Glenn Beck, Citizen Wells red phone challenge, Obama college records, Obama attorneys, Occidental records, Columbia records, Harvard records, Beck insults Americans Military officers US Constitution, Glenn Beck call me on the phone

Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

Glenn Beck, et al, the above question is simple to answer, simple enough for a fifth grader. Lou Dobbs, while still at CNN, asked another simple question. Why doesn’t Obama just provide a legitimate birth certificate. However, Glenn Beck, the eligibility issues surrounding Obama appear to be too complex (or controversial) for you. You know, messy stuff like natural born citizen and the US Constitution. So I have decided to just focus on something real simple for you, something you can get your head around. Obama’s college records. That’s not too complex or controversial is it?

Glenn, perhaps even you at one time or another had to prove you attended a school.

Glenn Beck, you inspired me with the red phone you set up to receive calls from the Obama Administration. So I have dedicated a phone to receive calls from you. If anything I write or put in a video is incorrect, please call me anytime and let me know. The follow video, let’s call it a trailer for upcoming shows, presents some information regarding efforts to obtain Obama’s college records. I will be curious to know if you consider the three men referred to in the video as right wing idiots.  One of them is a retired military officer. You have insulted plenty of them in the past, so why not. Heck, you will probably call me an idiot. However, I must warn you, I fight back. I will not back down.

“Unlike Lou Dobbs, who on CNN of all places, asked the basic journalistic question,
why doesn’t Obama present a legitimate birth certificate, Glenn Beck, on his radio
and Fox TV show has insulted millions of concerned Americans. Many of these Americans
are current and retired military and quite a few high ranking officers. Beck often talks
out of one side of his mouth about upholding the US Constitution, while at the same time
insulting Americans exercising their First Amendment rights.

Three concerned Americans, Philip J Berg, a lifelong Democrat, former ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes
and Charles F Kerchner, USNR Commander, all requested Obama’s college records using legal
channels and were opposed by Obama attorneys.

Glenn Beck, if you have any questions or corrections to make about this video, you can call
me on the dedicated phone (Mickey Mouse red phone holding the cell phone).”

Here are some images of the documents from the video

Glenn Beck, Obama college records, Obama eligibility, Citizen Wells challenge to Glenn Beck, Obama student loans, Obama lies and deception, Obama attorneys, Percy Sutton, Khalid Al-Mansour, Saudis, O’Reilly, Orwellian lies

It is important for people like Glenn Beck, who have an enormous responsibility and large following to be careful what they say. “Loose lips sink ships.” It is also important to use caution when you “Hitch your wagon to a star.” Beck apparently has hitched his wagon to the blowhard O’Reilly.

Glenn Beck continues to insult concerned Americans, many of whom are military or retired military. Beck either speaks out of ignorance, influence of O’Reilly or pressure from Fox via the Saudis. I wonder if Glenn Beck has the guts to confront someone like me who is not bought by any entity and is well armed with facts.

The Obama camp and Orwellian left have tried to paint Obama’s eligibility issues as a monolitihic conspiracy theory espoused by right wing idiots and for some reason Glenn Beck has signed on. The truth (you know facts, Beck) is that Obama’s eligibility crisis is a puzzle piece in a much larger puzzle. That is one of the reasons that this blog has presented a question that a fifth grader could pose and answer.
Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?

Why have we done this? The answer is simple. It is obvious why Obama has done this. Also, the issue of college records is simple. There are no confusing constitutional issues (they are only confusing for those with an un American agenda and those who do not care) and no grey areas for debate. There are other issues about Obama’s past that are suspicious such as his lies/ommissions on his IL bar application and his suspect Selective Service Application. But let’s keep this simple for the far left and Glenn Beck.

Obama’s extensive campaign to keep his college records sealed is a book unto itself. This blog will be revisiting the myriad components of this conundrum. The following will reveal why it is crucial for those who truly care about this country to question everthing and not take something spoken or written as gospel.

Newsmax, on the whole, has done a decent job of covering Obama. In the following article, these suspicious components of Obama’s college education are presented:
Obama allegedly obtained student loans for Harvard.

Percy Sutton stated that Khalid Al-Mansour was “raising money” for Obama.

Percy Sutton stated that Khalid Al-Mansour was trying to help Obama get into Harvard Law School.

Percy Sutton stated that Khalid Al-Mansour was an advisor to Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal.

Politico.com reported “a spokesman for Sutton’s family, Kevin Wardally” stated that Sutton was mistaken.

Sutton’s family denied Wardally’s claims to Politico.com.

“Al Mansour said that he was determined to keep a low profile to avoid embarrassing Obama.”

