Last night I spoke to Larry Sinclair. He was given a heads up from some Washington insiders that he made contact with months ago. I was already aware of the insiders. I have discussed Joe Biden’s comments with bloggers and those around me. Even Rush Limbaugh has been raising questions about Biden. Here is the post I made last night:

I received an email this afternoon and here is a portion of it:

“We have received information from sources high in the Democratic Party that , in a total desperation move, Hillary Rodham Clinton will replace the hapless Joe Biden as V-P candidate on the Obama ticket.   I will send out more information on this in several minutes.   Hillary Clinton has said that Barack Obama is not qualified to be Commander-in-Chief.  He hasn’t grown any more qualified presumably in the past few weeks.  As the saying goes, “It took a Republican to have the Obama Dems name a woman to the ticket.”

 

 

Can this possibly be true?

Will Hillary replace Biden?

Is Obama qualified to be president?

Is Hillary posturing to replace Obama?

My God, this does sound like a soap opera! 

I do not believe many Hillary supporters would back the ticket with her as VP. The damage may have already been done.

Are the Democrats testing the waters?

Today the Citizen Wells blog doubled it’s viewership record for
one day. One article, an update on the Philip J Berg lawsuit
that has been served on Obama, the DNC and the FEC, got the lion’s
share of views. Why did this happen? Am I a great writer? Probably
not. The real answer is that the American people are starved for
the truth about Obama and the MSM is failing them. Of course I am
getting help from other bloggers and readers for which I am
truly grateful. The lack of coverage of Obama by the MSM is a huge
story that will continue to unwind through the election cycle.

However, there is another story that is connected to the Philip J
Berg lawsuit and other stories.

For several days, commenters on this blog, other bloggers and people
around me have been discussing Joe Biden and especially the comments
he recently made about Hillary Clinton. Is Joe Biden opening the
door to bow out? Was this part of a prearranged plan? Rush Limbaugh
claims to have predicted Biden’s actions for some time.

A few hours ago, I posted the following on twitter.com/citizenwells
and I did so without discussing it with Larry Sinclair. Here is what
I posted:

Option

1. Obama disqualified/indicted before election.

2. Obama disqualified/indicted after election, before oath of office.

3. Obama impeached/indicted after oath of office.

4. Obama loses (preferred). Hillary waits 4 years.

Hillary’s odds are good.

For months I have read hundreds of comments regarding the election
and I have come to the conclusion that there is something resembling
a collective consciousness occuring.

Larry Sinclair called me a few minutes ago about some information
he received and about conversations we had when he was in Washington
DC for the Democrats Meeting. (Clarification for MSM, ongoing
conversations occur when you follow a story). All I can say about
what he told me then is that it involved people connected to
Hillary. Larry told me he justed posted a new article and here it is:

“Thursday, September 11, 2008
IS JOE BIDEN GOING TO WITHDRAW FROM THE OBAMA TICKET TO MAKE ROOM FOR HILLARY?
Is Joe Biden going to withdraw from the Obama/Biden ticket to make room for Hillary Clinton?

Could some of my meetings and phone conversation while in DC in May and June of 2008 now being used to have Joe Biden withdraw for personal or medical reasons from the Democratic ticket, making way for Hillary Clinton? This is the feeling coming from some people and it would explain some high level contacts and communications in May and June while I was in DC.

Nothing would surprise me in the Obama camp and I can only say I hope that there is no truth to the emails I am receiving.”

Philip J Berg has responded to the questions asked of him on this blog yesterday regarding what would happen if Obama is found to be unqualified for the presidency after he is elected. Mr. Berg also provided an update on the status of the lawsuit. Here is the email I received from Philip J Berg:

“Hi Mr. Wells,

If Senator Obama is unable to prove his citizenship, which we feel he is unable to do, he will not be able to serve as president.  In a case such as this, if this is learned before the presidential election, then according to the National Chairperson of the Democratic National Committe will confer with the Democratic leadership of the United States Congress and the Democratic Governors Association, whom will  report to the Democratic National Committee which is authorized to fill the vacancy, the names of the candidate picks.

If Senator Obama were to be elected as President, he would be removed and the Vice President would take the President’s position.

If Senator Obama is indicted prior to taking his oath, I believe, and of course this would be a first, but I believe it would still go to Biden.

Just to update you a bit, I just filed a Motion for Expedited Discovery, Extensive Discovery, Deposition of Senator Obama and Howard Dean, Chairman of the DNC.  This may get things moving a bit.

In addition, Senator Obama and the DNC must have their Answer to the complaint filed by September 24, 2008.  The FEC has until October 21, 2008.

The Chicago Tribune has a new article that echoes what most of us have been thinking. The article came out today, Saturday,  September 6, 2008. Here are some exerpts:

“Palin is absolutely correct”

“First of all, it’s preposterous to suggest that Palin is or was a bad parent simply because her daughter got pregnant outside of marriage. I can’t imagine Palin has in any way encouraged her children to engage in risky and illicit behavior, and she certainly doesn’t encourage teenagers in general to do so. Granted, her daughter used poor judgment, but she is now making a morally acceptable decision to keep the baby and get married (the other morally acceptable choice would, of course, be adoption).”

