Recently, the Citizen Wells blog provided exerpts from the DNC 2008 rules. Those exerpts clearly revealed that the Democrat party is self serving and that America, the US Constitution and the citizens are not their priority. The ramming down our throats of a unwanted health care bill reveals their socialist priorities.

Dear counsel and defendants:
 
This will confirm my conversation with Mr. Stroh earlier today in which he advised me he had sent me a letter (he agreed to fax it, but I have not yet seen the letter).
 
Mr. Stroh advised me there was some doubt whether the lawsuit was on file and with this letter I am enclosing a copy of the stamped new case summary.
 
Mr. Stroh said that he was not yet authorized to accept notices on behalf of the defendants and stated I should serve the defendants directly with all notices until he actually files an appearance. I will respect his request.
 
This letter confirms in writing that agreement.
 
I also advised Mr. Stroh that I was seeking a hearing from the court on an emergency preliminary injunction, and Mr. Stroh would not advise me of any dates that were convenient for him.
 
As soon as I get a hearing date and time from the Court I will advise the defendants (but per his request not Mr. Stroh).
 
I will be serving all of the defendants at the Wikimedia location since that is obviously their place of business in relation to this lawsuit.
 
Please also be advised that in the next day or two I will be filing a complaint with the IRS concerning the political abuses by Wikimedia of its tax-exempt status to foster political attacks on “enemies” and “friends” of Barack Obama and other leftist causes and persons. That is not a proper use of a tax-exempt foundation that claims to be neutral and detached in its operations.
 
Obviously, by its own admissions, Wikimedia is neither neutral nor detached in its reportage and is being used as a political attack weapon by Obama’s supporters on the hard left at Wikimedia Foundation.
 
Mr. Stroh also advised me that the bogus entry on me would continue to be “locked” and that Wikimedia would neither remove nor allow to be corrected the lies and distortions being disseminated to influence a campaign for federal office and to undermine my efforts to find the facts and seek the truth about who Barack Obama really is.
 
I advised Mr. Stroh that Wikimedia might also have to register with the Federal Election Commission as a political committee due to its publication of pro and anti-Obama materials under strict control of a secret political presidium, all of which is directed at influencing a federal campaign in Illinois.
 
If any of the foregoing is in error, please advise me in writing.

Larry Sinclair for Congress, Contract with Florida congressional district 24, Contract with America, Taxpayer money, Transparency

Larry Sinclair is running for Congress in Florida congressional district 24 as an independent. Larry Sinclair, despite the multitude of lies told about him, has done everything he has told me he was going to do, including writing and publishing a book about his drug and sex encounter with Barack Obama in 1999. I spoke at length with Larry several days ago about the disgusting behaviour of congressmen, especially their out of control spending of taxpayer money. Ever since I began following Larry Sinclair and his allegations early in 2008, it was apparent that Larry was not in this for the money. In fact, I have proof.  If I did not believe that Larry Sinclair is sincere about his contract below, I would not publish it.

Larry Sinclair is going to need contributions to have any chance of success. He is also in need of volunteers in Florida. I will be posting more information about this soon.

Larry Sinclair and I are on the same page in regard to frugality and not wasting taxpayer money. I believe that Larry means every word below.

Larry’s Contract with Florida’s 24.

I, Larry Sinclair (employee) do enter into “Larry’s Contract With Florida’s 24,” with all residents of Florida’s 24th Congressional District (employer) effective upon my election on November 2, 2010 to the United States House of Representatives.

The terms of “Larry’s Contract With Florida’s 24” will remain valid from the date elected (November 2, 2010 through such date Larry Sinclair is replaced by the voters of Florida’s 24th Congressional District.

I, Larry Sinclair, do agree to resign immediately from the U.S. House of Representatives (FL-24) upon the failure to comply with a single term of “Larry’s Contract With Florida’s 24” as set forth below:

1. I Larry Sinclair will NOT use one-cent of Tax-payer money to pay for any housing of any kind in Washington, D.C. or the surrounding areas while occupying Florida 24’s Congressional seat.

2.  I Larry Sinclair will NOT use one-cent of Tax-payer money, directly nor indirectly, for any travel necessary and/or associated with my holding of Florida’s 24th Congressional Seat (including no use of military aircraft)

3.  I Larry Sinclair WILL require that every Bill and/or amendment to any Bill be read aloud on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in its entirety before any vote can take place.

4.  I Larry Sinclair will NOT vote in favor of a single House Bill that contains one-cent of ear-marks for any congressional district of any kind.  In addition I will immediately call out every member of Congress who seeks ear-marks.

5.  I Larry Sinclair will NOT use one-cent of Tax-payer money to pay for a single meal, beverage, hotel room, airline ticket, etc…even if related to my job.  I will pay for any and all such items in full from my salary as Rep. from Florida 24.

