was REGISTERED there, not that he was born there. A registration was allowed under Hawaiian law in 1961 to be made by any family member via a simple mail-in form to the state Health Department. No 3rd party or independent witnesses to the birth were required. The statement of a family member registering a new born child as born home was accepted into the registration system with little or not questions back then. Thus the family could lie and register a birth in Hawaii when it occurred elsewhere, anywhere in the world, simply to get the child U.S. citizenship, a highly coveted status then and now. The false registration was not done so he could be President some day. The false registration was done to get the new born child citizenship for that time. It was a case of birth registration fraud to illegally gain U.S. citizenship for a foreign born child of the family.
Given Hawaii’s very lax birth registration laws, as I said, Obama could have been born anywhere in the world and if Obama’s maternal grandma filled out the form and mailed it in to the birth registration office saying Obama was born at their home in Hawaii, a vital record would be created. And the birth announcement was on the list of births registered that week and which lists were sent routinely each week to the two newspapers. With data systems it is GIGO, garbage (false registration data) in yields garbage out (fraudulently created birth record in the state’s vital record system out). And with a falsified birth registration in the system, subsequent computer print outs in later years and carefully crafted statements by Hawaiian officials that they have a record of Obama being born in Hawaii can be obtained and made. But those printouts and statements are being made based on a falsified vital record mail-in registration form back in 1961.
WND.com, an online newspaper, did investigations on this first in 2009. They also did follow on stories in 2010 into how the newspaper ads were placed in those two papers in 1961 and the research revealed that the birth announcements were placed by the state, not the family. See these two article links below and many other articles as to how the Honolulu Advertiser and the other sister pub got the birth announcements from a list from the state each week, not from the families. These were public service birth announcements provided by the state. Garbage/falsified data on the available and simple birth registration mail-in form sent into the birth registration office in 1961 by a fraudulent filing by Obama’s grandmother to get her foreign born new grandson U.S. citizenship, illegally but easily given Hawaii’s lax laws back then, yielded a birth announcement in the paper for a birth in Hawaii that was registered there but did not physically occur in Hawaii. Obama was physically not born in Hawaii, as James Orengo, Member of Parliament, in Kenya recently attested to, as have other MPs in Kenya and as have members of Obama’s paternal line family in Kenya.
With the contradictory statements being made in Kenya by government officials there and members of the family there that Obama was born in Kenya and is not a native born American, the true legal identity needs to be investigated in a court of law. Any reasonable person looking at the evidence for and against Obama being born in Hawaii would say there is reasonable doubt he was born in Hawaii and would demand a further investigation. But the media is covering up for Obama by making false statements to protect him. The media created Obama, covered up for him, and is still a propaganda organ for him. This is a national disgrace.

“A decorated Army surgeon who is refusing to follow orders because of the president’s decision to conceal documents that could show his eligibility to be commander in chief is telling the military to bring it on – by missing a deployment due date yesterday at Fort Campbell, Ky.
Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is facing imminent court-martial charges because of his decision to refuse orders to report for a Middle East deployment until President Obama’s eligibility is documented.
“He has been informed through official challenges that he will be charged soon with missing movement and conduct unbecoming an officer,” according to a statement released last night to WND.”
“”LTC Lakin’s own deployment orders to Afghanistan included a requirement for him to bring ‘copies of his birth certificate,'” the statement from Hemenway said.”
“Lakin’s YouTube statement, now viewed by more than 100,000 people, confirmed he was “inviting his own court-martial” over his public demand for confirmation of Obama’s eligibility.
He said, however, he was compelled to act as he did because of his oath as an officer to “support and defend the United States Constitution,” including the article demanding that only a “natural born citizen” can be president.”
“Lakin also posted online a letter explaining his reasoning. The Safeguard Our Constitution website describes how Lakin tried through his chain of command and his congressional office to get answers to questions about Obama’s eligibility.

Given the fact that the certification that your campaign posted online was not a document that the Hawaiian Department of Homelands regarded as a sufficient substitute for the original birth certificate and given that it has been your personal decision that has prevented the Hawaiian Department of Health from releasing your original birth certificate or any Hawaiian hospital from releasing your records, the burden of proof must rest with you,” he wrote.”
Fox news “regurgitated” the AP article on Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin.
“Though officials in Hawaii verify that Obama was born there, so-called birthers claim he was born outside the United States and is ineligible to be president. Lakin says he wants to see the birth certificate as proof Obama is his commander in chief and thus that the deployment order for Afghanistan is legal.”
“Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino issued statements last year and in October 2008 saying that she’s seen vital records that prove Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen. But the state said last month it was still getting between 10 and 20 e-mails seeking verification of Obama’s birth each week, most from outside Hawaii.”
The reporting from the AP on this has been at best a misrepresentation of the facts and where I come from would be considered a lie.
Will Fox News cover this story in a “fair and balanced” manner? Megyn Kelly has supposedly been researching this story. Will she do real research and report with objectivity? Lie 1: Gibbs put Obama’s birth certificate on the internet.
Lie 2: The state of Hawaii confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Lou Dobbs, while still on CNN asked why Obama doesn’t present a legitimate birth certificate.
Sean Hannity, on his radio show, stated it was ok to question Obama’s eligibility.

