Philip J Berg has a new lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility:

“12/30/08: Press Release – DETERMINED to have the TRUTH regarding OBAMA that he is NOT “NATURAL BORN” and therefore NOT constitutionally QUALIFIED to be PRESIDENT BERG files a lawsuit on behalf of a RETIRED COLONEL The lawsuit is an “Interpleader” that shifts the burden of proof to OBAMA Further, OBAMA is named as “BARRY SOETORO” as that is his “real” name when he was legally adopted in Indonesia

(Lafayette Hill, PA – 12/30/08) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States which is pending in the U.S. Supreme Court [Docket No. 08 – 570] with two [2] Conferences scheduled on January 9th and 16th 2009, filed suit against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Obama on behalf of a Retired Military Colonel.

Berg today, with co-counsel Lawrence J. Joyce, Esquire, filed another lawsuit in Federal Court in the United States District for the District of Columbia on behalf of Retired Colonel Hollister against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama demanding to know Obama’s real name and if he is constitutionally qualified to be President. Plaintiff, Gregory S. Hollister, is a resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Hollister has “standing” and needs a decision so he knows whether or not to follow any Order of Soetoro a/k/a Obama.

The suit is in the nature of an Interpleader that shifts the burden of proof to the Defendants, Soetoro a/k/a Obama and Biden to show that they are “qualified” for office.

Berg stated, “I am determined, on behalf of the 320 million citizens in the United States, to see that “our U.S. Constitution” is followed. Specifically, in the case of Soetoro a/k/a Obama, does he meet the constitutional qualifications for President ? I do not believe so based upon: 1) Obama was born in Kenya and because his mother was not nineteen [19], he was only “naturalized” and therefore, not qualified to be President; 2) Obama was legally adopted/acknowledged in Indonesia at the approximate age of six [6] and attended school as “Barry Soetoro,” [his step-father is Lolo Soetoro] for four [4] years – Indonesia did not have dual citizenship and to attend school, he had to be adopted or acknowledged and he became a “natural” citizen of Indonesia; 3) when he returned to Hawaii at age ten [10], there is a question if he returned through U.S. Immigration – (a) if he did, Barry Soetoro would have been given a “Certification of Citizenship” that would have indicated he was a “naturalized” U.S. citizen since he was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia; or (b) if he did not go through immigration, which I believe, then Soetoro a/k/a Obama is an illegal alien and therefore, not constitutionally qualified to be President and his three [3] years as an U.S. Senator were a fraud.”

Berg continued, “I am appalled that the main stream media continues to ignore this issue as we are headed to a ‘Constitutional Crisis.’ There is nothing more important than our U.S. Constitution and it must be enforced. I am encouraged that the U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled two [2] Conferences to look into the merits of our allegations. I know that Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally qualified ‘natural-born’ citizen and therefore, is ineligible to assume the Office of the President of the United States.

Obama, knows he is not ‘natural born’ as he knows where he was born and he knows he was legally adopted/acknowledged in Indonesia; is an attorney, Harvard Law head of the Law Review and graduate who taught Constitutional law; knows the Obama candidacy is the biggest ‘hoax’ attempted on the citizens of the United States in over 200 years; places our Constitution in a ‘crisis’ situation; and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around the world.”

Berg concluded, “I will continue my efforts until Obama either proves he is qualified or does the right thing and states that he is proud that he, an African American, received more votes than anyone else in the Presidential election on November 4, 2008, but because of things in his past, he must withdraw his name.”

Debbie Schlussel, on her website, debbieschlussel.com, has a breaking story about Barack Obama’s Selective Service record and how it may be fraudulent. Here are some exerpts from the article dated November 13, 2008:

“Did President-elect Barack Hussein Obama commit a federal crime in September of this year? Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him?

It’s either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama’s official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.

But the release of Obama’s draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama’s claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.”

“The official campaign for President may be over. But Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration card and accompanying documents show that questions about him are not only NOT over, but if the signature on the document is in fact his, our next Commander-in-Chief may have committed a federal crime in 2008, well within the statute of limitations on the matter. If it is not his, then it’s proof positive that our next Commander-in-Chief never registered with the Selective Service as required by law. By law, he was required to register and was legally able to do so until the age of 26.

