It is important for people like Glenn Beck, who have an enormous responsibility and large following to be careful what they say. “Loose lips sink ships.” It is also important to use caution when you “Hitch your wagon to a star.” Beck apparently has hitched his wagon to the blowhard O’Reilly.
Glenn Beck continues to insult concerned Americans, many of whom are military or retired military. Beck either speaks out of ignorance, influence of O’Reilly or pressure from Fox via the Saudis. I wonder if Glenn Beck has the guts to confront someone like me who is not bought by any entity and is well armed with facts.
The Obama camp and Orwellian left have tried to paint Obama’s eligibility issues as a monolitihic conspiracy theory espoused by right wing idiots and for some reason Glenn Beck has signed on. The truth (you know facts, Beck) is that Obama’s eligibility crisis is a puzzle piece in a much larger puzzle. That is one of the reasons that this blog has presented a question that a fifth grader could pose and answer.
Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?
Why have we done this? The answer is simple. It is obvious why Obama has done this. Also, the issue of college records is simple. There are no confusing constitutional issues (they are only confusing for those with an un American agenda and those who do not care) and no grey areas for debate. There are other issues about Obama’s past that are suspicious such as his lies/ommissions on his IL bar application and his suspect Selective Service Application. But let’s keep this simple for the far left and Glenn Beck.
Obama’s extensive campaign to keep his college records sealed is a book unto itself. This blog will be revisiting the myriad components of this conundrum. The following will reveal why it is crucial for those who truly care about this country to question everthing and not take something spoken or written as gospel.
Newsmax, on the whole, has done a decent job of covering Obama. In the following article, these suspicious components of Obama’s college education are presented:
Obama allegedly obtained student loans for Harvard.
Percy Sutton stated that Khalid Al-Mansour was “raising money” for Obama.
Percy Sutton stated that Khalid Al-Mansour was trying to help Obama get into Harvard Law School.
Percy Sutton stated that Khalid Al-Mansour was an advisor to Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal.
Politico.com reported “a spokesman for Sutton’s family, Kevin Wardally” stated that Sutton was mistaken.
Sutton’s family denied Wardally’s claims to Politico.com.
“Al Mansour said that he was determined to keep a low profile to avoid embarrassing Obama.”
Obama has refused to release Harvard Law School records.
Obama came up with more than $32,000 over three years from sources other than loans.
In April 2008, Michelle Obama, “just paid off his loan debt” for his Harvard Law School education.
Chicago Sun, Obama borrowed $42,753 for Harvard Law School, “tens of thousands” more for Columbia.
NewsMax found no trace of any outstanding college loans, going back to 2000.
US Senate candidates are required to file a financial disclosure form detailing liabilities.
Obama listed “zero” under liabilities in 2004 and in all subsequent US Senate financial disclosure forms.
Senate ethics rules require disclosure of any loan, including credit card debt, of $10,000 or more.
Apparently, Michelle Obama misspoke, per the Obama campaign.
Campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt, Harvard Law School loans “were repaid in full” during senate campaign.

Obama didn’t report income from the book until 2005, how was he able to repay his student loans in 2004.
Obama released seven years of tax returns on March 25 of 2008.

2000 through 2004, student loan interest is a deduction on line 24 form 1040. After 2004, Line 33.
Obamas never declared a dime of interest in student loans on their return.

Searching for the most recent poll info about all the 2010 election races, I had been unable to find any CA polls later than Jan. 20th or so.
However, my more focused searches did turn up this interesting tidbit: more facts for the eligibility fray.
“1/26/2010 #2325: Nearly three in ten California voters identify strongly or some-what with the tea party movement. One in three voters also not convinced that Obama was born in U.S. ”
One in three!!!!!! That stat indicates significant traction for the issue amongst the citizens, imo.

What about the student loans that Soetoro allegedly received as a FOREIGN STUDENT at Occidental. I personally beleive that he may have LIED about his past to gain entrance to Occidental. There is a problem with the timeline relating to the name that he used on his alleged draft registration, and the name he used at Occidental which would have had to be Soetoro. picture of George W. visiting the wounded at Ft. Hood … I got this reply:

believe who he had just stopped. Bush only asked for directions to the

Obama. When they found it was Bush they immediately offered escort and Bush
simply told them to be quiet and let him visit the wounded and the
dependents of the dead. He stayed at Fort Hood for over six hours and was
finally asked to leave by a message from the White House. Obama flew in a
few days later and held a “photo ” session in a gym and did not even go to
the hospital. All this I picked up from two soldiers here who happened to

On the COLB the name of child is BHO II. All “how to name your child” sites provide the rule: “II” is used to name a child after the GRANDFATHER, UNCLE, or OTHER RELATIVE. JR. is used when the son takes the father’s exact name.
1. SAD was stupid.
2. Sr. is not his father but a poor sap someone used.
3. Rules for naming a child differ in Kenyan culture.
If #2 is correct- O could HAVE BEEN a NBC (still lost if adopted). We would not have a clue who his father is (while he looks like Malcom x). His statements on Fight the Smears could be a set up (do you put this past him?) My belief is this: Barky is born Steve Dunham. SAD marries O SR. and Steve goes by Barry. A crack head commi college age Barry finds his BC, wants to get in touch with his African roots, starts using th name BHO- knowing this is not his real father and being an “elite type” he uses the term, “II.”