Holding Glenn Beck accountable for insulting concerned Americans and reporting on the drop in the Glenn Beck Fox show ratings has resonated with many. I have received much encouraging feedback. Many of you commenting on this blog have initiated efforts to contact Beck and tell him to call. A simple apology from Beck will suffice. Glenn Beck is a likeable person and has done a great deal to reveal the truth about the Obama Administration. That fact does not excuse him from his blatant hypocrisy. Insulting concerned Americans of all backgrounds for exercising their First Amendment rights will not be tolerated.
Here are some contact telephone numbers and email addresses for both Beck and O’Reilly. If you contact them keep it simple. Don’t get mired down in details.
1. Ask why Beck and O’Reilly have insulted and attacked Americans exercising their First Amendment rights.

I perform a great many internet searches and today, quite by accident, or perchance divine inspiration, was confronted with an article by David Emery dated August 3, 2009 on About.com.
“‘Birther’ Wackiness Continues with Release of Obama’s ‘Kenyan Birth Certificate'”
“One of the myriad alternative-reality scenarios promulgated by “birthers” — the folks who maintain that Barack Obama’s presidency is illegitmate because, supposedly, he has never released a valid birth certificate or proven he’s a natural-born citizen — is that he was actually born in Kenya.
The first and only “evidence” proffered to support that theory surfaced just yesterday in the form of a document allegedly proving that Obama was, in fact, born at Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya in 1961.”
The word document, highlighted above, links to a Citizen Wells article with news of an alleged Kenyan birth certificate.
The article goes on to state:
“it only took about a nanosecond for reality-based debunkers to prove the “Kenyan birth certificate” a fake”
Reality based?
The article then states:
“The debacle shines a light on two fatal flaws of the birther movement: one, their blatantly inconsistent and prejudicial standards of evidence — i.e., they’re perfectly willing to accept (and circulate) unsourced photographs of an unvetted document as “proof” of foreign birth, while dismissing out of hand a state-issued, state-validated U.S. birth certificate; and two, what the foregoing reveals about their true motives — i.e, despite their protestations, they have no interest whatsoever in truth, accuracy, or “protecting” the U.S. Constitution, but are bent, rather, on delegitimizing Obama’s presidency at any cost and by any means possible.”
You remember the NY Times. They are the ones who withheld the important ACORN story until after the 2008 election.
Mr. Emery states “their blatantly inconsistent and prejudicial standards of evidence” when he hasn’t a clue about what he is talking about.
He goes on to state “while dismissing out of hand a state-issued, state-validated U.S. birth certificate.”
He ends with “but are bent, rather, on delegitimizing Obama’s presidency at any cost and by any means possible.”
David Emery, even Lou Dobbs while at CNN, of all places, questioned Obama’s birth certificate. He also was paying attention when he stated that the alleged COLB was a piece of paper that referred to another piece of paper.
Mr. Emery, I am well educated with a strong background. I do not refer to myself as a birther. I am an American, natural born citizen, who believes that the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. I also keep things simple. Can you answer this simple question?

Fox News, long thought to be the only network covering the news, especially regarding Obama, his agenda, his past and his associations, is increasingly becoming suspect as being controlled by the Saudis and Obama Administration. While I was preparing this first part of at least a two part series, John Charlton of the Post & Email presented this pertinent article. “Saudi controlled FOX moves against Gubernatorial candidates who question Obama’s Eligibility”
“In a move which openly and shamelessly manifests FOX’s anti-American agenda, the former conservative news agency has launched a propaganda campaign against U.S. Citizens who, having announced their candidacy for State Governor in their home states, also question the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of U.S. President.
In an unsigned report published at their website, on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, Fox News takes aim at Georgia Gubernatorial Candidate Nathan Deal and Texas Gubernatorial Candidate Debra Medina.”
“By this statement, FOX has made it absolutely clear to America that they will not tolerate anyone who will not work with Obama and be respectful to him.
This move by FOX comes less than a month after a member of the Saudi Royalty, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, a nephew of the King of Saudi Arabia, announced his desire to forge closer ties with Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation, the parent of FOX.”

