As part of this process, I have been revisiting the early history of the Obama eligibity issues and in particular the COLB that was posted on several pro Obama sites. Two of the mouthpieces of the Obama camp, Wikipedia and FactCheck.org will be presented as examples of Orwellian, Nazi Germany type propaganda and the far left agenda of “the end justifies the means.”

Here is just a snippet of the propaganda from Wikipedia:

The Obama campaign released his birth certificate, certified by the Hawaii Department of Health, and posted a scanned image of it online. The posted certificate states that Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961.[1] The certificate also states, “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding”. Frequent arguments of those questioning Obama’s eligibility are that he has not released a photocopy of his “original” birth certificate, and that the use of the term “certification of live birth” on the document means it is not equivalent to one’s “birth certificate”. These arguments have been debunked numerous times by media investigations,[10] every judicial forum that has addressed the matter, and Hawaiian government officials—a consensus of whom have concluded that the certificate released by the Obama campaign is indeed his official birth certificate.[11] Asked about this, Hawaiian Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo stated that Hawaii “does not have a short-form or long-form certificate”.[12] Moreover, the director of her Department has confirmed that the state “has Sen. The paragraph above is loaded with Orwellian lies and misinformation.

Congress and the US Supreme Court will be held accountable. I will be making a followup call with Senator Richard Burr’s office this week. I hope to simplify the presentation of information regarding the pseudo birth certificate and get their attention.

My article on the truth about the COLB wil be presented soon. The intent is not to replicate other efforts or reinvent the wheel, but to present a simplified summary that even a congressman can understand.

“A state representative on Tuesday filed a bill that would require any candidate for president or vice president of the United States to show his or her birth certificate to the Texas secretary of state, another indication of just how ambitious the conservative agenda for next year’s session of the Texas Legislature is expected to be.

“This bill is necessary because we have a president whom the American people don’t know whether he was born in Kenya or some other place,” Rep. Leo Berman, R-Tyler, said in reference to President Barack Obama and of House Bill 295. “If you are running for president or vice president, you’ve got to show here in Texas that you were born in the United States and the birth certificate is your proof.”

Berman’s bill specifies that “the secretary of state may not certify the name of a candidate for president or vice-president unless the candidate has presented the original birth certificate indicating that the person is a natural-born United States citizen.”

If the Legislature passes the proposed legislation and Gov. Rick Perry signs it into law, it would become effective on Sept. 1, 2011, six months before the state holds its 2012 presidential primaries.

Berman’s proposal is similar to one introduced in the Arizona Legislature this year which prompted the Arizona Republic, the largest newspaper in that state, to write: “The legislation originated from a fringe group that believes President Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and therefore ineligible to be president.”

The so-called “birther movement,” which questions Obama’s citizenship, started during the 2008 presidential campaign and though most news organizations have reported that there is overwhelming evidence that the president was born in Hawaii in 1961, there is small percentage of the U.S. population which is not convinced.”

My response to the following paragraph from above:

The following is a factual statement:

“most news organizations have reported that there is overwhelming evidence that the president was born in Hawaii in 1961”

Most “news organizations” did repeat that lie.

“there is small percentage of the U.S. population which is not convinced.”

Apparently, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal is part of the conspiracy to perpetuate the lies.

August 2009 Public Policy Polling of Virginia:

Born elsewhere 24%

Not sure 24%

July 2010 CNN Poll: Less than half were convinced of Obama US birth.

Probably born in US 29 %

Probably born elsewhere 16 %

Definitely born elsewhere 11 %

So,  Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, what is your excuse for inaccurate reporting?

I don’t always reveal all that I am thinking about or working on. I do continue to support LTC Terry Lakin as well as uphold the US Constitution. This blog, as often stated, is a group effort. Major players in the Obama eligibility issues send me info on a regular basis. A recent one was a reminder that Richard Burr, senator from NC, made foolish, uninformed statements regarding Obama’s eligibility. As a resident and lifelong citizen of NC, I feel an obligation to set the record straight with Mr. Burr. I intend to do so.

