I spoke to Larry Sinclair a few minutes ago, he told me about the following article on the WDBO, Orlando blog.

“Republicans have been licking their chops for the past year to find a candidate who can win back the District 24 Congressional seat from Suzanne Kosmas. But they’re also going to have to face off with one “no party affiliation” guy who is laying it all out there.
Allow me to introduce you to Larry Sinclair (that’s him in the picture to the left). He lives in Port Orange, and wants you to know a couple of things.

“The allegations Larry Sinclair makes in this book about our current president should be sending shock-waves through our national media. Consider that on November 6 & 7, 1999 Sinclair claims that he engaged in homosexual acts with then-Illinois Senator Barack Obama, who during these trysts not only procured cocaine for the author, but also smoked crack cocaine while being fellated. Although relatively unknown outside his home state at the time, Obama hit the national stage in 2004 by delivering a keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention. Sinclair realized only then that he’d engaged in sex with an up-and-coming political superstar.”

Aside from the Tony Rezko trial and subsequent indictments of Obama associates such as Rod Blagojevich, Larry Sinclair and his story may have been the single biggest catalyst for many to begin questioning Obama early in 2008. He has not backed down. As many of you know, from the moment that Sinclair came out with his Youtube video in January 2008, he has constantly been attacked and no expense has been spared to shut him down. This is part of a much larger story of the MSM being complicit in hiding Obama’s past. We were not going to let that happen then and now.
I want to thank everybody for their efforts last night to help Larry Sinclair. We are all connected as Americans and as voyagers on this planet. We need each other and I believe one of the lessons of this life is awareness of the plight of others. Mother Teresa certainly exemplified that. Our efforts to save this country also bear this out as well as our efforts to look out for each other. Thanks to all who responded to my plea last night. It is not just about money. Caring, praying for and just doing what you can are what it is all about.
There is a new story that has developed out of the Larry Sinclair struggle. This story reveals what can happen when the government has control of our lives, in this case, Social Security. I have first hand knowledge of this. Just as I was writing this article, I received an email.
“Citizen Wells, What do you think about a mass petition to US Senators
from Florida with everything that has happened to Larry and demand that his Social Security be reinstated. I have had a battle royal with them myself, they have stopped and started mine three different due to letters being sent to them from my enemies. If we could get a petition together including the facts from the beginning and have it hand delivered, I really believe it might make a difference. They all know this SOB is illegal but want to push it from someone else’s proof. this might work, especially through the Republican side. Who Knows??? After all, with Larry’s illness, Obama with his dirty tricks is denying him medical care that will save his life. Just A thought. I can’t donate, but I can help push a petition and information of whats going on.”

Senator Tony Fulton’s Sovereignty Resolution has been scheduled for a hearing before the Government, Military, and Veterans Affairs Committee, Friday, February 19 at 1:30pm.
It is currently the first item scheduded to be heard.

Linda Rohman and I had a meeting with Senator Fulton on February 1, prior to the hearing being scheduled, to offer what ever support we could in helping the bill to pass. We had a follow-up meeting yesterday to give a progress report on our plans.
Linda has had prior successful experience in coordinating legislative advocacy with the Nebraska Home Educators’ Association. A very restrictive homeschooling bill had been proposed which went no further because NCHEA coordinated testimony and rallied up HUGE attendance at the Education Committee hearing. 1200 homeschoolers descended on the Capitol that day.
*We need THAT kind of support for the Sovereignty Resolution*
Come to the meeting Thursday evening to hear about the effort underway to ensure the passage of the bill.
I will be putting out further details on Friday.
One aspect of these plans is now likely to involve testimony by Oklahoma State Representative Charles Key. Representative Key was the author of the Oklahoma Sovereignty Resolution, which was successfully passed over the OK Governor’s veto in 2009. He is considered a leader in the Sovereignty movement; his bill has been used as a “template” by other states. He has testified before other state’s legislatures, including most recently, Kansas in January.
We will have received additional information about Rep. Key’s ability to come to Lincoln by the Thursday.
In addition to the effort to get people to the hearing, we are planning associated events and we will need many volunteers.

