Holding Glenn Beck accountable for insulting concerned Americans and reporting on the drop in the Glenn Beck Fox show ratings has resonated with many. I have received much encouraging feedback. Many of you commenting on this blog have initiated efforts to contact Beck and tell him to call. A simple apology from Beck will suffice. Glenn Beck is a likeable person and has done a great deal to reveal the truth about the Obama Administration. That fact does not excuse him from his blatant hypocrisy. Insulting concerned Americans of all backgrounds for exercising their First Amendment rights will not be tolerated.

This is an interesting article-I think if health care needs an overhaul, I would start with the easiest material first-waste and fraud. Fraud is a huge and wasteful problem. One way would be to increase penalties for committing fraud/prison time and fines, so it would not be worth the risk in committing fraud crimes.

Holdren’s 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial “planetary regime” to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of oppressive techniques, including sterilization.

I agree he may not be pleasing too many of his benefactors, but I am not sure how that translates into REAL change.
Whenever he fails at one initiative, he begins another; now it is the Education System he is infiltrating. He is only taking a break from Health Care for a couple of weeks.
His appointments continue, his spending continues, his arrogance continues and even though his approval rating keeps going down, he just keeps pushing the envelope.
What happens next? I just do not know how to interpret this latest development…either positive or negative.

This is just my opinion, nothing else. But I think Obama has to play pied piper to his most powerful masters, and I think the Soros/Brezinzski faction is losing out.
On the domestic front, health care is the most urgent because it signals the final step in government takeover.
On the international front, Iran is most compelling. A war with Iran will usher in the ultimate confrontation with China, which is the U.S.’s most powerful opponent, economically and politically, less so militarily.
Obama is doing neither well domestically, nor internationally. On that basis, my guess is as good as yours as to what will happen with his presidency.
All he has left is his arrogance. That’s because nothing else his buoying him. The splendid example of his behavior at the health care summit pretty much sums up his ineptitude.

Linda-I’m from a big family. The best analogy I can come up with is OJ and Nicole Simpson. My mom had the complexion tones of OJ, my father the complexion tones of Nicole-although we are mostly German, my Mom was part French and Austro-Hungrian. I came out blonde with green eyes, we also have blue eyed blondes (brothers and sisters) and dark skinned-hair and brown eyes (a brother and sister)-so we go from very fair to very dark in the complexion tones area. I never saw how complexion tones made any difference in what constitutes a person.
My beautiful neighbor was Mexican (she looked just like Linda Carter) she was very fair skinned as opposed to her large family who were not. Every summer she would try to get a tan-lay out for hours-nothing. I never saw anyone who could not tan-but she just stayed fair.

While doing research on Pierce County (Washington State) Superior Court Judge Frank Cuthbertson, I ran across a story called “Red Tide Rising in the Carolinas.” At the bottom of the story is a link to the Charleston Voice and your email address. In the story it shows that Mr Cuthbertson was arrested (later convicted) for a weapons crime. It also lists Mr. Cuthbertson as a member of the Communist Workers Party
Mr. Cuthbertson is now Pierce County (Washington State) Superior Court Judge Frank Cuthbertson. Since the arrest shows that Mr. Cuthbertson was arrested for a weapons crime in the company of admitted Communists, we now have a convicted criminal, who is a past communist and is now a Judge.

Congress just recently passed a pay as you go bill. They then turned around and exempted this particular piece of legislation from that provision.
The fiscally responsible republicans simply want the bill to paid for with reductions somewhere else less critical.
Anything that says anything else is just a democrat smear campaign.

Dumas Loses Fight to Limit Evidence for Ethics Trial
Nashville Judge Gloria Dumas is preparing to fight when she faces a rare ethics trial before a court of fellow judges.
On Wednesday, her lawyers tried unsuccessfully to limit the evidence being gathered for that trial.
While Dumas carried on with business as usual in her own courtroom, attorneys for the court that regulates Tennessee judges sparred with Dumas’ own lawyers over evidence for her upcoming ethics trial.
“Judge Dumas is entitled to be treated like any other litigant in a civil procedure,” one of her lawyers, Bill Farmer, argued in a hearing before Judge Don Ash, presiding judge for the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary.
She also acknowledged hiring her daughter as a court officer.
“And what made you think that she could do the job?” NewsChannel 5 Investigates asked.
“‘CAUSE SHE’S VERY SMART,” Dumas said. (well, hell, that oughts do it, case closed!!!)

Pelosi ought to be nervous. She is one of the primary causes of the birth of the Tea Party movement, along with her fellow jerks-Obama-Reid and the DNC. When I saw all those folks at the town hall meetings-locked out, refused entrance taking time out of their busy schedules etc. and then to be insulted by Pelosi they are-astroturf. I did not like to see my fellow Americans treated that way, I liked their questions-I thought that they should be treated to a dignified response. Maybe Madame Pelosi is just now figuring out how many of us Dems are in it. Pelosi we are against everything you Obama DNC Reid are for, we are never, ever coming back. You lied you cheated you stole you are incompetent and you are corrupt. WE THE PEOPLE will have none of that.

Apparently, Pelosi believed the Tea Party Movement was just a nuisance until their voices became loud enough for her to hear! Now, she is back-tracking and beginning to realize just how powerful the voice of the people really is!