As reported by The American Patriot Foundation.

“Certain Members of Congress based their claims that Obama was born in Hawaii almost entirely upon an online document (a Certifi-cation of Live Birth – not to be confused with an original birth certificate) – which the State of Hawaii has refused to verify as a state-issued document. In some cases, Congressmen out-sourced research on the eligibility issue to Senator Obama’s office, or to Obama-friendly websites such as FactCheck.org. or friendly news-papers. Yet with regard to McCain, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing to try to determine his “natural born” status and approved a non-binding resolution affirming his eligibility. Senator McCain produced a long-form birth certificate (with hospital and attending doctor’s name) after being subjected to relentless ques-tions about his eligibility. Senator Obama co-sponsored this legisla-tion, but never produced a copy of his original birth certificate, and to this day, refuses to provide the name of a hospital of birth or an attending physician’s name to corroborate his claimed birth in Ha-waii.”

Statement: “It is my understanding that President-Elect Obama
has released an official copy of his birth certificate. Since
he was born in 1961 in Hawaii, he is eligible under the Constitution
to run for and hold the office of President of the United
States. In addition, President-elect Obama’s birth records
have been certified and validated by the Hawaii Department
of Health as well as by experts from the University of Pennsylvania.”
Editorial comment: A Certification of Live Birth is NOT an
original birth certificate. No one from the the University of
Pennsylvania has ever certified and validated Obama’s original
birth certificate or any birth record from the Hawaiian Dept of
Health.”

I will be contacting your office to inform you of this article and my intentions. I believe that you are an honorable man and a decent senator who, like so many others in Congress and the nation, were fooled by a slick Orwellian propaganda machine. However, that does not relieve you of your obligation to learn the truth and follow your oath to defend the US Constitution.

Senator Burr, first ponder the simple question:

I will be glad to explain this to you in  more detail, with copies of press releases and court records, but to further get your attention, consider this.

These two characters look like they just left a frat party.

“I was looking for a photo to add to the left column, when I re-discovered these photos of the two people who “certified” Obama’s eligibility to serve as POTUS.

They are employees of FactCheck.org, an organization that bills itself as “non-partisan,” but is part of the Annenberg network of liberal-left causes and organizations — just like Bill Ayers’ Chicago Annenberg Challenge — Annenberg, and its causes, are way left of center.

As the world now knows, FactCheck.org published a web page entitled, “Born in the U.S.A. — The truth about Obama’s birth certificate.”  The entire webpage is ONE BIG LIE!

The counterfeit document FactCheck.org is proffering on this page, and refers to as a birth certificate — 31 times — is not a birth certificate — it’s not even real — it’s a bunch of zeroes and ones on a server database.  At least three qualified examiners have said it’s bogus.  But that didn’t stop FactCheck.org from employing Goebbel’s “Big Lie” technique:
    

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie.  It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

   
And it worked!

This absurd webpage, and the bogus document it contains, has been referenced by judges, members of Congress and the ObamaMedia as prima facie evidence that Barack Obama is eligible to serve as Commander in Chief, even though the Obama Campaign has publicly admitted that Obama was — “at birth” — a citizen of Kenya, a British subject and is a “native [born US] citizen” — it’s on their website — anchor babies are “native born citizens.”

“Native born” citizenship status is different than “natural born” citizenship. “Native born” American citizens are simply not eligible to serve as Commander in Chief.

