Importantly, the actual document, which you can view through this link, contains the fields, “Date received by Local Registrar” and “Date accepted by the State” and the name of the Local Registrar. In recent months, Miss Janice Okubo has insisted that the terms mean the same thing and that she has no knowledge of what terms were used previously to the alleged Obama COLB.
The now widely recognized, crude forgery which Obama claims to be his own Certification of Live Birth bearing the date of 2007 but without the seal and confirmatory signature of the State Registrar, does not contain information regarding the race of the child or the date accepted.
This has led private researchers to speculate that Obama’s original vital records, which Dr. Fukino claims to have seen and which she herself admits are several, might contain a delayed birth filing, an amended birth filing, adoption record, or other changes regarding the name of the child and parents and location or nation in which the child was purported to be born.

Collection of All Newborn DNA By Federal Government Without Consent
A lot of people are unaware that in 2007 a bill (S.1858) was passed by Congress that requires DNA samples of all newborn children to be sent to the Federal Government, warehoused, databased and tagged to note any genetic anomalies. This law does not require notification, much less consent, from the parents.
Every newborn child is now having samples of their DNA sent to the government for screening and indexing. The title of the bill was “Newborn SCreening Saves Lives Act of 2007” but probably should have been titled “Stealing Your Kid’S DNA for Databasing and Tracking Without Telling You.”

The Miki Booth story is very interesting, except that it would be more compelling if the certificate numbers weren’t redacted or if she went further and released her own long form certificate.
If Okubo has resigned she should quickly cut a deal with authorities to become a STATE witness, so that she can be protected,when the Grand jury investigation occurs. This will probably happen, and she will be put under oath. Will she lie under oath? At this point it is anybody’s guess. Democrats don’t seem to think that an oath means very much……..Case in point SLICK WILLY, and MONICA. Need I say any more?

I can understand the redacting of a BC number in such a crowd. You never know where a damnn crook is standing. What isn’t the government involved with?
What you need to understand here is two things. Under Hawaiian law the “Certification of Live Birth” contains information from the “Certificate of Live Birth”. In the first instance of the COLB there is a field that has one of two pieces of information. “Date filed by registrar” or “Date accepted by the State”. In all of the COLB that have been published to compare with Zeros they all stated “Date Accepted”. Zero’s states “Date filed” In the image above you can clearly see that there are those two field. So it is safe to presume that the second field of “Date accepted” in Zeros COLB has no information because the state never accepted evidence of his birth.

It would show if the REGISTRANT’S NAME IS DUNHAM, OBAMA OR SOETORO. Usually, birth records are only released through requests from parents or siblings so IF there was a request, Barack Obama probably made it.
I made a Hawaii UIPA request to the Hawaii DOH for the receipts that accompanied all requests issued during June 2007, for records pertaining to the child born to Stanley Dunham on August 4, 1961. I explained the child’s surname may be Dunham, Obama or Soetoro. June 6, 2007 is the date stamped on the Obama COLB posted at

After several email exchanges, I was stunned by Janice Okubo’s last response:

I hesitate to say she is lying but I can’t believe that a government agency would not retain records of all transactions issued through their department. I received family members’ Hawaii COLBs in 2008 and my own receipt from the Hawaii DOH has a “Receipt Nmbr”, 2008-xxxxxx.
A receipt number indicates some kind of tracking system, don’t you think? Do I have any recourse?
IF what Okubo says is true, THERE IS NO WAY THE HAWAII DOH CAN CONFIRM THAT THEY OFFICIALLY ISSUED Obama’s INTERNET COLB. It could be a fake as many suspect. Obama needs to come up with HIS “Official Receipt” to prove it is authentic. If it is a fake then Barack Obama committed fraud against the citizens of the U.S.

to oldsalt78: The certificate number is only useful to the issuing agency. It can’t be used for anything without actually being officially imprest and signed certificate. The state of Hawaii, for birth certficates, won’t confirm or deny birth certificate numbers as valid, so a forger can make any number they want.

Christopher Story reported Bernanke, Blaire, and some of Hillary’s people arrested in London. This was between February 3rd-7th. It was then posted on business websites that Bernanke was to testify today. Now today Bernake’s testimony is a written note- snow was blamed for his “no show.”

