Missouri voters reject Obamacare, Over 70 percent, Proposition C

“Missouri Voters Approve Measure to Ban Mandated Health Insurance”
“The nation is watching Missouri on Tuesday night, as voters approved a proposal that asks voters to ban federally-mandated health insurance.
Proposition C would also disallow punishments for not buying health insurance, and prohibit the government from forcing citizens and businesses to buy health insurance, which will be required under federal law beginning in 2014.
The measure won with over 70 percent of the vote with 65 percent of all precincts reporting.
It is unclear if the measure would be enforceable, as federal law typically supersedes state law under the U.S. Constitution. But supporters say that the measure would send a message to Democrats in Washington and across the nation.
“I think this is an exciting time for Missourians because we are really the first state to vote on the individual mandate, and I think what happens in Missouri tonight will command headlines around the country for the next few days if not months,” said Prop C supporter Patrick Tuohey of Missourians for Health Care Freedom.”

Certain religious groups, American Indians, illegal immigrants, hardship cases and prison inmates are exempt from the law. The rest of us are required to pay for all to receive medical care? I haven’t posted in a while….a long while. I decided to do my little part and go back to school. I am getting my Master’s in Education. We need more common-sensed teachers to counter the progressive agendas in public schools right now. So….I have been busy, busy.
I am glad to see that the faithful here at CW are still in the fight to expose the truth. It has been a looooong 21 months since the fraud was elected and subsequently planted at 1600 Kendonesia Ave. His policies are so horrific, but the light at the end of the tunnel is finally near. These people will get there just dues. It always happens. The hard part is being patient until it happens….and hoping irrepairable damage doesn’t result.

One thing we Patriots can take comfort in is the fact that most if not all of bo’s cohorts will be indicted, convicted and imprisoned even if bo gets a pardon.
With LTC Lakin’s arraignment hearing on Friday, does anybody know if the Military Judge renders a decision that day? If found guilty does the Military evoke sentencing immediately? Free Speech is right about a couple of things. The MSM is not providing the complete truth, and the more this is under-reported and downplayed, the more likely that Commander Zero and his Flying Minkeys are going to “get away” with whatever their involvement was. This is very troublesome.
But as usual, his details and facts are a bit tainted with doom and hyperbole. Here are the best facts that are known at the moment. “Best” meaning what seems to be fully authenticated right now today, as opposed to speculation and fear-mongering (for which, I of course admit, some may become facts in the future).
1. The Top Kill (aka Static Kill) procedure is progressing as planned. The mechanism here is that they pump heavy mud (thick liquid slime) down the top of the well. The mud is very much heavier than the oil. And eventually, with enough mud, the weight of the mud (remember, the well bore is several miles deep, so that is a LOT of mud) will exactly counterbalance the reservoir pressure. So far they have pumped in enough mud to lower the pressure from around 7000 psi to around 4500 psi. As soon as they wait and watch a bit, and collect some more data, they will be pumping more mud. Contrary to some reports they have not yet “succeeded with the top kill”, the correct statement is that “the process is underway and it is successful so far.”
2. The surface slicks of oil do indeed seem to be getting smaller. And so far there is less gunk and gack on the beaches than had been anticipated. The local authorities are allowing more and more fishing. The local economy is beginning to rebuild. Where the oil went is unclear. Some of it no doubt has been cleaned up by natural processes (microbes and stuff), some has sunk and/or dispersed into the deeps as a result of the action of the dispersant. Also the surface ships have scooped up some.
In defense of the doomsayers, there are many unknowns:
Will top kill continue to work, or will something bad happen?
Will the relief well(s) work? I need to point out that regardless of the success of Top Kill, it is not enough by itself. The well can only be claimed dead when mud and cement is pumped in at the bottom.
What is the long-term effect of the Corexit?
What is the long-term effect of the oil already spilled?
And, a long shot question: Is there another man-caused leak or gusher or is this the only one?

The only news we are getting here in FL is BP infomercials which tell you nothing of substance. Not allowing journalists to the Gulf was a stupid idea-all you heard the entire time was the Gulf was engulfed in oil (not true), many of the beaches were cleaned. People are back fishing. All they had to do was report the truth, now conjecture, guesses, questions reign. Plots, counter-plots-fudging the numbers either way, it is any body’s guess. This was the Gulfs season for vacationers so that is definitely gone. BP Admin neither worthy of anything remotely trustworthy. They both screwed up from the first day and amazingly got even worse at it as they progressed, for them it is all about photo-ops-which made them look even dumber (if that’s possible).

