I am posting the remarks from Larry Sinclair as a followup to my conversation with him. Larry Sinclair has been made a political prisoner and has been persecuted by Attorney General Biden of Delaware, The DC Police, the Social Security Administration and ultimately the Obama Campaign. Here are Larry Sinclair’s latest remarks on his ill treatment:

I am writing this article to inform you all, that their are 10,000+ reason’s why this is over.

FIRST
I met with the Attorney in Delaware this afternoon and he has asked for a retainer of $10,000 which I do not have, and I am not going to stress over this between now and next Thursday.

SECOND
I have gone to the Clerk of the Court in Delaware and I have obtained copies of what little there actually is in the file.

         1.  The Indictment was ordered and the warrant issued by The Attorney Generals Office of the State of Delaware, not the New Castle County DA as would be the normal process.

         2.  The Indictment is dated February 4, 2008 and the Rule 9 Warrant ordered and issued by the Delaware State Attorney Generals Office signed by Susan S Dwyer.

         3.  The Court file states that  on February 6, 2008 a Summons was mailed to me for Arraignment on Feb 15, 2008 (a copy of this summons from the court file shows that this did not in fact was not mailed as they did not include any address)

         4.  On February 11, 2008 the court file shows “SUMMONS SENT BY MAIL RETURNED.  INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FORWARD

         5.  February 15, 2008 “ARRIGNMENT CALENDAR: RULE 9 WARRANT OUTSTANDING.  DEFENDANT DID NOT APPEAR.

         6.  June 23, 2008, “RULE 9 WARRANT RETURNED, BAIL SET AT UNSECURED BOND 3,000, ARS 7/3/08

         7.  June 23, 2008, ” RULE 9 WARRANT RETURNED, BAIL SET AT UNSECURED BOND 5,000, 7/3/08 ARS

THEFT, in violation of Title 11, Section 841 of the Delaware Code of 1974, as amended.

LAWRENCE W. SINCLAIR, on or about the 16th day of October, 2007, in the County of New Castle, State of Delaware, did take, exercise control over, or obtain property of ************************, or another person, consisting of United States Currency or other miscellaneous property valued at $1000.00 or more, intending to deprive that person and/or owner of same, or to appropriate same.

I know for a fact that the charge stated in the above is not true, but I do not have nor am I going to ask anyone for the funds to retain this attorney.  I will appear at the hearing set for July 3, 2008 and I will return to my home in Duluth as best I can and let the process take its due course.  For the first time in my life, short a miracle from happening, it looks as if I will indeed engage in my first jury trial.  As I have stated before, if I did it, I have admitted it, but this I did not do and I am not going to be harassed, intimidated, or scared into admitting to something I did not do.

FINALLY
It should also be noted that the letters from Social Security terminating my benefits was sent by James F Martin, Regional Commissioner, Chicago Region

So to all of you who believe that the truth is what is important here, you need to go forward and tell the truth.  I cannot financially fight this battle and I am not going to be forced into homelessness and/or an earlier death for lack of medical access over this.  I have tried to do what was right and I have been beaten up, slandered, attacked, threatened, and more and the powers to be now want to try to put me in the street.

I have been arrested and jailed under outright fraudulent warrants in DC, that came from the US Attorney’s office in DC, I was denied medical treatment and access to medication by a United States Federal Court Judge in DC on a warrant that she knew was non existent, all in the name of protecting a fraud of a presidential candidate.”

So what does this mean? The Obama Campaign has been trying to silence Larry Sinclair for months. Sinclair, to his credit, despite having few resources, has fought on against a highly, well funded campaign to discredit him. He has also had no help from the idiot MSM. Let me repeat myself. The press has been in bed with Obama. There are two parts to Larry Sinclairs allegations. The story and Larry Sinclair the person. We will make sure that Larry Sinclair is taken care of. The story lives on and is not going away.

So all of you elitist, so called caring, left wing fanatics that blindly follow the new age Hitler, Obama, you have failed. There are too many of us that want and seek the truth about Obama. The MSM has failed and we are the future of citizen journalism.