Obama has refused to release Harvard Law School records.

Obama came up with more than $32,000 over three years from sources other than loans.

In April 2008, Michelle Obama, “just paid off his loan debt” for his Harvard Law School education.

Chicago Sun, Obama borrowed $42,753 for Harvard Law School, “tens of thousands” more for Columbia.

NewsMax found no trace of any outstanding college loans, going back to 2000.

US Senate candidates are required to file a financial disclosure form detailing liabilities.

Obama listed “zero” under liabilities in 2004 and in all subsequent US Senate financial disclosure forms.

Senate ethics rules require disclosure of any loan, including credit card debt, of $10,000 or more.

Apparently, Michelle Obama misspoke, per the Obama campaign.

Campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt,  Harvard Law School loans “were repaid in full” during senate campaign.

Campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt, “the modest outstanding balance he repaid was not reportable as a liability”

Obama didn’t report income from the book until 2005, how was he able to repay his student loans in 2004.

Obama released seven years of tax returns on March 25 of 2008.

The returns, dating back to 2000, indicate no interest on their student loans. The interest was deductible.

2000 through 2004, student loan interest is a deduction on line 24 form 1040. After 2004, Line 33.

Obamas never declared a dime of interest in student loans on their return.

“most likely because they simply earned too much money to be able to take the deduction under the IRS rules.”

http://newsmax.com/KenTimmerman/obama-harvard-/2009/12/14/id/342454

This article from NewsMax, September 23, 2008, covers a lot of ground and stands on it’s own merits. The facts contained in this article alone, would have shut down the campaign of any other presidential candidate in pre Orwellian America. But there is at least one more observation to be made. From the last comment above.
“most likely because they simply earned too much money to be able to take the deduction under the IRS rules.”
Oh really.
From the LA Times, April 27, 2008.

“In his book “The Audacity of Hope,” Obama tells how his finances had deteriorated to such a point that his credit card was initially rejected when he tried to rent a car at the 2000 Democratic convention in Los Angeles. He said he had originally planned to dedicate that summer “to catching up on work at the law practice that I’d left unattended during the campaign (a neglect that had left me more or less broke).”

So, Glenn Beck, et al, the eligibility issues really are vastly more fact based and far reaching than you have portrayed. The simple question for you and the world is, why has Obama gone to such expense in money and resources to keep his college records hidden. I believe even a third grader could answer this one.
Glenn Beck, are you smarter that a third grader?

Glenn Beck, Citizen Wells challenge to Beck, Beck is a coward, O’Reilly, Fox, Glenn Beck show, Birthers, Glenn Beck insults Americans Military and US Constitution

I have tried my best to like and follow Glenn Beck. He has exposed much of the real Obama and Obama Administration and agenda. That being said, I am damn tired of Glenn Beck insulting concerned Americans, including many in the military who ask questions about Obama’s eligibility. As my mom would say, “he has gotten too big for his britches.”

Apparently Beck has followed in the footsteps of the pontificating, bloviating Bill O’Reilly. It is either that or Fox, heavily influenced by Saudi ownership, has issued an edict to not cover some aspects of Obama.

Glenn Beck, you are a coward. If you have a valid excuse (and I would love to hear it), please provide it.

I hereby challenge Glenn Beck to a duel. That is, a verbal/written exchange. I realize I may be challenging an unarmed opponent. I am armed with the facts and a regard for upholding the US Constitution.

Glenn Beck, if you do not respond, I am going to initiate a campaign to boycott your show.

You have insulted the people who gave you the large audience share. There is no excuse for your behaviour.

Put up or shut up.

NC unemployment rate, Historic high, Obama failures and lies, NC counties, NC rate 11.2 percent, Obama Ohio speech, All I think about is jobs, Obama agenda

The same day that Obama spun his web of deceit in a speech in Ohio, it was announced that unemployment in NC reached a record high of 11.2 percent. Today we have a breakdown of the 100 counties in NC.

Listen to these speech exerpts and decide if Obama’s rhetoric matches reality.

Record unemployment in NC report from the News Record.

“N.C. unemployment rate hits historic high”

“North Carolina’s unemployment rate hit a historic high of 11.2 percent in December as the tally of jobs lost by the state’s workers since the recession started two years ago neared 250,000.

December’s jobless rate of 11.2 percent rose from 10.8 percent in November, the Employment Security Commission said Friday.

“That’s a pretty significant jump in the unemployment rate when we’ve been into the recovery this long,” said Harry Davis, the chief economist for the North Carolina Bankers Association and an Appalachian State University banking professor.”

