NC Grand Jury Indictment of Obama, update, May 14, 2009, media attention, Observer News Enterprise in Newton, NC, Media and Congress will be accountable

I was born and raised in NC and though I have traveled over much of the US and some abroad, I have lived in NC all of my life. NC is a great state and I was always proud of it until this last election cycle. People known for having common sense and voting their conscience, regardless of political affiliation, lost their compass and like their counterparts in Nazi Germany, were mesmerized into voting for “change” and a candidate they knew little about.

The veil covering reality has been partially lifted and the real Barack Obama is beginning to appear. Citizen Grand Juries across the country are presenting indictments against the unqualified, usurper Obama. A strong case for treason is also being presented. Earlier today, the Citizen Wells blog brought news of a Grand Jury Indictment in NC. We have just been notified that a newspaper in Newton, NC has inquired about the indictment. It is hoped that the Observer News Enterprise will do their job and report on this important historic action. The Citizen Wells Blog will follow up on this and with your help we can “coax” other news media to actually do their jobs. Let your news outlets know that you want this covered.

Here is the update that we received:

“Believe it or not, I just received an e-mail from the editor of the Observer News Enterprise in Newton, NC, requesting that I answer a number of questions about my recent filing of the Obama indictment with Catawba County. (letter on request) Here is my response in the form of a Letter To The Editor:”

“As many know, there is quite a controversy concerning Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States. This controversy has spread to other nations and America’s credibility is now at stake among foreign governments.

On May 13, 2009, I filed, with the Catawba County Clerk of Court’s office, an indictment of Barack Hussein Obama for the commission of fraud and treason. This indictment was handed down, on May 9, by a Citizen’s Grand Jury composed of jurors located in various states of the United States. All laws governing Grand Juries were complied with. The indictment was filed locally because it is the duty of any and all district attorneys to act on criminal charges… and I live here. As I understand it, the indictment has been filed in other states in addition to North Carolina.

It is the hopes and expectations of the Grand Jury, and others, that District Attorney James C. Gaither will honor his Oath of Office and investigate these accusations. If he will do so, it will require his bringing this case before a judge. Once that is done, the judge will grant discovery. “Discovery” is a term used to require that both sides put their cards on the table. This is to avoid “trial by ambush”. Once Mr. Obama is forced to submit his actual birth certificate, his school records, his college records and his immigration records, (which he has spent approximately one million dollars in concealing) the controversy will be settled. He will either continue to be president or he will be removed from office.

This is not about Barack Obama. It is about our Constitution which states, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…”

Mr. Obama has not satisfied this question. It is now up to the courts to decide.”

On his first day in office, January 21, 2009, Obama signed Executive Order 13489. This order was entered into the Federal Register on January 26, 2009.

What this executive order says, is that only the Attorney General (Eric Holder) and Council to the President, (Gregory Craig) are able to review presidential records requests and determine if they can be made public or not. (See Section 3)

In other words, you aren’t going to see any records or documents that Obama doesn’t want you to see.

It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Obama’s first official act was to deny access to his records. Obama has lived for 48 years without leaving any footprints — none! There is no Obama documentation — no bona fides — no paper trail — nothing.

I have been shopping at Barnes & Noble for many years. I have
a Barnes & Noble card and I use it regularly. Recently I noticed
on the Barnes & Noble internet site that they were allowing
“reviews”, actually Obama camp attacks and smears about Larry
Sinclair’s book, “Barack Obama and Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex,
Lies and Murder?” Since I have covered the Larry Sinclair story
more than any other source and have witnessed first hand the
constant ongoing attacks against Larry Sinclair and anyone
questioning the “messiah”, Obama, I decided to counteract these
lies with the truth about Larry Sinclair. I posted the following
comment.