Many have wondered about the motivation of Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck to not only shy away fromn the Obama eligibility question but to openly attack those concerned Americans, exercising their First Amendment Rights, but also their constitutional duties to defend it against foreign influence. Bill O’Reilly is a bloviating self indulgent blowhard and apparently he has influenced Glenn Beck.
Think that the Obama eligibilty question is the only major Obama story that Fox is ignoring or misreporting?

Let’s focus om the Rod Blagojevich indictment and upcoming trial. This, like the Tony Rezko trial, is more about rampant Chicago and Illinois corruption and Obama strong, long time ties to not only Blagojevich, but especially Tony Rezko who is at the center of so much of this corruption.
The Obama Administration and Obama camp are masters of deceit and diversions. It is now clear that the alleged attempt by Rod Blagojevich to sell Obama’s old US Senate seat was crafted as a masterful diversion to keep the attention away from the years of corruption that Blagojevich and Obama were involved in. Of course this benefits Blagojevich and Obama. It is an excellent diversion.

Among the new factual allegations are that:

“On Oct. 8, 2008, defendant Blagojevich advised Lobbyist A that he intended to take official action that would provide additional state money to Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and that Blagojevich wanted to get $50,000 in campaign contributions from the hospital’s chief executive officer.
On Oct. 17, 2008, Blagojevich called the hospital’s CEO to tell him of his intent to increase the Illinois Medicaid reimbursement rate for speciality-care pediatric physicians. Shortly before this, Blagojevich had directed Deputy Governor A to initiate such an increase, which Illinois providers of pediatric healthcare, including Children’s Memorial Hospital, had actively supported for years.”
“On Oct. 22, 2008, Blagojevich spoke with the Children’s CEO and asked him to arrange to raise $25,000 for Blagojevich prior to Jan. 1, 2009. On Nov. 12, 2008, after the Children’s CEO had not returned additional phone calls from Robert Blagojevich and no political contributions from the Children’s CEO or other persons associated with the hospital had been received, Blagojevich spoke to Deputy Governor A about the increase in the Medicaid reimbursement rates for specialty-care pediatric physicians, asking whether “we could pull it back if we needed to. . . .” As a result of this conversation, Deputy Governor A instructed the Department of Healthcare Services to stop its work on increasing the reimbursement for specialty-care pediatric physicians.”
That was just the tip of the iceberg from the press release. The actual indictment is loaded. Why would the MSM and O’Reilly avoid asking Blagojevich about the bulk of the indictment? because it points back to Obama.

“Miki Booth, a native Hawaiian and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives for the State of Oklahoma, shocked and awed Obama supporters during the recent Tea Party Nation convention in Memphis, TN, when she publicly disclosed the Certificate of Live Birth for her son, Alan Paliko Booth, born on Nov. 24, 1981, at 7:55 AM, at Kapiolani Children’s Medical Center, the same hospital that Obama has claimed to be his own place of birth,nearly 20 years before.
The actual document contains a wealth of information such as the signature of the attending physician or midwife, a field for evidence presented for an Amended Birth Filing, race of parents and child, and a signature and date stamp, certifying the copy as an authentic representation of the information on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.
Importantly, the actual document, which you can view through this link, contains the fields, “Date received by Local Registrar” and “Date accepted by the State” and the name of the Local Registrar. In recent months, Miss Janice Okubo has insisted that the terms mean the same thing and that she has no knowledge of what terms were used previously to the alleged Obama COLB.
The now widely recognized, crude forgery which Obama claims to be his own Certification of Live Birth bearing the date of 2007 but without the seal and confirmatory signature of the State Registrar, does not contain information regarding the race of the child or the date accepted.
This has led private researchers to speculate that Obama’s original vital records, which Dr. Fukino claims to have seen and which she herself admits are several, might contain a delayed birth filing, an amended birth filing, adoption record, or other changes regarding the name of the child and parents and location or nation in which the child was purported to be born.
The details of this actual 1981 “long form” “birth certificate” indicate more precisely the possible motives Obama might have for refusing to disclose his own real certificate, that is, if he was in fact born in Hawaii in the first place. Because the actual form might indicate:”

We have come to believe that only Fox will bring us the news and the truth about Obama. However, Lou Dobbs, while still at CNN, asked the simple journalistic question, the question of the century.

Of Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity, only Hannity has stated that questioning Obama’s birth certificate is a valid endeavor. O’Reilly, in his self righteous, pontificating manner, has insulted birthers on Fox and Glenn Beck recently, on his radio show, insulted average, concerned Americans who question Obama’s eligibility. This has caused many to speculate that Fox has restricted this topic.