Attorney General Biden, you will be forever tied to this story. I hope that it was worth it.

Larry Sinclair was arrested on June 18, 2008, just after his news
conference at the National Press Club. Apparently a DC warrant
was fabricated to allow Sinclair’s arrest. Almost a week later,
Sinclair was transported to Delaware and appeared before a judge.
Sinclair was released on his own recognizance.

Larry Sinclair has received 2 letters from the Social Security
Administration referring to an alleged Delaware warrant dated
February 5, 2008. That is just a few weeks after his first YouTube
video came out. The letters were dated June 16 and 17, 2008.

The Attorney General of Delaware is the son of Senator Joe Biden.

On June 16, Senator Joe Biden introduced a new Bill, The Fugitive Information Networked Database (FIND) Act of 2008 (S.3136).

The bill
“will encourage States to enter new and outstanding felony warrants into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database by authorizing grants to State and local agencies to upgrade their warrant databases. This upgrade will make their systems compatible and interoperable with the national database – allowing for seamless entry of state and local warrants into the federal database. The FIND Act will also authorize additional funds for the extradition of fugitives.”

Obviously Senator Biden and his staff have been working on this bill
for a while and someone associated with the bill must have expertise
in the area of warrants.

Here is the latest update from Larry Sinclair:
“The following shows that the Delaware matter is nothing more than a vindictive attack by the Obama Camp those in powerful places who support Barack Obama’s dirty Chicago Style Politics.

 

On June 16 and 17, 2008 two letters from the Social Security Administration were mailed to my Duluth home stating that my disability and medical benefits had been terminated for the following reasons:

 

“Our records show that the following warrant for your arrest was issued for a parole or probation violation:”

Date of Warrant:  February 5, 2008

What is so telling about this is the following:

 

1.                  I am not now nor have I ever been on probation or parole from the State of Delaware.

 

2.                  I have not ever been charged with, tried nor convicted of any crime in the state of Delaware

 

3.                  The information contained in this letter does not match the case number indicated on the court documents dated June 23, 2008 from the “alleged” warrant used to arrest me by DC Metro Police on June 18, 2008.

 

I am not on any probation or any parole from any State or Jurisdiction of any kind nor have I been since my Colorado Parole was discharged on May 5, 2000.

 

It is just amazing how I am being targeted with non-stop manufactured warrants and charges which only surfaced after I began making public my claims against Barack Obama.

 

Even more interesting is Social Securities letter being dated the exact same dates that the DC Metro Police and the National Press Club security director begin organizing their plan to take me into custody on a non-existant “Fugitive from Justice” warrant.

 

 

THIS ACTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COLORADO MATTER AS PER SSA OWN PROCEDURES.  SO ANY CLAIMS BY OTHER BLOGGERS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ACTION ARE NOTHING MORE THAN THEIR TRYING TO APPEAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEY ARE.  THIS ACTION WAS DONE BY OFFICIALS CONNECTED TO THE OBAMA CAMP AND THE DATE OF THE SSA LETTER SUPPORTS THIS.”

When they tried to silence Larry Sinclair, they tried to silence all
of us.

First came the personal attacks, attempts at discrediting Larry Sinclair and those following his story.

Next came attacks on Sinclair’s family.

Next came multiple death threats made on Sinclair.

Next came a petition encouraged by Jane Hamsher, an Obama supporter,
with ties to David Axelrod and the Obama Campaign, to block
Larry Sinclair’s news conference.

Next came Larry Sinclair’s arrest after his news conference at
the National Press Club. A DC warrant was fabricated for the arrest.

Next came more lies, smears and discreditation attempts by Jane
Hamsher and others aligned with the Obama Campaign.

From the beginning, the press, the MSM, has failed to do their job.
There is enough information, facts, about Obama, to cause any
intelligent, inquisitive news organization to dig beneath the
surface and discern the truth about the Larry Sinclair Story.

Why has the MSM not researched and covered the Larry Sinclair story:

Obama is untouchable. He is the candidate of change.

Fear of being tagged as racist.

Too much emphasis on producing entertainment shows, not news.

