Obama belongs in jail, along with Michelle Obama, Howard Dean [former head of the Democratic National Committee], senior campaign officials and senior administrative officials, who had to know of this conspiracy.  Yes, conspiracy by Obama !   Actually, all of them must be subjected to our criminal justice system, tried and those convicted must go to jail.  Yes, even these individuals are entitled to rights guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution !

I was the first attorney to bring the issue of Obama “not” being “Constitutionally Eligible” in a law suit I filed on August 21, 2008, BEFORE the Democratic National Convention.  I sued Obama and the Democratic National Committee.  I wrongly thought that Howard Dean, the then head of the DNC would call Obama in and demand that he prove that he is “Constitutionally Eligible”, that being “natural born”.  No, instead, collusion.  No response from the DNC until a “joint” response with Obama a month later.

The crucial piece of evidence, more important than Obama’s Birth Certificate, is the fact of Obama’s adoption and/or the fact he was “legally acknowledge” by Lolo Soetoro.

Two [2] important facts from Obama’s own books:  1. He said he found his Birth Certificate – so show us !  2. Obama states [his parents had divorced and his mother remarried] that his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, returned to Indonesia before his mother and Obama.  Obama then said when he went to Indonesia he immediately went to school.  Indonesia was in turmoil and only Indonesian citizens were allowed in school.  Well, those adopted or acknowledged by their stepfather were also considered “natural born” Indonesian citizens.  On our web site: obamacrimes.com   we have Obama’s school record from Indonesia:  Name = Barry Soetoro; Nationality = Indonesia;  Religion = Islam [which is Muslim].

FACT:  If Obama has “not” legally changed his name, his legal name is: BARRY SOETORO !    Therefore, every time Obama uses the name Barack Hussein Obama, he has committed and still commits FRAUD.  Yes, one can use an alias, but “not” for fraudulent purposes.

SIGNIFICANT CASE still pending:  In the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the case of:   Berg as Relator vs. Obama, Case No. 09-5362.  In this case, I allege that Obama/Soetoro is “not natural born” and “not naturalized”, but that, based on the following, that Obama/Soetoro is an “illegal alien” and therefore, his term as the U.S. Senator from Illinois was fraudulent and therefore, the salary & benefits Obama/Soetoro received of over $1 million dollars must be returned to the U.S. Treasury.  This type case is called “False Claims” or “Qui Tam” and are “sealed” when initially filed and are usually used in Medicaid or Medicare fraud cases.  The issue on Appeal is whether a “Conflict-of-Interest” exists with Eric Holder and/or his Offices litigating the matter against Obama.  I have stated a “Conflict-of-Interest” exists and I requested a “Special Prosecutor” be appointed.

Why “Conflict-of-Interest” ?   In this type case, the decision after a case is filed is made by the U.S. Attorney Generals Office and the U.S. Department of Justice, both who come under the Attorney General of the United States who is ERIC HOLDER.  Well, ERIC HOLDER was a Senior member of Obama’s campaign staff;  ERIC HOLDER was selected by Obama to be one of three individuals to select the Vice President – and they selected Joe Biden; ERIC HOLDER was nominated by Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to be Attorney General of the U.S. who is the highest law enforcement person in the U.S. who reports and advises the President [Obama].  IF THAT IS “NOT” A “CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST”, then “CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST” must be removed from our legal system and the Code of Federal Regulations.

WE CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE D.C. COURT OF APPEALS, COURT EN BANC [entire Court] WILL HAVE GUTS ENOUGH TO HEAR OUR APPEAL.  WE CAN ONLY HOPE !

“1. Oh what a tangled web we weave…
It isn’t hard to imagine the gnawing anxiety that AKA OBAMA lives with, day in and day out. Much has been written about AKA OBAMA’s behavior that reminds mental health experts and others of NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder.) A frequent manifestation of such a disorder is The Narcissist, as Liar and Con-man.
This disorder is frequently misunderstood as “self-love.” A more accurate understanding is love of a reflection of one’s self. Abused, abandoned and neglected children will compensate for damaged egos by creating an ideal reflection of themselves that they then embellish and vigorously defend. A person with NPD is quite capable of a mind twisting position like, “I have nothing to hide, but I am hiding things anyway.” AKA OBAMA certainly fits the model of having such a childhood. While I am not in the position to deliver an official In Absentia diagnosis of a full strength NPD case, many of the indicators are present.

If AKA OBAMA were not in a position of public trust, most of us would probably overlook such deception and secrecy. For those of us who care about our Constitution and the rule of law, the issue becomes clear in this article that appeared in on-line Pravda by international columnist Mark S. McGrew, The Mysterious Shadow: Code Name Obama. Most Americans do not want their president to be secretive about his past. However, if one is living a lie to preserve the ego compensating, idealized reflection of self, one will go to great lengths to hide things that most would routinely reveal.

 
For the person who has NPD tendencies, the lies used to create the reflection become so numerous that eventually the man in the mirror cracks, and so does the real human being hiding behind the reflection.

A useful tool in evaluating things that are not known with certainty is Occam’s razor. When multiple competing hypotheses are equal in other respects, the principle recommends selecting the hypothesis that introduces the fewest assumptions and postulates the fewest entities. It is in this sense that Occam’s razor is usually understood. I condense this to the simple question: what is most likely? In our discussion of the documents which AKA has hidden, most of this article is an examination of which explanation is most likely.

For example, which is most likely;
(a) AKA OBAMA is hiding documents that are innocuous?
(b) AKA OBAMA is hiding documents that are damaging?

What we know with certainty is that AKA OBAMA is not practicing the virtue of full disclosure. ” The biggest question, and the biggest reason for asking more questions, is the fact Obama has enlisted law firms across the nation to battle every attempt to access, among other documents, his birth, schooling, immigration or passport records.” New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo

There are so many potential sources that can end AKA OBAMA’s Presidency that it is impossible to keep them all quiet. It’s just a matter of time. As columnist Davvy Kidd says, IMPOSTOR PRESIDENT OBAMA: VICTORY WILL BE SHORT LIVED. First, let’s think of all the lawyers and support staff involved in keeping the birth certificate issue quiet. Isn’t it likely that some of them know what they are hiding? Isn’t it likely that several people at the Hawaiian Department of Public Health know what is, or is not, on the original birth certificate that AKA OBAMA refuses to release? Did you know that there is a one million dollar reward offered for AKA OBAMA’s Hawaiian birth certificate?

2. Please get this straight:

Hawaiian officials have not validated AKA OBAMA’s place of birth. What they have said is that they “have the original document” on file. They haven’t offered a clue as to what information is in that document nor have they said what kind of birth certificate is on file; a conventional birth certificate issued by a hospital with a doctor’s signature or the kind of birth certificate issued by Hawaii on the basis of an affidavit? The Hawaiian officials are not part of a cover-up. They can not legally validate what is on that document without a court order or permission from “our” Chicago con-man. Recently a Hawaiian government official stepped over the legal line and overtly stated that AKA Obama’s “vital records” showed that he was born in Hawaii. It is entirely possible for the “vital records” of Hawaii to show than a person was born in Hawaii when in fact that person could have been born elsewhere.”

From now until the November elections, I will focus attention on 3 topics.

  • Keeping the Blagojevich and Obama corruption before the American people, despite the best efforts of the Justice Dept. and media to keep it hidden until after November.
  • Highlighting the Obama eligibility issues in support of LTC Terry Lakin.
  • November Elections – Emphasizing voter turnouts, minimizing voter fraud and highlighting congressmen who need attitude adjustments.

Before the 2008 elections a great effort was made on this blog and elsewhere to educate congress and other officials about Obama’s eligibility issues. The US Constitution Hall of Shame was initiated to highlight those with ignorance of and disregard for the Constitution. It is time for another inductee, Rep. Jeff Flake of Arizona.  Sharon Rondeau at the Post & Email has presented an article on Rep. Flake that is shocking on many levels. Hats off to  Sharon Rondeau and the Post & Email for another great effort.

I want to know when your going to uphold and defend the constitution as you swore to? You cannot not just pick and choose which parts to uphold and defend,  either its all or get out.  I must say you did respond to me once about obamas eligibility to hold office and your answer was bogus, and for that matter laughable.  Why is a military hero ( Lt Col Terry Lakin) being court martial for asking?

You told me to look on snopes and factcheck to see his birth certificate. I say its a fake and it needs to be investigated.  There are so many questions left unanswered.  Admit it obama could not get a security clearance to work in the mail room at Capitol Hill yet he is president.  Obama could have been born in the Oval Office and delivered by the Supreme Court and still not be eligible.  Now when are you going to actually look at facts and call the usurper out?   I bet if you actually looked into it you will be amazed at the evidence against him plus all the other treasonous acts he has committed he should have been taken out of the white house in handcuffs days after being sworn in.  How can you sleep at night knowing there is a usurper in the White House?  You know he is ineligible, he knows it, the whole Congress knows it,  the Supreme Court knows it and most of America knows it, and yet it is being swept under the rug.  I consider it treason sir.  What will you do if the truth finally sees the light of day?  Here is a list of documents not released by obama which should be released by a President.

Passport records, Obama kindergarten records, Punahou School records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago scholarly articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records/schedules(said to be lost), Medical records, Obama/Dunham marriage license, Obama/Dunham divorce documents, Soetoro/Dunham marriage license, Adoption records and of course the long-form Certificate of Live Birth. All financial aid records, any forgein citizenship records. I am positive I will not get a response to this.  I will not stop asking until the truth comes out either way.  I just want the truth.  What has been presented so far is not the truth.  When will you ask “The Question” on the floor?

Blagojevich prosecution continues to protect Obama, Retrial after 2010 elections

The delay in prosecuting Rod Blagojevich for his involvement in Chicago and Illinois corruption going back to at least 2003 has largely been ignored or hidden by the mainstream media. Hats off to the Chicago Tribune and Jeff Coen for setting the record straight on the investigation of Blagojevich.

From the Chicago Tribune August 30, 2010.

“The former owner of a Joliet landfill at the center of an infamous spat between then-Gov. Rod Blagojevich and his alderman father-in-law was hit Monday with federal tax evasion charges.”

“Blagojevich has often sought to blame his legal troubles on the dispute with his father-in-law, Chicago Ald. Richard Mell, 33rd, who helped him become Illinois’ first Democratic governor in a quarter-century. But in reality, it served more as a colorful sidelight to the scandal that would lead to Blagojevich being arrested in 2008 and charged with trying to peddle his powers for personal benefit.

A federal jury this month couldn’t agree on a verdict for nearly two dozen corruption charges against Blagojevich — including trying to sell President Barack Obama’s former U.S. Senate seat — and prosecutors announced they would retry Blagojevich as soon as early 2011. Blagojevich says he is innocent and was targeted by overzealous prosecutors and political enemies.”

The squabbling over the landfill often is mistakenly referenced as touching off the federal investigation that became Operation Board Games and eventually led to a sweeping indictment against Blagojevich and players in his administration.

“Evidence that surfaced during the trials of Blagojevich and fundraiser Antoin “Tony” Rezko showed the investigation was well under way months earlier. Blagojevich appointee Stuart Levine was recorded by federal investigators speaking with Rezko about fixing state board votes early in 2004, and Levine himself was confronted by the FBI in May 2004.”

The arrest of Rod Blagojevich was obviously engineered to occur after the 2008 elections. The first and second trials were obviously engineered to keep the truth about Blagojevich and Obama hidden until at least after the 2010 elections. The US Justice Dept. must be given an enema.

The following article was sent to me in an email this morning by a long time commenter and patriot. I am not certain if I totally agree with it. There is much food for thought. I can forgive Glenn Beck for not covering Obama’s eligibility in order to stay on the air to cover other crucial concerns (if that was his motive). However, when he insulted millions of concerned Americans who question Obama’s eligibility, including many in the military, including numerous high ranking officers and then finally LTC Terry Lakin, he went way over the line.

If you are a die-hard Glenn Beck fan (like I was), please keep a very open mind as you read this.  Our freedom depends on it.

I know too many “ex-Glenn Beck fans” who are using the wrong approach in attempting to show you why Glenn is more of a threat to the American people than he is a truth-teller or savior.  I don’t entirely fault them because I understand their frustration as well as their “sense of urgency”.  The simple fact of the matter is that if  “We The People” do not begin to think for ourselves, and stop the conformity, we will continue to be misled, and we will get nowhere in our fight to regain our freedom and liberties.

In my quest to understand how our country has gotten to where it is, I found Glenn Beck.  Not only did he seem to have the answers, he was also providing me with excellent information about people and groups (the czars, ACORN, SEIU, Andy Stern, Anita Dunn, etc.) who surround and influence our president and our policies.  I was sure Glenn had stumbled on some pretty beefy information which offered a great explanation as to why our country was going to hell in a hand basket.

For months, I never missed a Glenn Beck show. At the same time, I continued my relentless research on the internet for as much “truth” as I could get my hands on and I’m convinced this allowed me to keep a healthy perspective on “truth”.  One day while watching Glenn – a warning signal sounded in my head.   In realizing just how massive of a following that Glenn was gaining, I cautioned myself to be careful and to keep an open mind.  As indicated by history as well as the bible, I understood that anyone who has the ability to gain such a mass following of people also has the ability to lead that mass astray.

IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY DECEIVE – YOU MUST USE TRUTH

You cannot gain a mass following by telling lies.  In order to deceive, You MUST use the truth…  or at the very least, what might be acknowledged as truth by the masses (more on this later).

The majority who align themselves with Glenn Beck consider themselves to be “conservatives.”  If you fall into this category, you do not follow CNN or MSNBC because “you are able to see the lies.”  You can’t conform to their viewpoint because there isn’t enough truth in their message to keep your attention.  CNN or MSNBC cannot deceive you because you see no truth in their message.  Deception can only deceive if it looks somewhat like the real thing.

BEFORE YOU UNDERSTAND “HOW” – YOU MUST UNDERSTAND “WHY”

Many of you will refuse to believe that you are being deceived by Glenn Beck because you cannot fathom any reason why he would do this. Without considering the big picture, this is understandable.  Because of this, you have rationalized that the “Beck Bashers” must either be jealous of his fame and fortune or they are just “idiot liberals.” Before we can begin to explore “how we are being deceived”, we must first ask the question, “Why?” The short answer is controlled opposition, and this is where it is crucial for many of you to gain and keep an open mind!

Some of you reading this already know that the truth (whole, entire truth) will never be televised. But, as I temporarily did, you are holding on to the hope that somehow, Beck/FOX managed to break free of this rule.  You may even think that FOX has discovered that there is more money in telling the truth – so they are going to continue to do it – until the Obama Administration decides to silence them.  If you believe there is any threat of FOX being shut down or of Beck being taken off the air – let me guarantee – this will never happen. Why?  Because Glenn Beck is the most valuable player on Team Obama than anyone else.  Why?  Because the elites behind the New World Order who own “Team Obama” also own all of mainstream media.”

“As I continued to watch Glenn Beck with an open mind, I began to see signs of deception.  I began to see signs of neo-conservatism.  I hadn’t even finished my “Arguing with Idiots” book.  Issues and actions that were extreme violations of the Constitution and our freedoms and liberties that were discussed all over the internet went for days unmentioned on his program. If and when they were mentioned, they were not given the attention they deserve.  Some were blown off entirely.

As I dug more and more into the 9/11 Truth Movement and I saw the legitimate questions coming from patriots, our war veterans, our military leaders, 9/11 commission members, aerospace engineers, experts, historians, pilots, architects and engineers, families of those killed, economists, I realized these people were not the “kooks” that Beck described. They were also not “dangerous” as Beck described.   I had to ask myself why he would mislead his followers.  Beck even went so far as to say that he “began hating the families of those who died on 9/11.” Someone who told us to “Question Boldly” suddenly had a zero tolerance level for questioning even from families who had more reason than anyone else to question.

I had no choice, in the face of all the evidence, to conclude that Beck is the ultimate deception because he makes the choice to deceive – as opposed to deceiving out of plain old ignorance.

I attribute much of my initial awakening to Glenn Beck –  but because I knew better than to give him my complete trust (I reserve that for God) – and I knew the importance of continuing to find truth on my own (as everyone needs to do, especially now), I knew when to part ways with him.  That ultimately led to me turning off the TV.  I do not get my news from the TV – because the truth isn’t televised and because you should never be bullied into asking or NOT asking any question.

If Beck were truly “bucking the system” – he would have gone the way of Lou Dobbs.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin believes in the US Constitution as the supreme law of the land. He takes his oath to defend the Constitution seriously. He is facing an unjust court martial as a result of his convictions and patriotism. We must give him our full support.

Many people are still unaware of Terry Lakin and his predicament. Aside from posting articles on this blog, I share information with those around me, those in my sphere of influence. My brother was in town a few days ago and I mentioned Lakin. My brother was not familiar with the case, even though he tries to keep up with the real news. He is just too busy. Now my brother knows and he will tell others.

On October 29, 2009, I wrote the following before the NJ Governor’s race.

“Six degrees of separation.

This is a simple strategy that is at the heart of grassroots efforts.

If you haven’t been spreading the word, do so now. And keep letting people like Glenn Beck know that they have a duty to report this.