Over a period of many months I searched ALL databases that contained public records which a name change Petition is one of. The period of time(interim) that I used was from 1969 to 1980. Each database that is computerised responds in a matter of seconds. I searched no less that 118 such entities. There was no record of such a name change having beenPetitioned anywhere in the US.. This includes Hawaii. I strongly believe, and otherwise support the idea that the name Obama was NEVER LEGALLY restored to him. However if it is executed, and whoever executes it a Court Petition for Name change is required in most states. Including Hawaii. I believe that the veracity of my search was fair, since these records are PUBLIC information. Many states require the posting of a name change in a public media for a designated period on the “legals”page of the particular publications.
The next vein of my search was to isolate all newspapers that were being published between 1969- and 1980. then I was going to look for the posting of the name change. I am sure that it would be there. It is only whether it can be found. As is the case pertaining to the POE records, whoever finds this record will be holding a document having a potential six figure intrinsic value.

Great post, CW!!! IMO Beck has become O’Reilly light. Both’s heads have swelled to the point of non-function. Beck is a coward and a hypocrite. His apparent lack of actual knowledge about the eligibility subject requires that at-best he should keep quiet- not insult his more knowledgeable audience. The gall of him using “bold questioning” as part of his mantra and then turning on those with legitimate questions is inexcusable. But like I said- head too swelled for common sense. Or more likely, Beck is making money getting people to look at other nasty Obama subjects. The eligibility end game would also end Beck’s claim to fame.
There in lies the problem. If one dare to criticize Zero before the election one was called a racist. Once the election was over the “brither” & racist became synonymous. ie Mathews badgering Hayworth. So if one were to leave the birth certificate alone and ask only about college records one would still be lumped in with the “birhthers”.

In my opinion, BHO II would have released his original long form birth certificate if the following information was reflected on his original long form birth certificate:
BHO II was born in Hawaii and BHO Sr. was his father.
In my opinion, since BHO II has refused to release his original long form birth certificate, either BHO Sr. is not his father, or he wasn’t born in Hawaii.
As we all know from his book, “Dreams of William Ayers”, BHO Sr. was his father, and he was born in Hawaii, so why doesn’t BHO II release his original long form birth certificate?

You don’t need to be a “legal eagle on that one. You only need to ask if a signed contract is valid if you forge a nam other than your own. As a printing entity for over forty years during which time we done a lot of business as aprime contractor with DOD. Hasd we signed any name other than our own we would have been immediately sued by the US Government Printing Office.

I believe he was born Steve Dunham because SAD was, as Mo said, single when he was born. That does not mean SAD was his mother, though…I’ve already said I think she was his sister.
However, there is no proof she married the Kenyan, but it is believed they went to the same college so she could have known him. She or Gramma could have tried to pass off the Kenyan as his father [letter from Grandparents objecting to marriage and Gramma Dunham was not too thrilled about it either] to keep the true identity of his father a secret.
I think Steve’s name was changed to Barry when Soetoro adopted him [as was implied in the divorce papers].
Since Mo and Bo are social climbers without the social upbringing, Bo would find he got more attention with an unusual name so he not only adopted the name of his “alleged” father, but he also “adopted” him as his father.
I read somewhere there was a child born named BHO in Kenya, but the child died. That could be the child Gramma O remembers she witnessed being born.

Exactly! If the long form confirmed HI and Sr. he would release it- the only thing I would ad is the 1961 date. I don’t believe Sr. is the biological father. I believe this has everything to do with SAD’s time as an “au pair” in Chicago (when she was all high from her studies of the Communist Manifesto in Seattle) . He also stated it was a hoax. If you get some time you may want to listen to his interview. I think it was in the third hour. Really good and supports 100% of all of your warnings in late ’09 and early 2010.

Regardless of who Barky is, the constituion states Natural Born, Barky’s public statement is dual- citizen, Native born. NO court, media, or politician will question the in-your-face contradiction. I am chasing my own tail pondering these things.

