It is not a conspiracy theory. Using the term “birther” in a condescending, Orwellian manner to discredit decent, hard working Americans who believe that the US Constitution is the law of the land, will not be tolerated.
1. Barack Obama has employed a legion of private and government attorneys to prevent revealing his country of birth. Innocent and eligible persons seeking the office of president do not do that.
2. Barack Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British citizen. “natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution” was explicitly written to deal with the issue of foreign allegiances at the time of the writing of the US Constitution.
3. Barack Obama’s citizenship and allegiance was further tainted when he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro and Obama became an Indonesian citizen.
4. Some combination of the above allowed Obama to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when travel there was restricted to US citizens.
5. The only document presented by the Obama camp is a Hawaii COLB. There has been no substantiation that it is authentic and it does not establish country of birth. As Lou Dobbs stated, “It is a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper.”
6. All other documentation, all school records, that would establish country of birth have been kept hidden and restricted.
7. No authentic documentation has been presented to establish that Barack Obama was born in the US.
8. The records of all hospitals in Hawaii have been searched. There is no record of Stanley Ann Obama ever having given birth to a child.
9. Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother in Kenya has stated on multiple occasions that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa.
10. Others have stated, including multiple family members, officials and press, that Obama was born in Kenya.
This has been presented in a manner that a fifth grader can understand. However, if you have any questions, please contact me on this blog.
Failure to learn more about and understand this critical issue and take appropriate measures can only be construed as apathy, ignorance or having an un American agenda. This includes the Mainstream Media and the Fox network.

From early in 2008 to the present, those following the Obama eligibility scandals were aware of numerous reports of Obama being born in Kenya and repeated internet scrubbing.
I received the following email from Charles Kerchner at 2:17 AM ET this morning, October 16, 2009. The download that I did this morning apparently did not function properly and YouTube took longer than normal to process the upload to them. Was some force working against me. I do not know.
“Since you are all covering this newly released/discovered webpage for the June 27, 2004 article in your news sites and blogs, and that the Obots are immediately labeling it a fake, I thought I’d share with you a video recorded by a volunteer research on July 9th, 2009 showing the documentation of the existence of the article’s page being found on the net early this year, but contents scrubbed … but then in early July the volunteer researcher found two copies in TWO (2) Way Back Time Machine process archives servers at two locations in the world. The second system has not been revealed as of this time before, as of yet that I know of, while the first one was found and revealed by someone yesterday. “Nadhmi Auchi is an Iraqi whose Baathist ties go back to 1959. A formerly high-ranking official in Iraq’s Oil Ministry, Auchi left Iraq at the end of the 1970s. His wealth then grew exponentially as a procurer of arms for Saddam Hussein’s government during the Iran–Iraq war. He is now one of the richest men in Britain. Saddam Hussein in 1995 selected BNP, which later merged with Paribas, as the sole conduit bank handling Oil-for-Food transactions. This Clinton-era arrangement was changed in 2001 by the incoming Bush administration.
A secret $3.5 million loan from an Auchi company to key early-money Barack Obama fundraiser Antoin Rezko was exposed while Rezko was awaiting trial on fraud and money-laundering charges earlier this year. Rezko’s bail was revoked and police showed up banging on the doors of his Wilmette Chicago mansion to drag him off to jail early in the morning of January 28th. Auchi’s loan to Rezko had come on May 23, 2005 but had not been disclosed to the Court as required in his bail agreement. Three weeks later, on June 15, 2005, Rezko’s wife assisted the Obamas in the purchase of their South Chicago mansion by purchasing a next-door undeveloped lot being sold with the house.
According to the Times of London, “Mr. Rezko’s lawyer said his client had ‘longstanding indebtedness’ to Mr. Auchi’s General Mediterranean Holding (GMH). By June 2007 he owed it $27.9 million. Under a Loan Forgiveness Agreement described in court, M. Auchi lent Mr. Rezko $3.5 million in April 2005 and $11 million in September 2005, as well as $3.5 million transferred in April 2007. That agreement provided for the outstanding loans to be ‘forgiven’ in return for a stake in the 62-acre Riverside Park development.”
Rezko’s relationship with Barack Obama goes back to at least 1990, when Obama’s law firm did work relating to thousands of now-decaying Rezko apartment units in South Chicago. Rezko was a key early-money fundraiser in Obama’s state Senate campaigns and his failed run at the U.S. Congress.
According to TheTimes of London, “Mr. Auchi first met Mr. Rezko after the 2003 Iraq war and they have a business relationship.” At the time Auchi was facing the possibility of extradition to France. The Times of London explains: “Mr Auchi was convicted of corruption, given a suspended sentence and fined £1.4 million in France in 2003 for his part in the Elf affair, described as the biggest political and corporate scandal in post-war Europe. He, in a statement from his media lawyers, claims he is appealing against the sentence.”
Allow me to introduce you to Nadhmi Auchi. He was charged in the 1950s with being an accomplice of Saddam Hussein, when the future tyrant was acquiring his taste for blood. He was investigated in the 1980s for his part in alleged bribes to the fabulously corrupt leaders of post-war Italy. In the 1990s, the Belgium Ambassador to Luxembourg claimed that Auchi’s bank held money Saddam and Colonel Gadaffi had stolen from their luckless peoples. In 2002, officers from the Serious Fraud Squad raided the offices of one of Auchi’s drug companies as part of an investigation of what is alleged to be the biggest swindle ever of the (British National Health Service). With allegations, albeit unproven, like these hanging over him, wouldn’t you think that British MPs would have the sense to stay away?”