6.  I Larry Sinclair will be on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives for every single vote during my term in the U.S. House.

7.  I Larry Sinclair will fill any and all positions in my office with persons from Florida’s 24th Congressional District; I will NOT attend and/or participate in any political fund raisers during any time the U.S. Congress is in session;and, I WILL personally return every call from residents of Florida’s 24th Congressional District within 72 hours.

8.  I Larry Sinclair will clearly post on the Internet a complete list of all persons meeting with me in my House Office each week.  This list will include the names, Company/Organization represented, date, time and the exact amount of time each meeting took.  In addition all meetings will be recorded and made available to residents of Florida 24.

9.  I Larry Sinclair will return home to Florida’s 24th Congressional District every week/weekend the U.S. House is not in session and will meet with residents of Florida’s 24th Congressional District every weekend (each Saturday I will meet with FL-24 residents in two (2) different areas of the district.)

10.  I Larry Sinclair will NOT sell my vote in Congress, and I WILL listen to ALL residents in FL-24 (I will not be bullied, threatened or intimidated by Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi or anyone else.)

Sean Hannity, yesterday, December 8, 2009, on the Hannity Radio Show, set a caller straight about questioning Obama’s birth certificate. Hannity stated that sites like World Net Daily were just doing due diligence when  they questioned the birth certificate.

“Sean Hannity on Fox in July 2009 reveals that Major Stefan Cook challenged Obama’s eligibility and had his orders to deploy revoked.

On the Hannity Radio Show, yesterday, December 8, 2009, Sean Hannity echoes what Sarah Palin stated about Obama’s birth certificate being a fair question. He stated that World Net Daily was just doing due diligence by questioning the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate. He stated that a lot of people are afraid to ask the question.”

Hannity’s comments are not just significant, because of his exposure as a television personality, but revealing because of what they say and do not say. The Post & Email will therefore comment on them in turn:
“What was so wrong in saying that, ‘Can we see your birth certificate?’ …”
Evidently, this is made in the context of a reporter who has been consistently told by his editors not to mention the topic, and badgered by colleagues who disdain its discussion.  It reflects a work environment which is nothing like one in which freedom of speech and the freedom of the press flourish.

Why has Obama spent so many resources, spent well over a million dollars of somebody’s money, employed legions of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and other records. Innocent and eligible presidential candidates do not do that.

If you ask the first question, you are bound by decency and honor to ask the second question.

It was asked by places like WorldNetDaily, who, I think, were just doing due diligence considering it’s a constitutional mandate. … I think a lot of people were just afraid to ask the question.””

An artcle by Steve Pendlebury written December 4, 2009 was featured on AOL and the following poll question presented.

Do you think it’s fair to question President Obama’s citizenship?
 
Of course that is not the real question. The real question is Obama’s natural born citizen status and why he has avoided presenting any records to substantiate his eligibility.
67% of those responding indicated yes.
 
The bigger story here is the cowardly, leftist, Orwellian attacks upon Sarah Palin, concerned Americans and the US Constitution. Consider the following exerpts, typical of the Obama camp over the past several years.

Everytime someone questions their Messiah, Obama, these bottom feeders crawl out from under their rocks and begin their vicious attacks. The level of some of these smear campaigns leads one to the obvious conclusion that this is not just an ideological front, but a well orchestrated effort emanating from the Obama camp and Obama Administration.

Come after me you low lifes for a battle of wits and facts. But, alas, I would be attacking unarmed opponents.

“Bethlehem, Pennsylvania — The next day, Sunday afternoon, Clinton is on the other side of the state in Bethlehem.  The name conjures up images of shuttered steel mills and rust-belt decay, but Bethlehem is a beautiful little city — just a couple of years ago, it was included in Money magazine’s list of the 100 best places to live in America.  (It was number 88.)  The city has a lovely, historic main street that is quite alive — check out the Moravian Book Shop and a zillion coffee shops — without empty store fronts.

Clinton’s rally is in the gymnasium at Liberty High School.  Her team is not exactly expecting a full house.  On the left side of the gym, as one faces the stage, there are 25 rows of seats, from floor to ceiling.  The Clinton team has put up a big blue curtain and an American flag blocking access beyond the first seven rows; all the seats above that remain empty.

But people pack into the room, after waiting hours to get through Secret Service security points.  The gym floor is jammed.

“As I look out on the crowd, I’m not sensing any bitterness,” Bethlehem mayor John Callahan tells the audience. “I’m not sensing any pessimism.”

He’s right. And while Clinton crowds don’t exactly go wild, this crowd is as loud and enthusiastic as they get. “Isn’t this exciting?” Clinton says when she takes the stage to huge applause.  “We’re getting to the decision day.””