The most likely answers to your question are:
1. There was less oil overall than estimated.
2. Winds or currents have dispersed things different directions than worst case initial expectations.
3. And yes, there is something new. The toxic Corexit dispersant has never been used on this scale before. Good news: it may be the major reason the oil is broken up. Bad news: the long-term wildlife and human impact is not known.

The gulf is a big place. But never the less, I’m sure that the above is true for at least some of the beds. But as a sweeping statement, poppycock.
Also, I have stated many times, the Internet is a cesspool of disinformation. If you are not qualified to find sources from multiple independent researcher and analysts, cross reference these sources, and evaluate the credibility of each source, than any video or other corroborating information that you post is, well, just “cess”.

The best information regarding what is happening with the Macondo (sp) well is NOLA. If the news is coming from CNN is likely to be less than reliable. On the other hand if it is coming from Cooper Anderson then take another look at what he might be saying (and see if it compares with his earlier statements).
Free speech was lost when the government introduced fines for anyone going within 60 ft. of the area. This means that people are not free to record or report the news correctly.

Now with regard to the oil slick…. if the govt had got off its lazy butt when the well blew in the first place… and if they had been prepared since they knew that there was a problem in February, then the extent of the oil slick would not have been that bad!!!
The lack of the use of the oil berms, the tardiness in preparing the sand berms, the tardiness in the use of skimmers, followed by deliberately holding up the skimmers to check for life-jackets and fire extinguishers, are the actions that have contributed to a potential ecological disaster, especially in the wetlands.
In all probability, with the new cap in place, and the leaks being kept to a minimum, the surface oil slick does seem to have almost disappeared. However, that is not necessarily the case in the sea due to the use of those dispersants.

Here in Australia we get lots of these oil spills, especially when tankers run aground on the Great Barrier Reef. We also have some rigs that have exploded… the difference is that the disaster authorities are at the ready with the clean up effort and as a result the damage is normally contained rapidly. This is even the case with regard to the last rig that exploded off the coast of Western Australia. Once the fire was contained, the oil companies involved went to work and capped the well in their off-shore rigs without so much drama!!!! There are no reports of damage from that last rig explosion.
The oil involved is much lighter than the crude in the Exxon Valdez. This means that it had a better ability to disperse at a faster rate than the oil from the Exxon Valdez.
On the NOLA site it says that just over 1300 birds were found dead. Of course that is 1300 too many. Yet there is no outcry from the greenies… why not?

What has happened in the Gulf is not the “norm” if there is such a thing.
It has always been a gusher some six to seven miles away from Macondo well that has captured the public’s imagination.
You see, people here have been intentionally steered to believe that by capping the well at DPW and providing relief wells will lower the pressure in the well casing.
Great. No problem with that BUT the well head is only one part of the tragedy.
We know oil is gushing from an area nearby the DPW and it is this area many of us desperately seeking information on.
Yet, little is being reported and instead our attention is being “intentionally” diverted by BP’s PRs shop so as not to look the other way.

Actually, I am aware of these simulations and reports. But as a scientist, I know that predictive models are not absolute truth.
I believe the currents they model are correct. They can take measurements and calibrate the models and refine them as needed. But to make a model like this work, you have to input the quantity of oil and how it is initially distributed. Then you “turn the crank” and see what happens.
You miss the key part. Even today (let alone months ago when these models were first run), we do not know the amount of oil. So these models show what COULD happen with a LOT of oil. They were very good planning tools for city managers and other governments who might need to get a running start and work up contingencies. But that is all.
We DO know however that right now today none of the oil has hit the loop current that will carry it around the keys. Nor does any seem to be moving that direction. It is still hundreds of miles north.
THAT is the kind of rational understanding that is required to “play” at this game. At best you are an amateur and probably just sitting in the stands. So quit pontificating.

Aye, here’s the rub. We all know that the MSM is distorting things. They under report things and they shill for Commander Zero and all that.
So the temptation is to always believe that The Truth is always something bigger than what they are reporting. But the situation is more complex. The correct statement is that The Truth is a bit different or a lot different than what they are reporting.
Sometime The Truth is larger, sure. Sometimes The Truth is smaller. Sometime the The Truth is just sideways to what is being reported.
One simple example. The MSM stories of AGW are much bigger than is The Truth. They promote overblown hysteria for the same reason that they sometimes compress or under report. Because it serves their agenda and world view.

Three years ago I ran this info on BO’s god-father Tony Rezko.Well he is back in todays news on the corruption and appointees that he has in his close circle of henchmen makes this news very troubling.My apologies for the length of this comment but we must pursue the case for the impeachment that must take place.
