Lady Boomer NYC has reported from the Democratic Convention in Denver and continues to report efforts by the Obama thugs to prevent a floor vote and disenfranchise delegates and voters. Here is the report from the River Daughter blog:

Clinton Delegates are pissed. The Clinton National Delegate Network, a grassroots movement of delegates is on the streets of Denver collecting signatures from Hillary delegates. This eleventh hour effort is being organized to ensure that delegates who were elected to represent the voters of each state can and will vote for the candidate they were pledged to.

The DNC and Nancy Pelosi, the Chairman of the Democratic Convention, are doing everything in their power to make sure that does not happen. With Obama’s flagging support, according to the polls, running neck and neck with McCain, they are very worried that Hillary will get the nomination if a roll call vote takes place on the convention floor. That is why they are making the delegates have a secret hotel vote, instead of the floor vote that’s been done since forever. The hotel vote will purportedly take place on Wednesday morning, August 27, 2008.

However, there is a DNC rule that says if 20% of a candidate’s delegates sign a petition for a roll call vote, it must happen. This means that Hillary needs 826 of her delegates to sign this petition. I visited their headquarters along with BettyJean, Pagan, Hill08, and BrendaLynn. As we set out on our mission, we got three signatures in less than one block. They headed for the Pepsi Center to collect more, and got about 40 in an hour, and I came back to Puma Headquarters to blog. Last word I got was there were over 400 signatures gathered.

Pagan reports that he talked to a delegate who originally supported Hillary. The delegate declined to sign or divulge the delegation he was from. He said he would vote the way his state party told him to vote and that Terry McAuliffe had instructed them in how to vote. When Pagan asked if he’d mind sharing what that way of voting would be, he also declined, and then just turned his head and refused to engage in the conversation anymore.

Delegates have reported to us that Obama supporters are stationed outside of each delegation’s room with clipboards, ready to make sure that once again, despite their best efforts to represent their constituents (approximately 12,000 voters per delegate in the case of primaries, and 585 in the case of caucuses), that Hillary delegates and voters are ROBBED of their democratic rights.

As recently as this afternoon, we knew that the hotel vote would take place in each delegation on Wednesday morning, and that Hillary would have a special luncheon with her delegates at 1pm. Rumor had it that she might release her delegates then.

However, we have an unconfirmed report coming from someone inside the Pepsi Center that Hillary Clinton will make a special announcement tonight during her speech. Although I’m ever the optimist, call me paranoid: Will she try to pre-empt this grassroots effort by releasing her delegates tonight?

I can’t even imagine the pressure she is under by party leadership. We even heard that President Clinton’s speech would not be televised live in prime time.

Oh my, is the DNC running scared or what? We need divine intervention. If you’re a praying person, give it your all.

From time to time we receive a comment that is so pertinent and compelling that the comment must be posted as an article. The comment below deserves publishing. As you read the comment below, as you watch the Democratic Convention play out, as you read stories of delegates being intimidated, as you read stories of voter fraud in the primaries and caucuses and especially as you witness the actions of the Obama thugs, remember that history does repeat itself.

“A huge reminder of my father-in-law in Latvia, who did not escape the Russians in the 1940’s. He tells us of a story of brand new, hand-made leather shoes. Took him one year to save enough money to have them made.. (which was a rare occurrence during this time, but, IF you worked hard enough to make the money and have shoes made, they would last the winters 5+ years). He had the new shoes only one week, when the Russians stampeded his home. He was arrested and detained, with the clothes on his back – which did not include shoes. And watched as a Russian soldier walked away with his custom-made shoes. He spent almost 5 years in a German “work/displacement camp” when the Germans rescued him… then the American’s came. Brought him HOME to the USA (LEGALLY). He always spoke of the struggle and disbelief of those who took away basic freedoms… he lost his land, his home, his family heirlooms, and all of his relatives on a moments notice… except his Mother. We barely listened to him, speak of those days of marxist, socialism, war… thinking that those days are GONE and could never happen in the US. He warned that it would only take a gap in society beliefs, and then a FEAR that could drive us to close our eyes or HOPE that it could never happen here… because we always believe that we would always have the shoes to WALK AWAY from a bully… I do fear.. It could happen here. You all need to learn about the FALL of other governments. We already have 3 of the 5 ingredients, for the recipe, to stop our way of life. Wake Up… Remember, History repeats itself, because we never seem to learn.”

Philip J Berg, attorney, filed a complaint in Federal Court in Philadelphia on August, 21, 2008. In the complaint against Obama, Mr. Berg states “Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.” Philip Berg also states the following:

“Senator Obama:

1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or

2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or

3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

Berg stated: “I filed this action at this time to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.””