Posted 03/16/09: From November 23, 2008 article: Larry Sinclair is publishing a book about his encounter with Obama in 1999 and the bigger story of his experience trying to get Obama to be held accountable and making the public aware. This is an incredible story that I have watched play out from a front row seat to my astonishment and disbelief. Up to this point in my life, I have only read about experiences like this happening in other countries. However, despite this all appearing surreal, it did indeed happen. As soon as Larry Sinclair produced his YouTube video, he received personal attacks and death threats on his person and family, website attacks and eventual incarceration in Delaware. This did not happen in the Soviet Union, Kenya or South America. This happened in America. I have followed, researched and written about the Larry Sinclair story probably more than any other source. I can state with authority that Larry Sinclair could not have made up this story. I hope to write a book in the near future and will elaborate on that and cover the other stories I have been associated with. However, only Larry Sinclair can tell his story. Here is a quick statement that I sent to Larry recently for possible inclusion in his book: “The Larry Sinclair story was the catalyst for me and many others to begin questioning the character and background of Barack Obama, a candidate that most of us knew little about. Mr. Sinclair’s allegations appeared preposterous at first but captured my curiousity. I began by examining the Official Illinois State Senate records for the period of November 3-8, 1999. I discovered that Obama was missing on November 4, 1999. I thought, “interesting.” I then read the transcripts from the Tim Russert, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times. All three interviews asked Obama about his records during his tenure in the Illinois Senate. Obama was consistently vague and evasive in his answers. This piqued my curiousity more. One thing led to another and within a few days I knew that we had a problem with Obama. I had reached the point of no return and could not in good conscience abandon my efforts. I continued to follow the Larry Sinclair story and watched it play out in detail. I got to know Larry and we achieved a level of mutual trust that soon became a precious commodity. The Larry Sinclair story evolved into at least four large separate stories: 1. The initial encounter with Obama in 1999. 2. The Donald Young controversy. 3. The attacks made on Larry Sinclair, those following his story and anyone questioning the “messiah” Obama. 4. The changing and withholding of internet information and attempts to prevent Larry Sinclair and others from reporting the truth. I have come to know Larry Sinclair as a person and not just a story. I admire Larry for his persistence in the face of incredible odds, his integrity and his patriotism. Save your hard earned cash! He is a very sick and deranged individual just visit his website! He was first arrested on a larceny charge in 1981 in Denver, according to his Colorado arrest record, as filed in federal court. In 1985, he was convicted of theft and of forging a check in Florida, and sentenced to a year in jail, according to Florida records filed in federal court. After the Florida episode, according to the records, he returned to Colorado, where he faced check fraud and credit card charges in 1986. Then, in 1987, he was convicted in Colorado on more serious forgery charges, and sentenced to 16 years in jail. In prison, according to state records filed in federal court, Sinclair was disciplined 97 times for infractions including assault, threats, drug possession, intimidation, and verbal abuse, most recently in 1996. “He has not institutionalized well,” a spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Corrections, Liz McDonough, told the Denver Post in 1996 after a month-long Sinclair hunger strike. She said he had served time in prisons in Buena Vista, Delta, Limon and Canon City before being transferred to the state’s maximum security penitentiary in 1993. In the summer of 1996, according to Colorado’s state court database, he began proceedings to formally change his name from LA Rye Viz. Avila to Larry Wayne Sinclair. By 1999, according to a mention in a local newspaper, he was out of jail and living in Pueblo, Colo. The Public Citizen investigator in Colorado stated that Sinclair’s outstanding legal troubles there appear to date from 2001, and that Sinclair’s effort to convince the judge in 2004 to dismiss those charges failed. The Pueblo County Sheriff’s website, which pictures Sinclair under the word “Wanted,” cites felony theft and forgery charges. Sinclair was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in South Carolina last September, according to state records filed in federal court.”

“Paranoid fantasy, far from “the truth”

Posted March 8, 2009, 9:19 PM EST: On the author’s blog, I have read several excerpts and all chapter titles from this libelous screed that the author, whose writing rarely rises to the level of amateur, announced plans to have printed by a vanity press. Lawrence Sinclair’s lurid tale of his supposed brief encounters with the now-president occupies only a small fraction of the book. The rest is free-form paranoia, as Sinclair grandiosely blames prominent people and institutions for persecuting him and causing his story to be ignored by the mainstream media for over a year. Readers in search of either sleazy fiction masquerading as nonfiction or a glimpse into the mind of a whining, manipulative sociopath would be well advised to skip these ravings of a career criminal (currently wanted on a felony charge in Colorado) and keep looking. This book (assuming that it is eventually printed, after numerous postponements) fails to satisfy on any level.”