FactCheck.org identifies their anal-ists as Jess Henig and Joe Miller.  OK, that’s fine, but who and what are Jess Henig and Joe Miller?  Are they qualified to perform an analysis of ANY document, or are they just a couple of guys hanging around FactCheck.org’s office, or are they political operators?  What are their bona fides?  FactCheck.org doesn’t say.  Wonder why?”
“Well, I found out.  The two FactCheck.org employees who were granted access to Obama’s bogus Certification of Live Birth (COLB) are NOT document examiners or experts.  Joe Miller has a Ph. D. in Political Philosophy — so he’s a political operative — while Jess Henig has an M.A. in English Literature — I’m not sure her dye-job is a political or esthetic statement. ”

There is one theme that I have referred to constantly since early  2008. That is the scary analogy to the world of “1984” that we have been experiencing. It was clear then as now that the mainstream media of the US was doing the bidding of the Obama camp to spread lies and  misinformation. Recently Pravda, “The Truth”, began covering the LTC Terry Lakin court martial and Obama eligibility issues. What a strange world that we live in.

Part of the reason that this blog has succeeded, part of the reason that I have worked so hard was to counteract the mainstream media lies on such topics as Obama eligibility, Obama’s connection to Rezko and Chicago corruption, the real truth about Blagojevich and the US Justice Dept. protecting Obama and now the court martial of LTC Terry Lakin.

I spend much time searching the internet and subsequently I discover which of the Orwellian deceivers are getting first page on Google and other search engines. I knew months ago that The Huffington Post, a paid mouthpiece of the Obama camp, had gotten number one on Google for the following search:

I did not forget this fact and was compelled once again to fight the smears coming from the Orwellian Obama camp.

We have watched in horror as internet scrubbing and revisionist history has taken place on the internet. Search engines have also been tweaked. Much money has been in play. My article on CitizenWells.com is intended to counteract misinformation and lies and to support LTC Terry Lakin, an American hero and patriot.

This is amazing. I have been searching on Lakin Court Martial for several months on Google. Last night The Huffington Post was still first on the search. I just looked again, after posting both articles, and the Huffington Post does not even show up on the first page. CBS is number three.

“Missouri Voters Approve Measure to Ban Mandated Health Insurance”

“The nation is watching Missouri on Tuesday night, as voters approved a proposal that asks voters to ban federally-mandated health insurance.

Proposition C would also disallow punishments for not buying health insurance, and prohibit the government from forcing citizens and businesses to buy health insurance, which will be required under federal law beginning in 2014.

The measure won with over 70 percent of the vote with 65 percent of all precincts reporting.

It is unclear if the measure would be enforceable, as federal law typically supersedes state law under the U.S. Constitution. But supporters say that the measure would send a message to Democrats in Washington and across the nation.

“I think this is an exciting time for Missourians because we are really the first state to vote on the individual mandate, and I think what happens in Missouri tonight will command headlines around the country for the next few days if not months,” said Prop C supporter Patrick Tuohey of Missourians for Health Care Freedom.”

““The things I’ve said, I don’t mind testifying in court,” Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.

“I was working there, and this is what it was. I’m not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors.”
A reminder: Mr. Adams has never claimed to have first-hand knowledge, to date, of Mr. Obama’s vital records; this is why specific questions being answered by Mr. Adams is so important (more on this in a moment).

Of course, just because someone goes on record (say, via an affidavit) with certain claims doesn’t mean much unless whatever question is at hand (in this case, the lack of birth records) has its day in Court. Nevertheless, the fact that someone who was directly associated with HI elections is a major step forward in this saga — certainly nobody else has come forward to disagree with the Department of Health’s official statement.

As I brought up at the top of my last posting, I, too, have a number of very specific questions that I’ve asked Mr. Adams. I did not ask him about anything except his dealings when he was under contract with HI elections. After all, in my view, his opinion of the Constitution is worth no more or less than yours or mine — and that’s irrelevant to the issue at hand. We’re talking about the existence — or the lack thereof — of birth records; constitutional questions would naturally, by extension, be answered from that point forward (once again, with the potential exception of the fact of Mr. Obama’s British citizenship at birth).

All of this brings up an excellent question. Since we already have the DoH Director on record with her view that Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen (noting, of course, that she is only an authority over public health records), what if we get Mr. Adams’ statements on record — informally via email and/or formally via affidavit — that he says that Mr. Obama does not have a birth certificate and such a statement can be substantiated?”