PHILADELPHIA – A Lafayette Hill attorney filed a lawsuit in federal court Thursday challenging Sen. Barack Obama’s claim to United States citizenship. The action seeks to remove the Democratic candidate from the November ballot.
To be eligible to serve as U.S. president, a person must be born in this country. According to Obama’s birth certificate, which his campaign posted on its Internet site in June to quell rumors that he is foreign born, the Illinois senator was born in Hawaii on Aug. 6, 1961.
On Thursday, Philip Berg filed a temporary restraining order in federal court to bar Obama from running for president, claiming the Democratic candidate was actually born in Africa.
“We really don’t believe he was born in Hawaii,” Berg said. “We think he was born in Kenya.”
The presidential candidate’s father, Barack Obama Sr., was born and raised in a small village in Kenya, according to Obama’s campaign Web site.
Berg’s suit claims the senator’s grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama’s birth in the African country.”

For months there have been outcries from all over the nation of illegal practices at primaries and caucases around the country. Hillary Clinton and her supporters have cried foul over and over again. The Obama Campaign has made deception, attacks and dirty politics it’s hallmark. Recently it has been revealed that the Obama Campaign paid over $ 800,000 to Acorn, an organization with a history of documented voter fraud involvement.

Dr. Lynette Long has collected data and reports from the primaries and she has analyzed the data for accuracy. Texas has many reports of voter fraud and suspicious activity. This article will focus on Texas to provide a glimpse at how serious voter fraud was. Here are some reports from texas from Dr. Lynette Long:

“FROM TEXAS

I was at the Texas Caucus and the Obama supporter’s took the Packets as early as 6:30 AM which they were told not to do, They never let go and then when time came to vote they took over the precinct by some of them pushing the people that were supposed to run it across the room to chairs. They called in incorrect totals for Obama instead of correct ones. He actually had 4 delegates and they called in 19 delegates.

When my 88 year old Mother showed up, who can hardly walk on her walker, and they took her walker away from her when she said she was there to vote for Hillary. They said you are in the wrong place old woman; this is an Obama precinct, and you need to go across town. When I saw what was happening I called the police. Blog post no quarter evelyn

As an eye witness at the Precinct and Senate District Conventions, this is how Obama won many caucuses. First of all, vast numbers of Obama supporters were bused in to the conventions. They were loud and intimidating. Texas Democratic rules state that each person who participates in the Precinct Convention should have voted in this precinct and sign-in personally on a formal sign-in sheet. So many Obama people showed up, that there were not enough sign-in sheets available, so when the conventions ended, there were many sign-in sheets for Obama filled out in the same handwriting, not signed-in as specified. As Hillary supporters, we obtained copies of these sign-in sheets from all over south Texas, Harris County in particular. We laboriously compared the names on the sheets to see if the person who attended the precinct convention had voted in the primary election. Many listed Obama people had not. We then cross-checked the names of the Obama people to see if they lived in the correct precinct. Many times the Obama people did not come to the correct precinct and often appeared on sign-in sheets, as being present in several precinct conventions at the same time (a violation of the space-time continuum).

I walked into the Nueses,Texas County Convention only to discover that I was already there as an Obama delegate.

They shoved Obama signs in Clinton delegates’ faces, three inches from the nose, called them racists, and told my friend that she had to move from her third-row seat in one meeting and go sit in the back. She also said that the proceedings were heavily laced with black power speeches by preachers as well as public officials.”

On March 4, 2008, Texas held its Democratic Primary, affectionately called the Texas-Two Step. Polls were open from 7 am to 7 pm and then after the polls closed, persons who voted in primary could participate in a caucus. According to CNN a total of 2,867,454 votes were cast in the Democratic Primary with 1,458,814 (51%) votes cast for Senator Hillary Clinton and 1,358,785 (47%) votes cast for Senator Barack Obama, and a smattering of votes (49,855) for John Edwards, Bill Richardson, Joe Biden, and Chris Dodd combined. A total of 8,247 precinct conventions, commonly called caucuses, took place throughout the 254 counties in Texas, most of which were held at each precinct’s Primary polling place. If 100 people attended each of these “caucuses” than at least 800,000 people attended caucuses. The Dallas Morning News reported a projected turnout of 1.1 million. Overwhelmed by the participation, Texas stopped counting the results at only 41% of precincts counted. As a result of the Texas caucus, Obama was awarded 56% of precinct delegates and Clinton was awarded 44% of the precinct delegates. Since people who voted in the caucuses were required to have voted in their precinct, the voters in the caucus were statistically a subset of the voters in primary, but the results were statistically different. A more sophisticated analysis is required.”

“Concerns about high voter turnout and the inability of the precincts to adequately handle the number of participants and monitor the election process are rampant. On the night of the caucus itself, the Clinton Campaign brought many instances of these irregularities to the attention of the State Party. The
campaign received in excess of 2,000 complaints of rules violations, indicating widespread violations of the Party’s rules, including the following specific occurrences that are clear violations of specific
rules:

Voter Fraud – Temporary Chair packets were released by the election judge prior to 7:00 pm. Sign-in sheets were filled out before 7:00 pm by voters participating in the primary who did not participate in the caucus.
Voter Fraud – Inaccurate written records of participants’ presidential preferences.
Voter Fraud – Precincts were consolidated for purposes of holding a convention.
Voter Disenfranchisement – Precinct caucuses began before polls closed for the primary.
Voter Fraud – Ineligible participants voted or ineligible delegates were elected, including participants who were not registered voters, participants who did not vote in the primary, and provisional voters whose votes were counted; and no verification was made of the eligibility of participants or delegates.
Voter Fraud – Participants’ names and presidential preference were entered on sign-in sheets by someone other than the eligible individual participants.
Voter Fraud – Results were taken from a head count or hand count rather than the written roll.
Due Process – Delegate votes were not ratified by the precinct convention.
Due Process – Failure to follow Robert’s Rules of Order at the precinct convention.”

There is a new Youtube video out about the Larry Sinclair drug and sex encounter with Barack Obama in November 1999. Many of the Hillary Clinton supporters do not like the way she has been treated and they refuse to vote for Barack Obama. These Hillary supporters are now voting for McCain. We just posted an article about a suspicious payment to Acorn from the Obama campaign. No Quarter USA wrote an article about the possible money laundering and FEC violation.

“According to Federal Election Commission (FEC) financial disclosure reports filed by the campaign earlier this year, between February 25th and May 17th Obama paid $832,598 to Citizens Services, Inc. (CSI), one of the nearly seventy Not-for-Profit companies registered at the ACORN New Orleans headquarters on 1024 Elysian Fields Avenue [SEE IMAGE OF THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS of CSI as well as 20 other businesses.]. CSI now also shares an office with ACORN in Chicago at 209 W. Jackson St., home of the SEIU (Service Employees International Union).”

Michelle Malkin published an article on June 25, 2008, ” The ACORN Obama Knows.” Here are some exerpts from the article:

“Last July, ACORN settled the largest case of voter fraud in the history of Washington State. Seven ACORN workers had submitted nearly 2,000 bogus voter registration forms. According to case records, they flipped through phone books for names to use on the forms, including “Leon Spinks,” “Frekkie Magoal” and “Fruto Boy Crispila.” Three ACORN election hoaxers pleaded guilty in October. A King County prosecutor called ACORN’s criminal sabotage “an act of vandalism upon the voter rolls.”

The group’s vandalism on electoral integrity is systemic. ACORN has been implicated in similar voter fraud schemes in Missouri, Ohio and at least 12 other states. The Wall Street Journal noted: “In Ohio in 2004, a worker for one affiliate was given crack cocaine in exchange for fraudulent registrations that included underage voters, dead voters and pillars of the community named Mary Poppins, Dick Tracy and Jive Turkey. During a congressional hearing in Ohio in the aftermath of the 2004 election, officials from several counties in the state explained ACORN’s practice of dumping thousands of registration forms in their lap on the submission deadline, even though the forms had been collected months earlier.” In March, Philadelphia elections officials accused the nonprofit advocacy group of filing fraudulent voter registrations in advance of the April 22nd Pennsylvania primary. The charges have been forwarded to the city district attorney’s office.”

I received an important comment this morning. It is more of the same. Threats and attempts to silence those questioning Obama from the Nazi like Obama Camp. I have written several articles about the similarities between the Obama Campaign and Nazi Germany. These analogies are beginning to resonate with and frighten many people.

The comment made on this blog today refers to a Democrat Party Delegate being threatened to not speak out about Obama and another anti Obama website being shut down. Anyone following the Larry Sinclair story is aware of the unrelenting efforts by the Obama Camp to discredit and silence Sinclair . Here is the comment we received:

“This is important. There have been too many personal attacks on delegates that are Hillary Clintons. The Obama democrats have really gone too far. They think by demanding your vote as a delegate or you are thrown out for supporting Clinton will ensure that Obama has no problems. What are they so afraid of? They have been attacking PUMA websites.. another one down today. It is really sick to think they must cheat and steal and make death threats in the name of Obama. This just makes us stronger. We will not vote for him. Please follow this link and see the latest Delegate Problem. Please air these attacks and make it public. We have never seen McCain Supporters or Bush or even Bill Clinton supporters use these tatics to try and win an election. I think maybe America should fear a President Obama based on these tatics being used to silence Hillary Clinton Supporters. It is not right. And someone needs to speak out about it publicly! Here are some exerpts from call7 in Denver regarding the Democrat Delegate:

“An e-mail sent from the Political Director of the Colorado Democratic Party threatened the status of a national delegate, alleging she made “disparaging public remarks” about Sen. Barack Obama.”

