The actual document contains a wealth of information such as the signature of the attending physician or midwife, a field for evidence presented for an Amended Birth Filing, race of parents and child, and a signature and date stamp, certifying the copy as an authentic representation of the information on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.
Importantly, the actual document, which you can view through this link, contains the fields, “Date received by Local Registrar” and “Date accepted by the State” and the name of the Local Registrar. In recent months, Miss Janice Okubo has insisted that the terms mean the same thing and that she has no knowledge of what terms were used previously to the alleged Obama COLB.
The now widely recognized, crude forgery which Obama claims to be his own Certification of Live Birth bearing the date of 2007 but without the seal and confirmatory signature of the State Registrar, does not contain information regarding the race of the child or the date accepted.
This has led private researchers to speculate that Obama’s original vital records, which Dr. Fukino claims to have seen and which she herself admits are several, might contain a delayed birth filing, an amended birth filing, adoption record, or other changes regarding the name of the child and parents and location or nation in which the child was purported to be born.
The details of this actual 1981 “long form” “birth certificate” indicate more precisely the possible motives Obama might have for refusing to disclose his own real certificate, that is, if he was in fact born in Hawaii in the first place. Because the actual form might indicate:”

As many of you know, I have covered the Larry Sinclair story since right after he released the Youtube video in January of 2008. Larry has made the supreme sacrifice for this country. He has had non stop personal attacks and death threats on himself and his family. In 2008, at the conclusion of his news conference at the National Press Club, Larry was arrested on trumped up charges from Joe Biden’s son, the then Attorney General of Delaware. Larry was eventually released after the charges were found to be false.
Larry Sinclair has fought off every attempt to silence him and keep his story from the public. That is one of the reasons I fought so hard all along to make sure the story got out, despite the best attempts of the MSM to smother Sinclair’s story or discredit him. Larry Sinclair, despite overwhelming odds, wrote and published a book “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder.” Sinclair has made little or no money on this book.
Larry Sinclair needs our help. I knew that he was in dire straights. The Obama thugs filed charges that Sinclair was making money off of his book and that he was not entitled to Social Security Benefits. This is treated as a criminal investigation and Sinclair receives no benefits until the investigation is concluded. Larry is a proud person and he does not want to ask for help. He needs $ 680 by tomorrow afternoon to keep from losing everything. He has already lost his car. He waited to the very last minute for this plea and I know that this hurt him to ask. He has told me that if he can get by until the end of the month, he can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Those paying attention and reading this blog for the past two years recognize that the Blagojevich indictment is not just about selling Obama’s seat. It is about rampant Chicago corruption that includes manipulation of the IL Health Planning Facilities Board and Obama’s role in reducing the number of members from 15 to 9. Obama was chairman of the IL senate committee that made the change and gave Blagojevich and Rezko control with only 5 members. Some of the new members contributed to Obama and Blagojevich. The Chicago Tribune supports David Hoffman, opponent of Alexi Giannoulias, who had close ties to Barack Obama and Chicago corruption figures. Hoffman and Giannoulias are competing in the Democrat primary for the former senate seat of Obama. From the Chicago tribune, January 28, 2010.

None of this changes our opinion. As we wrote in our endorsement: Hoffman, the former inspector general for the city of Chicago, “is an incorruptible man who tells truth to power…”

Most of what we know about Barack Obama comes from Chicago corruption trial transcripts, Illinois records such as the IL bar and internet data that has not yet been scrubbed. Obama has kept hidden most of the records of his life.
Obama certainly has a connection to Columbia University. Obama was given a diploma and grades from Columbia sufficient to allow him to enter Harvard. Since Obama has employed many private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records, we have no proof of his grades or even his attendance and graduation. Also disturbing is the fact that a Middle Eastern source apparently paid for his Harvard education. Middle East money pays for Obama Harvard education
And don’t forget, Obama first made contact with Tony Rezko, the convicted Chicago corruption figure with long time ties to Obama and many Middle East ties, while attending Harvard.
Pastor Dr. James Manning of Atlah Ministries in Harlem, New York City is accusing Columbia University of treason. Pastor Manning states that Obama was training in Afghanistan instead of attending Columbia. Dr. manning further states that Columbia University covered for Obama.
What do we know of Obama being enrolled in, graduating from or otherwise being associated with Columbia University?

Why was the first sentence “Most students at Columbia do not have first hand knowledge of war.”?
There is very little else to indicate that Obama was actively enrolled as a student at Columbia University. This is supposedly a roommate, Sohale Siddiqi.
There are some references to an address on the East Side of New York, but no one living there has a remembrance of Obama.
So what else about Obama and his past looks suspicious in regard to Pakistan, Afghanistan, the Soviet Union, etc.