“As far as voting for Obama is concerned, the views of people here are just about the same as those in the Mon Valley. More than half of those I ask say they won’t vote for him under any circumstances.  A few others say they’ll have to think hard about it. And a few say they’ll be (grudgingly) loyal Democrats.

A couple of hours later, people in Bethlehem get a surprise when Obama shows up, unannounced, on Main Street.  Word has gotten out a few minutes early, and excited people on the street are calling their friends and telling them to hurry down, that Obama will be there soon.  And sure enough, his bus pulls up, and Obama makes his way down the street, shaking hands and stopping briefly at Mama Nina’s Foccacheria, before heading to the Bethlehem Brew Works, a brew pub with a Steel City theme — the booths are made of bare piping and sheet steel — on the corner.  He sips a beer — a regular guy — talks to a few people, and takes off.”

The Citizen Wells blog has often quoted “1984” by George Orwell and for good reason. Early in 2008 it was apparent we had entered the age of Big Brother in the sheep’s clothing of the Obama camp. It was not just the Obama campaign that was orchestrating the totalitarian control of information. The Mainstream Media, paid or obediently following, presented information that glorified Obama, Big Brother, and belittled or attacked any opposition.

Right on cue, The Huffington Post, one of the paid arms of the Obama camp, has come to Obama’s rescue. The American people are increasingly unhappy with the Obama Administration and are certainly more open to learning the truth about him. Several weeks ago Lou Dobbs asked why doesn’t Obama produce a legitimate birth certificate. Now, in a recent interview, Sarah Palin has stated that she believes Obama’s birth certificate being questioned is fair game. Notice that The Huffington Post has tagged Sarah Palin with birther. Then they quote the lies and misinformation from FactCheck.org. Lou Dobbs is no fool. He acknowledged that the piece of paper (alleged COLB) provided by the Obama camp is just a piece of paper referring to another piece of paper. The Huffington Post will not ask the simple question, the required jounalistic question, the question that a fifth grader can understand.

Why?

Attention: Sarah Palin

It is not a conspiracy theory. Using the term “birther” in a condescending, Orwellian manner to discredit decent, hard working Americans who believe that the US Constitution is the law of the land, will not be tolerated.

1. Barack Obama has employed a legion of private and government attorneys to prevent revealing his country of birth. Innocent and eligible persons seeking the office of president do not do that.

2. Barack Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British citizen.  “natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution” was explicitly written to deal with the issue of foreign allegiances at the time of the writing of the US Constitution.

3. Barack Obama’s citizenship and allegiance was further tainted when he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro and Obama became an Indonesian citizen.

4. Some combination of the above allowed Obama to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when travel there was restricted to US citizens.

5. The only document presented by the Obama camp is a Hawaii COLB. There has been no substantiation that it is authentic and it does not establish country of birth. As Lou Dobbs stated, “It is a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper.”

6. All other documentation, all school records, that would establish country of birth have been kept hidden and restricted.

7. No authentic documentation has been presented to establish that Barack Obama was born in the US.

8. The records of all hospitals in Hawaii have been searched. There is no record of Stanley Ann Obama ever having given birth to a child.

9. Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother in Kenya has stated on multiple occasions that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa.

10. Others have stated, including multiple family members, officials and press, that Obama was born in Kenya.

This has been presented in a manner that a fifth grader can understand. However, if you have any questions, please contact me on this blog.

Failure to learn more about and understand this critical issue and take appropriate measures can only be construed as apathy,  ignorance or having an un American agenda. This includes the Mainstream Media and the Fox network.

Recently on the Citizen Wells blog.

“So we have the Obama camp continually broadcasting that anyone challenging Obama’s eligibility is a fringe birther, right wing extremist and as many of the so called elitists would portray as a sub human low intellect. That Orly Taitz is the leader of the birthers and that all court cases challenging Obama’s eligibility have been thrown out as having no merits. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Most people questioning Obama’s eligibility are normal, hard working Americans who follow the US Constitution as their legal compass. They are people like me who are well educated, well read and non racially motivated. They are current or retired military and some high ranking officers. There are a few in the MSM, such as Lou Dobbs who asked the common sense question of why doesn’t Obama simply provide a legitimate birth certificate.”

Rush Limbaugh has mentioned the Barack Obama eligibility issues. Lou Dobbs, several weeks ago on his CNN show, referred to the Hawaii COLB as a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper. Mr Dobbs also asked the no brainer, common sense question of why doesn’t Obama just provide a legitimate Birth Certificate. I have requested that Rush Limbaugh, Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity ask the simple question, the question that a fifth grader can understand and draw the obvious conclusion from.

Why?

One of the cadre of Orwellian spin masters, blindly following, obeying and perhaps being remunerated by the Obama camp is Media Matters’, Eric Boehlert. In July 2009, when Lou Dobbs began devoting time to Obama’s eligibility issues, Boehlert wrote the following article on July 27, 2009.

“How Lou Dobbs scared Rush Limbaugh off the birther story”

“I can think of three (inadvertent) positives that came out of Lou Dobbs’ ill-advised embrace of the birther movement:

1) The CNN host has permanently tarnished his reputation
2) The birther movement is officially kaput (like, stick-a-fork-in-it done)
3) Rush Limbaugh is afraid to talk about birthers.

Talk about a win-win-win.

It’s true that Dobbs irresponsibly mainstreamed radical right-fringe players by championing their half-baked claims that Barack Obama isn’t a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as president of the United States. Dobbs, at least indirectly, lent the birther movement some fleeting credence as he dragged its misbegotten detective work into the spotlight. And it’s still vitally important to monitor Dobbs and call out CNN management for its dreadful hypocrisy on the birther issue (i.e. The story is “dead” but it’s OK for Dobbs to keep flogging it on national TV).”

Citizen Wells response

Eric Boehlert, prepare to become the “deer in the headlights.” Caution, you are about to be confused by the facts.

Eric Boehlert, I refer you to the question above. Do you have an answer? For a moment you must drop your modus operandi of attack mode and insults. This is not about plaintiff attorneys, court case merits, judge’s decisions or your elitist beliefs that anyone questioning Obama is not educated or informed.

This is about Barack Obama spending lots of somebody’s money and employing legions of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.

Mr. Boehlert, I have read other articles you have written. You clearly have a pro Obama agenda.

Here are some more exerpts from the Boehlert article, written in typical Obama camp fashion, heavy on attacks and light on facts. Place these paragraphs in Orwell’s book “1984” and they would seamlesly fit in. Instead of the two minute hate directed at OBrien in “1984” Boehlert goes after Limbaugh, Dobbs and concerned Americans.

“Of course, it’s always dangerous when hateful and cuckoo conspiracy theories are ushered into the mainstream and right-wing critics are given a platform to peddle their hateful whodunits about Obama’s nationality the way Dobbs did. But, in this case, I almost think it was worth running that risk in order to watch the tidal wave of media disapproval that Dobbs’ fearmongering unleashed.

Because in retrospect, the birthers, who had spent months lurking on the sidelines, needed to be called out on national TV; they needed to be ridiculed mercilessly and have their cheerleaders thoroughly mocked. They needed to be turned into the butt of a joke, and thanks to Lou Dobbs, last week they were.”

“Think about it, without Dobbs suddenly out front leading the stragglers who make the birther parade, do you think NBC would have devoted four minutes of its Nightly News to thoroughly debunk the story? I doubt it. And that’s why I think everyone now owes Dobbs a hearty round of applause. Because let’s face it, he did in one week what nobody else had been able to do during the previous 51: put an end to the birther movement.

And while we’re patting Dobbs on the back, I’m pretty sure Dobbs scared Limbaugh off the birther story — or, more precisely, the pummeling Dobbs received scared Limbaugh off the birther story. And that’s a big deal within the Republican Noise Machine. Birthers had been courting Limbaugh for months and cheered in June when the turbo talker at least made a birther joke on the air: “Barack Obama has one thing in common with God. Do you know what it is? God does not have a birth certificate either.””

“As editor of The Post & Email I can now publicly confirm that our website was hacked 3 times yesterday by an Obama supporter, in conjunction with a simultaneous political attack on the Washington Times Newspaper, in Washington, D.C..

The motive for the attack was identical:  The advertorial placed by Commander Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., U.S. Navy, Retired in the Washington Times, entitled ” Obama’s Lack of Eligibility.”

The advertorial contained a brief explanation why Barack Hussein Obama was still a British citizen, and why that makes him ineligible for the U.S. Presidency. It featured the classic Asian metaphor of “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”, and used the images of 3 Chimpanzees with signs before each, assigning one to represent Congress, the second to represent the Courts, and the third to represent the Main Stream Media.

The ad read in part:  “Obama, the putative U.S. President, was born a British subject Governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, and is currently a British protected person and/or British citizen to this day.  How can a person who is born a British subject be a Natural Born Citizen of the USA?”  You can view the advertorial online at Scribd.com. ”

“Yesterday morning, a computer user came to The Post & Email’s site, having read a copy of our article “Mega Media” at Oil For Immigration. Our site was then attacked by a hacker using a server at the Department of Welfare for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.”

“Our confidential sources in Washington, D.C., have divulged to us that during the attack on our website, a political uproar was in progress in the Capitol., of the like not see in decades. It was directed by the White House through the political activists in the Black Community.  These activists urged advertisers at The Washington Times to pull Kerchner’s ad, complaining to the sales department, that the advertorial was “racist.” Leading figures in the Media throughout the Capitol also angrily complained to the paper’s editorial board.”