“Since the U.S. fell into recession in Dec. 2007, North Carolina has lost 248,000 nonfarm jobs. Manufacturers have slashed 95,500 workers since that time, while construction companies cut 65,800.

Those two sectors shed 2,100 positions in December, but the month’s biggest loser was the 2,600 jobs cut by leisure and hospitality services like hotels and entertainment companies.

That’s no surprise with consumers worried about their incomes cutting back on luxuries, Davis said. More losses at leisure companies can be expected this year, he said.”

Obama narcissism, Barack Obama narcissistic impulses, Not about me, This isn’t about me, Obama lies, Radical socialist associations

“The lady doth protest too much, methinks.”… William Shakespeare “Hamlet”

Everything that Barack Obama does can be explained by the following:

Narcissism

Lies

Radical and  socialist associations

David Limbaugh wrote an excellent article about Obama’s narcissism on January 25, 2010.

“‘It’s Not About Me’ — Wink, Wink”

“The more painful exposure we have to Barack Obama — and we’re talking hyper-exposure at this point — the more we realize how narcissistic he is. Indeed, we are treated to this overexposure precisely because of his narcissistic impulses. He can’t keep himself out of the spotlight.
So it was that on the heels of his crushing personal defeat in the Massachusetts senatorial election last week, Obama’s principal reaction was, “This isn’t about me.”

When someone says that one time or a few times, you might believe him. But when he says it repeatedly (see below), you have to conclude he is protesting too much and means just the opposite.”

“His entire domestic and foreign policy agenda is so much about him that he insists on cramming it down our throats even though the polls overwhelmingly indicate that we Americans do not want it and, more importantly, that it is bankrupting this nation and making us less safe. That’s not selflessness. It’s self-indulgence and conceit to an obscene degree. He is so brainwashed in Marxist and appeasement ideologies that he continues to believe in their maxims in the face of their historical failure and of the miserable failure of his own agenda in the here and now. He is so convinced he knows better than we do what is in our best interests that he must thwart our ignorant will.”

“–On Feb. 15, 1990, after becoming “the first black president of the influential Harvard Law Review,” Obama said, “I realized my election was not about me, but it was about us, about what we could do and what we could accomplish.”
–On Nov. 2, 2004, when Obama visited the campus of the University of Illinois during his campaign for U.S. senator, he said: “Ultimately, this election is not about me. … It’s about the willingness of our citizens to get engaged and get involved.”
–On Dec. 11, 2006, in a speech in New Hampshire, Obama said, “It’s not about me.” But, according to an NPR reporter, “it really is all about him.”
–On Dec. 10, 2007, Obama said, “This campaign is not about me; it is about the hundreds of volunteers … in Rhode Island … and the millions of people across the country who want change we can believe in.”
–On Dec. 14, 2007, when asked about a New Year’s resolution, Obama said he needed to keep reminding himself, “This is not about me.”
–On Aug. 28, 2008, Obama said in his acceptance speech, “This election has never been about me; it’s about you.”
–On July 20, 2009, Obama said (exactly as he repeated following the Massachusetts election): “This isn’t about me. This isn’t about politics. This is about a health care system that is breaking America’s families, breaking America’s businesses and breaking America’s economy.”
Whom do you think it’s about?”

Obama, Justice Samuel Alito, Supreme Court justices, State of the Union Address, Obama criticized recent decision, Alito mouths not true

Little by little, people are opening their eyes to the reality of Barack Obama who has no regard for the US Constitution, the American people and the concept of separation of powers. Obama insults the US Supreme Court and Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito shook his head no, and mouthed “not true.”

“Alito mouths “not true” as Obama criticizes Sup Ct for opening floodgates to special interests”

“Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito shooked his head no, and mouthed “not true,” while President Obama criticized the Supreme Court for their recent decision permitting lobbyists and corporations to exert more influence on elections. This is highly inappropriate of a Supreme Court justice – they don’t even clap at the State of the Union, they’re supposed to be so impartial.”
Maybe the Supreme Court will look upon Obama’s eligibilty with more clarity now.

Obama State of the Union Address, January 27, 2010, Jobs, New Jobless Claims, Obama lies, Campaign promises vs reality, New jobs bill, Insanity, Fantasy, Reality

“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”…Albert Einstein

Fantasy

From the State of the Union speech, January 27, 2010, Fox News reports.

“Renewing Promise of ‘Change,’ Obama Tries to Reset Agenda”
“The road to restoring public confidence in Washington and in his ability to lead it starts Thursday in Tampa, where Obama will hold a town hall meeting and discuss federal investment in mass transit. The visit comes as the president vows to make the economy and jobs creation his top focus in 2010, while continuing to press ahead with his ambitious agenda on everything ranging from health care reform to education to immigration reform.”