I have read that another melt down is indeed headed our way, but not for the same reason it occurred the first time. This time it will result when the first interest payment is due. That in my opinion is the primary reason why the debt ceiling was raised. It will be impossible to pay the interest due the Chinese. In which case it might be smart to leave the Western states. forgot to mention one thing before I check out. Remember back in the summer when Hannity broadcast his show from the agriculture valley in California? Farmers were in dire straits over some small fish. He had the chance to come clean on what was really going one and he didn’t. He’s nothing but a faux patriot. The people that were gathered round him tried to say there’s more to it than you know. They were quickly passed over. Well…after I started digging into this stuff I realized it was all part of Agenda 21.
When they control our water – which they now have control of, they control our food supply. When they control our food supply, they control us!

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is a fabulous employer. It is an honor to work for them.
Well, thank Hopey-Change Dr. Utopia for costing hundreds of people their jobs in Vegas, now that the Ritz there has been forced to close. It’s a 350 room property, so it easily employs about 400 people. Since it was a top-paying employer, that’s 400 people who are not only out of work, but are shucked into a labor market that’s already highly competitive…and where they will not be able to find similar jobs for the same pay.
We’re sure this is happening across the country, in all manner of industries, under Dr. Utopia, but we had this personal connection to the Ritz, so we needed to share with you just what a loss this hotel closing is.
And it is DIRECTLY related to dangerous, irresponsible, amateurish remarks the current president makes, veering off-TelePrompTer, with absolutely no regard whatsoever for the impact this has on working Americans struggling to get by.

Three classes of U. S. citizenship are currently identified on The Obama File’s Natural Born page. These three classes are referenced in the US Constitution, applicable case law, and US Code:

Orly got it right some people do have too much time on their hands. I don’t find our Constitution funny in the least, and when I think of all of our soldiers, their families who suffered and died in defense of the Constitution since and including the Revolutionary war, it just boggles the mind. You either respect our Constitution and obey her laws, or you treat it like trash. I think this issue would be important if one-just one American citizen questioned Obama’s fiction. His forgeries are garbage, but by forger standards they are pretty lousy. I’m guessing it was done in Chicago, by el-cheapo forgery store, they should have invested in someone good the quality of the forgery would have been more challenging.

Quist said the fine print of provisions still alive in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives deliberately create enormous pressure for couples to live together without marriage – or even get divorced – by charging married couples thousands of dollars more in premiums and fees.
“And it’s deliberate,” Quist added, “This is clearly not accidental.”
Under the two proposals pending, which are similar, two unmarried people with a combined income of about $59,000 would pay about $1,320 a year in medical insurance.
For a married couple with the same approximate income, the tab would be about $12,000.

Is there any way to investigate and keep track of ALL of the delegates? My hunch is they are being bribed and or threatened to obey orders in the next election. I think those people needs to be watched very closely!
How can the teaparty-ers make it known to the Iranian opposition, struggling so hard against their own tyrants, that we stand in solidarity with them? We too are fighting an attempt at gov. totalitarianism. They need to see us as hope for themselves. If our gov. won’t encourage them then our own opposition should get the word out to them somehow that we are with them.

Actually if you look up the Public Heath Service official stats for births (called “Nativity”) in 1961 now available from NBER and look at the data for HI under the classification “Urban” which does not include metro or non-metro counties this would be the classification of Barack Obama’s birth (Honolulu considered an Urban classification).

Go to page 205 for HI and you’ll find under the “Urban” classification “physician in hospital birth” a total of 8,776 and under “physician not in hospital” a total of 4, and under the category of “Midwife” a total of ZERO. So, presumably, Obama was either born in a hospital, was one of 4 not so born but having a physisician at home, or was one of ZERO birthed by a midwife.
Is that why he’s called ZERO???
Actually, Obama’s whole life seems to be nothing but a work of fiction. The man has never shown himself to be Constitutionally
eligible to hold the office he now occupies.

jtx, if you look at page 2o5, they list more total births than the sum of ‘in hospital’ and ‘out of hospital.’ On the Urban list, there are about 12 extra births and about 30 extra births for rural, so Obama easily could have born outside a hospital, without a physician present (IOW, unattended) … and perhaps the ‘urban’ and ‘rural’ labels only really tell us the address of the parents for whom the birth was registered, but not where the child was actually born. We know Obama Sr. was listed in the newspaper announcement with a Honolulu address, but it might have been considered a rural location since it is supposed to be 7 miles from downtown. The bottom line is that Obama could very well have not been in the hospital and without seeing the original birth certificate, no knows where he was born.