I posted a copy of the alleged Obama Kenyan birth certificate yesterday, August 2, 2009, because it is news. I do not know if it is legitimate or not. I will simply wait for authentication by experts. However, I have believed for many months that Obama was born in Kenya. The citizen Wells blog has posted articles about Obama being born in Kenya, but it was never the major part of uncovering the real Obama. This blog has always considered Obama not being a natural
born citizen, Obama’s strong ties to Chicago and IL corruption and the multiple facets of the Larry Sinclair story to be the show stoppers.
The first time I recall hearing about Obama being born in Mombassa and Kenya was from the Wayne Madsen Report:
“February 25, 2008, operatives dispatched to Kenya finds Obama birth certificate from the Kenyan city of Mombasa WMR — GOP dirty tricks operatives dispatched to Kenya to dig up any useful “dirt” on Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, Jr., and his late Kenyan father Barack Obama, Sr., believe they have found a “smoking gun.” In this case, it is a birth certificate from the Kenyan city of Mombasa registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr., on August 4, 1961.”
Since we are waiting for validation of the Kenyan birth certificate, it is fitting to revisit some Citizen Wells articles that reveal more insights into the possibility of Obama being born in Kenya.

Obama’s visit to Ghana reveals his Kenyan birth.

According to a report from Reuters, Roxon said the Australian government will also be ordering 1.6 million courses of the antiviral drug Relenza, bringing the national stockpile of antivirals to nearly 12 million courses.
The swine flu vaccine order has been placed with pharmaceutical company CSL Ltd who are planning to start clinical trials in a few months.”

We were in Greensboro, NC over the weekend and as usual picked up a copy of the Rhino Times, one of the few newsprint outlets in NC that tell it like it is. Unlike other papers in large cities of North Carolina such as the Charlotte Observer, they did not drink the kool aid and attempted to expose the truth about the real Barack Obama. Editor in chief, John Hammer, is in the forefront of exposing Obama with his column “Under The Hammer.”

April 30, 2009It appears we have elected a man president whose main claim to fame is that he reads well from a teleprompter. Whatever is there he reads with a predictable pacing that people seem to like. When it said “privacy” on the screen instead of “piracy,” he read privacy even though it made no sense.
When the teleprompter can’t keep up he motions for it to move faster and apologizes to the audience. Wouldn’t it be nice if he had some idea what he was saying and could give a five-minute speech without having to read the exact words off a screen?
I guess we are getting what we deserve. For years the media has allowed people who sit in front of cameras and read from teleprompters to call themselves journalists or reporters. Many are not. They don’t write the stories, they just read them, like Ted Baxter on The Mary Tyler Moore Show or Ron Burgundy in Anchorman. These caricatures are all too real. But nobody wants to admit that the people reading the news on television are often just pretty faces who read well. We pretend that they actually go out, get the information and write the stories even though we know it isn’t true.
When Dan Rather got caught with a false story about former President George W. Bush, he of course blamed it on his producer – the person who actually researched and wrote the story – while at the same time not admitting that he didn’t write his own news.
So for years we have had people pretending to be reporters and the nation has gone along with the farce. Now we have a man pretending to be president. He has the same skill set as the network newsreaders: He reads well from a teleprompter. We know that he will read whatever is there because we do not have a problem with “privacy” on the high seas. The scary part is that Obama doesn’t flinch or get a puzzled expression on his face when the teleprompter is wrong; he just continues to read whatever is put before him on the teleprompter.
We know that he will stop reading when the teleprompter can’t keep up because he doesn’t ad lib. He stops and tells the technician to get it fixed.
When he was in France, Obama said that he didn’t know what the word for “wheeling and dealing” was in Austrian. It is a true statement because Austrian is not a language any more than American is a language. The people in Austria mostly speak German. Americans mostly speak English.
Imagine if former President George W. Bush had made that statement. In fact, former Vice President Dan Quayle said something similar about knowing Latin when he was going to Latin America. The press made great fun of him over and over again, but it is a statement that makes sense. If you know Latin you can understand some Spanish, as well as other romance languages.
The press made Quayle out to be an idiot for making a perfectly reasonable statement. Obama made a statement about a language that does not exist, and that is not even mentioned in the mainstream media.

