Barack Obama became a curiousity in the news when he sought and gained a US Senate seat and spoke at the Democrat Convention in 2004. When Obama began his run for the presidency he, of course, became more news worthy. However, the one event and breaking story that probably gained the attention of more people and subsequently caused Obama to be scrutinized more by more people, was the YouTube video and allegation from Larry Sinclair of a drug and sex encounter with Obama in November 1999. This was the catalyst for me and many others to examine the life, character and associations of Obama more closely. Not only did many more people get involved reasearching Obama, but Larry Sinclair’s websites became a gathering place for sharing information and and experiences with the Obama camp that varied from personal attacks and death threats to tampering of information on the internet and shutting down of sites questioning Obama.

We witnessed a new paradyme of news gathering and presentation. The MSM failed to report the truth about
Obama and Sean Hannity referred to this as the death of journalism. The internet began to take over as
the only place to find out about the real Obama. Of course the Obama camp tried it’s best to thwart the efforts by citizen journalists. This is where Larry Sinclair and many other bloggers and internet reporters stepped in. Despite the MSM not only ignoring the Larry Sinclair allegations and other important stories about Obama and along with the Obama camp trying to discredit Sinclair and anyone questioning Obama, Larry Sinclair and the internet news prevailed.

Larry Sinclair is publishing a book about his encounter with Obama in 1999 and the bigger story of his
experience trying to get Obama to be held accountable and making the public aware. This is an incredible
story that I have watched play out from a front row seat to my astonishment and disbelief. Up to this point
in my life, I have only read about experiences like this happening in other countries. However, despite
this all appearing surreal, it did indeed happen. As soon as Larry Sinclair produced his YouTube video,
he received personal attacks and death threats on his person and family, website attacks and eventual
incarceration in Delaware. This did not happen in the Soviet Union, Kenya or South America. This happened
in America.

I have followed, researched and written about the Larry Sinclair story probably more than any other source.
I can state with authority that Larry Sinclair could not have made up this story. I hope to write a book in the
near future and will elaborate on that and cover the other stories I have been associated with. However,
only Larry Sinclair can tell his story. Here is a quick statement that I sent to Larry recently for possible
inclusion in his book:
“The Larry Sinclair story was the catalyst for me and many others to begin questioning
the character and background of Barack Obama, a candidate that most of us knew little about.
Mr. Sinclair’s allegations appeared preposterous at first but captured my curiousity.
I began by examining the Official Illinois State Senate records for the period of November 3 – 8,
1999. I discovered that Obama was missing on November 4, 1999. I thought, “interesting.”
I then read the transcripts from the Tim Russert, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times.
All three interviews asked Obama about his records during his tenure in the Illinois
Senate. Obama was consistently vague and evasive in his answers. This piqued my curiousity more.
One thing led to another and within a few days I knew that we had a problem with Obama. I had reached
the point of no return and could not in good conscience abandon my efforts. I continued to follow
the Larry Sinclair story and watched it play out in detail. I got to know Larry and we achieved
a level of mutual trust that soon became a precious commodity.

The Larry Sinclair story evolved into at least four large separate stories:
1. The initial encounter with Obama in 1999.
2. The Donald Young controversy.
3. The attacks made on Larry Sinclair, those following his story and anyone questioning
the “messiah” Obama.
4. The changing and withholding of internet information and attempts to prevent Larry Sinclair
and others from reporting the truth.

I have come to know Larry Sinclair as a person and not just a story. I admire Larry for his
persistence in the face of incredible odds, his integrity and his patriotism.”

The Citizen Wells blog has been warning for many months now that the
Obama camp is very much like Brownshirts in Nazi Germany. The analogies
are many and are scary. Some people scoffed at or ridiculed the articles
but many commented in agreement. Some that appreciated the warnings
are Jewish and one had just visted a Holocaust Museum. Even Winston
Churchill was ridiculed when he gave warnings about the Nazis. A commenter on PatDollard.com, tps, has written a compelling article and warning about the Obama camp. The writer claims to be a student of history and like anyone questioning the “messiah”, Obama, has been ridiculed.
Consider these exerpts:

“Mr. Obama’s winning platform can be boiled down to one word: change.

Why?

I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.

And that is only the beginning.