In this book, Sinclair discusses his early life and criminal enterprises which lands him in prison for years. After release, he continues on his criminal path by running drugs across the country for gangs and helping smuggle undocumented aliens into America. It’s during this period that the authors imagination comes to light as he writes of a bizarre chance meeting that includes drugs and gay sex. Frustrated with the “truth” he knows of a presidential candidate, Sinclair embarks on a crusade to save the country. After receiving no satisfaction from the candidate or the mainstream media, the author makes a YouTube video of his claims. He is offered a large sum of money to take a lie detector test, which Mr. Sinclair fails. Lacking any proof of his fantastic claims, Sinclair trudges on trying to spread the word and “make noise!” He is blocked at every turn by powerful politicians, the media, law enforcement, and a ruthless band of “Obots”(Obama paid bloggers). After a year of fighting, Sinclair was unable to stop the Obama-machine election victory and subsequent inauguration. Sinclair received tens of thousands in donations and payments over the year, while still collecting government SSI disability payments. Now, in one last effort to cash-in, Sinclair, who claims he is unable to work a job, has written a book and plans a cross-country book signing tour to promote it. Although still wanted in Colorado on a felony warrant for theft, Mr. Sinclair continues to claim he has paid his debt to society. This book, which is filled with distorted facts and outright libelous content, I cannot recommend for the simple reason that your money will go into the hands of a wanted career criminal. Or, as Keith Olbermann has referred to Mr. Sinclair, “a character assassin.””

Posted March 18, 2009, 2:19 AM EST: I was amused to see several book reviews for a book that hasn’t been published yet (I am writing this “review” on the 17th of March, 2009). This. then, is not a review of Sinclair’s book but it is a review about Mr. Larry Sinclair. I have followed his story since he first put a video on You Tube over a year ago. I have also seen his web site (WordPress) and his current one (http://larrysinclair-0926.blogspot.com/). If there is one thing that impresses me about Mr. Sinclair it is his consistency in dealing with the ‘facts’ of his story. He hasn’t wavered a bit in relating those ‘facts’ as he says he knows them. Many people who will read his book will cringe at his graphic discription pertaining to the subject matter. They will also judge Mr. Sinclair harshly, especially if they are fundamentalist religionists because of his life-style: This being said, if what he says is true then those same people who would judge him harshly must also, in the final analysis, jusdge the current President of the United States of America with that same judgment (and even more harshly) because you will read things alleged about Mr. Barack Hussein Obama that will turn your stomach in-side-out. I have pre-ordered a copy of Mr. Sinclair’s book for two reasons: 1) I believe what he alleges has a ring of truth concerning Mr. Obama and 2) this book will be a collector’s item no matter what the fall-out might be as a result of its publication. –jws”

It should be clear to any reader capable of critical thinking that Sinclair presents absolutely no credible evidence for his various melodramatic claims, and usually no evidence at all. Although he devotes a portion of the book to his early years as a criminal, he declines to take responsibility for the charges of felonious theft, fraud, or deceit that have repeatedly put him on the wrong side of the law right up through the present day. If this book ever makes it to publication, after several months’ delay, I will consider it just another one of his cons. Let the buyer beware.”

smear specialists of the Obama camp.

I am not accusing Barnes & Noble of anything yet, but it does look
very suspicious. I intend to get a straight answer from them. If
I do not. I will cancel my Barnes & Noble card and take my business
elsewhere. I will also encourage others to do likewise. I have
watched the Obama camp bring this country to a state not unlike
that of Nazi Germany and “1984” by George Orwell. Altering book
sales hits too close to home.

hitting article exposing the antics, hypocrisy and deception
of Obama and his Democrat cronies.