BTW, isn’t the DNC dead? I thought the entire party went “off the cliff” when they moved some of their offices to Chicago after the nomination.
The Democratic Party lost its “base,” and that loss gave rise to the PUMAs. I am not sure how effective the PUMAs were, but I think they did make somewhat of a difference.
What are your thoughts about the Democratic Party? If they had the numbers, would they be trying to entice the Latino vote and change immigration laws?
All indications for Election 2010 point to a change in the Congress as well as to State Governors.
Because Independents are breaking away from supporting the party, they have no way of winning except through fraudulent means.

as you know I am a Democrat and was a Hillary supporter so when the DNC installed Obama over Hillary we knew something very bad and rotten was going on in this country. It was shocking absolutely shocking and disgusting so we were among the first to start “rebelling”. PUMA was started Party Union My A##. We suspected then that DNC, Obama, Reid Pelosi were corrupt we just didn’t know the extent, and then did everything we knew how to do to get the word out to the rest of the country. Texas Darlin, jbjd, Phil Berg, Orly and many others-this was in summer of 08. Then the suppression began web-sites hacked, material destroyed etc. I don’t need to tell you. This is why the hillbuzz guys are supporting Sarah, they are in Chicago and got it first hand. They are not kidding when they say they were threatened physically, emotionally, professionally-just like Larry Sinclair. This is why Pelosi and scoundrels will never get us back, are they kidding? I wouldn’t go back to them if they paid me a trillion dollars to do it, and neither would you. Lord please grant us justice with the DNC, Obama, Pelosi and Reid plus others that the laws of our land prevail and they never, ever get out of jail. We can and will repair our country and make it better than it ever was now that we know where most of the mischief lies. Look at all the evidence that our hard working diligent citizens have been able to assemble, the government should be able to save a ton of money on this alone.

In my opinion the DNC has been pushing the envelope for a long time, but Donna Brazile took it into areas of corruption and incompetence never seen before. She did say she wanted to destroy it, well Donna you sure succeeded, maybe after the Dems are thrown out of power and are in the wilderness for a long, long time-they will acquire some humility, what power means-its a tool-not a weapon, how NOT to abuse power and after many centuries put up a natural born citizen to run for potus.

The qualifications to be President of the USA, require that the candidate must be a Natural Born Citizen, with sole allegiance to the Constitution and the USA.
Article 2 of the Constitution says; “No person except a natural born citizen” shall qualify to be President. This is a mandate, not a suggestion!
Obama’s father was a British/Kenyan citizen. Obama was born with British/Kenyan citizenship by way of the British Nationality act of 1948. This makes Obama a dual citizen, and not a natural born citizen of the USA, hardly, sole allegiance.

I have many years experience working with the NHS and visiting many hospitals all around England. The information in the article is THE TRUTH and is widespread.
Also of critical importance is to understand that the credentialed caregivers (doctors, RNs, etc.) are mostly from third world countries and generally have degrees from what an American would regard as an unacredited medical school – mostly India and Pakistan, with a large smattering of ‘British’ African nations. This is because the wages are only “workers” wages and not “professional” wages. Highly qualified British students become lawyers, engineers, and government officials, etc., maybe even surgeons or specialists, but not primary caregivers.
As this article hints, the bureaucracy gets bigger and bigger every year in proportion to the caregivers.

I think that is why Obama has to volunteer/pay people to say he is smart. I have never heard any potus discussed that way. All the evidence that we have seen-Obama talking especially without teleprompter points the other way. I doubt all of his school records except kindergarten (we have seen the records) but there is no proof to substantiate other school records.

NACA variously accuses banks of engaging in predatory subprime lending or ignoring the needs of low-income communities. And the group likes to get nasty. The organization has been allocated $34.5 million from a new federal program to counsel distressed mortgage borrowers, to be paid to groups such as NACA little by little as they provide counseling. NACA’s slice is nearly 10% of the program’s funds …
The idea of taxpayers funding Leftist street theater and harassment is nothing if not infuriating. But perhaps an even bigger reason for concern is this group’s contribution to the lowering of lending standards that led to the implosion of the mortgage industry. David Hogberg describes the group’s methods as a “peculiar and successful formula: Help responsible borrowers get bank loans and then attack the banks until they also agree to make loans to irresponsible borrowers.”
The irony is that NACA should be commended for its systematic and exacting efforts to help low-income people become homeowners. But Bruce Marks’s responsibility toward the poor is more than matched by his irresponsible attacks on banks. He stalks and demonizes and harasses bank officials into making mortgage loans to the sorts of negligent low-income people he would throw out of his own program.

‘American Taliban’ Lawyer Working for Holder
Tony West, a high-powered San Francisco lawyer whose clients have ranged from corporate giants to “American Taliban” John Walker Lindh, has been nominated by President Obama as an assistant attorney general in charge of the Justice Department’s Civil Division.
West, 43, an Oakland resident, met Obama in 2004 at the Democratic National Convention and was one of his finance co-chairs in California last year, when the campaign raised a record $65 million in the state.
A graduate of Harvard University and Stanford Law School, West worked as a Justice Department attorney under President Bill Clinton, a federal prosecutor in San Francisco and an assistant state attorney general before becoming a litigator at San Francisco’s Morrison & Foerster in 2001.
While representing companies in civil and criminal cases, he has also served as a lawyer for Mark Klein, the former AT&T technician who testified that the telecommunications company was sharing customers’ phone calls and e-mails with federal agents in the Bush administration’s electronic surveillance program.
West was co-counsel for former Oakland Raiders receiver Marcus Williams, who in 2005 won $340,000 in damages from ex-teammate Bill Romanowski for punching him during practice.
He also took part in the defense of Lindh, the Marin County man who was a 20-year-old Taliban soldier in Afghanistan when he was captured in November 2001. Lindh pleaded guilty in 2002 to serving in the Taliban army and carrying weapons and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
West, who ran unsuccessfully for a state Assembly seat in San Jose in 2000, has acknowledged that the Lindh case dampened his political prospects, but said it was the kind of work he believed in.
“I really believe that in working on that case, I was recommitting myself to those principles of due process, fairness – things that separate us from most nations in the world,” he told The Chronicle in an interview last year.