Agenda. Many so called news organizations have a far left agenda.
CNN and MSNBC are prime examples of this.

The National Press Club, obviously has many members that are in the
news media. The NPC agreed to allow Larry Sinclair to rent a room
for a news conference. Once the news conference was announced,
a furor (notice the resemblance to fuhrer) developed. Many Obama
supporters on the far left were enraged and questioned the NPC
decision to allow Sinclair to speak. Aren’t these some of the same
people outraged by the detention of prisoners at Guantanimo?

The National Press Club, and Sylvia Smith stood their ground
and supported free speech. However, there are several aspects
of the NPC experience that are troubling:

According to Larry Sinclair, the steps and routes that were set
up to supposedly maximize security, seemed to facilitate his arrest.

I have it on authority that a member of a major news organization
was not allowed in.

I am told from a reliable source that the arrest was supposed
to occur before the news conference and that Mr. Sibley thwarted
that attempt.

My best sources tell me that Sylvia Smith was seen talking on the
phone as Larry Sinclair was being escorted by law enforcement.
This is what I believe she said:
“they are bringing  him down now”.

The petition to stop the Sinclair news conference was accepted by
the General Manager, Bill McCarren. Why did the NPC accept the
petition?

Why did the General Manager of the NPC make this statement?

“Hopefully this man will be exposed for what he really is,”

The events leading up to, during and after Larry Sinclair’s news conference seem Orwellian or scripted from Nazi Germany or the Soviet Gulags. You have heard the lies, smears and hypocrisy. You have heard the lies about taking credit for Sinclair’s arrest and about the Colorado warrant. Now for the truth, from Larry Sinclair. I can corroborate much of what Sinclair says. Sinclair is free and here is the experience in his own words:

First allow me to explain that on Monday, June 16, 2008 I was contacted by Special Agent Brenda Born of the DC FBI informing me that the FBI had identified and located the individual who threatened to kill me, my lawyer and my mother at the NPC.  Agent Born confirmed the individual was a resident of the DC area and was an adult.  What was shocking to me is that Agent Born informed me that the US Attorney in DC had decided not to file charges against this individual and that the identity of the person could not b provided to me or my attorney without the approval of the US Attorney.

As for my arrest at the NPC on Wednesday June 18, 2008 after the conclusion of the PC, I see that no one has bothered to print the truth so allow me.  First, the PC was in fact packed with PRESS contrary to the bloggers who want others to believe otherwise.  Shortly before 1:00 PM a line had formed causing the NPC to ask us to begin sign in because the lobby was filling up.

At the conclusion of the PC, NPC Security head had brought three (3) plain clothed DC Police Detectives into the room and introduced them to me.  All three identified themselves as DC Police detectives and that they had a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant from Delaware.  These detectives did not escort me out in hand cuffs as reported by others.  All three were very professional, polite and respectful.  When asked for a copy of the warrant, they stated they had it in the car.

On Thursday June 19, 2008 I appeared before Judge Melendez in the DC Superior Court.  I asked that the court release me and allow me to immediately report to Delaware authorities which the US Attorney and the Judge refused to do.  Further, even though the Judge and the US Attorney was informed of my being denied access to my medication and medical treatment, the US Attorney demanded a bail of $75,000.00 which was completely inappropriate considering that Delaware did not have a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant against me, and the Judge and US Attorney both KNEW this was in fact the case.

I was ordered held for Delaware which I waived extradition, and I was held in the DC Jail [from 6-19-08 until approximately 10:30am Monday June 23, 2008] and deny access to phone, medication, and medical treatment.  When picked up on Monday June 23, 2008 by Delaware officials, I asked why there would be a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant for my arrest.  I was informed that there was no such warrant issued by Delaware, but that in fact DC had made that charge against me in order for them to arrest me on the “Rule 9″ warrant that was pending from a Delaware “SEALED” Grand Jury warrant.  I was told that what DC should have done was advise me to report to Delaware.  This rule 9 warrant was explained to me as being nothing that anyone could call me a “Fugitive from Justice” on because I had never been served the notice, taken into custody or formally charged on as yet.

Upon my return to Delaware, I appeared before a Superior Court Judge at 2:30 pm at which time I was released on PR bond and released.  I will say that the charge is questionable at best and after speaking with my Attorney I will allow him/her decide what can and cannot be posted here.

So to all those reporting I was taken out in hand cuffs, I assure you I walked out with no cuffs, carrying my bags from the NPC.  I also feel it important to state that the NPC staff conducted themselves with nothing short of kindness and professionalism from the moment I arrive to the moment I left.

Yes there are some questions for the US Attorney’s Office in the FBI investigation of the death threats, the arrest on the Delaware matter and the denying of phone access, medication and medical treatment while being held in custody in DC.  Just as there are some questions as to Judge Melendez’ refusal to allow me to report to Delaware and her holding me over on a DC produced warrant that did not reflect the Delaware issue appropriately, and her failure to order my being provided my prescribed medications and phone access even to my attorney.  There are some questions for the US Marshall’s Office and the way I was treated when I repeatedly requested access to my medication and/or medical treatment.”

If you have been following the Tony Rezko corruption trial, several names are mentioned over and over. Obama, Stuart Levine and Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich are mentioned in the same sentence as Rezko and Chicago and Illinois corruption. Governor Blagojevich has not been indicted yet but many believe his indictment is probable. The Illinois legislature recently proposed a bill to allow the Illinois people to recall the governor. It was narrowly defeated. The Chicago Tribune just came out with a story about Blagojevich, his strong ties to Rezko and the possibility of his indictment. Here are some excerpts:

“Patrick Collins, the former federal prosecutor who led the successful prosecution of former Gov. George Ryan, said it seems the government’s case against Rezko is “inextricably intertwined with Blagojevich.””

“Most recently, former Blagojevich aide Ali Ata testified that before he was hired by the administration, he attended a meeting at Rezko’s offices with Rezko and the governor. At the meeting, Ata said, he brought along a $25,000 check that was then placed on the table in front of Blagojevich.”

“The prosecution’s star witness, Stuart Levine, testified that on that same fundraising trip he thanked Blagojevich for his reappointment to a hospital planning board. The governor, according to the testimony, told Levine to “never discuss any state board with me,” but then added, “but you stick with us and you’ll do very well for yourself.””

Journalist, Evelyn Pringle, has been doing a lot of indepth research into Obama’s many long time connections to crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois. Here are some exerpts from her research:

“The names of Obama and Blagojevich became tied to the bid rigging scandal when reports surfaced that Companion had sought their help in carrying out the contract a year after Alsammarae left office, and around the same time he was thrown in jail in Iraq.”

“US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald does not make a habit of destroying pubic officials by listing them in indictments for no reason and the only two political candidates identified as receiving campaign money from Operation Board Games kickback schemes are Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and the US Senator from Illinois, Barack Obama.”

“Instead of referring to Board Games as the “Rezko” case, before long the media will likely be calling it the “Blagojevich” case. However, because the governor did not become the presidential candidate, when the scandal is recorded in the history books it will be the “Barack Obama” case. ”

“Dr Michel Malek gave Obama $10,000 a little over a month before the first meeting on June 30, 2003. He also donated $25,000 to Blagojevich three weeks later on July 25, 2003, and gave Obama another $500 in September 2003. Malek was an investor in Riverside Park. ”

“Dr Fortunee Massuda donated $25,000 to Blagojevich on July 25, 2003, and gave a total of $2,000 to Obama on different dates. Massuda’s husband, Charles Hannon, is a co-schemer in the pension fund case and testified against Rezko in the trial.”

” In the media, Obama always made it sound like he rarely saw Rezko, saying they met for breakfast or lunch once or twice a year. However, the FBI mole John Thomas helped investigators “build a record of repeat visits to the old offices of Rezko and former business partner Daniel Mahru’s Rezmar Corp., at 853 N. Elston, by Blagojevich and Obama during 2004 and 2005,” according to the February 10, 2008 Sun-Times.”

“On May 20, 2005, the Times said, “Two Rezko associates gave Blagojevich $25,000 each just days after the governor named them to a state panel.”

However, the reporters either failed to notice, or failed to mention, that panel member Malek gave $10,000 to Obama on June 30, 2003. ”

Obama Helped Supporters Get Millions, ABC News, May 15, 2008, Illinois State Business, Chicago, Illinois corruption

ABC News just reported on more Obama and Illinois corruption. Companies and employees that helped Obama have been rewarded. Even though this article is not indepth or hard hitting, it is at least an effort to question Obama. A recent post on this blog reveals the deeper ties to Chicago and Illinois corruption surrounding Obama. Here are some excerpts from the ABC News article:

“In a speech to the Urban League last July, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., boasted of his efforts in 2001 to help a handful of African American-owned investment firms in Chicago get a larger share of business with Illinois state pension funds. “And in six months, they got about a half-billion dollars’ worth of business simply on their excellence,” Obama said.

What he did not say in his speech was that the owner of one of the investment firms, John Rogers of Ariel Capital, is a principal campaign fundraiser. Nor did he reveal that employees of the firms he helped have since contributed to or helped to raise more than $765,000 for his campaigns, according to campaign documents. Nor did he mention that two of the firms have allowed him to use their private jets. Nor did he mention that two of the firms have since been dismissed by the state pension fund for “underperformance.” ”

“Now, Rogers is an Illinois finance co-chairman for Obama’s presidential campaign, having raised more than $200,000 for the campaign. Ariel employees have given nearly $70,000 to Obama’s White House effort — for a total of more than $130,000 to Obama’s political career since 2001, when the politician went to bat for the company.”

“Three other minority-run firms — Holland Capital, Loop Capital and Capri Capital Partners — also saw hundreds of millions of assets turned over to them to manage after meeting with Obama and the state pension boards.”

The Los Angeles Times, in an article dated April 27, 2008 reveals
that Obama received a $8,000 a month retainer from Robert Blackwell
for his technology firm, Electronic Knowledge Interchange,
for a total of $112,000. The following exerpts are from the LA times
article:

“A few months after receiving his final payment from EKI, Obama sent a request on state Senate letterhead urging Illinois officials to provide a $50,000 tourism promotion grant to another Blackwell company, Killerspin.”

“With support from Obama, other state officials and an Obama aide who went to work part time for Killerspin, the company eventually obtained $320,000 in state grants between 2002 and 2004 to subsidize its tournaments.”

“But Obama portrays himself as a lawmaker dedicated to transparency and sensitive to even the appearance of a conflict of interest.”

“Killerspin’s owner, Blackwell, was a political supporter and friend as well. Both men lived on Chicago’s South Side. Blackwell, a savvy and successful entrepreneur, was one of the first donors to Obama’s early campaigns, including the state senator’s failed bid for a congressional seat in 2000. In the presidential race he is credited on Obama’s website with committing to raise $100,000 to $200,000 for Obama’s campaign.”

Obama and his supporters have downplayed the legal retainer and grant
request. The MSM is barely touching this story. Even the LA Times,
that broke this story, downplays the significance of Dan Shomon and
refers to him as an Obama aide. Dan Shomon was much more than just
an Obama aide. Consider the following facts about Shomon and his
relation with Obama and other politicians and businessmen.

Here are the facts about Dan Shomon, Robert Blackwell, Alexi Giannoulias and Obama’s ties to Shomon, Blackwell, Alexi Giannoulias and Chicago and Illinois corruption:

Dan Shomon was a long time employee of Robert Blackwell and Barack Obama as well as main political advisor to Obama.

Obama initiated the request for Robert Blackwell company Killerspin to receive a grant from Illinois and made the request on official Illinois Senate stationery.

Shoman, while an employee of both Blackwell and Obama secured grants for Blackwell company Killerspin:
$200,000 grant for its 2003 tournament
$100,000 grant for its 2004 tournament

Robert Blackwell had strong ties to Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich who has been mentioned many times during the Tony Rezko corruption trial.

work until after Blagojevich took office.