I’ve heard it said that there are only a handful of archetypal stories from which all variations come. Today, in politics, this appears truer than ever before. The same motivations are at play, the same goals and agendas, the same use of vilification and manipulation, the same attachments and vulnerabilities to draw out, the same diversions, the same subordination of truth – all to be used as “legitimate” means to the obtain the politician’s goals. Regrettably, the archetypal story of almost every politician today is the quest for power.”
“Power and manipulation! We all need to let that sink in and flow over us because in our regular lives we don’t think that way. Take a moment and say to yourself the words Hollywood, nothing is as it appears, the words mean nothing, the agendas are conflicting, all may be an elaborated distraction.
Now to American Politics 2009 –
This past week a poorly choreographed political theater has been taking place in the nation’s capital. It is the best example of political Kobuki theater we’ve had this year. We’ve had Pelosi and Barney Frank shrieking and pointing mephitic fingers at everyone but themselves. Senator Dodd, who has played a pivotal role in the entire financial mess, has been first denying knowledge of any AIG bonuses, kind of admitting the bonuses, admitting he wrote the amendment that exempted AIG so they could get the bonuses, and finally saying the Obama administration asked him to do everything. Timothy Geithner saying I didn’t know anything about anything until a few days ago and now a tape surfaces clearing indicating that he knew about the AIG bonuses at least by March 3, 2009. And finally, Obama saying I didn’t know anything about the AGI bonuses – which could be true since he was quickly planning a trip out of town to appear on the Tonight Show to talk about Special Olympics and his bowling skills.
The outcome of all the drama and CYA’ing was that the Congress of the United States, led by Nancy Pelosi, passed legislation attempting to tax anyone who received an AIG bonus out of any and all money. Congress decided that they must do “something”. Nancy was yelling and screaming, hell yes we’re mad and we are not going to take it, our voters are mad and we’re going to punish AGI employees who took these Congressional authorized bonuses. Oh my. The Kobuki result so far is that the House of Representatives have passed a likely unconstitutional bill of attainder in the attempt to cover their (not reading the original bill) tracks.”
“As entertaining as people with pitchforks can be; it’s now time to consider Mr. Obama’s actions.
Where was he? Was he bowling, picking his NCAA basketball teams, appearing on The Tonight Show? Why wasn’t he in Washington? I would suggest that it is/was part of the chorography that team Obama is executing to manipulate the public and maintain the Obama illusion. They want to try to keep Obama above it all, spouting lofty words and symbolizing calm.
During the Vietnam War, Nixon went to China. During this financial crisis, Obama goes to Hollywood and back to the campaign trail. It’s all diversion, manipulation and theater.”

Over the 2008 election year and continuing to the present,
Americans of all walks of life have been threatened for
one reason, questioning the “messiah”, Obama, Barack Obama
and his cult of alleged change has become a fanatical
religion to many young people and wackos of the far left.
To ask any question about Obama’s credentials or his
dubious past was to appear to his cult followers as a
crazed infidel. Of course, not all of those attacking inncocent
Americans were just overzealous Obama worshippers. Many
were paid internet specialists and hackers paid by the Obama
campaign or the larger Obama camp. The Obama camp includes
those in this country and abroad that pull the puppet strings
controlling Obama.

The list of those receiving personal attacks and
death threats is long but includes the following:

Dr. Ila Peterson

Numerous bloggers and internet sites

Thousands of average Americans seeking answers

The legion of evil performing these disgusting acts has believed
it would be untouched for a variety of reasons. Many believed
that the Nazi Brownshirt component of the Obama camp would gain
sufficient power after the inauguration to make them invulnerable.

This is a message from the American people. We are not going to
tolerate these attacks. We will hold these low lifes and the law
enforcement agencies set in place to protect the public, accountable.
I have it on authority that there are efforts underway to begin
rounding up these criminals.

Yesterday, Tuesday, November 25, 2008, there were rumors on the internet that Leo Donofrio was the target of Islamic death threats and that he was in hiding. The Rumor named the source of the information as Sue Myrick, a congresswoman from NC. Ordinarily this might not have grabbed my attention. However, I was told a few days earlier that Sue Myrick was involved in a project regarding Islam in America. Another detail regarding this I will not mention now. Also the persons notifying me, combined with the fact that Mr. Donofrio apparently had been out of touch, gave the story more credence. I sent Sue Myrick an email and will try to contact her today.

This morning I clicked on the link to Donofrio’s new site

Anyone following the election on the internet this year would not be surprised at this result. Countless bloggers and website owners have been shut down by the Obama camp. Anyone questioning the “messiah”, Obama, has been subjected to all manner of internet attacks and in some cases personal attacks and death threats.

So, the plot thickens. None of us that have been watching and experiencing the modern day Nazi Brownshirt thugs are the least bit surprised.

The Citizen Wells blog has been warning for many months now that the
Obama camp is very much like Brownshirts in Nazi Germany. The analogies
are many and are scary. Some people scoffed at or ridiculed the articles
but many commented in agreement. Some that appreciated the warnings
are Jewish and one had just visted a Holocaust Museum. Even Winston
Churchill was ridiculed when he gave warnings about the Nazis. A commenter on PatDollard.com, tps, has written a compelling article and warning about the Obama camp. The writer claims to be a student of history and like anyone questioning the “messiah”, Obama, has been ridiculed.
Consider these exerpts:

“Mr. Obama’s winning platform can be boiled down to one word: change.

Why?

I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.

And that is only the beginning.

And I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his “brown shirts” would bully them into submission. And then, he was duly elected to office, a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world.