And I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his “brown shirts” would bully them into submission. And then, he was duly elected to office, a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world.

He did it with a compliant media–did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and . . . change. And the people surely got what they voted for.

Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.

Don’t forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years–a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency–it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with them.”

Yesterday, Thursday, November 13, 2008, Citizen Wells reported on a
breaking story from Debbie Schlussel of the debbieschlussel.com website. Debbie Schlussel revealed what are certainly irregularities on Barack Obama’s Selective Service Application as well as suspicious facts regarding accessing the record via a FOIA request. It was brought to my attention yesterday by a great commenter on this site, Lurker, that the signature on the Selective Service Application did not look like
any others available for Obama (of course Obama has kept hidden many
of his older records). Consider the following statement from Debbie
Schluessel’s article and then compare the signatures below for yourself.
Perhaps a handwriting expert can evaluate them and provide an analysis.

“The Selective Service Data Mgt. Center Stonewalled for Almost a Year on Obama Registration, Until Right Before the Election.

The retired federal agent who FOIA’d Barack Obama’s Selective Service Registration Form notes:

Early this year, when I first started questioning whether Obama registered I was told:
Sir: There may be an error in his file or many other reasons why his registration cannot be confirmed on-line. However, I did confirm with our Data Management Center that he is, indeed, registered with the Selective Service System, in compliance with Federal law.

Janice L. Hughes/SSS
Then, they suddenly found the record on September 9, 2008 (prior to my October 13, 2008 request), and stated that his record was filed on September 4, 1980. Did they temporarily change the date on the computer database?

On the previous FOIA response, they stated that it was filed on September 4, 1980. In my second request I mentioned that Obama could not have filed it in Hawaii on September 4, 1980 as he was attending Occidental College in California, the classes of which commenced August 24, 1980.”

Debbie Schlussel, on her website, debbieschlussel.com, has a breaking story about Barack Obama’s Selective Service record and how it may be fraudulent. Here are some exerpts from the article dated November 13, 2008:

Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him?

It’s either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama’s official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.

But the release of Obama’s draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama’s claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.”

“The official campaign for President may be over. But Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration card and accompanying documents show that questions about him are not only NOT over, but if the signature on the document is in fact his, our next Commander-in-Chief may have committed a federal crime in 2008, well within the statute of limitations on the matter. If it is not his, then it’s proof positive that our next Commander-in-Chief never registered with the Selective Service as required by law. By law, he was required to register and was legally able to do so until the age of 26.

Government officials and voting rights watchdog groups will be keeping close watch of the polls around the country Tuesday, trying to keep lines of voters moving and to make sure that everyone can cast a ballot in what’s anticipated to be a record election turnout.

Groups like the nonpartisan Fair Elections Legal Network are keeping a particularly watchful eye on battleground states like Ohio and Virginia.

“The main thing that we all know is that there’s going to be a huge turnout. There are going to be long lines, and any problems that occur will exacerbate because of those lines,” said Robert M. Brandon, president of the Fair Elections Legal Network.

“We always worry about whether there are an adequate number of resources, particularly voting machines,” Brandon said.

On Monday, a federal judge rejected a motion filed by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to extend voting hours and to get more voting machines sent to minority polling stations in Virginia, where 13 electoral votes are up for grabs. Fair Elections has been trying to have paper ballots sent to Virginia polling places where they fear voting machines could break down.

“There’s a notion that if the machines all break down, they’ll call up and try to get some ballots delivered,” Brandon said. But that leads to voters walking away from long lines that aren’t moving, he said.

The group is also concerned about high turnout and the availability of paper ballots in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

“In general we’re looking at the states that have a lot of activity close to the elections: New Mexico, Colorado, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida,” Brandon said. “Those are the ones that we’re particularly focused on. There are other states like Nevada that will be close, but I haven’t heard of any potential problems there.””

“Eulogy or Epiphany for America

America’s Eulogy Could Begin to Take Shape on Election Day

Well it seems the election is upon us. It’s time to decide the direction of the United States of America for the future. Much of the world has voiced their preference and the American media has long demonstrated its preference. The first exit polls are in from Israel and they were a bit of a surprise. Reason as opposed to faith in the iconoclast seems to have ruled the day in Israel, going against the wisdom of prior polls. However, it’s too early to cheer for a possible epiphany occurring widely in the electorate.