There are multiple reasons why Obama is not eligible to be president under the US Constitution. One is that his father was a British citizen. Without elaborating on the significance of this, if you are not well versed on this subject, start by reading the US Constituiton. The founding fathers used this wording for a reason:
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;”
That had to be included to make the founding fathers eligible due to their ties to England.
That being said, we still do not know where Obama was born. His college records also will tell the tale. That is why Obama is keeping the tell tale documents hidden.
Obama should be arrested for treason.
Obama does not have to be impeached because per the 20th amendment to the US Constitution, he was not eligible.
We have a Usurper in the White House.

Obama is planning to close Gitmo and bring enemy combatant, Muslim terrorists to this country for trial.
Obama, by treating enemy terrorists as common criminals, is stripping our military and other protective agencies of the ability to interrogate our enemy and effectively empowering the enemy to continue with more plans to attack us.
Can any intelligent, informed, concerned, patriotic American explain to me why Barack Obama should not be immediately arrested for treason, high crimes and misdemeanors or one of many other applicable reasons ?

(CHICAGO)(December 23, 2009) Republican U. S. Senate candidate and insurgent “Internet Powerhouse” Andy Martin announced today that a Sangamon County, Illinois court will conduct a hearing on January 8, 2010 on his Motion for a Preliminary Injunction against the Wikimedia Foundation.
“After speaking with the Wikimedia’s lawyers I am absolutely convinced that this is a tax evasion scam being orchestrated by socialists to support Barack Obama and oppose Obama’s ‘enemies,'” Martin states. “Well, they will have to work overtime, as the American people have now become Barry Obama’s ‘enemies.’ Obama is trying to destroy America, and he is using his socialist cronies in the Wikimedia operation to assist in his carnage.
“Counsel advised me that Wikimedia/Wikipedia had no interest in truth, and would continue to ‘lock’ total lies about me on its supposedly neutral and politically impartial site.
“We will also be filing a complaint with the IRS against this Obama-related tax scam. Imagine, they are using tax-exempt assets to pay high-priced lawyers to defend their efforts to sabotage Obama’s opponents and ‘enemies,’ all while Obama raises taxes on the middle class. That’s what passes for ‘change’ in Obama’s ‘Amerika.’ Tens of millions voted for this socialist joker last year; now they are paying the price, and also paying for Obama’s tax-exempt legal goon squads.

Dear counsel and defendants:
This will confirm my conversation with Mr. Stroh earlier today in which he advised me he had sent me a letter (he agreed to fax it, but I have not yet seen the letter).
Mr. Stroh advised me there was some doubt whether the lawsuit was on file and with this letter I am enclosing a copy of the stamped new case summary.
Mr. Stroh said that he was not yet authorized to accept notices on behalf of the defendants and stated I should serve the defendants directly with all notices until he actually files an appearance. I will respect his request.
This letter confirms in writing that agreement.
I also advised Mr. Stroh that I was seeking a hearing from the court on an emergency preliminary injunction, and Mr. Stroh would not advise me of any dates that were convenient for him.
As soon as I get a hearing date and time from the Court I will advise the defendants (but per his request not Mr. Stroh).
I will be serving all of the defendants at the Wikimedia location since that is obviously their place of business in relation to this lawsuit.
Please also be advised that in the next day or two I will be filing a complaint with the IRS concerning the political abuses by Wikimedia of its tax-exempt status to foster political attacks on “enemies” and “friends” of Barack Obama and other leftist causes and persons. That is not a proper use of a tax-exempt foundation that claims to be neutral and detached in its operations.
Obviously, by its own admissions, Wikimedia is neither neutral nor detached in its reportage and is being used as a political attack weapon by Obama’s supporters on the hard left at Wikimedia Foundation.
Mr. Stroh also advised me that the bogus entry on me would continue to be “locked” and that Wikimedia would neither remove nor allow to be corrected the lies and distortions being disseminated to influence a campaign for federal office and to undermine my efforts to find the facts and seek the truth about who Barack Obama really is.
I advised Mr. Stroh that Wikimedia might also have to register with the Federal Election Commission as a political committee due to its publication of pro and anti-Obama materials under strict control of a secret political presidium, all of which is directed at influencing a federal campaign in Illinois.
If any of the foregoing is in error, please advise me in writing.

“State of corruption: Blagojevich lawyer hoping to get Obama to testify at trial”
“Lawyers for former Gov. Rod Blagojevich on Wednesday sought early access to an interview of President Barack Obama by federal investigators as the defense weighs whether to try to call Obama as a witness in Blagojevich’s trial next year.
Blagojevich’s lawyer, Sam Adam Jr., said he realizes it would be an uphill battle to get a sitting president to testify.
Obama was questioned by investigators after Blagojevich was arrested last December on charges he tried to sell the Senate seat vacated by Obama after being elected president.
The defense is also seeking reports of interviews of Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s chief of staff, as well as other staffers about any conversations they might have had with Blagojevich or his aides about the Senate seat.”
“U.S. District Judge James Zagel gave prosecutors until Jan. 8 to respond in writing to the defense request. The defense is also seeking all witness statements in the case earlier than the rules of evidence call for so it can be prepared for the June 3 trial.”