He did it with a compliant media–did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and . . . change. And the people surely got what they voted for.

Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.

Don’t forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years–a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency–it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with them.”

I tried to reach Philip J Berg yesterday and will try again. I have tried
to not bother him more than is necessary. Mr. Berg has spent countless
hours in a just cause to defend and uphold the US Constitution.
The rule of law and the US Constitution must be upheld. Period. This means that no matter who is running for the office of president, mo matter what color their skin is or anything else about them, they must be eligible to be president and must, if challenged, prove their eligibility. Barack Obama is not eligible to be president. He garnered more votes in the general election due to the following reasons:

A well orchestrated campaign that was based on preemptive news releases designed to disarm debate, control of information in the MSM and the internet, racism, personal attacks, illegal campaign contributions and voter fraud. Obama mentioning his drug use when he was young and the Fight the Smears site are good examples.
Obama stole the Democrat party nomination from Hillary Clinton with the help of Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean and well documented voter fraud.
In one of the most well documented manifestations of racism that I have experienced in my lifetime, 95% of blacks voted for Obama. This, I believe, along with Obama camp tacttics, will set back race relations in this country 20 years.
The gullible youth of this country, already influenced by the far left
wing media and college professors, fell under the spell of this Hitler
like speaker.
No one was allowed to question the “messiah’, Obama. Anyone questioning Obama was viciously attacked. Good examples are the actor Jon Voight and his family and Joe the Plumber.
The Obama camp spent record amounts of money to buy this election. Large amounts of contributions are being investigated and we know that Obama has been backed by the likes of George Soros, Chicago and Illinois corruption money and dubious connections in the Middle East and other foreign countries.
Obama, the Obama Campaign and the Obama camp, have based their strategies on diversions, lies and deceit. The basis for this can be traced back to the strategies of Saul Alinsky, who cautioned not to alienate groups. Tell people anything you have to to get elected. That is exactly what Obama has done.
Focusing on change and using the Bush Administration as a scapegoat were repeated over and over as a brainwashing technique and rallying point. This comes straight from the playbook of Nazi Germany where a glorious new Germany (change) was promised and the Jews (scapegoats) were the cause of all of Germany’s problems.
Threats of racial tensions and race riots were threatened by the Obama camp and supporters. This comes straight from the election strategy playbook of Obama’s cousin Raila Odinga and his ODM party. From the ODM election strategy:

“Use ODM agents on the ground to engineer ethnic tensions in target areas”

Even with all of the chicanery above, Obama won just over one fourth of the nation’s counties. Hardly a mandate and a troubling matter for the founding fathers.
Many people are frustrated that Barack Obama was not vetted, was given
a free ride by the MSM and is progressing through the 2008 election cycle
without having to prove his eligibility. The Philip J Berg lawsuit appeal
is still before the US Supreme Court, awaiting a response from Obama and
the DNC. Sadly it is still at the mercy of our legal system and the well
structured requirements for legal standing and burden of proof. However,
I maintain, that the US Constitution must be upheld and that all
candidates must be eligible. That includes the swearing in of the new president by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court at the inauguration.

The Citizen Wells blog has been providing articles for many weeks on the
election process and the federal and state laws that control the process.
Citizen Wells has notified the states by email and in some cases telephone
conversations of their obligation to uphold the Constitution. This includes
state officers such as Secretary of State, Attorney General, board of
elections and most definitely Electoral College Electors. Citizen Wells
has contacted officials in NC by email and telephone on multiple occasions.
The states have varying election laws and NC even has a provision for
qualifying candidates.

So what can you as a concerned citizen do? Many people have asked what
evidence they can present to their state Electoral College Electors.
Citizen Wells will be presenting a series of articles that hopefully
will help put the issue and evidence into focus. In the meantime, you
can obtain a list of your states’ Electors by doing an internet search.

I have listened to several in the media, that I used to respect, make
comments that are disheartening. It was brought to my attention that Glenn
Beck, when asked by a listener to respond to the birth certificate issue,
told the listener to forget about it. How can we just forget about the
US Constitution!!! Glenn, if you read this, please explain.