As many of you know, I have covered the Larry Sinclair story since right after he released the Youtube video in January of 2008. Larry has made the supreme sacrifice for this country. He has had non stop personal attacks and death threats on himself and his family. In 2008, at the conclusion of his news conference at the National Press Club, Larry was arrested on trumped up charges from Joe Biden’s son, the then Attorney General of Delaware. Larry was eventually released after the charges were found to be false.
Larry Sinclair has fought off every attempt to silence him and keep his story from the public. That is one of the reasons I fought so hard all along to make sure the story got out, despite the best attempts of the MSM to smother Sinclair’s story or discredit him. Larry Sinclair, despite overwhelming odds, wrote and published a book “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder.” Sinclair has made little or no money on this book.
Larry Sinclair needs our help. I knew that he was in dire straights. The Obama thugs filed charges that Sinclair was making money off of his book and that he was not entitled to Social Security Benefits. This is treated as a criminal investigation and Sinclair receives no benefits until the investigation is concluded. Larry is a proud person and he does not want to ask for help. He needs $ 680 by tomorrow afternoon to keep from losing everything. He has already lost his car. He waited to the very last minute for this plea and I know that this hurt him to ask. He has told me that if he can get by until the end of the month, he can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Larry Sinclair, in the spirit of the founding fathers who risked all, has sacrificed everything. If you can give just $ 5 it will help. I intend to donate myself. I would not ask for him if this was not an emergency.
From the moment that Larry Sinclair made public his allegations of a drug and sex encounter in November 1999 with Obama two years ago, Sinclair has been attacked, illegally incarcerated and threatened with losing his Social Security disability payments. The Obama thugs have gone too far this time.

She already tried to tie Republican Scott Brown to Rush Limbaugh even though the two have never met.
Now tonight Martha Coakley tried to tie Scott Brown to “extreme right groups” who she says are pouring money into Massachusetts. She says this despite the fact that Brown raised over $1.3 million, mostly in small donations, in an online money bomb yesterday. And, she had the gall to say this outside of her Washington DC lobbyist fundraiser where 22 big-time lobbyists from drug, health care and insurance companies met tonight to help bail her campaign out.

Larry Sinclair is being controlled by the Social Security Administration again. Even if Sinclair was not a threat to the Obama Administration, he would still be at the mercy of government bureaucrats. I know about this first hand and will report on this in the near future. This is the spectre of Government run health care. We pay and they control.

Perhaps some of you were more skeptical of Larry Sinclair’s story a year ago. Anyone paying attention should find Sinclair’s story very plausible now. Here is Larry Sinclair’s latest encounter with the Social Security Administration.

I have been ill for the past few days and only today felt well enough to go check my mail. In my mail box was a letter from Alvin L. Crummell, District Manager for Social Security Administration.
I have been ordered to appear at the Social Security Office “before January 14, 2010…” for, “…We need to review your SSI record in order to determine that you continue to be eligible to receive benefits.”
I will appear at the office tomorrow, January 11, 2010 (the letter is dated January 8, 2010) with camera and digital voice recorder in hand. I will record the entire meeting which I have every right to do (and will do so for my own protection.)
I believe it is interesting that Social Security wants to now “review” the record when my physical condition has continued to worsen because Medicaid and University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville refuse to perform procedures requested by Doctors.
This “review” and letter is nothing more than an attempt to harass and intimidate me because I refuse to shut up and continue to push Barack Obama to come clean. This never ending harassment by the White House, DCCC and Obama idiots would have made a weaker person go postal already. Well the continued picking at this sore is only going to cause it to fester until the puss explodes. Keep picking!
These continued tactics for more than 2 years now should make people finally realize, I Larry Sinclair have been telling the TRUTH all along and the Obama administration and the DCCC know it.

“The Mayo Clinic, which has been praised by President Obama as an exemplar for the healthcare industry, will no longer accept new Medicare patients at a primary-care clinic in Glendale, AZ, a Phoenix suburb. While this office serves only a small portion of Mayo’s 526,000 patients in Minnesota, Arizona, and Florida, the organization says that the Glendale clinic is part of a 2-year pilot that will determine whether Mayo continues taking care of Medicare patients at other facilities. Meanwhile, the 3,000 Medicare patients who see family doctors at the Glendale office will have to pay nearly $2,000 a year out of pocket if they want to stay with their physicians.
Mayo is going in this direction because it lost $840 million last year on Medicare. Its Arizona hospital and four primary-care clinics lost $120 million. Nationwide, physicians earn about 20 percent less from Medicare than they do from private payers, but there’s no evidence that most are losing money on Medicare. In a Bloomberg article, Dr. Robert Berenson of the Urban Institute is quoted as saying that some primary-care physicians can afford to do without Medicare “because there is an unlimited demand for their services.” In areas where private health plans pay much more, Medicare looks like a poor payer, he adds.
Nevertheless, the Mayo experiment highlights the grim realities facing Medicare. Even at the current payment rates, the payroll-tax-funded Medicare Trust Fund, which covers inpatient care, is expected to go bankrupt in 2017. General tax revenues and beneficiary premiums guarantee the solvency of Medicare Part B, the outpatient program, but neither higher taxes nor the current rise in premiums is popular. Cutting doctors’ fees is not politically acceptable, either. To keep those fees stable for the next decade, the House recently passed a supplemental spending bill of nearly $200 billion, and the Senate is expected to follow suit, in return for the AMA’s support of its reform bill.”