Nevertheless, I have high hopes that an epiphany in working America’s psyche IS taking place. What else can I do, given the alternative that a eulogy for America and her Constitution will be coming in the not too distant future? Therefore, I choose to have HOPE that a majority of Americans will search their heart of hearts and say, NO, I’m not going to put America’s future at risk with someone who in so inexperienced and unknown.

I have hope that a majority of American’s will say, NO, I’m not going to be told who to vote for just because 90 percent of the media is in love with their fictionalized portrayal of Sen. Obama. I have hope that a majority of America’s will say, NO, I’m not going to vote for someone just because my spouse or kids may be infatuated with the illusory idea of the “One” who can solve all America’s problems – I will rely on reason as opposed to faith. I have enormous hope that a majority of Americans will say, NO, I am not racist just because I oppose Sen. Obama, there a hundreds of valid reasons to oppose the Senator.

I have high hopes that a majority will say NO, I don’t want America to go down the path of becoming a socialist nation because there has never been a successful socialist nation that didn’t trample individual freedoms. I have hope that a majority of Americans will say, NO, redistribution of wealth by the government clearly puts us on the path of socialism.

I have high hopes that a majority of Americans will say, NO, it is really important not to forget what we learned from 9/11; that there is a patient deadly enemy of America who is set on our destruction and imposing Islamic law worldwide. I have hope that Americans will say, NO, Sen. Obama’s inclination towards appeasement will not work to protect us from such dangerous, determined foes. I have hope that a majority of Americans will say, NO, remembering the lessons of Chamberlain’s appeasement before the start of WWII. I have hope that Americans will think about Sen. Obama’s recent possible violations the Logan Act regarding Iraq and Kenya.

I have hopes that a majority of Americans will say, NO, we don’t know enough about who Sen. Obama is and we refuse to be sold a bill of goods without facts to back his narrative up. I have hopes that Americans will not suspend their common sense when analyzing Sen. Obama’s connection to ACORN and their connections to voter fraud.

I have hope that a majority of Americans will say, NO, I’m not completely convinced that Sen. Obama has played by all the rules in this election. Why would numerous lawsuits spring up that challenge Sen. Obama’s eligibility to hold the Office of the President? The lawsuit Berg v. Obama being the most prominent is now filing motions in the Supreme Court. I have high hopes that a majority of Americans will say, NO, I’m not going to vote for Sen. Obama unless he steps away from his instinctual role of legal tactician and provides credible evidence to refute the allegations raised in Berg v. Obama. I have hope that Americans will say, NO, we do not want a Constitutional Crisis being the focus of our attention for the coming months.

I have hope that a majority of Americans will say, NO, one’s past close associations do matter in judging a candidate’s judgment, beliefs, predispositions, and goals. I have hope that a majority of Americans will say, NO, the media has not been a purveyor of sufficient or completely accurate information regarding Sen. Obama’s past associations.

We need to know more about Sen. Obama’s past associations. We need to know much more about Rev. Wright and black theology, William Ayers and Socialism, Frank Davis and Communism, Bernadine Dorn, Rashid Khalidi, Tony Rezko, ACORN and voter fraud, Farrakhan, Father Pfleger, Larry Sinclair and sex/drugs, Robert Blackwell, Jr., Nadhmi Auchi, and many, many more. I have hope that Americans will say, NO, because they want to know who will be sleeping in the Lincoln Bedroom.

I have a determined hope that a majority of American’s will say, NO, it really is OK to be patriotic and be proud to be Americans.

It continues to amaze me that the media has managed to accomplish their goal of having Sen. Obama on the verge of taking (not winning, since that implies playing fair) the Presidency.

In an America where the schools are not focused on teaching American history and its system of laws and justice, why should I expect people not to be easily misled? I suppose in an America where everyone is working so hard to make ends meet, there is not enough time to teach and learn the traditions and history that have brought us this far as a people; and has guided our decisions about governance. In an America where many focus so much time on You Tube, I-Pods, the Internet, Video Games and MTV; it must be hard for people to acquire a personal awareness of American principals and understandings; those set forth in the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution.