“Some, like myself, are conflicted. On one hand, Obama received 63 million votes on Tuesday but, on the other hand, if Berg is correct he shouldn’t have been there in the first place. On one hand, the time for Berg’s line of thinking to be pursued should have been before November 4th so as to avoid mass voter disenfranchisement but, on the other hand, since when have the courts been concerned about voter disenfranchisement? On one hand, the United States Constitution says that Barack Hussein Obama is now president-elect of the United States of America and should be treated as such but, on the other hand, the same document also says that, should Berg be correct, he cannot serve in the position he’s slated to attain in January because he is not a natural-born citizen of the United States.”

“Still, to me, the question presented by Berg is warranted and absolutely essential. Barack Obama should present, for independent examination, the “vault” copy of his birth certificate if for no other reason than to put this matter to rest. His failure to provide it does make me believe that he doesn’t have it, or that it doesn’t say what it should. The best way to receive closure, perhaps, is the most unlikely one — that the U.S. Supreme Court grant certiorari in this matter. Unfortunately, as the Court doesn’t like to get involved in political questions such as this, as the Court would be hesitant under any circumstances to countermand the will of 63 million Americans (give or take a few hundred thousand for ACORN), I don’t think it will happen. What we have now, unfortunately, is a widely-accepted “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy and, with regard to the presidency, that’s unacceptable.”

We must not let threats of racial tensions and race riots deter us from
upholding the Constitution. If we cave in to pressure, we will be one step closer to being a third world country, such as Kenya, controlled by the likes of Raila Odinga, Obama’s cousin, with constant internal battles. We must uphold the US Constitution and the rule of law for all Americans, regardless of race or religion.

I am asking fellow bloggers and concerned citizens to help defend the
US Constitution. Contact your state Electoral College Electors and state
Senators and Representatives. Make sure they are aware of Obama’s
ineligibility to be president and remind them of the oath they swear to
uphold the Constitution. Also help spread the word to your fellow citizens.
All Barack Obama has to do, is follow the lead of John McCain and
prove he is eligible.

It was reported yesterday, November 6, 2008, that an Asheville NC school teacher, Diantha Harris, was using improper political propaganda in a classroom. Today it was learned that the teacher is employed by the Fayetteville NC, Cumberland County, school system. Superintendent Dr. William Harrison has put an official response on the school system’s website. Here is the official response:

“CCS Headline News – Superintendent’s Response to YouTubeI was shocked when I saw the clip of an interaction between a Cumberland County Schools teacher and her students as posted on YouTube. While neutral discussion of the political process is appropriate, at no time, particularly with elementary students, should a teacher infuse his/her political views into the discussion. Most disconcerting was the military slant that made its way into this discussion. We are a military community, serving over 15,000 military students and their families. We value the sacrifices, not only of the military parents but also those of their families.

We believe that military children are our children, military spouses are many of our employees, and military service men and women are our heroes. We proudly serve our military children and have received national awards for our support of military families.

I was particularly disturbed to see the uncomfortable position in which our children were placed due to the inappropriate actions of one of our teachers. Please be assured that the actions exhibited in this video are not consistent with the vision of the CCS. Moreover, the actions of one teacher do not represent the 7000 employees in our organization.

Once the video was brought to my attention, I immediately launched an investigation. Personnel laws prevent me from releasing information regarding individual employees and personnel action taken. I can assure you that upon completion of the investigation, I will take appropriate action.

I just spoke to the Asheville NC city schools. They have been inundated with phone calls. I was told that this teacher, Diantha Harris, does not work for the Asheville NC school system. Here is an article from the Asheville Citizen-Times:

I just spoke to the Fayetteville NC, Cumberland County, school system spokesperson. They are receiving many phone calls and take the matter very seriously. The Superintendent of schools will be posting an official comment on the school system website this afternoon:

I know someone in the Secret Service, I will enquire into this. Citizen Wells

Larry Sinclair was contacted by an insider and notified that the Obama camp has placed Sinclair on their watch list. Larry Sinclair was at the Republican National Convention in St Paul and received a lot of exposure for his encounter with Obama in November 1999. Larry Sinclair had his sign displayed on the local Fox Affiliate site, had many photos taken, talked to numerous RNC delegates and spoke to US and foreign press. Think this might have had anything to do with the Brownshirt Obamanites blocking Larry Sinclair?

I guess when the Biden AG’s office failed to get me to plead to a crime I did not commit, the Campaign now brings in the Secret Service where the Biden’s failed?!

To add me to the “Watch List” because I insist that the Senator from IL answer simple questions goes beyond the abuse of that office by a candidate.

It appears to me that only people supportive of Obama/Biden may attend “Public” events now.!!”