“But the centerpiece of Obama’s address was jobs creation. The president called on Congress to pass a new jobs bill right away, telling the Senate to pass something similar to the bill passed by the House last year as its “first order of business.”

“People are out of work. They’re hurting. They need our help. And I want a jobs bill on my desk without delay,” Obama said.”

“Obama said the “devastation” of the economic crisis remains, but also defended his approach so far, saying his administration acted “immediately and aggressively” to stave off a “second depression.”

The president emphasized that conditions would be worse if his administration and Congress had not approved the stimulus package last February. He said the package has saved 2 million jobs.”

Reality

From Fox News, January 28, 2010.
“New Jobless Claims Drop Less Than Expected”

“WASHINGTON — The number of newly laid-off workers claiming unemployment benefits fell less than expected last week, fresh evidence the job market remains a weak spot in the economic recovery.

The Labor Department said Thursday that first-time jobless claims dropped by 8,000 to a seasonally adjusted 470,000. Analysts had expected a steeper drop to 450,000, according to Thomson Reuters.

The four week average, which smooths out volatility, rose for the second straight week to 456,250. The average had fallen for 19 straight weeks before starting to rise. That decline had given some analysts hope the economy would soon generate net job gains.

Two weeks ago, claims surged by 34,000 due to administrative backlogs left over from the holidays in the state agencies that process the claims, a Labor Department analyst said. Those delays may still be affecting the data, the analyst said.

That means the current figures could be artificially inflated. At the same time, it would also mean that the steep drop in claims in late December and early January was also exaggerated by the backlogs.”

“But the so-called continuing claims do not include millions of people who have used up the regular 26 weeks of benefits typically provided by states, and are receiving extended benefits for up to 73 additional weeks, paid for by the federal government.”

US debt limit, Senate debate, $ 14.3 Trillion, China $ 800 billion, Japan, Oil exporting countries, Senator Richard Burr, NC senator, Terminate TARP amendment, Pay down national debt

From Senator Richard Burr of NC, January 25, 2010.

“Dear Friend,
Last week, the Senate began debate on increasing our nation’s debt limit by $1.9 trillion.  This would permit our total debt to climb to $14.3 trillion – the highest in our nation’s history.  I will not support any measure to increase America’s debt.  It is outrageous to consider shackling future generations with the impossibility of ever paying off such a sum.
American families must live within their budget, and the most reasonable way to stop adding to the debt is to stop Washington’s appetite for spending.  The federal government, however, doesn’t understand what it means to cut spending and prioritize in order to keep our country solvent.  Instead, the preferred answer is simply to raise the limit on how much debt is allowed. We will never see responsible and accountable government as long as this attitude prevails.
Did you know that China now holds some $800 billion of our debt?  Japan holds another $750 billion.  Oil exporting countries hold almost $200 billion.  Is this the way we should be operating our government?  Not in my opinion.
The way to deal with our current budgetary situation is to stop spending, plain and simple. My voting record is clear on this subject.  And I will continue to vote against legislation that involves out-of-control expenditures and against irresponsible budgets.
Last Thursday, I co-sponsored an amendment with Senator John Thune that would have terminated the TARP program as a means to stop any future expenditure of funds not already spent. This bill would also have required any TARP repayments be used to pay down the national debt.  This amendment received 53 votes in the Senate – including 13 Democrats.  But, under Senate rules, 60 votes were required for its adoption, so it failed.
The Senate will resume debate on this legislation this week.  You can rest assured that I will be fighting to stop this before we bankrupt America.
If you agree with my position on this and other issues, would you consider making a contribution to my campaign this week?  As we head into the last week of the month, I need to ask for your help in order to meet my goal for January.  If you would send $25 or $50 it would let me know that you stand with me in this fight to stop spending and to control our debt.  Just click here to make your contribution.
I want to keep fighting for you in the U.S. Senate.  This means my campaign must raise the funds necessary for this year’s election. Please consider making a contribution today.
Whether you can send a contribution or not, I’ll be on the job this week voting to stop this increase in our national debt.  It is wrong, and we must send a strong signal to those in charge in Washington that enough is enough.
Sincerely,

Richard Burr
United States Senator”

Obama Ohio speech, January 22, 2010, Jobs speech, Unemployment Up in 43 States in December, Lies, Narcissism, Karl Rove, Sean Hannity, Ohio job losses

While Obama was giving a  jobs speech, Friday afternoon, January 22, 2010 at Lorain County Community College
in Elyria, Ohio, a government report indicated that unemployment was up in 43 States in December. Consistent with Obama’s past and personality, Obama’s speech is driven by Lies and Narcissism. Commentary is provided by Karl Rove, Sean Hannity and Citizen Wells.