I worry that many today see life as a big American game show with few real consequences concerning each person’s individual participation. It’s a game and each wants to be the Obama avatar created by the media as cool, hip, and inspiring; or one of his devotees. Unfortunately, it’s not a game. Each voter must look closely at their choices and realize that the consequences of making an uninformed decision cannot be undone by pushing the replay button.

Today, the meaning of America seems to have been lost from our common lexicon. We must get it back if America is to have a long and prosperous future. Don’t get me wrong, many of us do know America; however, our numbers appear to be dwindling. A McCain Presidency will buy time to get America on the right track for all of us by bringing ethics, honesty, courage, and experience to Washington. I know the America I love and I will hold fast to my belief that America’s journey has been a noble one, not a perfect one, but a truly noble one. I’m not ready to write her eulogy and that’s why I’m voting for McCain/Palin.

In the privacy of the voting booth exists the time and space to have an epiphany and make a sound choice for America’s future. Here’s hoping you all have a grand epiphany soon!

Citizen Wells has quoted “1984” by George Orwell many times. Once again,
we have an Orwellian moment provided by the Obama camp. The Associated
Press provided this story on October 31, 2008 regarding Obama’s
birth certificate in Hawaii:

“State declares Obama birth certificate genuine
The Associated Press

Fri, Oct 31, 2008 (4:18 p.m.)

State officials say there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.

Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama’s certificate be handled differently.

She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.

Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the US.

Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama’s citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.”

Notice the heading and first sentence implying that the Hawaiian Health Department officials had stated that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Next notice that there are no quotes from either official that state that Obama was born in Hawaii. Where I come from that is not just Orwellian, but an outright lie.

I contacted Andy this morning and we had a brief email exchange.

Fox News faces lawsuit for sliming its source

(HONOLULU)(November 1, 2008) Internet powerhouse Andy Martin has ignited a firestorm in Hawai’i over Barack Obama’s bogus “original” birth certificate. Martin won a stunning victory Friday afternoon (October 31st) when the State of Hawai’i backed his assertion that there was an original, “typewritten, 1961” birth certificate, called a “Certificate of Live Birth” or “COLB” in Hawai’i, that no one has previously seen. Hawai’i officials retrieved and examined the document after Martin filed a lawsuit seeking access to the historic 1961 original.

Obama has falsely claimed to have placed the “original” on the Internet. Factcheck.org has falsely claimed to have seen this document and posted it on the Internet; that is not true. CNN has falsely ridiculed Martin.

Hawai’i officials have now refuted Obama’s false assertion.

Martin’s victory in Honolulu will roil the final weekend of the presidential campaign. Internet chatter is expected to explode as the issue moves to the front page over Saturday and Sunday. Swing voters may be swayed by the exposure that Obama has brazenly been lying to the American people. “We just lobbed a grenade into the final weekend of the presidential campaign,” says Andy.

“I am ecstatic. I called Obama a liar. I called Factcheck.org ‘ObamaLies.org.’ I said CNN was sloppy and lazy and wrong. And I was right. The State of Hawai’i has now backed me up. Whew. I knew I was right, but I feel a lot more comfortable knowing that I have started to get the machinery moving in state government. The original document is now obviously protected and safe from any tampering by Obama.

“My lawsuit started a firestorm in Hawai’i. The circuit judge has set a hearing for November 18th (a report in the Honolulu Advertiser for November 1st for an earlier hearing date of November 7th is inaccurate; that date was cancelled).

“CNN also has egg on its face, because, once again, Hawai’i backs my contention that the original document has never surfaced in public. CNN tried to demean me by contradicting my accurate claim.

“Now Obama, Factcheck.org and CNN have been exposed as liars. I said there was a ‘secret,’ original, typewritten birth certificate that had never been disclosed, and that document was the original COLB, not the phony ‘original’ that CNN placed before its viewers.

“Why would Hawai’i officials review the vault document at the Eleventh Hour if my lawsuit wasn’t causing a furor in Hawai’i state government? Why? The Friday before the election?

“Mine is the only logical, rational, properly prepared lawsuit that has been filed to open Obama’s secret records. I sued in the proper state in the proper court against the proper officials for the proper remedy. And they are responding properly. The judge has properly, although not as quickly as I would have preferred, set a hearing to consider my claims. I have not filed outrageous or exaggerated pleadings.