BHO II “admits” that his father is BHO Sr.
We both agree that if BHO Sr. is his father, BHO II is not an Article II NBC, as his father was a foreigner.
The debate that is being framed by the opposition is that an Article II NBC doesn’t require 2 citizen parents.
In my opinion, there is some information on BHO II’s original long form birth certificate that will change the dynamics of the debate from the issue as it stands currently, namely whether an Article II NBC must be born of 2 citizen parents.
The dynamics of the debate would change dramatically if BHO II wasn’t born in the United States. The opposition could not defend BHO II as an Article II NBC if he wasn’t born in the United States.
The dynamics of the debate would also change dramtically if BHO Sr. wasn’t his father. If BHO II’s father was someone other than BHO Sr., then the debate would be about whether or not BHO II should be allowed to resign like Nixon, or whether or not he should be criminally prosecuted for fraud and tried for Treason…

In my own opinion there are no laws against signing any name you choose, to anything that you choose. But you will quickly discover ( perhaps the hard, and expensive way, that there are pertinent laws to prosecute such behavior AFTER THE FACT.
Where it concerns Soetoro, the trick lies in finding anyone who will attempt to prosecute him. Therein lies the reason why he continues to illegally sign anything, and everything. He has the entire Federal court system in his pocket…….so he thinks. The latest court action in DC has a good chance of being successful. In the DC Surerior Court. We will see. I personally am encouraged, but even that said I am not holding my breath.

In reality, I do not beleive that Beck has any grounding in juris prudence. Rather it is my belief that the FOX legal team thoroughly examines everything that he wants to put on a show, and they remove anything that they view as too controversial to repeat on the air. It has been my belief that if he could he would have gone into the eligibility issue long ago. After all his tenure will be decided by rating, and the eligibility issue would be equivalent to TNT. Fox knows this I am sure, and I tend to think that they are afraid that it will explode in their faces. There broadcasting liscenses would be terminated immediately, by Obama himself. (illegally). I am further sure that Murdoch has already told the entire FOX staff, “If you screw up we, and you are finished.”

Jonah, this has been going on for many years – it is not a new thing with BO. IMO, BO, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid all want basically the same things, so in that sense it doesn’t really matter anyway.
To become law, all bills must pass both the Senate and the House and then signed by the President. It has become common practice for representatives from the White House to negotiate with Congress during the bill writing process. Congress still has the ability to accept, reject, or modify anything that the Administration’s representatives propose, and the White House still has the ability to veto the legislation if it ends up being something it doesn’t like.

I have noticed that Beck has limited his talk about “birthers” to those who believe BO was not born in the United States. Beck hasn’t mentioned NBC at all, as far as I know. That’s kind of the same point Leo Donofrio was trying to make: that if we make the issue all about the birth certificate (where BO was born), but we don’t have solid & complete information on where he was born, then all BO has to do is bide his time and then bring out the long-form BC.
I wonder if Beck has talked to Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle and she told him what the BC says? I have no idea, just thinking out loud.
At any rate, I think it was unnecessary for Beck to insult “birthers” in that Alinsky-like fashion.

Zach, I can only think that he thinks that no judge will take up the issue (because it’s a political hot-potato), and even if one did, the case could be dragged out for years. We kind of saw that in California with Judge Carter and with Mario Apuzzo/Charles Kerchner where it took months just to reach a decision on jurisdiction and legal standing. Impeachment is not really an option right now, either, because BO’s party has big majorities in both houses of Congress.

I had no idea PPP was running such an in-depth survey. According to the numbers, I’d say the ineligibility issue has morphed into a huge blaze amongst us sheeple. My sincere thanks to PPP for their polls and to the publishers of their findings.

I have been totally disappointed in the courts. You are right – it is too hot for courts. Maybe if Obama keeps damaging the country some judge will tighten his or her belt and step up. Zach
I was just imagining what would happen if hackers from a foreign country went after the bc and college records.
After watching Obama bow and figuratively kiss the rear ends of countries that want to destroy the US, can’t you just see the Obama administration go into full code orange/highest threat/scramble the fighters/launch the warships mode against a country that had hackers trying to find out what he’s hiding about his personal background. He’d probably tell the guy with the nuclear football suitcase to get ready.

Very good advice beware of your surroundings. I agree God Forbid there is another terrorist attack, Obama is more than half done, that would finish him off. Jonah, this has been going on for many years – it is not a new thing with BO. IMO, BO, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid all want basically the same things, so in that sense it doesn’t really matter anyway.
To become law, all bills must pass both the Senate and the House and then signed by the President. It has become common practice for representatives from the White House to negotiate with Congress during the bill writing process. Congress still has the ability to accept, reject, or modify anything that the Administration’s representatives propose, and the White House still has the ability to veto the legislation if it ends up being something it doesn’t like.

As I read it, the Constitution designates that responsibility ONLY to the House and the Senate.

Article. I.
Section 1.
All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
The president does not make the laws he just places his signature on the bill and even if he vetoes a one it still can be passed by 2/3 of Congress. He does NOT have the final word.
Because this has been going on for many years, we should just turn our heads and let them keep on doing it? This gradual erosion of the Constitution is why our nation is deteriorating. And that is exactly what the spineless members of Congress are doing. If THEY, the very first of the Three Separation of Powers mentioned in the Constitution, don’t give a damn and won’t protest this usurpation of their Constitutional responsibility then we might as well tear up the Constitution because it’s worthless.
What’s the use of all your and my whining and complaining about Obama and all his deceptions? Without the Constitution, we have no recourse. Just save ourselves all the pain and aggravation and give him a crown and sceptor.