Fox News unemployment report, January 22, 2010.

“Unemployment Up in 43 States in December”

“WASHINGTON — Unemployment rates rose in 43 states last month, the government said Friday, painting a bleak picture of the job market and illustrating nationwide data released two weeks ago.
The rise in joblessness was a sharp change from November, when 36 states said their unemployment rates fell. Four states — South Carolina, Delaware, Florida and North Carolina — reported record-high jobless rates in December.
New Jersey’s rate, meanwhile, rose to a 33-year high of 10.1 percent while New York’s reached a 26-year high of 9 percent.
Analysts said the report showed the economy is recovering at too weak a pace to generate consistent job creation.
“A lot of states that had started to add jobs (in November) gave up those gains in December,” said Sophia Koropeckyj, managing director at Moody’s Economy.com.”

“Texas lost the second-most jobs: 23,900. That sent its jobless rate to 8.3 percent in December from 8 percent. The next-largest job losses were in Ohio, Illinois and Michigan.”

Obama Ohio speech text

“Today, because of the actions we took, the worst of this economic storm has passed. But families like yours and communities like Elyria are still reeling from the devastation left in its wake. Folks have seen jobs you thought would last forever disappear. You’ve seen plants close and businesses shut down. I’ve heard about how the city government here is bare bones. And how you can’t get to work or go buy groceries like you used to because of cuts in the county transit system.”

“Let me tell you – so long as I have the privilege of serving as your President, I’ll never stop fighting for you. I’ll take my lumps, too. I’ll never stop fighting to bring jobs back to Elyria. I’ll never stop fighting for an economy where hard work is rewarded, where responsibility is honored, where accountability is upheld, where we’re creating the jobs of tomorrow.”

“I’ll never stop fighting to open up government. That’s why we put in place the toughest ethics laws and toughest transparency rules of any administration in history.”

Charles Krauthammer, What Scott Brown’s win means for the Democrats, January 22, 2010, Obama ABC interview, Democrats delusional, Obama and Democrats blame Bush, Obama blames insurance companies

From the Washington Post, January 22, 2010, Charles Krauthammer.

“What Scott Brown’s win means for the Democrats”

“On Jan. 14, five days before the Massachusetts special election, President Obama was in full bring-it-on mode as he rallied House Democrats behind his health-care reform. “If Republicans want to campaign against what we’ve done by standing up for the status quo and for insurance companies over American families and businesses, that is a fight I want to have.”
The bravado lasted three days. When Obama campaigned in Boston on Jan. 17 for Obamacare supporter Martha Coakley, not once did he mention the health-care bill. When your candidate is sinking, you don’t throw her a millstone.

After Coakley’s defeat, Obama pretended that the real cause was a generalized anger and frustration “not just because of what’s happened in the last year or two years, but what’s happened over the last eight years.”

Let’s get this straight: The antipathy to George W. Bush is so enduring and powerful that . . . it just elected a Republican senator in Massachusetts? Why, the man is omnipotent.

And the Democrats are delusional: Scott Brown won by running against Obama, not Bush. He won by brilliantly nationalizing the race, running hard against the Obama agenda, most notably Obamacare. Killing it was his No. 1 campaign promise.

Bull’s-eye. An astonishing 56 percent of Massachusetts voters, according to a Rasmussen poll, called health care their top issue. In a Fabrizio, McLaughlin & Associates poll, 78 percent of Brown voters said their vote was intended to stop Obamacare. Only a quarter of all voters in the Rasmussen poll cited the economy as their top issue, nicely refuting the Democratic view that Massachusetts was just the usual anti-incumbent resentment you expect in bad economic times.”

“The reason both wings of American liberalism — congressional and mainstream media — were so surprised at the force of anti-Democratic sentiment is that they’d spent Obama’s first year either ignoring or disdaining the clear early signs of resistance: the tea-party movement of the spring and the town-hall meetings of the summer. With characteristic condescension, they contemptuously dismissed the protests as the mere excrescences of a redneck, retrograde, probably racist rabble.”

“Democrats must so rationalize, otherwise they must take democracy seriously, and ask themselves: If the people really don’t want it, could they possibly have a point?

“If you lose Massachusetts and that’s not a wake-up call,” said moderate — and sentient — Democratic Sen. Evan Bayh of Indiana, “there’s no hope of waking up.””