“I merely sought access to a document based on its scholarly and news value and because I had been tipped by my sources inside state government that Obama was lying. My network of informants within state government helps me and guides me. Others filed lawsuits outside Hawai’i that have either been dismissed or discredited. My ‘little engine that could’ is chugging along.

In a Honolulu news conference on October 22nd Martin disclosed that Frank Marshall Davis was the biological father of Barack Obama, not Barack Obama senior. The Obama campaign has not denied Martin’s claim.

“Over the past month I have been on combat patrol from coast to coast for the truth and for the United States Constitution,” says Andy. “I have not the slightest link to John McCain. I am connected to the Constitution and nothing else. I have waged relentless war against Barack Obama’s lies. And on the eve of the final weekend in the presidential campaign Hawai’i government has backed me by confirming that officials have examined the original, typewritten 1961 document, and confirmed that the document released by the Obama campaign was a facsimile, not the original.

“I have won a major victory: I proved Obama was lying about what he had posed on the Internet and falsely portrayed as ‘the original.’ ‘Barry, we caught you with your pants down. We caught you lying, again.

“Saturday it will be my pleasure to return home to Chicago after one of the most successful independent political battle operations in media history, to wage the final weekend of war for the truth and Constitution and against the Daley Machine and Obama Gang. I have successfully been exposing and fighting Daley Family corruption for over forty years. Barry Obama is part of the second generation Daley Machine. He is a member in good standing of this criminal operation.

“The Machine doesn’t like me. But I have a history of coming up with the truth, and a history of embarrassing powerful people. In retaliation, they try to smear me. The disclosure that Hawai’i officials have examined the true original COLB, and that Obama lied to the American people by falsely claiming he had posted the original 1961 document, is going to spread like wildfire between Saturday and Tuesday night.

Martin is expected to announce Saturday that he is suing Fox News as well as the New York Times, for defamation of character. The lawsuit will be released Monday morning.

“For Fox News to treat me as they did is beneath contempt,” says Martin. “I am respected around the world for accuracy, honesty and integrity. We know the New York Times is a corrupt media operation. But Fox News? Well, Ruppert Murdock may want to kow’tow to Barack Obama, but I will not kow’tow to Ruppert Murdock. The crass executives deserve to be sued for their malicious attacks on me. Someone ought to stand up for me: I helped expose Bill Ayers and Khalid Al-Mansour. A slimy ‘vice president’ that probably never worked a case or a story had the nerve to demean me. What a compete corporate moron.

“How dare these media imposters and blowhards smear me with lies, when I have worked tirelessly to expose the truth about Barack Obama—and succeeded,” Martin will charge. “I’ll be happy to face the Fox jerk, Vice President Bill Shine, in court and defend my good name against Obama’s mud merchants, the New York Times and Ruppert Murdock. Ruppert Murdock’s daughter is backing Obama, for Chrissake.

“I also plan Saturday to thank Dr. Chiyome Fukino for confirming my factual allegation that there was/is an original, typewritten 1961 ‘vault’ COLB that has not been made public and that the true ‘original’ COLB is in official files. That confirmation makes Barack Obama a liar, on the last weekend of the campaign. Thank you, doctor.

“Now you know why Obama and Axelrod and Gibbs call me the ‘Internet Powerhouse’ that can’t be stopped. Barack Obama will be bleeding through election night because of this massive lie exposed on the eve of their election. I work for the American people, not John McCain or the Republican Party. When I first reported on the alleged Michelle Obama telephone conversation
with API, African Press International, and the alleged tapes of the
conversation, several people asked why I reported it. My answer was
simple. It is news no matter how it plays out. It is still news and I
believe reveals more attempts by the Obama camp to create diversions and
lies and discredit those questioning Obama, the “messiah”.

I waited to give the story a chance to play out before making judgement.
However, some new insights have been provided to me. Below is what I
believe API is about and up to. Once again, this is what the facts lead
me to believe. API has 24 hours to repudiate what I state with facts.