“Millstone acknowledged she was frustrated over how the Obama campaign was treating delegates who supported Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and told a fellow delegate, in what she believed was a private e-mail exchange, that she was not sure she could vote for Obama at the Democratic National Convention later this month.

The other delegate apparently filed a complaint with the state Democratic Party suggesting Millstone lose her status as a delegate.”

The Democrat party is being run by a bunch of modern day Nazi Germany BrownShirts. The Obama Camp is an integral part of orchestrated efforts to control the flow of information available to the American Public. Bloggernews.net is reporting that they have evidence that attempts to shutdown anti Obama sites are coming from the official Obama website, barackobama.com, and the Obama Campaign. Here are some exerpts from that story:

“At least one of the attacks in the latest wave of blog shutdowns this past week came from IPs assigned to barackobama.com.

We have reported twice in the last two weeks about the attacks on anti-Obama websites. [“Google, Blogger, Obama: Obamanation Shut Down My Blog!”]] & [BabbaZee’s “Anti-Obama Blogs Shut Down by Google, Obamabots“]”

“We came across this post by MacRanger at MacsMind [Macsmind Hacking UPDATE] yesterday, where Mac presents “one fact that can’t be explained away”.

On July 22-25 Macsmind was DOS’d (Denial of Service) that originated from three IP addresses that are assigned to Barack Obama’s website. This isn’t a theory but was confirmed via law enforcement through an inspection of the site logs from those dates. The IP address in question; 66.39.4.254 66.39.143.229 216.146.206.181, are all registered via “Go Daddy” under the name barackobama.com.

On those dates, beginning at At 5:48PM Central on the 22nd, the hosted server that contained our site was hit by a 1.6 gigabyte flood of illegitimate traffic. The attacks never abated and only stopped when our host provider took us off line.

Spam traffic originating from three IPs assigned to the barackobama.com would seem to be compelling evidence to the disinterested reader. We haven’t been able to reach MacRanger yet, but the real question isn’t “Is the Obama camp involved in this?””

Is Obama elligible to be president?

Was Obama born in Kenya or Hawaii?

Is the birth certificate supplied by the Obama camp valid? Apparently not!

Andy Martin has a new book out and a news conference in New York, today, July 14, 2008. Andy states in his new book that Obama is illigitimate and that Obama has been lying to the American people. Here are some exerpts from Andy Martin’s blog:

TV news has hit a new low. A news reporter that I once respected, Greta Van Susteren, and a former news show, Fox News, have become major disappointments. Just a few weeks ago my lady and I were watching Greta on Fox and we both remarked at how much she had changed. Greta used to be a hard hitting, no nonsense news seeker. Now she hosts an entertainment show. Well, I have had it!

Greta recently posted the following:

There are good reasons to be skeptical of what politicians promise you.. challenge them about those promises…question their policies…but let’s skip unsubstantiated smears.”

So, greta is basing her decision to not interview Sinclair based on rumors, smears and one biased blog?

So, what is the reason Greta?

Are you drooling over Obama?

Are you more interested in doing an entertainment show?

Are you afraid of being tagged racist?

Are you afraid to get your hands dirty and do some real work? Some real news reporting?

Greta, and most of the rest of MSM, I and other bloggers and truth seekers have been doing your job. I actually speak to Larry Sinclair. I ask questions without assuming. I do not drink the “kool aid”. In fact, I have researched and written about Dan Shomon, Obama’s former campaign manager and co schemer in getting state grants for Robert Blackwell companies. You see, Greta, the Sinclair story did not happen in a vacuum. If you had been doing your job, you would have been aware of all the crime, curruption and drug connections that make Sinclair’s story more believeable.

And guess what, one of the bloggers that has tried the hardest to discredit Larry Sinclair and anyone else seeking the truth about Obama, has been found out. This person has a recent criminal record. The is the same blogger that lied and took credit for Larry’s arrest. If you had bothered to check, the blogger’s information was incorrect. If you go to my blog, you will find the facts.

I have studied Barack Obama and Larry Sinclair and I can assure you that Mr. Sinclair has more credibility with me.

So Greta. I challenge you to do some real reporting.

I also challenge you to contact me. I have facts as the result of hard work that I can provide. That is, if you care.
