Beck and Birthers
Downstairs we were just discussing a very recent Beck episode in which he pizzes on birthers again. It is becoming obvious that he will NEVER touch this. For whatever reason, he is scared spitless of that topic. But he and some of his guests have been researching Zero and speculating on his past and his influences and all that.
So that seems to be open season for them. So – why in the hell are they not screaming bloody murder to get access to his hidden records? Why are they not pointing out that this is unusual and suspicious? Why are they not like just totally up in arms about this?
Knowing that they aren’t going to ever deal with birth-related issues – we need to push them harder specifically on the issue of the hidden records and documents.
We could save the government a fortune re: Articles of Impeachment-just cross out Nixon’s name-insert Obama-most are the same crime and/or criminal activities–possible add a few, delete a few.
If it doesn’t fit you must convict. I don’t know who the birthers are, but the Constitutionalists know that Obama is not eligible for potus position. Obama doesn’t fit Constitutional requirements for potus, therefore we must convict.

In a bid to stem taxpayer losses for bad loans guaranteed by
federal housing agencies Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac, Senator Bob Corker (R-Tenn) proposed that borrowers be required to make a 5% down payment in order to qualify. His proposal was rejected 57-42 on a party-line vote because,as Senator Chris Dodd (D-Conn) explained,
“passage of such a requirement would restrict home ownership to only those who can afford it.”
I can’t add anything to this.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) announced last evening that he plans to offer Senator Dick Durbin’s (D-IL) controversial Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act of 2009 (the DREAM Act, S. 729) as an amendment to the unrelated National Defense Authorization Act. The DREAM Act would effectively legalize approximately 2 million illegal aliens under the age of 35.

On Monday morning I must file the legal brief and Response to the ‘US Citizenship and Eligibility’ battle I am involved with the Illinois State Board of Elections. (ISBE) As far as I know, this case is the only uncontested case of “Standing” on the eligibility issue. What I discovered was that no where in
Illinois do they check the eligibility of any candidates running for
office.
While Meroni V ISBE addresses all candidates on my ballot, I have uncovered information that will allow a linkage to the 2008 election in Illinois.

The video with my testimony before the Illinois State Board of Elections explains some of the pleadings. The Attorney General replied yesterday and I must reply and get the answer to the court by Monday, September 20th. There is no chance for delays, by law this is an expedited proceeding.
The trial is on Thursday, Sept 23rd at 2pm. The Judge will decide within days.
This is a very serious case with a strong Conservative Judge. I must drive 500 miles (round trip) to go to court in Springfield, Illinois. Last week the judge ruled against the State and in my favor; based on my legal pleadings that the State had to provide me free of charge all the transcripts from the hearings before the Illinois State Board of Elections in August. A small but important victory because the ISBE lawyer wrote the review of the case law that allowed me the transcripts. That they then tried to deny me that right was evident to the Judge so he ruled for them to get the transcripts to me immediately.
I have uncovered some CRITICAL information that will set a similar pace to this case. I will discuss some of this once the filings are completed next week and all of it after the trial on Thursday night. We will have a special show Thursday night, September 23rd.
I must raise $800 to get this filed on Monday. I can not fight this next step without funds and frankly I won’t make the deadlines if I don’t get help. Besides other costs, I will have to pay for a local service to get the case to the Clerk of the Court on Monday.

Good Morning Did you see the new democrat logo?
I grew up in ranching country and it reminded me of a cattle brand. The “Circle D Party” brand. Brands were to protect ranchers from cattle thieves. That’s what the Pelosi democrat party thinks of most Americans – thieves of thier power. Circle D party from ordinary Americans.

If what Dodd states is correct then this would overturn a piece of legislation that was introduced during the Carter Administration. I see that as a good thing.
The fact is that a lot of the mess was created because of that legislation – it enabled people who had no way of paying off a mortgage to get a loan.
I have been following this because there are so many angles to the story. The creation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are only a portion of the problem that existed.
Here in Australia you need proof that you can pay the mortgage. You also need to have a substantial portion of the amount of money required to purchase a house. When we started with a $90,000 house we had $10,000 for the deposit. Since then weve sold and purchased several houses. Each time we had to prove that we could pay off the loan.
From what I have understood of the situation, the legislation in place even required that banks had to loan to these low income people. That kind of requirement helped to create the monster in the first place. There is a lot more to the whole story.
Needless to say, the strategy that evolved under Carter was pure Cloward-Piven designed to collapse the economy.