When I first read the API allegations, I immediately posted a comment
on their blog and asked if they could prove it.
I have never stated that I believed the story. I did offer to help them.
Philip J Berg offered his service to API on the condition that API
provide the tapes.
According to a reliable source, API has not provided the tapes to Mr. Berg.
According to a reliable source, API has not provided the tapes to Fox News.
According to a reliable source, Mr. Berg is not cocounsel with any attorney in this matter. API posted this comment on October 27, 2008: “Due to the sensitive nature of the tapes, API will now have a total of 3 active legal representatives. A Canadian born Lawyer has been appointed to head the API legal team. Two US born lawyers (Attorney Berg) and (Attorney Dowd of Washington) will be assisting the Canadian born Attorney.” Either API is lying, someone is confused or this is a smokescreen.
I was notified recently, that API approved a comment that made lying,
slanderous accusations about Citizen Wells and other bloggers. API moderates all comments. API will be held accountable as well as the person posting the comment. I contacted API and have received no response.

Therefore, I have come to the following conclusion:

No tapes exist.

The story about Michelle Obama contacting API is a fabrication and is
a ploy by API, the Obama camp and probably Raila Odinga.

The allegation by API is straight out of the playbook of the Obama camp
and Odinga’s ODM party. Diversions, lies and personal attacks.

Part of the plan was to portray those questioning Obama as racist and to
discredit others such as Philip J Berg.

The API site and article were used as a forum to get traffic and promote
the Obama camp agenda.

Here is a remark from Jeff Schreiber:

“Yes, I know that African Press International is once again trying to stir the pot by stating that the notorious Michelle Obama tapes will be released by Fox News within the next few days. Yes, I know that Bill O’Reilly claims to have “big news” this week. No, I do not know if the two are related, but I suspect not.

Please note that I still do not believe that the Michelle Obama tapes really exist. It just doesn’t make sense, any of it. That being said, I would happily–HAPPILY!!–admit that I am wrong once I, and the rest of the American public, hear otherwise. If I am wrong, professionalism be damned, I will post a goofy picture of myself, grinning from ear to ear, and admitting my error.

And that’s all I have to say about that.”

No illegal alien has ever been on the US presidential ballot. Documented.

The US Constitution states the qualifications for president.

The US Constitution rules.

Federal Election Law:

“The following provisions of law governing Presidential Elections are contained in Chapter 1 of Title 3, United States Code (62 Stat. 672, as amended):

§ 8. The electors shall vote for President and Vice President, respectively, in the manner directed by the Constitution.”

State example: Pennsylvania Law

“§ 3192. Meeting of electors; duties.
The electors chosen, as aforesaid, shall assemble at the seat of government of this Commonwealth, at 12 o’clock noon of the day which is, or may be, directed by the Congress of the United States, and shall then and there perform the duties enjoined upon them by the Constitution and laws of the United States.”

Any state official, Governor, Lt Governor, Attorney General, Secretary
of State, Election Board Official. If you think you are absolved of
responsibility and are holding the DNC responsible, you are wrong. Many of you have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution. You may be subject to impeachment, expulsion and legal action. You have a duty to the US Constitution and the people of your state.

State election officials from the Secretaries of State and Election Boards
have been quoted as saying they take their cue from the DNC for candidates
placed on the ballot. That does not absolve them of responsibility.
They are bound to uphold the Constitution. These officials have been
forewarned. It is their duty to ensure that no voter in their state
is disenfranchised.

Electoral College Electors, knowingly voting for an ineligible candidate, will be violating the Constitution.
Woe to anyone with election powers, clinging to tradition, and blaming
the DNC for not vetting Obama. You have no excuse and will be held accountable.

States must uphold US Constitution

The DNC, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, et al ramroded Obama through the
DNC Convention and nomination.

Obama stole the nomination from Hillary Clinton. Documented evidence
reveals widespread voter fraud involving Acorn and the Obama camp in
the primaries and general election.

Barack Obama is not eligible to be president. He was born in Kenya and
became an Indonesian citizen. Obama is still Indonesian and is an illegal alien. There is ample proof of this and more is being revealed. Obama has failed to repudiate these facts.

Election officials and Electors in all 50 states and DC will be held
accountable to uphold the US Constitution.

The Philip J Berg lawsuit will be taken to the Supreme court if necessary. Lawsuits are constrained by the level of proof placed on the plaintiff.
However, there is no such standard for those bound to uphold the
Constitution. Those swearing an oath of allegiance to the Constitution are being forewarned that with the oath comes a responsibility and a higher level of recourse for violation of that oath. Consider the following:
