Hawaii News Now,  KGMB, KHNL, recently interviewed newly elected Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie. Abercrombie, entrenched in the corruption in Hawaii and the Democrat party and an admitted friend of Obama and Obama’s parents, lies to cover for Obama’s eligibility issues.

Hawaii News Now included a reference to the Citizen Wells Blog in the interview video. I would like to thank them for doing so and I encourage them to contact me for the rest of the story, the truth and facts regarding Obama’s eligibility issues.

Hawaii News Now correctly refers to the document provided by the Obama Campaign as a Certification of Live Birth (COLB), but they interchange the term citizen for natural born citizen. Presidential eligibility requires being a natural born citizen.

In the interview Neil Abercrombie admits to being friends with Obama and Obama’s parents. He is another example from the Hawaii and Democrat party corruption machines that the end justifies the means.

Abercrombie states:

“This has to do with the people in Hawaii who love him,
who loved his mom and dad.
This has to do with the respect of the office of the president is entitled to.”

No Governor Abercrombie. This has to do with respecting the US Constitution, office of the presidency and the American people!

Things we can depend on from the left. The end justifies the means. Orwellian lies as the means. And corruption. Two of the most corrupt states in the country, Illinois and Hawaii and Obama is closely tied to both states and their corruption.

Neil Abercrombie the newly elected Democrat Governor of Hawaii, is fast becoming the new Orwellian spokesperson for the Obama camp and the left. The LA Times, which did some honest reporting on Obama early in 2008, follows the Orwellian Pied Piper and regurgitates falsehoods from Abercrombie, FactCheck.org and other Obama mouthpieces.

“For Hawaii governor, discrediting anti-Obama ‘birthers’ is a top priority”

“Neil Abercrombie knew Barack Obama’s parents when the future president was born here in 1961, and he has been aggravated by the so-called birther movement, which alleges Obama was not born in the United States and thus should be expelled from office.

Now Abercrombie has an office of his own — he became governor of Hawaii on Dec. 6. — and he intends to do something about it.

What, exactly, is unclear. But in an interview this week at the state Capitol, he left little doubt that torpedoing the conspiracy theorists was a priority.

“What bothers me is that some people who should know better are trying to use this for political reasons,” said Abercrombie, 72. “Maybe I’m the only one in the country that could look you right in the eye right now and tell you, ‘I was here when that baby was born.’ ”

One of Abercrombie’s aides said the governor is voicing the frustration of many Hawaiians who continue to be troubled by the rumors, which they see as emblematic of the view that Hawaiians are not Americans in the same way as those who live in the continental United States.

Abercrombie’s Hawaiian pride may be trumping practical politics. Ample evidence has been produced to discredit the “birther” movement, so in the view of the White House, the Democratic governor’s comments are reviving an issue that most people see as resolved.

Although Abercrombie’s goal may be to support Obama, experts who study political extremism say the release of additional evidence would only perpetuate the conspiracy theory. They say people who embrace such theories are guided by suspicion and, therefore, view any contrary evidence as part of the conspiracy.”

“That June, the Obama campaign released a certificate of live birth, an official document from the Hawaii Health Department certifying the facts of a person’s birth, as proof of his birthplace. Let’s examine the first piece of Orwellian spin by Abercrombie (with the help of the LA Times).

“Neil Abercrombie knew Barack Obama’s parents when the future president was born here in 1961”

My response:

People in Kenya knew Obama’s parents, so he must have been born there, applying that logic.

Second.

“Maybe I’m the only one in the country that could look you right in the eye right now and tell you, ‘I was here when that baby was born.’ ”

My Response:

I was here when that baby was born. Does that mean Obama was born in NC?

Duh!

Third.

My response:

First of all, the COLB posted on the internet is a certification not certificate. The one posted on the internet was never validated as having been issued by the state of Hawaii. And even if it had been, a HI COLB does not prove birth in Hawaii. It is as Lou Dobbs stated, a document that refers to another document.

Fourth.

My response:

Would you trust securing the office of the presidency and upholding the US Constitution to these two FactCheck.org employees?

Fifth.

Once again, we have more proof that a birth occurred, but not where.

When I heard Glenn Beck insult millions of concerned Americans and military officers on his radio show, I thought that was one of the most insensitive, stupidest things I had ever heard. Is Eric Zorn related to Glenn Beck? Do they both have the stupid gene?

On the one hand, for a micro second, I want to congratulate Zorn for mentioning the Kerchner v Obama lawsuit being before the Supreme Court. But that feeling quickly evaporates when I digest the way he dismissed those questioning Obama as being “whackjobs.” He displays a total lack of understanding about Obama’s eligibility issues and the Kerchner case.

First of all, we don’t know where in the hell Obama was born, since he has avoided presenting a legitimate birth certificate. Secondly, Zorn has got some nerve calling a retired naval commander, LTC Terry Lakin, multiple generals and millions of concerned Americans “whackjobs.”

Eric Zorn, we have a constitutional crisis now, due to people like you in the media not doing your journalistic job.

Eric Zorn, call me. Get your facts straight before making an ass out of yourself.

Eric Zorn, why don’t you ask the question above?

Obama is NOT Article II constitutionally eligible to be the President and Commander of our military. Obama is NOT a “natural born Citizen” to constitutional standards. Obama’s father was NOT a U.S. Citizen. Obama’s father was not an immigrant to the United States. Obama’s father was a foreign national, a British Subject. Obama is the child of an alien father who was sojourning in the U.S. attending college. Obama was born a British Subject via his father and is still such to this day. Obama has never conclusively proved he was born in Hawaii. Obama’s paternal family in Kenya, Kenyan government officials, and newspapers in Kenya say he was born in Kenya. Obama’s maternal grandmother likely falsely and illegally registered him as born in Hawaii to get him, her new foreign-born grandson, U.S. Citizenship.

History shows us that a popularly elected, but ineligible, chief executive in the executive branch of a government can be legally and constitutionally removed from office, e.g., Governor Thomas H. Moodie of North Dakota was a prime example. After he was sworn in and serving as Governor, the North Dakota State Supreme Court ordered Governor Moodie removed from office, after it was determined that he was constitutionally and legally ineligible to serve in the office to which he was popularly elected.

Also, two U.S. Senators although popularly elected and sworn in to the U.S. Senate were subsequently removed from office after it was learned that they were NOT constitutionally eligible when they were elected.

from his mother because she was only 18 years old at the time of his birth.

44. Presumably Obama’s mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth.

45. Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr., at the time of Obama’s birth was a British
subject/citizen subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, and would have handed
down British citizenship to his son, Obama. Endnote 8.

46. Obama publicly admits his father was not a U.S. citizen and was a British
subject and then a Kenyan citizen when Kenya became an independent country.

47. Hence, at the time of his birth on August 4, 1961, Obama was born to a U.S.

So what Congress did in the mixed citizenship situation was to require prior residency of the parent as a talisman, as the Court said in Rogers v. I am trying to determine the status of the testimony of Tim Adams,  an election official in Hawaii during 2008 election, who is the only potential witness to come forward. Tim Adams stated that Obama was not born in Hawaii and for that reason he was given a Certification of Live Birth by the state of Hawaii. He also stated that because Obama was a US citizen, that he was eligible to be president. That is absolutely incorrect. Adams also goes on to assume that those who question Obama’s eligibility are racists or are politically motivated. That is an ignorant assumption.

It’s the Constitution stupid!

In the following video, Adams states:

“They like my data but not my conclusions.”

Adams, your conclusions are not the law. They are your opinions.

Far left websites are trying to downplay and twist what Adams has attested to. I believe that it has been confirmed that Tim Adams did in fact have the position with the State of Hawaii in 2008 as an election official.

I am seeking the truth, facts. What is the current status of Tim Adams and his testimony?

Beck has also insulted millions of concerned Americans, including military personnel and high ranking military officers who question Obama’s eligibility. Glenn Beck has also refused to cover the Obama eligibility issues and LTC Terry Lakin court martial on TheBlaze.com and his Fox TV show and his radio show. Yesterday on Glenn Beck’s Fox show he made some interesting statements.

“Beck does a good job of explaining how progressives use conspiracy theories as diversions.
He is correct. He may have let the cat out of the bag regarding Rupert Murdoch preventing him from covering the Obama eligibility issues. He continues to state that Obama was born in the US.
Did Beck say this tongue in cheek?”

Obama belongs in jail, along with Michelle Obama, Howard Dean [former head of the Democratic National Committee], senior campaign officials and senior administrative officials, who had to know of this conspiracy.  Yes, conspiracy by Obama !   Actually, all of them must be subjected to our criminal justice system, tried and those convicted must go to jail.  Yes, even these individuals are entitled to rights guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution !

I was the first attorney to bring the issue of Obama “not” being “Constitutionally Eligible” in a law suit I filed on August 21, 2008, BEFORE the Democratic National Convention.  I sued Obama and the Democratic National Committee.  I wrongly thought that Howard Dean, the then head of the DNC would call Obama in and demand that he prove that he is “Constitutionally Eligible”, that being “natural born”.  No, instead, collusion.  No response from the DNC until a “joint” response with Obama a month later.

The crucial piece of evidence, more important than Obama’s Birth Certificate, is the fact of Obama’s adoption and/or the fact he was “legally acknowledge” by Lolo Soetoro.

Two [2] important facts from Obama’s own books:  1. He said he found his Birth Certificate – so show us !  2. Obama states [his parents had divorced and his mother remarried] that his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, returned to Indonesia before his mother and Obama.  Obama then said when he went to Indonesia he immediately went to school.  Indonesia was in turmoil and only Indonesian citizens were allowed in school.  Well, those adopted or acknowledged by their stepfather were also considered “natural born” Indonesian citizens.  On our web site: obamacrimes.com   we have Obama’s school record from Indonesia:  Name = Barry Soetoro; Nationality = Indonesia;  Religion = Islam [which is Muslim].

FACT:  If Obama has “not” legally changed his name, his legal name is: BARRY SOETORO !    Therefore, every time Obama uses the name Barack Hussein Obama, he has committed and still commits FRAUD.  Yes, one can use an alias, but “not” for fraudulent purposes.

SIGNIFICANT CASE still pending:  In the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the case of:   Berg as Relator vs. Obama, Case No. 09-5362.  In this case, I allege that Obama/Soetoro is “not natural born” and “not naturalized”, but that, based on the following, that Obama/Soetoro is an “illegal alien” and therefore, his term as the U.S. Senator from Illinois was fraudulent and therefore, the salary & benefits Obama/Soetoro received of over $1 million dollars must be returned to the U.S. Treasury.  This type case is called “False Claims” or “Qui Tam” and are “sealed” when initially filed and are usually used in Medicaid or Medicare fraud cases.  The issue on Appeal is whether a “Conflict-of-Interest” exists with Eric Holder and/or his Offices litigating the matter against Obama.  I have stated a “Conflict-of-Interest” exists and I requested a “Special Prosecutor” be appointed.

Why “Conflict-of-Interest” ?   In this type case, the decision after a case is filed is made by the U.S. Attorney Generals Office and the U.S. Department of Justice, both who come under the Attorney General of the United States who is ERIC HOLDER.  Well, ERIC HOLDER was a Senior member of Obama’s campaign staff;  ERIC HOLDER was selected by Obama to be one of three individuals to select the Vice President – and they selected Joe Biden; ERIC HOLDER was nominated by Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to be Attorney General of the U.S. who is the highest law enforcement person in the U.S. who reports and advises the President [Obama].  IF THAT IS “NOT” A “CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST”, then “CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST” must be removed from our legal system and the Code of Federal Regulations.

WE CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE D.C. COURT OF APPEALS, COURT EN BANC [entire Court] WILL HAVE GUTS ENOUGH TO HEAR OUR APPEAL.  WE CAN ONLY HOPE !