There is a Youtube video that tells the story of Larry Sinclair’s arrest after his news conference at the National Press Club in June 2008. This video reveals the corruption within the Obama and Biden camps. Larry Sinclair was arrested on a fabricated warrant from Delaware and the office of Attorney General Biden. Larry Sinclair was treated like a political prisoner in the United States.

I spoke to Larry Sinclair over an hour ago. He discovered that the so called fake money orders that were the basis for the fabricated warrant on him by Delaware Attorney General Biden, were received by Delaware on August 24, 2008. The warrant from Attorney General Biden’s office was issued on February 4, 2008, just a few weeks after Sinclair went public with his allegations of a drug and sex encounter with Obama in November 1999.  The warrant on Larry Sinclair from the State of Delaware was dismissed last week. Larry Sinclair was notified by a Washington DC insider, that both he and I have communicated with, that Senator Joe Biden instructed his son, Attorney General Biden, to dismiss the warrant because it had served it’s purpose in affecting Larry Sinclair’s news conference. Here are some exerpts from Larry Sinclair’s new article about the money order evidence:

“Friday, September 5, 2008

DID DELAWARE AG’s OFFICE KNOWINGLY SECURE FALSE INDICTMENT?

The Delaware News-Journal today continued its knowingly publishing outright lies against me in its favored coverage of Barack Obama and the Bidens (Delaware’s royal family).

This afternoon Greg Burton, Assistant Executive Editor for the Delaware News-Journal (in a recorded phone conversation) refused to print a retraction stating ” Jeff Witmarsh, of the Delaware state police did inform News-Journal reporters that I paid for a three week stay at the Rodeway Inn with fake money orders.” Repeated calls to the Delaware State Troopers (Troop2) offices of Jeff Witmarsh have not been returned.

It also seems that in addition to the knowingly false statements by the News-Journal in three separate articles (after being informed their information was untrue) Mr. Burton still stands by the papers claim that both “police reports and Superior Court records” stated the same information. Well Mr. Burton, you and the News-Journal are LIARS, because I have in my hand the police reports and the entire Court file and nowhere is there any such claim.

What makes you wonder even more, is the un-reported fact that (based on the fax transmission date on the attached copies of the money orders in question) it appears the Delaware Attorney Generals office, under sealed Grand Jury who’s foreman was an active Delaware State employee and Obama supporter, brought a criminal indictment and warrant without ever having produced the money orders into evidence!”

“It seems the reason the AG’s office took so long in providing my Attorney, Francis E Farren and myself copies of the items, was they Delaware Attorney Generals office had not ever had them. The copies of the money orders (with no indication that they have been returned unpaid) were faxed to the Delaware AG’s office on August 24, 2008 by one ABC Detective Agency. Now how can this be if the Grand Jury issued an indictment on Feb 4, 2008???”

McCain speech breaks record, McCain beats Obama, McCain exceeds Palin audience, RNC speech, record 38.9 million television viewers

John McCain’s speech last night, Sept 4, 2008, at the Republican National Convention, attracted a record 38.9 million television viewers. McCain’s viewership exceeded that of Obama and Palin. Here are exerpts from a Bloomberg article:

“McCain Draws Record TV Audience for Convention Speech (Update1)

By Andy Fixmer

 Sept. 5 (Bloomberg) — Republican presidential candidate John McCain attracted a record 38.9 million television viewers to his acceptance speech last night, surpassing Democratic rival Barack Obama and McCain’s running mate, Sarah Palin.”

“The last night of the Republican gathering in St. Paul, Minnesota, was seen in 28.3 million homes, breaking the record of the 27.7 million who tuned in for Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention. McCain’s ratings are the highest for a political convention since Nielsen began collecting data in 1960.”

” Combined, McCain and Palin, who is Alaska’s first-term governor, drew 76.2 million viewers, compared with the 62.4 million who tuned in to see Obama and running mate Joe Biden, the Democratic senator from Delaware. Biden drew 24 million viewers to his Aug. 27 speech.”

The Delaware News Journal Online has published an article about the Delaware warrant against Larry Sinclair being dismissed. The Delaware Journal has not printed a retraction of their earlier article that Larry Sinclair emphatically states is false. Sinclair spoke to Greg Burton of the Delaware Journal who states that they were sticking to their original story and that they spoke to someone from the Delaware State Police. Here are exerpts from the article:

“Anti-Obama blogger faces no felony charge

Staff report • September 5, 2008″

“Charges against a Barack Obama critic, who was arrested for allegedly using counterfeit money orders to pay for a three-week stay at a New Castle hotel in 2007, were dropped last week.”

“”Mr. Sinclair has asserted his innocence since he was initially arrested and we are quite pleased that we were able to convince the state to dismiss the charge against him. It was the proper thing to do.”

Sinclair, of Duluth, Minn., has made charges about Obama involving sex and drugs on his blog.”