“I recently suggested that seniors will die sooner if Congress actually implements the Medicare cuts in the health-care bill put forward by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. My colleagues who defend the bill—none of whom have practiced medicine—predictably dismissed my concern as a scare tactic. They are wrong. Every American, not just seniors, should know that the rationing provisions in the Reid bill will not only reduce their quality of life, but their life spans as well.
My 25 years as a practicing physician have shown me what happens when government attempts to practice medicine: Doctors respond to government coercion instead of patient cues, and patients die prematurely. Even if the public option is eliminated from the bill, these onerous rationing provisions will remain intact.
For instance, the Reid bill (in sections 3403 and 2021) explicitly empowers Medicare to deny treatment based on cost. An Independent Medicare Advisory Board created by the bill—composed of permanent, unelected and, therefore, unaccountable members—will greatly expand the rationing practices that already occur in the program. Medicare, for example, has limited cancer patients’ access to Epogen, a costly but vital drug that stimulates red blood cell production. It has limited the use of virtual, and safer, colonoscopies due to cost concerns. And Medicare refuses medical claims at twice the rate of the largest private insurers.
Section 6301 of the Reid bill creates new comparative effectiveness research (CER) programs. CER panels have been used as rationing commissions in other countries such as the U.K., where 15,000 cancer patients die prematurely every year according to the National Cancer Intelligence Network. CER panels here could effectively dictate coverage options and ration care for plans that participate in the state insurance exchanges created by the bill.”
“But the most fundamental flaw of the Reid bill is best captured by the story of one my patients I’ll call Sheila. When Sheila came to me at the age of 33 with a lump in her breast, traditional tests like a mammogram under the standard of care indicated she had a cyst and nothing more. Because I knew her medical history, I wasn’t convinced. I aspirated the cyst and discovered she had a highly malignant form of breast cancer. Sheila fought a heroic battle against breast cancer and enjoyed 12 good years with her family before succumbing to the disease.
If I had been practicing under the Reid bill, the government would have likely told me I couldn’t have done the test that discovered Sheila’s cancer because it wasn’t approved under CER. Under the Reid bill, Sheila may have lived another year instead of 12, and her daughters would have missed a decade with their mom.”

Weeks before I read the Wall Street Journal article below, I knew that ObamaCare would raise rates for existing health care policy holders and that the impact would happen sooner than later. Several weeks ago, a close personal friend informed me that their Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance premium had been significantly raised. When this person called the insurance office, they were told it was happening across the board. I then ran into a friend of mine who works for Blue Cross Blue Shield. The friend confirmed the story and stated that their rates had also been increased.

“Another day, another study confirming that ObamaCare will increase the price of health insurance. The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association has found that premiums in the individual market will rise on average by 54% over the status quo, which translates into an extra $3,341 a year for families and $1,576 for singles. The White House denounced the report as a “sham” before it was even released, which shows how seriously it takes such concerns.
The Congressional Budget Office also found this week that ObamaCare will boost premiums in the individual market by as much as 13%. But the White House called that a triumph because the higher costs will be offset by taxpayer subsidies that will be transferred to the federal balance sheet.
The Blue Cross study is in fact more precise than CBO’s because it is based on real market data, rather than modeling assumptions. The association mined the actuarial data from its six million individual or small-business policies, nearly one-eighth of those sold in the U.S.”
“”And you can bet as we continue to make progress,” communications director Dan Pfeiffer wrote on the White House blog, “the insurance industry will continue to try and distract and misinform because they know their very profitable status quo is in grave danger.” He must be referring to the industry’s overall profit margin of 2.2% in 2008.”
I am not going to address the lies being told by Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama about covering more Americans and reducing costs with government run health care. Unless you are a far left, socialist wacko, your good common sense will help you realize the liberal Democrats are lying. Instead I offer a video, that corroborates a body of evidence that proves that government run health care is bad for the citizens and will destroy our health care system. I can assure you from my recent dealings with the Social Security Administration that we do not want the government involved.