More Schools Continue to Close, Even if They Don’t Have Confirmed Cases of Flu”
“President Obama said today that while the United States is still preparing for the worst in the wake of the swine flu scare, the outbreak could end up falling short of a pandemic and run its course just “like ordinary flus” that pass through the country every winter.
“I’m optimistic that we’re going to be able to manage this effectively,” Obama said.
“We don’t know for certain that this will end up being more severe than other flus,” he said. “It may turn out that H1N1 runs its course like ordinary flus.”
The head of the CDC’s influenza division Dr. Nancy Cox, said today that preliminary research suggests that the make up of this current virus is lacking some key components of the 1918 flu pandemic that killed between 30-50 million people and to which the new strain has recently been compared.
“What we have found by looking very carefully at the sequence of the new H1N1 virus is that we’re not seeing the markers for virulence that we saw in 1918 virus,” she said. But she added that scientists still may not know all they need to know about the 1918 H1N1 strain and are “continuing to look for virulence markers.”
Dr. Julie Gerberding, former head of the CDC, said on ABC’s “Good Morning America” that we “have to be careful not to over-rely on that kind of information because these flu viruses always evolve.”
“Officials still remain cautious about the outbreak. Friday afternoon a United Airlines flight from Germany to Washington D.C. was diverted to Boston after a passenger complained of flu-like symptoms.
Meanwhile, as more schools across the United States close in response to the swine flu outbreak, some estimate that a quarter of a million schoolchildren were out of school this morning.”
The CDC reports a total of 141 cases and one confirmed death in the United States, with more flu cases likely to come as state and federal health officials analyze samples.
The latest state to join the list of state-confirmed cases as of this afternoon was Florida, where Gov. Charlie Crist said two cases of swine flu — an 11-year-old boy and the 17-year-old girl in different counties — had been verified.
On Friday, Germany became the latest country to report a swine flu infection. A total of 11 countries now have at least one case, and the number of confirmed cases is 331, according to the World Health Organization, up from 257 Thursday.
U.S. authorities have promised to produce enough swine flu vaccine for the country, but the it won’t be available until fall at the earliest.”
“U.S. Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Craig Vanderwagen told lawmakers that it would take several months before pilot tests on humans could ensure that any vaccine would be safe and effective against the flu. Assuming that everything goes well, mass production of the vaccine could begin in the fall.
“We think 600 million doses is achievable in a six-month time frame” from that fall start, he said, adding, “I don’t want anybody to have false expectations. The science is challenging here.”
Until then, the government has stockpiled anti-viral medicines to help ease symptoms of the flu and prevent further infection. So far, the medications are said to have worked effectively.
In the midst of concerns that the current outbreak could resurface as a new flu strain in the fall, U.S. authorities are now shipping millions of doses of anti-flu drugs to all states.”

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said the staff member, whom he did not identify, began to feel ill April 16 after he accompanied Secretary of Energy Steven Chu to Mexico in advance of Obama’s arrival. Two days later, Gibbs said the staff member returned to the United States on a United Airlines flight to Dulles International Airport outside Washington, D.C.
On April 28, the individual’s wife, son and nephew tested positive for H1N1, Gibbs said, adding that samples had been sent to the CDC to determine if it is the same strain of H1N1 that now threatens to spark a global pandemic.”
“The first death from swine flu in the United States occurred Wednesday, when a 22-month-old baby boy in Texas died.
The worst hit state so far is New York, with 51 confirmed cases.”
Oscar Barrera, who was diagnosed with the flu Monday and prescribed Tamiflu, said he was sent home by medical officials and simply told to keep away from other people.
Barrera claimed that health officials did not test his pregnant wife and three-year-old son, or anyone in the cell phone shop where he worked, for the flu.
“What worries me most is if the officials don’t do enough to protect my family,” Barrera told ABC News.
According to Mexico’s health ministry, there now have been 12 confirmed deaths of the swine flu in Mexico, but roughly 176 deaths are suspected of having been caused by the virus. There are nearly 3,000 suspected cases.”

An American education professor, one of the founders of a radical 1960s group known as the Weather Underground, which was responsible for a number of bombings in the United States in the early 1970s, was turned back at the Canadian border last night.
Dr. William Ayers, a professor of education at the University of Illinois-Chicago and a leader in educational reform, was scheduled to speak at the Centre for Urban Schooling at University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. But that appearance has now been temporarily cancelled.
“I don’t know why I was turned back,” Ayers said in an interview this morning from Chicago. “I got off the plane like everyone else and I was asked to come over to the other side. The border guards reviewed some stuff and said I wasn’t going to be allowed into Canada. To me it seems quite bureaucratic and not at all interesting … If it were me I would have let me in. I couldn’t possibly be a threat to Canada.””