As I am about to show, WorldNetDaily only got half of their story right (full disclosure: The Right Side of Life.com has been featured on WND in the past and I still “trust but verify” what they post, most of the time).

I decided to actually contact Mr. Tim Adams at the email address linked in the Western Kentucky University faculty page mentioned in the WND article to find out for myself (and for you, loyal TRSoL readers) why he chose to “come out” now regarding the alleged quotes that WND has posted.

However, before I get to the email I received back from him (and that I subsequently received explicit permission from Mr. Adams to reveal), here are key excerpts from the WND article:

“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”

Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”

He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.

If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.” …

Thank you for the Email. Actually I believe God has a sense of humor, because I thought these notions were pretty well common and not very important. I was actually just in Nashville, observing a conservative political conference, I’m not a member of any kind of group, and too liberal for these guys, when James Edwards, the host of the Political Cesspool, heard about me from someone and asked if I would simply state what I had observed and been told while working in Hawaii. I believe Pres. Obama was born a United States citizen, and is eligible to hold office, I find the idea that because he was probably born outside of the U.S., he must be some kind of alien to be basically racist. I do think we should close this issue and pass legislation requiring office seekers to prove identity before running for elected office.”

Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans  

Timothy Adams has alleged that he worked in a Hawaii elections office in 2008 and that he verified that there was no birth certificate for Barack Obama in Hawaii. It has been confirmed that Adams did indeed work for the Hawaii elections office. After doing some fairly extensive searching yesterday, June 9, 2010, I was unable to confirm Adams allegations. I still remain a bit of a skeptic. For me the most compelling evidence against Obama is his use of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.

Official who oversaw ballots in 2008 race says hospital birth certificate non-existent”

“A college professor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the City and County of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University. 

“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”

Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”

He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.
“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].”

At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,'” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”

To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.”

“WND confirmed with Hawaiian officials that Adams was indeed working in their election offices during the last presidential election.

“His title was senior elections clerk in 2008,” said Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the City and County of Honolulu.

Takahashi also confirmed Adams’ time frame at the office from spring until the month of August.

“We hire temporary workers, because we’re seasonal,” he said.

 
However, when WND asked Takahashi if the elections office could check on birth records, he said, “We don’t have access to that kind of records. [There’s] no access to birth records.”

Adams responded, “They may say, ‘We don’t have access to that.’ The regular workers don’t, the ones processing ballots; but the people in administration do.

“Why has Obama employed a legion of private and Government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of Americans

 

The question above, combined with the litany of lies Obama has spoken about his past and his past associations, especially his associations with a multitude of Chicago, IL corruption figures such as Tony Rezko, supercedes all arguments regarding Obama eligibility and fitness for the job of President of the United States. And of course, let’s not forget that Obama is not a natural born citizen. I will revist that later.

Let’s revisit some of the lies, ignorance and misstatements of the past associated with officials in the State of Hawaii.

Here is the Press release from Hawaii Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino on October 31, 2008

STATEMENT BY DR. CHIYOME FUKINO
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
“No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i.””

Governor Linda Lingle was interviewed by Rusty Humphries on December 20, 2008.

Lou Dobbs “hits the nail on the head” with these statements.

As Dobbs so adroitly states, the COLB presented by the Obama camp is nothing more than a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper. It is not a legitimate birth certificate and we have no proof that it originated with the Hawaii Health Department. The HI Health Dept. apparently has a birth certificate for Obama, but we have not seen it and Obama has gone to great lengths to keep it and his college records hidden.

World Net Daily has presented another interview of Governor Linda Lingle and controversy surrounding Obama’s birth certificate and the state of Hawaii.

“More than a year and half after Barack Obama was elected commander in chief, the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama’s birth, saying “the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.”

The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York’s WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark.)”