But the Selective Service System registration (“SSS Form 1”) and accompanying computer print-out (“SSS Print-out), below, released by the Selective Service show the following oddities and irregularities, all of which indicate the document was created in 2008 and backdated:”

Barack Obama held a rally in downtown Charlotte NC on Sunday, September 21, 2008. There was a large turnout and the 10,000 reserved tickets did not begin to cover the large numbers. People standing in line were told they would get in, but the majority did not. The crowd was orderly and the only commotion I observed was the banter between the anti abortion and Obama pro choice proponents.

I interviwed the anti abortion group. They were affiliated with Operation Save America. One gentleman stated:

“We want America to return to the lord. We want America to return to the Law.”

I asked for a response from someone standing in line to hear Obama. A lady stated that abortion is not genocide. She also stated that she was an independent, had seen all 3 candidates and chose Obama.

I spent several minutes talking to a gentleman that had spent 4 years
in the Marines and was now in the Army. He was aware of the Philip J
Berg lawsuit served on Obama. He was shocked at the lack of coverage by the MSM. He was also surprised at the armed forces people serving in Iraq that believed Obama would get them home sooner. Perhaps they need to read the article about Obama negotiating with Iraqi leaders to delay discussions until after the election. Obama has a lot of people fooled.

Obama was criticized by the Kenyan Government for his 2006 visit
to Kenya when he campaigned for his cousin Raila Odinga and
insulted the government. Now we learn that when Obama met with
Iraqi leaders “He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,“, stated Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari. The NY Post has a breaking news article on Obama’s meeting. Here are some exerpts from the article dated Monday, September 15, 2008:

“OBAMA TRIED TO STALL GIS’ IRAQ WITHDRAWAL”

“WHILE campaigning in public for a speedy withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, Sen. Barack Obama has tried in private to persuade Iraqi leaders to delay an agreement on a draw-down of the American military presence.

According to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Obama made his demand for delay a key theme of his discussions with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad in July.

“He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,” Zebari said in an interview”

“Though Obama claims the US presence is “illegal,” he suddenly remembered that Americans troops were in Iraq within the legal framework of a UN mandate. His advice was that, rather than reach an accord with the “weakened Bush administration,” Iraq should seek an extension of the UN mandate.

While in Iraq, Obama also tried to persuade the US commanders, including Gen. David Petraeus, to suggest a “realistic withdrawal date.” They declined.”

Noquarter USA has posted another great article. This article is about the Obama camp producing a video mocking John McCain for his inability to write emails. John McCain has trouble typing emails due to being tortured as a prisoner of war. Character is always revealed. Here are exerpts from the article:

Earlier today, Barack Obama’s campaign released an ad attacking John McCain for not knowing how to send an e-mail. Their crack research team apparently never heard of Google or Lexis-Nexis, but Jonah Goldberg does. He discovers why McCain doesn’t use a keyboard — his torturers made sure he couldn’t. The Boston Globe reported it eight years ago:

McCain gets emotional at the mention of military families needing food stamps or veterans lacking health care. The outrage comes from inside: McCain’s severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes. Friends marvel at McCain’s encyclopedic knowledge of sports. He’s an avid fan – Ted Williams is his hero – but he can’t raise his arm above his shoulder to throw a baseball.

After Vietnam, McCain had Ann Lawrence, a physical therapist, help him regain flexibility in his leg, which had been frozen in an extended position by a shattered knee. It was the only way he could hope to resume his career as a Navy flier, but Lawrence said the treatment, taken twice a week for six months, was excruciatingly painful.

”He endured it, he wouldn’t settle for less,” said Lawrence, who rejoiced with McCain when he passed the Navy physical. ”I have never seen such toughness and resolve.””

I would like to add some insight into this behaviour by the Obama camp. As many of you are aware, Obama visited Kenya in 2006 and helped his cousin Raila Odinga campaign. Odinga campaigned as a member of the ODM party. One of the strategies of the ODM party, taken directly from one of their leaked documents, is this:

“The age issue

Our core supporters are essentially young people who are angry about the domination of Kibaki politics by frail septuagenarians.

Billboards and leaflets ridiculing the old people in the Kibaki team; contrast this with billboards of Hon Raila with young people- the promise of a buoyant future.”

Sound familiar?

What a crock of crap!!  The only way GW Bush got elected in his first term is with help from his brother Gov, Jeb of Fl.and the Sec. of State in Florida.  The second term the Supreme Court elected him.  Obama needs to be more aggressive and fight back on everything the Republicans (Karl Rove) are saying or he will lose!  Tell him to give them hell for an 81 year od Democrat Grandma!!!

It’s about time!!! If we don’t stand up and shout down these lies who will??? I have already e-mailed the McCain web site, asking that they tell me what their goals are, and stop the smears and innuendos against Obama…I’m making my voting decison based on policies and plans for this country, not bad rapping the other guy.

ok the reason this s*** (stuff?) gets any traction is no one acts outraged when asked to respond. when joe smear goes on tv and says to kerry’s face that he is unamerican. and that obama is unamerican and kerry doesn’t stand up and put at least a finger in joe smear’s face and call him on it. what would happen if some democrate said to mccain’s face that he was unamerican? would mcains surgates continue if they knew they would be called up on this s*** (stuff?) soneone who calls me unamerican who never served would get me in thier face so fast they would wonder if i was going to punch them out. call me a coward and we see who backs down.

We need more than Media Matters to effectively neutralize the smears laid out in Corsi’s book. Cite Media Matters to any right-winger and they immediately dismiss the legitimacy of their refutations based solely on the group’s self-proclaimed Progressive agenda.

Are there other, non-partisan sources out there hard at work debunking Corsi’s lies?

Jerome Corsi is the worst person in the world. Keith Olberman should put him in there!
Senator Kerry is so right. This is the same old, same old tactic that these nil brain Republicans use to twist the truth. The fact is so many Americans are so out to lunch they believe everything they hear and see on 24 hour cable tv. There are populations in places around this country who are so uneducated that they can not think outside the box. The irony of it all is that these are the same people who elect the very President who will work against them when this President takes office. And, the really pathetic part of this whole same old saga is that these people never learn. These are the tax payers whose very property are being foreclosed and whose taxes are bailing out these private corporations. Is this insanity to its nth degree or what? If the American people succumbs to this kind of stupidity all over again, God help us all. This time there is no going back. Reversing the current situation will be next to impossible if another Republican President is in the White House. God Forbid if McCain gets in there. He will take us back to the Cold War era. I really feel sorry for these people who are in so much suffering. However, blessed are the ignorant and they will inherit the demise of this republic. The Founding Fathers must be turning in their graves. I for one did not put George W. Bush’s name on the ballot during the 2000 and 2004 elections. Suffice to say I have no blood on my hands and I have a really clear conscience. In other words I did not participate, ergo I do not carry any karma.
Yeah…… These people deserve what they get. Goes the saying; “when you are ignorant, you are stupid, therefore you are poor” Poor, meaning not only in terms of money but as a whole, one’s own very existence…So, I say WAKE UP AMERICA! BE ALERT! BE INTELLIGENTLY INFORMED! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! We are lucky this time because the media is so ready to debunk what ever lies the republicans are using as propaganda against Barack Obama. I do not know about you guys but this is really getting old and really tiring….They accuse Barack Obama as an elitist. Corsi has absolutely no credibility, but that will not stop people from buying, reading, and believing what he has written about Obama.
Already, Corsi is admitting to the media that he had an agenda when he wrote the book—and that is to insure that Obama is defeated.

Your assessment as to Corsi’s book is correct as is your opinion that we must fight back on a united basis with the truth.  Corsi’s book is clearly another “Swift Boat” attempt to win at all cost and we cannot afford as a Party (nor as a nation) to let that happen again.

I am a Counselor, what I have noticed something about the republican tactic to try to make the lies they repeat to be the truth…..

In counseling and more so in Hypnosis when a person is in a receptive state of mind ( as one would be relaxing in living room watching TV) the therapist will repeat a phrase over and over and when trying to say …. stop smoking… the client is then to take the tape home and listen over and over again until… (this is the reason it works) the subconscious then becomes re-wired and begins to have a new foundational framework to continue to build new schema layers of thoughts…….  So they have been saying things like “successes in Iraq” constantly never wavering.  I can see McCains body stiffen ( even more that usual) when he is asked a question that confronts one of these Hypnotic lies (I call them)
He gets quite defensive and then very shortly leaves the subject and makes sure to repeat his lie over and over as much as possible his next chance……
So its like Subliminal Hypnosis and they are using and using it with Blatant lies……..
The fears that many have like: Obama’s race and his religion: and this is mostly the old Hard line conservatives and people who are uncomfortable with racial differences ( these people are also low on the IQ scale, thus easier to sway to an agenda)
The conservative hardliners are working hard to infuse the American low level collective to the lies of FEAR and Hatred…..

And Using the same tactic would be wrong but there is bound to be a way you guys could get some scientists that prove what I am saying and put them on TV…..
Something has to be done…. They have ruined this country and this world with their greed and power hungry ways…..

These comments typify Obama supporters and their responses to
questions and facts regarding Obama and his past:

Personal attacks:

Attacks against Corsi, Republicans, GW Bush, McCain, and everyone
in the universe that questions Obama.
Diversions:
(Of course personal attacks), referring to everything but specific
aspects of Obama and his past, race card, religion (notice this was
mentioned-which religion do they believe he has?)

Elitist remarks:
“I am a Counselor”, “these people are also low on the IQ scale”,
“conservative hardliners are working hard to infuse the American low level collective to the lies of FEAR and Hatred”

What is missing:
No mention of any “lies” told by Corsi and no factual response to
an alleged “lie.”
Instead of listing the alleged “lies” written by Jerome Corsi, they
mention this:

“The Obama campaign has found so many inaccuracies in the book, they’ve put together a 41 page PDF document detailing all of them.”

Citizen Wells will be providing an article on the Obama Campaign
PDF file that uses biased MSM and blogger quotes to attempt to
discredit Corsi. I have, and have read “Unfit for Command” and
“The Obama Nation.” Both books are well documented and fact filled
books about two of the biggest liars to have ever sought the office
of president.

We urge you to read “The Obama Nation” by Jerome Corsi and do lots
of research and ask questions. This blog is a good place to start.

We are living in a time when the warnings of George Orwell have become reality. The thought police of the Obama Camp are trying to control what information you have available and are rewriting history.

There is a breaking story that Colin Powell will endorse Obama. It is hard to believe and if true, Colin Powell is an idiot.

Larry Sinclair, US soldier, Notebook computer, Good triumphs, Computer donated, Oklahoma soldier deploys to Iraq

Despite the evil attackers of Larry Sinclair attempting to turn something good into something bad, good has triumphed. Larry Sinclair met a US soldier from Oklahoma recently. The soldier has a family and wanted to be able to see his family using a webcam from Iraq. Larry Sinclair sent out a plea for help and a quick response produced a notebook computer with webcam for the soldier. Here is Larry Sinclair’s latest statement:

“THANK YOU FROM ME AND A US ARMY SOLDIER!  Sunday I put up a request for help in obtaining a Laptop Computer for a US Army Soldier  who is shipping out to Iraq this week.  I knew in my heart that people here would respond, but never in my wildest dreams did I think the mission would be accomplished this fast and to this extent. (I have edited the names of both Soldiers due to the vile statements already being posted on the internet by the Obama Blogoidiots and “Larry Haters” who claim everything is a scam.)
I am pleased to announce that today, Tuesday August 12, 2008 at approximately 12:45 PM CDT, a new Laptop Computer, carrying case, and cooling stand was hand delivered to this US Army Private First Class at Ft. Sill Oklahoma.  I spoke with the individual delivering it as well as with the Army Private at the time of delivery and  you could hear the pride and appreciation in the voices of both.  I thank everyone for their effort in this. 
To US Army PFC D.K., please stay safe, we are all proud to have met you and you and your family will alwaysbe in our prayers. Thank you sir for letting us do this small thing for you.
